After listening to sensei's instructions Konan once again starts to channel her chakra into the paper sheets in front of her. After that she applies shape manipulation to the paper sheets and starts to manipulate them. With the help of shape manipulation she manages to change all of the sheets into butterflies of paper.

Advantages |
1. Requires no hand seals.
2. It can be used for flight purposes.
3. It can be used for distracting opponent.
4. It can be used to blind the opponent of your own movements.
5. This technique can also be used for defense against Raiton discharge based techniques, by spreading butterflies in the way of discharges to reduce their capability by acting as insulators.

Disadvantages |
1. This technique is only useful up to short range from user.
2. This technique causes o damage on it's own unless it is followed by a strong attack.

Question |
1. Size of Butterflies?
2. Their utilization in flight. Are they large enough to carry user on them, or do they act as a swarm to carry user?

Actually I don't think you quite understood what technique does. You don't send a swarm of butterflies but rather disperse your whole body into a swarm of butterflies, this being said, if an attack was coming your way, you could use this technique as to disperse your whole body and then reform on some other part of the battlefied. Once it has been activated you can redo that thing up to tree turns before its effects are disabled. However you can not defend against all of the attacks in that way. Hmm, questions?

The size of butterlies is same as the size normal ones.

There is no body of paper technique as I mentioned in my post. Anyhow let's get going onto the next technique at hand.

( Arai Kami no Jutsu ) - Rough Paper Technique

Type: Offensive, Defense
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: Konan will manipulate her paper and then spin around creating a ring of paper that acts as an attack and defense against opponents in close quarters.

This is a a very simple technique. By infusing chakra into paper sheets and spinning around, the user is able to create a ring which can act as a defense as well as offense (if close to opponent).

Konan after hearing sensei's instructions, starts channeling raw chakra into her paper sheets. After she has channeled ample amount of chakra into her sheets, she spins around releasing the papers while applying shape manipulation in the form of a ring. Which can protect her form attacks as well as act as an attack for opponents near her. As the sharp paper's can act as blades.

Advantages |
1. Requires no hand seals.
2. It can be used very quickly so, pretty handy in close range combat.
3. It can used both as defense and as an attack.

Disadvantages |
1. It can only be used when opponent is in extreme short range.
2. Though it can help against even Taijutsu attacks, but still if it fails, user will get serious damage.
3. While the user spins, he takes his eyes off of his opponent. Which can be a serious disadvantage, even if eyes are take off just for a moment.

Question |
Since their is no Body Of Paper technique, does that mean my whole body is paper at all time, without using any jutsu. Or does it mean that I cannot convert my body into paper at all?

That means that you can release paper sheets from your body. It is not constantly made out of paper but well, when needed you can actually release paper from your body. Many of the jutsus need an update <.<''. It sounds a bit weird. Nice job btw. And sorry for my late reply <.<'' RL is keeping me a bit busy.

Let's get going onto the next technique;

(Kami no Yari) - Paper Spear

Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: Konan will create a strong spear if paper in her hand and thrust it at the opponent stabbing them.

By infusing chakra into paper sheets, the user is able to shape spear in their hands which has cutting capabilities. This technique is only usable in short-range, when you are close to your opponent because you will have to hold that spear in your hand.

After listening to Sensei's instructions, Konan quickly channels raw chakra into the paper and starts concentrating it into the papers. Once she feels that ample amount of chakra has been put into the paper she applies shape manipulation to the chakra. With the help of the shape manipulation she manipulates the paper to form a long spear. The spear is sharp at ends and has cutting abilities.

Advantage |
Requires no hand seals.
Even though it is a paper spear it has cutting ability.

Disadvantage |
The basic problem is that this spear has to be thrown at opponents instead of just controlling it to cut them. Combine that with its short range and it leaves serious disadvantage. As when user is holding the spear it will leave him open to attacks. Second major problem with all the tools is that they can be dodged easily. So, if dodged then opponent will have opportunity to attack user as he will be open to attacks.

<.< I am not quite sure, but where did you get that you need to throw the spear as to use it? You can use it as to aid you in CQC.
