Noodlau
Nestled between the Ruins of Chungsu and the Noodle Panhandle, Noodlau share many of their natural characteristics, including a mild, temperate climate and a landscape of rolling grassland, with some rocky terrain near the coastland. It is home to many workshops that made equipment for the Hanguri Army, most of which are now abandoned.
Isabella kept on with her charge, despite the insurgence of blue fire. With a flicker of her sharingan, she identified the best path to take amidst the raging flames, and spread outwards a mass of red flames ( A Rank, 30 chakra, 80 damage ). The superior flame would douse out the flame, consuming themselves in a spread out path that would destabilize Mirabelle's platform, bringing her down towards the rising pokers of the Fire Iron. With her opposite hand, she would lasso 5 strings of bright flames that she would sneakily wrap around the Jinchuuriki's hand, to further guide her fall onto the skewering Fire Iron.You must be registered for see images
Mirabelle’s eyes blinked for a moment, watching that cryptic smile on her face. She knew immediately trouble was about to see in, but her idiocy allowed her to glance into her eyes. Of course, an illusion was immediately her reward. “Ughhhhhhhhhh” she mentally groaned like teenager, her illusionary sensory allowed her to immediately know of the illusion’s existence while also her own teachings when it came to Surreal Palm, the lax chaos resonated in her mind. However, the burning paper body of Mirabelle would have been gripped neatly and tightly around her limbs, as she is dragged. These arms, dark and void of form – held onto the former princess of the Hayabusa Clan. She was saved, thrusted into the inner darkest regions of her mind, where a familiar little follow would have weaved at his piano. “Welcome back, Mirabelle…” he spoke, almost mimicking the tone of her own voice. The princess, draped in ared gown as though she was invited to the ballroom, she smiled as she waltzed, casually leaving the confides of her mind. “See you again, Igor…”she smiled with a kiss to the creation of her mind. In reality however, only mere seconds passed as she returned to the world. Her mind free and untethered to the wickedness of the scarlet Uchiha. Her gaze drifted lightly, gaining a last hint of the milk in her cup. “Oh…my milk…” she said, clearly saddened but alas, she would have noticed her clothing changed in reality too.
“Oops, seems my clothing responded to my own desires…” she said, but she loved it anyways. “I suppose its time to dance” she ushered, now off her cloud and naginata in hand. “Waltz with me, Isabella” she started to imitate the movements of the foxtrot, though her movements…it had an accompaniment. Brilliance sapphire flames ignited from her feet, releasing outwards as ocean of flames. However, Mirabelle continued to dance on them, utilizing the flames as a literal platform as she walked towards her. The elegance in her movements, not a single wasted move in her actions. Her use of her flames to waltz on her body, she was also infused with the wonderous infusion from the very Void. This would sadly be a little misleading, considering the woman attempted to approach her, would surely be burned into a crisp.

Description: The illustrious and legendary Genjutsu of the Royal Sinners, The Black Box. This is a powerful Genjutsu, acting like a Kai and can also be used as an attack. The kai version is activated when the user is sent into a Genjutsu to which is identified through the means of sensory , dojutsu and or other means. Lacking one of these, the user would need to self-evaluate situation, allowing them to identify they are in a genjutsu. The user will channel his chakra into his own brain, placing chakra into the five senses. The senses that were not targeted by the targets Genjutsu will be layered with chakra at the minimum. The others that was targeted however, the chakra will overlay the targets chakra and actually flush the chakra out of the system of the brain, in the Genjutsu itself dark figures with red and yellow and dark devil eyes will come from the ground and begin to drag the target into the ground. After which the user will find himself in a dark room known as the “Black Box” which is actually the dark subconscious of the mind created by the illusion. In the room, there exists a red demon wearing a tuxedo and playing a piano and smiling to the user saying “You owe me one...boy” to which he starts laughing and the illusion ends when the chakra leaving the brain. When used as an attack, the user will use a set of 6 seal and channel his chakra into the brain of the user taking control of the five senses. The user will slam his hands on the ground, making it seem as if he used an earth technique. The earth rises around the target and places them in a new dimension known as the “Black Box”. In the new room the target will find themselves strapped to a black chair and piano music playing. The same red demon will be playing the piano and tells the target “Read for the symphony?” and laughs dark and loud as a dark figure with a shinigami mask on comes towards the target. In reality at this moment the target is unable to move. The masked man the places his hand by the heart of the target and proceeds to rip out the soul of the user , removing the mask and eating the soul, The masked man the laughs and begins eating other parts of the target till there is no more. During this time the target is immobilized in reality.Can be used for a total of three times for B-A Ranked, twice for S-ranked while unlimited for C ranked and below. A genjutsu specialist is capable of releasing one rank higher then they normally would base on the Kai Restrictions (i.e A Sannin can only release up to A-ranked with Kai but being a Genjutsu specialist will allow them to do so up to S-ranked). When used on a target it is B-Ranked in strength and can be used only twice

