I initially startled by a question like that out of nowhere Konan mumbles, "A little bit about me?"
Well my name is s0uL rEaPeR. I am a member of Sunagakure, but you already know that via Skype chat group as well as through my village banner. I go with a personal rule of respecting every person to the deapth of my heart who teaches me even a single word, no matter in Real life or on some forum, and no matter if they are younger or older to me.

My goals in RP are simple and easy. Things that I want to learn other than Basic 9 are
1. Storm Release
2. Paper Ninjutsu
3. Smoke Ninjutsu
4. Sand Release
5. Ice release

I wish to be a good enough RPer to beat atleast one sensei. I want to eventually become senpai cuz I want to help new RPer with basic 5. I have no intentions of becoming sensei and perhaps I will never even have any.

Ah I see! Well that is pretty cool. Yeah, at first my main goal was also just becominga senpai but well as time passed by ._. I became a sensei! HA! It's an enjoyable job I must admit, sometimes bothersome however as it requires some time.

Hmm, paper ninjutsu is the best ability of them all u_u'' Smoke Ninjutus is also pretty cool. I had that ability for few months once in my not that long RP carier. It is quite cool and unique as rarely who actually posses the said ability. I also like ICE :T_T: Never got around making the bio with it. About the rest of the abilities I don't know much except the basics. Never got around them and don't think I will any time soon.

AH WELL, enough of the small talk, let's get going~~ Now first thing I am going to ask you is what you know about this ability they call Paper Ninjutsu?

Now first thing I am going to ask you is what you know about this ability they call Paper Ninjutsu?

Paper Ninjutsu is a special technique which utilizes the paper. In this technique the papers channeled with chakra are used. These papers can be used in various methods ranging from Attack to defense and Long range to short range. Konan a shinobi of Amegakure is the only known user of this technique. She is so proficient with this technique that she has eve developed a method to convert her whole body into paper.

Paper used in this technique doesn't behave like an ordinary paper, as it is channeled with chakra it's properties change from ordinary paper and also effects the normal strengths and weaknesses of the paper
Strengths |
1. Paper is naturally stronger to the lightning, as paper is an insulator of lightning. In fact paper is double strong to the lightning, meaning D-Rank paper technique can completely cancel out B-Rank lightning technique and C-Rank paper technique can over power B-Rank lightning technique

Weakness |
1. Water | Paper is naturally weak to water as water makes the paper wet and heavier making it difficult to use and control.
2. Oil | Paper is weaker to paper as oil makes paper heavier, and also makes it sticky.
3. Wind | Wind can blow paper back or in any direction and hence act as a good defense against paper. Some wind techniques are also strong enough ti cut through paper, but that is dependent on technique and the method of use.

Neutral |
1. Fire is naturally stronger to paper and burns paper, but Konan's is able to use her chakra infused paper on equal terms against fire. This has basically been shown in her fight against Jiraya, where even oil powered fire was not able to damage paper.
2. Earth is also neutral to paper and in some techniques paper can even cut through the earth and earth based techniques.
3. Water is naturally stronger to the paper, but in some conditions it has been shown to have no effect on paper. As Konan can easily use paper in rainy weather of Amegakure

