In your opinion in the current ninja and economical situation for all ninja countrys who would you see prevail to victory in a war and why?

Leaf probably, they have a lot of talented ninja plus a jinchuriki and a sannin. They have lots of clans with special tricks. So far we havent seen much evidence of that in the Sand, only a bit more in the Cloud, and the Mist seems to be a bit short on ninja.
The stone seems to have a history of greed and power-hunger, but they are not the best in terms of overall strength.
You got to give the edge to the leaf, especially in its heyday. In the early days of Konoha, the time between the 1st and 3rd Hokages, the Leaf's power was astounding. This was primarily due to the vast power of the Senju and Uchiha (don't forget that the leaf is basically the descendents of the Sage). But even in modern times, the Leaf has by far the most diverse and powerful ninja around.