Description: Requip is a unique brand of ninja technology namely used for those always on the move. Coming in the form of apparel; the user has the innate ability to have clothing that morphs and changes form in order to suit their needs. Within the fabric of the clothing – there exists specialized ninja technology that controls the strings and thus with the use of chakra can command it to take any form she desires. This can range from shifting from casual wear to combat ready clothing on the fly. It mimics any clothing the user may also have somewhere at home and even the coloration changes as well. This combines two aspects: the Henge no Jutsu and the morphing capabilities of the microfibers but the transformation is permanent until changed again. Transforming the clothing is passive and doesn’t take a move slot however needs – 5 per use to do so. While transforming a bright light is also emitted to prevent others from seeing the transformation until it fully forms if needed.

Description: A skill unique to the Two-Tails and it's Jinchuriki, this jutsu allows the user to manipulate Blue Fire in an assortment of ways. Formed after making the appropriate handseals, this allows the user to release blue flames in the form of fireballs, streams of fire, and even blue flame based familiars to attack on the user's command. These Flames carry no properties of Blue Fire beside the basic variant which shares the same traditional properties of normal Fire Release except the weakness to Water.

Description: A variant of ‘Phoenix Feather’d Muffler’, Pyromania is a passive technique that allows the user to infuse extra chakra into a Fire based technique upon creation. The infusion will apply an effect similar to ‘Phoenix Feather’d Muffler’ to the technique, whereby aligning the chakra of the technique to an entity the user will be capable of preventing said substance from being burned, or negatively affected by the heat of the technique. Essentially, Pyromania allows the user to produce a fire technique that does not burn indiscriminately, but rather selectively, as it is capable of filtering out the user, and other desired items from its innately destructive effects. This is highly effective as it not only allows the user to become immune to that particular technique, but unlike the original it also allows them to safeguard allies and other entities from harm upon contact with the flame. Furthermore, just as is the case for ‘Phoenix Feather’d Muffler’, those safeguarded will become capable of interacting with the Fire technique as if it were a gas, liquid, or solid, and thus freely moving around within it without risk of asphyxiation or other adverse effects. This effect is applicable to Fire, and Fire based KG/CE, such as Lava and Scorch.

