After the recent chapters we've seen, I really feel that Oro will willingly become part of Sasuke's last power up.
We all know that Oro is not interested in the war and has yet to show a driving passion to take Sasuke's body from him. Not only has he declared himself an ally to Sasuke and company, but he has also gone out of his way to show them the relevance behind the scroll, ie the persons who know everything.
To begin my theory, I believe Oro would settle on a mutual relationship in regard to Sasuke's body. We all know that Oro dominated his victims mentally and was able to take control and hold possession of their bodies for 3 years using this method. Sasuke was simply more dark and more all-encompassing than Oro, allowing him to take him over after they fought. This time, I believe that the same thing will happen but this time Oro will willingly give into Sasuke and Sasuke will allow Oro still maintain his consciousness within his mind, kind of like the relationship Naruto and Kurama have. I think this presence will magnify Sasuke's power by a factor of two or 3 or perhaps more.
I think that once this occurs, Oro-Sasuke will be strong enough to help defeat Madara, kind of like (Sasuke to the power of Oro) > (Edo Madara). I'm joking around there but I feel that Sasuke's power will be boosted significantly by this so that he can compete with Madara and Naruto.
After that point, I think the Juubi will be resealed or will be revered to its shell somehow and Tobi will turn out like Nagato and die while reviving everyone. As for the people who know everything? The only theory I believe in is that they are in fact Sasuke's parents. I mean why else would Itachi mumble on and on about their worthless and completely irrelevant parents during his final FINAL moments with Sasuke unless it was really REALLY important?? :
Anyway, a short version of my theory is that Sasuke will get a boost of knowledge and perhaps power from his parents through some method and then will later magnify his powers by combining with Oro. At that point, I think he and the rest of the alliance will be strong enough to defeat Madara and company. After that, I believe a combination of Sasuke and Oro will be the final villain and will loose to Naruto 1v1, or 2v2 rather 0_0.
