Tight timeframe, but didn't want to metagame o-o.
The man was buried, into a dark abyss he descended. After hearing various rumours about this man, Yamato knew it wasn't over. Within mere moments, a sound protruded from within the pit. Yamato prepared himself as the man lifted himself from with the hole with the help of a wind gust by the sound of it. Upon seeing the man, Yamato immediately creates a dome of wood to form above and around the man, after sending his Moku chakra through the ground. Above the hole, trapping the man within it. Yamato then creates an immense amount of wooden spikes to emerge from within the dome itself and the earth beneath the man, aimed to impale vital organs.
"Yamato..my name is Yamato."
So his name was
Yamato.
A decent name it was, in my opinion. Yet, I was not sure. The way the man had said it, and the way the man acted - was Yamato
really his name? It sounded more like an alias than anything. Yamato
what? Judging from his behaviour and how he sought to hunt me down, I could only assume he was the slave of a village. and if so, it did not surprise me one bit that he would not reveal his true name to me. Identity was, after all, an important thing that was greatly valued in our trade of business.
As I lifted myself out of the ditch without too much difficulty, I, once again, came across yet another obstacle, most probably created by Yamato himself.
Tsk, what an annoying man. Annoying, but interesting...
At the entrance of the hole, a dome of well, wooden material, I guess, formed around me, an element I was most unfamiliar with. Of course, I was worried. It seemed as though Yamato was not just any ordinary ninja; he, for one, was capable of creating a new element, a new material that resembled earth, yet was not quite like earth. It appeared firmer, but I had to believe that the essentials were the same.
An interesting man he was, I had to say. Undoubtedly, this new element was a force to be reckoned with, a force I would come to relish fighting against. The speed at which it formed, and the elegance of the material exceeded that of the Earth element. It was, if anything, a more advanced version of the Earth element.
I did not hesitate, upon seeing the dome of wood form around me. Having figured out the essentials of the element, I, being the daring and bold man I was, decided to well, pit my unique abilities against the new element Yamato created. I knew my bones were strong against Earth, and I could only assume that Wood, whatever it was, was created based on the earth element, and thus, would allow my bones to combat it most effectively, being at least neutral, or strong towards it.
I thus proceeded to 'jump' off the current of wind, landing on the ground just in front of the hole, whilst causing bones to grow out of every part of my body. Using the ground as a platform, I would leap forwards, smashing through the dome of wood using the bones to utterly rip apart the dome you sought to trap me in. The bones, if not already broken in the process, would be retracted, just so you know.
Having broken through your confinements, I would land most deftly on the ground a meter or so in front of the dome, which now has a Ikkaku-shaped hole in it, my knees bent, my body lowered, my hands touching the ground for support. Upon landing on the ground, I would cause 2 panthers of earth to rise up, each, upon creation, rushing towards you in a zigzag manner, so as to make it slightly more unpredictable.
The panthers would maul you from either side, giving you much trouble unless they are dealt with.
As the panthers are created, I would remain on the ground for just a second more, whilst the panthers draw your attention. I would once again draw two explosive tagged kunai's, placing them behind my back as originally intended, inconspicuously hidden from view. Once that is done, I would proceed to rush towards you, running, no, jogging at a comfortable pace in a linear direction towards you.
All the while, I would have the ground behind me seemingly absorb the two kunai's underground, having it subtly transport them underneath you. The kunai's would then rise up, just as the panthers are about to hit you, the sound of the panthers' feet clashing with the earth masking the sound of shifting earth.
The kunai's having risen, I would perform a single seal, detonating the explosive tags, causing some serious damage due to the close proximity between you and the tags. At the very least, your legs would be badly injured to the point where mobility becomes a severe issue.
