Knowing about it doesn't necessarily mean he can handle it. Not to mention, I'm fairly certain Danzou has a lot of information on Orochimaru as well. So with all the knowledge they have on each other, the playing field is fairly even.

Also, does Orochimaru have the first Hokage, and the second Hokage? Or was it after the third sealed them?

you have to look at all the different x factors there are a lot of things that could happen to determine the outcome oro gave danzo the ability to do a lot of his stuff but in doing so he prob knows how to make it stop it sounds like something oro would do , give him the power and oro have the killswitch im just sayin

Could it be that ORO helped Danzou because hes used Shisuis eye to controll him? Or did ORO help Danzou with Shisuis eye aswell? THat would be strange since ORO(was) and Kabuto is wanting that eye very much..
