Since it's unofficial ReXii want's to know if he can use his Suigetsu bio as he hasn't gotten to use it (Not approved but nothing wrong with it)? if so our bios will be.

Rairen what do you mean. You spoke of seeing friends. What is this? Where are we going? Why? Laxus began thinking things over in his mind while following Rairen closely to his right crunching dry leaves as he followed his friend...

Laxus steps infront of his friend and wonders what truly is going on. Why would Rairen drag me here for nothing... Hmm Ladies? Food? It better not be some useless crap..

Jugo and suigetsu are out wandering around, While discussing recent taka matters and laughing about the damage caused in kumogakure they hear voices in the forest closeby.

Suigetsu: Shh Jugo do you hear that in the distance?

Jugo: I did....Sounds like dinner to me.

Whilst discussing this Suigetsu makes a single handseal causing it to rain over the location and allowing him to sense the locations of Rairen and Laxus.

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

This happens as jugo focuses doton chakra in to the earth below sensing the location of rairen and laxus also.

*Rain starts dripping, Rairen ocular powers shift to 2nd tomoe as he witness the chakra in rain pouring.. He tried to notice any chakra disturbance in him or his partner Laxus but found nothing, deducing they were safe from any gen for now. They were now facing their opponent*

WAIT... what.. :\ ahh fuk lets do it!

*Rairen channels lightning chakra below him, creating a raiton protection field below both Laxus and himself. while at the same time Laxus makes a single hand-seal creating a rain of his own chakra, the two chakra cancels the effect of sensing abilities.*

*Right after you do your jutsu Suigetsu releases suiton chakra below your position. Almost immediately after your jutsu a gushing amount of water rises up surrounding Rairen. It forms into a sphere imprisoning him as he slowly drowns.

Description: The user creates a flow of gushing water under the opponent which traps them in a sphere of water. The user can perform an attack while the opponent is trapped. This jutsu is similar to Water Prison Technique, though the user doesn't need to keep his arm in the sphere of water.
Note: Technique creates its own water source

*In unison to Suigetsu, Jugo performs a single hand seal as he gathers raiton chakra. He slams his hands onto the ground releasing a large amount of lightning which travels along the ground tearing through it as it approaches both Rairen and Zoro.*

Description: After performing a small sequence of hand seals the user will place their hand on the ground converting their chakra in to lightning. The user then sends an enormous bolt of electricity that cuts through the ground in the direction of the enemy. The shape of the bolt is a triangular with the base in the direction of the user and the tip headed towards the target. It causes devastating destruction on its way and generates enough heat and power to destroy whatever it comes into contact with.

*Jugo stands up and looks at Suigetsu closing his eyes while performing a single hand seal. Suigetsu does the same knowing that Jugo wouldn't have made direct eye contact if it wasn't important. The lightning flashes blinding both Rairen who is in the water and Zoro. Suigetsu and Jugo then reopen their eyes a second after the flash as the lightning then clashes into Zoro's bio violently shocking him.*

Description: The user will form a two handseals and use their raiton chakra to adjust the brightness of Raiton based techs. It can make raiton techniques of B rank and up bright enough to blind the opponent and the user of course (if the user doesn't close their eyes while making the handseals). Due to speed of the light being adjusted which is a flash that stays light up for 3 seconds or until the lightning attack hits or is over and instantly fades back to normal the opponent can't just simply close their eyes as they don't know it's going to happen. Once the target is blinded they will stay that way for one turn.
- This does not increase the power of raiton techs, only adjusts the brightness.
- Can only be used twice per match.
- Must use a lightning technique of B rank or higher before using this jutsu. B rank due to the size and amount of electricity that's in B rank techs that C rank techs lack.
- Must skip a turn before using again.
