i'd like to see marvel explore the open world realm. with your own created character. they can give you some paths to take. the noble hero. the villain or the type of character vegeta is, not sure what the word is for it. and around the city are areas where you can attain your powers. gamma radiation. some type of mutation or another being from another planet or dimension.
throw in a handful of known marvel hero's and villains.
start off as a normal guy or girl. maybe with a love interest. the more you turn to evil the distant you two become. the more heroic the closer. as the story progresses the more developed your abilities become. like if u choose gamma radiation the more hulk-esque you get. i mean like bigger not looking more like him. the stronger your telepathic abilities become etc etc.
and at the end. you have a show down with the other teams champion or hero