Paper ninjutsu is style of fighting that was only seen using by Konan and that was originally made by her. Paper ninjutsu works in such a way that you infuse your chakra into paper sheets and then use them to your advantage. By infusing chakra into paper you can control that little paper how you like, in a very creative yet deadly way. Even though using paper as a fighting weapon sounds very foolish at first and doesn't look so intimidating, it is very durable to many things that may be declared as its weaknesses. This type of ninjutsu allows user to even convert their whole or parts of bodies into paper itself making user non vulnerable to any type of taijutsu attacks because any kind of physical attack will just go trough body of user. Another great thing is that the rapidness,speed as well as strength of paper that are caused by excellent control of it represent a great defense from fairly strong Fire techniques making paper neutral to fire. User of paper ninjutsu is able to make paper so sharp that it is able to cut through rocks making it also neutral to Earth Release. Paper ninjutsu is strong against Lighting Release because lighting can't be infused into paper which means that paper is a great insulator. Paper ninjutsu techniques,like every existing techniques,have weaknesses. One of them are liquid-based techniques, like Water Release and techniques based on oil,because they make paper heavier,wetter and unable to control. Although this is weakness of paper ninjutsu,in manga as well as anime we saw Konan using it to her advantage. She purposely made her paper to soak water and in that way used wet paper to help her defend from fire although in our RP Paper ninjutsu is neutral to Fire Release. One more thing that we saw in manga is that Konan used water to wash the oil off of her. That happened when Jiraiya used oil based technique on her completely stopping her movement. In that situation water helped her to wash the oil off of her,allowing her to move freely again. One more weakness of Paper Ninjutsu techniques is Wind Release because wind is able to cut right trough paper. One more advantage of paper and why it is so good is that you are able to use explosive tags instead of paper,which are going to explode when they come in contact with opponent causing serious damage. In the manga we saw Konan greatly using this ability to stun her opponents. She would mix explosive tags with her clones to make them rush towards her opponents and surprise them. Also we saw her combining it so well that she was able to stop Obito from transporting himself and even making such a strong shinobi as Obito to lose one of his hands and almost his life.

After listening to sensei's instruction Konan sits there on the ground and places some papers in front of her. Then she closes he eyes and creates a strong mental image of papers lying in front of her, then she tries to control the papers just by her focusing on it, but nothing special happens. She keeps on making a discreet sound like she is focusing really hard on the paper for nexst two minutes. Still nothing happens, suddenly she opens her eyes with a loud Ohhhh! She remembers that she had forgotten an important step. This times she closes her eyes and channles her chakra into the papers. Now she applies shape manipulation to the paper via controlling her chakra and causes it to bend at several points. Since it tis her first time controlling paper so she does it little slowly. After few tries she finally forms three sharp shuriken from the papers. Then she gets up from he spot and asks

Ahh! Brilliant indeed! Now next thing I want you to do is actually try and form few animals out of paper sheet. Firstly try making an animal which is rather small in size, domestic cat size or such. Then try making a ''little'' bit of a bigger animal, like Lion and then try making an elephant sized animal!

After seeing that she had impressed her Sensei, konan felt lot better and listened to next instructions. As Sensei finishes her instructions, Konan places three bundles of paper at three different places with different amount of Paper in each bundle. She then moves to the first bundle of paper and sits in font of it. She closes her eyes and starts to focus. Then she channels her chakra into papers. Once she thinks that sufficient amount of chakra has been channeled into papers, She applies shape manipulation and starts to manipulate paper. As she does that papers get together and start to form a figure. After sometime she finally manages to create a figure that somewhat looks like a cat.

After that Konan moves to the next bundle of paper and channels her chakra into it while still keeping her eyes closed to focus better. This time she applies shape manipulation to it with a lot more confidence. Paper start to gather together and again make a figure. This time the figure resembles a Lion and is much better than her previous try.

Then she moves upto the next bundle of papers, and channels her chakra into the papers in bundles with her eyes open this time. She applies shape manipulation to it and quickly manipulates papers. Papers start to gather togethor again and this time with better speed than previous two tries, to form a large elephant. Elephant looks a lot better than both the lion and cat, and to her astonishment it was formed quicker than cat and lion despite it's size. She thinks that it might be because of the reason that she was getting better at manipulation. She turns towards her Sensei and talks, "Sensei which one do you like most. Please accept these as a gift from me."

Paper Folding Technique |
1. As mentioned it is a supplementary technique and is not usually for causing any damage. Because even if you create an elephant and intend to crush your opponent with it, the weight of elephant will be just of paper and won't make any difference.
2. Since it requires no hand seals it is pretty quick to use once you master Paper Ninjutsu.
3. It can be used as distraction technique. While your opponent is set on elephant you can use some other technique.
4. It ca be used as defense against D-Rank fire and Earth attacks.
5. It can be used as a template for paper attacks, as you create an elephant and when your opponent has his eyes set on elephant you can manipulate the paper in it for some other purposes, while being near the opponent he will least expect something like that and will be taken by surprise.

