Oro is in Top 10 now

Oh stop it, Oro been in the top ten bro lol ...this last few chapters may raise him up to 7 or so but always been top 10 to me. All time hardest to kill

Edit: sorry originally i thought this would be a top 10 villain thread, but even so he still makes my top 10 for being a lone conspirator and having so much knowlege, people think Oro was a fighter but he isnt he is a "scientist" much like Kabuto, so what im saying is in a real world manner the puppet master is the strongest so yes Oro is #3 or #4 villian on my list because of his ability to control, Kabuto up there too

Nothing wrong with that. You could actually make a case for Orochimaro( and jiraiya for that matter), but not based on this week's chapter. A focused Orochimaro with Edo is almost unstoppable.

so ur taking Izuka word over madara regarding the strongest kage?

The story has changed a great deal from part 1, no one in this generation knew how powerful hasihrama was. So therefore when kabuto said hasihrama's strength was regarded as legend simular to the so6p makes alot of sense dont u agree?

Actually the thrid hokage gave praise to hasihrama so that says lot too from the shinobi hailed as the god of shinobi.
