i believe shippuden. i like the manga better but i also like the anime because you see them moving and preforming jutsu and things.

Original naruto fights were BORINNNGG!!!(only good one was Oro vs 3rd hokage) most of the fights in Shippuden are actually really badass

Shippuden for sure, only good fights IMO in original were 3rd hokage and valley of the end....AND lee vs. Gaara.

lee and gaara vs kimimaro
naruto vs sasuke
sasuke vs gaara
third vs orochimaru
kakashi vs zabuza
neji vs kidomaru
i prefer taijutsu over doujutsu hax spam any day. shippuden has too much sharingans.

thats the point. they were weaker than in part 2 meaning they had to rely on strategy, tactics and pure skill. for example neji vs kido alone is better than any fight in part 2 because of the tactics and intelligence involved. and with rock lee, you had better fights because its pure hand to hand combat. no tricks, no stupid susanoo hax or genjutsu hax.
