Description:
The user will preform one handseal and release water chakra up to mid-range from the user. The chakra will take a thin layer of water on the ground. By using chakra manipulation the user is able to control viscosity of the water. When the target is on this thin layer, watery flowers appear around the target (360degrees) these flowers are manageable in terms of sending at the target thin slice layers of water and/or compressed water bullets. These attacks are medium sized but very thin and very sharp to be able to cut with ease. The water is like a layer of sticky syrup that even when disturbed it goes back to its original state on the ground. If the target runs on this layer, the flowers appear anywhere they go as long as they're on it. The main purpose of these water slices is to hit the targets hands to stop them from preforming handseals. Due to the reflective ability of the water when the target begins handseals the slices are triggered to hit the hands and stop them from preforming the move.

Following the lid being dropped, Daenerys begins to run at you while transforming into her first form of four-legged technique. Now that she's running on her hands and feet while having the wolf-like appearance, by going into the mode she covers ground much faster then other ninja due to her increase in her already high agility.

Sorry if you dont remember Korra but when you faield to leave Kirigakure and Lili kind of humiliated you, you got both of your arms turned into stubs on your Korra biography therefore you cannot perform handseals.It was offical so it does apply here

Anyway as I notice the lid shadow I see it coming at me I quickly merge with the ground to avoid lid and remerge behind you in mid range. Than I quickly put you in your dogs under a genjutsu thinking you guys are in a world of darkness. Than I use the rain to create dragons that come down and hit all of you.

It should matter since its offical,Im not ruining your fun i understand your sparring but if you dont follows these rules nobody will.

As I'm coming towards you I notice you merge into the ground. I quickly stop and and preform two handseals to create a swamp all around me up to long-range, I'm in the center with some ground to move around but the rest is all swamp. My ninken jump onto the fallen lid to stay out of the swamp. The swamp is deep enough to sink most large summoning animals. Once I create the swamp I await to sense your presence.