Paper Shuriken Technique |
1. This is a pretty handy technique. Normally opponent will think that since the paper is made out of paper, it will not cause much damage but instead these shuriken are capable of cutting more better than normal shuriken.
2. Since this jutsu requires no hand seals, once you master Paper Ninjutsu, you can make paper out of your own body and take the opponent by surprise.

Though both these techniques have few disadvantages as well.
1. They can only be used when your opponent is within 5 meters of you.
2. Both cannot with stand C-Rank fire or Earth based techniques.
3. Both can easily be overpowered by D-Rank water technique.
4. Wind technique though effective against both the jutsu, but if C-Rank wind is used to counter the shuriken, it will throw shuriken back at user where it can cause problems for user.

No need to mention elemental <.< interaction if it is not really that important as we kinda went over it at the begining of the training.

Paper forlding technique can be pretty useful imo as for distraction. Form few animals in front of you that you'll send towards your opponent. Now of course you have to be in vicinity towards your opponent but well the technique can still be used in some of situations. Anyhow nice job. u-u

Let's get going onto the next technique. This is a substitution technique. It lets user to disperse into a spinning column of paper sheets and appear anywhere else on the battlefield. Because this is a substitution technique, you are only able to use it only once per match.

After listening to Sensei, Konan channels chakra throughout her body, and substitutes herself with a spinning column of papers. While the spinning paper column appears at her place she herself appears at the other end of training ground.

Advantages |
This is a pretty versatile technique as it can be used in various methods.
1. It can be used to deceive an opponent and flee away.
2. It can be used to distract an opponent and appear somewhere else on the battle field to launch a surprise attack.
3. It can be used to appear right behind the opponent.
4. It requires no hand seals at all

Disadvantages |
1. Can only be used once in a fight.
2. It will still be detected by dojutsu users.
3. it cannot cause any damage by itself.

Hmm okey.

Next one is one of the most usable Paper Ninjutsu techniques. It allows the user to, by infusing chakra into paper sheets, shape a complete replica of herself that is controllable at all times. Clone itself is able to use Paper Ninjutsu techniques. Usable thing about this clone is that once it is hit, it will just collapse into sheets of paper which will then give you opportunity to use other Paper Ninjutsu techniques similar to Paper Stab Technique. One more thing that is important to be mentioned is that you are able to mix explosive tags with normal paper and send your clone running towards the opponent. Once the clone gets in contact with opponent or is hit, it will create an explosion which, depending on where explosion is made, can make serious damage.

(Kami Bunshin no Jutsu) - Paper Clone Technique

Description: This jutsu takes advantage of Konan's ability to create and manipulate paper. By infusing her chakra into paper, she can shape the paper into a perfect replica of herself that she can control remotely. When the clone is hit or disperses, it merely collapses back into sheets of paper. Konan can conceal exploding tags in the paper clones as well and have them explode infront of the target. These clones can only use Paper techniques.
Note: Can only be used by Konan

After listening to Sensei's new instructions Konan channels her chakra into a bundle of paper lying in front of her. Once she feels she has enough chakra channeled into the papers, she applies shape manipulation to the papers and tries to manipulate them. Although she had made some animals out before but this was different than before. This time she had to put more concentration into it as she was creating a perfect copy of her. After some time and more effort than before she finally manages to make a perfect copy of her.

Advantages |
1. It can be used for distracting opponent.
2. It can be used to attack when mixed with paper bombs.
3. Since it doesn't disappear when hit, so the paper can be used for paper attacks again out of nowhere.
4. Again it requires no hand seals, so is pretty quick to use.
5. Clone can use Paper Ninjutsu techniques.

Disadvantages |
1. It can only be used up to short range.
2. If mixed with paper bombs user has to be extremely careful as not to get caught in impact.

Now although the jutsu says that you need to firstly use body of paper that technique doesn't exist anymore and thus you can just use paper sheets in your body. You will use this technique to turn all sheets of paper into butterflies. You could use this ability for up to 3 turns upon its automatic deactivation. This technique allows you to easily escape many other techniques and fly through the battlefield with ease. Do the usual o-o