Description: A pole weapon wielded by the Samurai class now forged as a God-Slaying Tool. It is quite a large weapon, roughly five feet in length from the tip of its curved blade to the bottom of the pole-staff. This particular Naginata was forged for Mirabelle; because it is a product of certain Atavistic techniques it is bound to her soul, its anti-Divinity properties are able to pierce the defenses afforded to Divine enemies in the Ninja World. This does not confer a God-Slaying Tool the ability to defeat properties of Anutu or its sub-components; it is specifically targeted against Divine enemies in the Ninja World and the Divinity that they possess. With proper focusing and enhancements perhaps this weapon can become even stronger.
Isabella saw the sludge atempt to overpower her flaming strings, but her own fire speciality would prevent it from happening, as the strings were far more powerful than they would normally be. The algae muck around Mirabelle's body would be constricted in place, none able to overpower eachother, increasingly boiling the water content inside the algae and hindering it's advancement.Mirabelle watched as Isabella released her own flames in retaliation; watching as the flames danced with one another in a perfect harmony. Who knew sapphire and crimson flames meshed so well into one another? Mirabelle leaped from the flames ocean she gracefully weaved into existence – but she landed on the ground now safely. It seems Isabella insisted on coming closer, but Mirabelle was wary of her. “Oh you know…being a leader and mommy at the same time is a full package so…being a busy body…” she admitted. As the flaming strings attempting to touch Mirabelle, it would be snuffed out by the growth of some algal sludge on her body. The sickly blue liquid oozed from her extended palm and burst forward towards Isabella, consuming the flames and continuing towards her, though of course a bit weakened from the interaction. “Sorry, but I don’t like BDSM shit…try the man who knocked me up, think we can find him in some ravine…” she pondered on the idea, trying to remember the last time she saw that person. “Oh well, I think its time we moved out of this child’s play…unless you’re just here to waste my time” she raised a brow in suspicion. Never the less, the sludge would have attempted to lock Isabella’s movement in place.

Description: Eywa encapsulates the user's universal control over Algae. Through the use of a single handseal, the user can birth algae, or re-shape preexisting algae into various offensive, defensive, or supplementary structures of varying strengths and sizes. By exploring the full spectrum of Algae’s semi-solid, formless and aggregate nature various effects can be achieved, such as waves and blasts of sludge-esque algae, densely packed algae for hard walls, rigid spears, spikes and the like, or shaped yet flexible structures such as whips or tendrils and so on. Algae can adopt various hues and colours, continuously grow and proliferate if left unattended. Birthed algae can either be released from the user's’ body, from a source of water (whole or aggregate), a pre-existing source of algae, or from moisture saturated earth, and its strength and size will vary according to the amount of chakra utilised to create it. In the case of reshaping existing algae however, the size and strength will correlate to that of the original structures. Eywa also facilitates the creation of seaweed-esque structures, and the release of Algal spores that can be triggered at a later date.( These being generic spores that entail generic applications explored and alluded to within the CE submission.)
- At the cost of 10 chakra per turn, the user can sustain control over created structures for continuous manipulation that allows structures to be guided through land, sea or sky, this however limits the user to the usage of Algae, the elements it is composed of, and non elemental abilities. It can be maintained for a maximum of four turns.
- By expending 5 chakra the user can amplify the colour pigments of the created algal bloom for the effect of bioluminescence- bioluminescence is prevalent across a variety of algae species and - in accordance with Algae's generalist catch-all nature, and the nature of Eywa as a generalist technique of such an element, the effect of bioluminescence can be summoned in Eywa Algae. Bioluminescent algae will glow with an intense light.
- S ranked applications require two handseals and can only be utilized thrice.

Mirabelle twirled Engulfing Lightning around herself quickly as she kneaded chakra into it. As she did, she twirled around on her heel, as she unleashed a volley of fiery slashes into her general direction, attempting to slice clean through bone and flesh. The naginata of course provided the flames their own hint of Divinity, something Mirabelle still steeled herself to come to terms with. “As weak as the weapons might be for now, I truly do believe it’s time we started looking into mastering these things. Any bright ideas on how we can do that, outside of fighting each other? Why not actually trying to kill Neferian, instead of wanting to sleep with him…” she rolled her eyes, hands on hip as she finished her movement. As she returned back to facing Isabella, she would of course continue to avoid looking into her eyes the entire time, but alas the lady of sin had little time to waste. Once she finished, she simply drew on the Nibi’s chakra, allowing herself to become cloaked in a shroud of bubbling orange red chakra. “I tend to forget I have access to this power…hmm…” she murmured to herself. She would have also been blessed with another void infusion, merging it within herself.

