Your on, let's treat Nagrand like it's a seperate area in the space time continuum, i use it as my home and you have discovered it via Kamui or some shite. xd

Minato sits atop a cliff in the alternate dimension of Nagrand, he had discovered the place while experimenting with the FTG, and no matter how he searched he was unable to find the area on any map of the known world, this led him to believe that Nagrand itself existed outside the space time continuum, he used this as his meditational land and place to get away from all the troubles in the world of the ninja world.
This was one of those days, pressure had been building lately and he just needed some time away from it all, he sits cross legged on the floor with two fingers placed on the floor, sensing everything on the small mass of land around him, attuning his body to the world around him, he felt the heartbeat of the earth as he sat in silence.

The village is being attended to in my absence, i like to come here and relax from time to time, the real question is....What concern is my village to you? Don't think me unable to feel the hatred flowing from you, even at this distance.

Minato listens to the man speak, he feels a rush of anger and shame when Kushina is mentioned, and suddenly he realizes where he knows that voice from, how could he have forgotten.
Looking at the man as he tilts his head Minato's suspicions are confirmed, the Sharingan.
The ability to enter a dimension only entered via space time techniques, that sharingan the mask...It all made sense suddenly.

Your right, i may have failed my wife and my child that day, i was to slow to stop you completely, but there are no babies here to hold hostage this time, and i will rectify my past mistakes by ending your miserable life!!

Minato raises both hands, with his left extended revealing a seal on his wrist, he slides his right hand over the seal in a throwing motion releasing a caramel kunai marked with the FTG seal directly towards his opponents upper chest.

Minato watches as his kunai shoots towards the opponent, then swiftly the opponent punches forwards releasing a large whirlwind style attack from his fist, as the attack is released Minato does two things at a blistering pace, Taking control of the minerals in the earth just ahead of his kunai he causes a large wall of caramel 10 feet wide and 10 feet high to launch from the earth hitting his own kunai launching it spiralling in to the air above, the wall blocks the wind attack and the opponents line of sight as Minato makes a single handseal.

Description: Before the battle the user will have places 5 basic seals in their mouth/throat in preparation. Each of these seals will represent one of the 5 basic elements. In battle, when the user is about to be hit by one of the the 5 basic elements they will perform one handseal activating one of the chosen seals in their mouth as they breath in. In doing so, the element of the seal they activated will be sucking in and sealed into the seal in the users mouth. Much like how Jiraiya sealed Amaterasu. After having sealed the element, the user can then perform one handseal releasing that element from their mouth back at their opponent, in the form of a blast of that chosen element with no shape to it. An exampe of this jutsu would be if the opponent use a B rank fireball, just when it's about to hit the user, he will perform one handseal, activating the seal as he breathes in, as he does, the fireball will be sealed into the seal in the users mouth, without hurting the user. The user could then perform another handseal releasing the fireb back at the opponent as one big blast, the fireball would still be B rank. When the seal is activated, a mass of chakra is released out of the users mouth at high speed, similar to when jiraiya sealed amaterasu in a scroll, but faster. The element would be drawn into this chakra and sealed into the seal in the users mouth.

Note: Each seal can only be used once per battle.

He appears to completely swallow the weakened lightning technique in a flash, no doubt suprising his opponent, and the moment the technique is absorbed he yells loudly.

Reversal style....Blazing lightning dragons roar!!!

As he screams loudly a gargantuan blast of the opponents sealed lightning is released from his mouth expanding as it does so, gaining an increase in size and becoming engulfed in flames firing straight back at the enemy uchiha.

Whilst Minato is sucking the lightning chakra in to his mouth, which happens very quickly he feels the earth shift below his feet as several spikes begin to form attempting to impale him, as they do so he teleports to his FTG kunai that is still in mid air due to being hit by the solid caramel wall moments earlier.

*Given the timeframe we are working on i think maybe 5 seconds have elapsed, it kind of went kunai, wind, wall, lightning, eating, spikes. So a couple of seconds the kunai would likely still be in mid air or just landing between us.

Mmm, i don't think thats fast enough, especially since you never mentioned any prediction of teleporting before i did but afterwards, and even with this "prediction" i don't think the underground fish projection is going to save you, i mean your merging with earth that takes a second or two but i'm spitting out S ranked fire and lightning, the lightning part being the key thing, earths weakness, it would tear the earth you merged in to apart.
But all in all you did well, personally i would have went for a really strong wind defense, given that only one rank of my technique is considered fire if you picked a no handseal wind technique i believe you could have pulled that one off in time. xd
Good fight anyway, we can do it again whenever you like, if you don't agree i don't mind you asking a judge if you really think i'm incorrect, but just remember that my technique came from a seal, so it required no molding of chakra or anything, so it's really fast, faster than any technique that requires the molding of chakra, so basically faster than any elemental ninjutsu.
