I know the clan has a violent and evil history in the NW and are located in Minas Morgul (?) in the Land of Demons. A sage (can't remember which) sealed the Juubi's (?) dark chakra to the moon and Nekura can access this by a mark on their hand made by a Nekura clansman. You are not born into this clan unless you were given a mark at birth. I do not know how the Nekura came to access this power without reading the submission again. But I do know they would like the Senju or some canon clan practically eradicated. I know Keigoku is pretty much tangible and can pass through certain things depending on the technique and the object. It all has to do with mass if I'm not mistaken. That's how it was practically explained to me. Although not causing physical harm, keigoku causes mental damage to the opponent to a high degree. Also, only Keigoku may pass through the portal we are allowed to open. Not anything else if I remember correctly. That's what I know. And I could read the submission and explain more but I think that would defeat the purpose of my explaining what I actually know, not what I have to read back on and find out but I think I pretty much got the bulk of it.

When the SO6P fought the Jyuubi, the battle waged on years and years and the foul chakra the Jyuubi exorted was so great that it scarred the earth, so dangerous that it was almost living, hoping to find someone to live off of in exchange for power. It latched itself onto Anshoku, burning the clan's symbol of Demon on his palm, the same very symbol you have on the inside of yours. Trying to get back closer to it's orginial master, it traversed back to the moon, where the Jyuubi was sealed. However that symbol on Anshoku's hand allowed him to summon this chakra through the use of portals.
As for the abilities, I'll going to post a section of them and explain each to ensure you got it.

Essentially the main ability of the clan, we access this chakra we called Keigoku through the use of portals we open up. Think of it as a s/t hallway of sorts, one door is open on the moon, where the chakra of the Jyuubi travels through and another portal is open somewhere on the battlefield, in short wherever you choice to open it. We can only send Keigoku through these portals, nothing else. Opening a portal doesn't count as a move but seeing as to merely opening a portal does nothing and doesn't prevent a jutsu from hitting you, you can see it as completely useless unless you channel chakra through it in the form of a jutsu.
The Keigoku doesn't do any physical harm to a foe. Well, that's to say it doesn't affect the opponent's physical being. The Keigoku is a chakra so foul, so corrupt, that it rots away a foe's conscious and mind. Once contact has been made with a foe, even the slightest of brush against exposed skin, causes great agony upon their brains and mind, taken the concept of mental torture further than genjutsu can take it. Prolonged exposure can cause great damage to their brain, leaving the foe in a comatose like state until they receive training. Because it focuses on the actual conscious and soul of an object, it is able to pass through solid material, such as trees, buildings, waves, etc. However that all depends on the rank and experience of the user. A seer's Keigoku is unable to even pass through a door while the Clan Head on the opposite end of the spectrum can send his keigoku through something as large as a mountain range, depending on the rank of the jutsu used. If the Keigoku touches the mind of a summoning, it causes the mind to go through great pain, not enough to disburse, but enough to corrupt the mind, turning it against it's master, making it a temporary ally as long as it's on the field, depending on the rank of the technique.
Two of the strongest techniques of the clan, the Evil Eye transfers Keigoku directly to the face of the foe, causing intense pain near instantly. The Drain does exactly what the name says, drains the target of chakra and brings it back to themselves, powering them more and allows you to fight longer despite injuries you might have sustained. Of course, these jutsus are advanced and only the Cla Council and up can learn the Evil Eye and Possibly Black Knight and higher for The Drain, I'm not sure atm.
Due to the Jyuubi's chakra, the Keigoku, always surging through off, it makes it impossible to inject any form of foreign chakra inside of us, including Sage Mode, Curse Marks, Genjutsu, Jyuken, Kiyoshi and other techniques/abilities that might inject chakra in you (however attacks that use chakra as brute strength still work). It is due to this same chakra that Bijuu are unwilling to attack us, even in their incomplete forms. They associate our chakra with that of the Jyuubi, believeing us to be one of them. The Jinchuriki can attack us but his Bijuu will be unwilling. However, we can be healed after battles, once our body is worned down and defenses are lowered. They'll have to work 3 times as hard, likely using higher ranked jutsus to heal small wounds. Luckily, we have a very special cloak, that blocks most weapon strikes, including kunais and shuriken.

No questions. Most of this I already knew, I just had a brain fart and didn't explain well enough, apparently. But thanks for the refreshment. I'll be sure to keep this in mind and check here when and if I need a reference as you practically explained everything. Thank you.

Now then. In order to access your powers for the first time, you need to make a conncetion between your psyche and chakra. Every Nekura has a different method, so you'll have to work out what yours is. We've already had insane laughter, ruthless ambition, violent bloodshed, dark ambitions, and excessive pride. Try to feel the connection the cursed chakra has with you in your body. You do this by different methods; some Nekura feel this initially only when they have particularly viciously killed someone, myself being one of them; but everyone has their own methods to establish contact.

Ofc. Though, that Sounds like Broly. I can't remember which he went with, I think the bloodshed and Vision's Bio went with pride.

Miata takes off her armor and clothing that was underneath it, dropping it to the floor, leaving only her bra and panties on. She then kneels down and rummages through her pouch on the ground and grabs a kunai. She stood back up and looked her clan leader in the face. As she does this, she starts viciously cutting her legs and arms rather deeply, leaving streaks of blood and ripped flesh. She then starts stabbing herself around the same places she cut, all while barely shedding a tear. Not as if she could speak about it. Most of the time she spoke it was baby talk. With the amount of blood that was gushing from some of the freshly cut flesh you would think that she probably cut up an artery or three. As she did this, she felt pain and anger. Angry that no one else knew what this kind of pain was like. She could feel herself growing closer to the chakra, little by little, eventually consuming her. Having dark scarlet blood drape down her legs and arms like a grotesque, horrific waterfall, she stops the stabbing and cutting and throws the used bloody kunai at her master's feet.

She put her clothes and armor back on and the blood seeped through it like water through mesh. It was quite horrifying, to say the least. Now all she could think about is inflicting that kind of pain on someone else... Anyone else...

I guess. Now. While maintaining this hold over the portal, try to use your connection to Keigoku and stream some through the portal

Miata uses her newfound power to open a portal in the sky which was deathly silent, to her surprise. She had opened it a few meters above her master's head. But that was the easy part. She used her angry and perhaps aggressive state to keep her connection to the keigoku alive. She calls it forth from the moon and it comes out of the portal but it was light and in an almost smoke-like state, although it was simply keigoku, just not enough as she wasn't of enough skill to summon a sufficient amount. However, she still completed the task her master gave her. Perhaps next time, she would be able to summon a more desired amount.

Mf how else does a portal open? The ***** spreads and it's light or dark purple. You want me to do this again over basic shapes and colors? What did you smoke today? Because it wasn't reefer.

The point of telling you to describe how the portal opens and how it looks is so that any inconsistencies or errors can be corrected early and we can minimize any chances of misuse or poor use. Now, like I said, describe the portal and how it opens, looks, and how the small amount of Keigoku appears. Don't question it, just do what I say as Clan leader.
