Oro is sealed with in the Sword of Totsuka , not with in Itachi's own genjutsu. His soul is literally in a gourd. Edo Tensi summons the soul into a new body, not summoning the actually body. Figure out how to get him out of the Sword and it MAYBE a possibility

Who currently posseses the sword of Totsuka, actually, does anyone know? I don't recall what happened to that sword after Itachi passed away... perhaps Sasuke reclaimed it?

Susanoo has it. Orochimaru stated he could never find the sword because it was not of this realm.

I believe Itachi passed on the sword & ghord to Sasuke but he needs to unlock them.