Description: The Jinchūriki accesses his Bijuu's chakra and releases a portion of it into his body, triggering this initial transformation. By doing this, red chakra oozes from his skin, engulfing him in a chakra shroud that resembles a miniature, translucid version of his Bijuu ( although with little detail ), with a variable number of tails ( depends on which Bijuu it is ) and certain unique traits like the Kyuubis ears or Hachibi's horns. The jinchūriki gains a drastic increase in speed, being capable of fighting on par with almost any ninja and gets his Taijutsu damage boosted not only by the increased strength behind his chakra shroud but also by the chakra shroud itself, which damages enemies to the touch. In certain situations, the jinchūriki can also gain more animalistic abilities, such as running tremendously fast on all fours or viciously clawing on his enemies. The chakra shroud protects the jinchūriki from damage and grants him a damage shaving immunity of 40 damage.

Description: Whenever the user uses an A-Rank or higher elemental technique of one of the basic five natures they have a 20% chance to gain a single Void Infusion. This can occur once every two turns. This chance is increased to 40% when the user uses a Forbidden ranked elemental technique.
Isabella's void artifact would immediately steal all of Mirabelle's infusions, spending two to regain 2, retaining their 3 infusions. She would be faced with a Surreal Palm kick that would mirror her own, resulting in a neutral clash, as the blue fire talon would meet the black leather boot of the scarlet uchiha. but the clashing feet would hide a much fouler sucker punch, as Isabella would mark her friend's foot as a totem, empowered by Strength of the Void. Simultaneously, she would blast backwards, in a somersault, coating her escape with a massive shield of Fire in blacken ash form from her Litmus Fist technique ( A rank, 30 chakra, 80 damage ), as the totem explodes, allowing the explosion to harmlessly propell her to the limits of short-range from Mirabelle, while adding more damage dealt to Mirabelle.Mirabelle’s attempt at creating her flaming slashes was meet with a little bit of resistance as the jet of flames was released from the tip of Isabella’s weapon. She didn’t stop, instead of however infusing the weapon with fiery chakra, she simply allowed her hand to swing the blade down violently. This generated enough air pressure to cut the jet down in literal half. She would have split it in half, with either side passing off to the sides of her. “See? Even the slightest movement can create such a…masterful piece of work…” she said, smiling as the flames harmlessly passed by her. However, Mirabelle’s world immediately become pierced once more, the nature of the illusion again being identified. She sometimes wondered “why” when someone attempted to place her in an illusion. Like, they should know whom she was but alas it seems Isabella’s own confidence would once again leave just a sheer air of negligence to the Jinchuriki’s own prowess. “Hehe fine,” she said – her body not bounded by the restraints of the illusion. She was as much as a practioneer of the same style, her movements at times carried more elegance and tactical movement. Intent on crafting her own little bubble, the lady would have jested and quickly entertain the notion of a dance. As she swung both arms, the shattered pieces of her body exploded, bursting to life glorious wings made from sapphire flames, her lower half remsembling that of a thunderbird’s. Powerful yellow talons, as she quickly maneuver to intercept the kick with her own. The clash was neutral, but Mirabelle’s own brightness and increased potency of the illusion shattered the previous one.
With that reality, becoming her own, she became an embodiment of the animals she loved. Her eyes shifting to that of cat’s own, but also the tail of an overgrown lizard…wyvern. Once the blows was exchanged and equalized, Mirabelle quickly retracted her leg down to the ground, as she attempted to strike, slamming her right wing into Isabella’s torso, but in reality the naginata would have struck her instead, slashing through her upper body at a diagonal path, severing tendons and causing to bleed out. “Flirting is my forte, you should know this, you taught me a few tricks after all” she winked and smiled. The illusion she crafted, she silenced the ability to break free of it being chakra surges.

Description: The user of this technique will begin by priming their weapon against an oncoming attack, before swinging it with such violent force that the sheer air pressure created by the weapon will split incoming attacks, causing them to harmlessly bypass the user. Due to this technique being not reliant on chakra it has no elemental strengths or weaknesses and functions on a rank vs rank system, however, any enhancements to kenjutsu will apply to the technique, so for example if the A rank is used, the technique splits A rank damage (60), but with a +20 to Kenjutsu or Bukijutsu, it becomes capable of splitting (80) damage. This technique contains no intrinsic damage value but will push enemies out of short range should they be too close to the attack. The power generated by this swing is similar to the leaf dragon god, so visually it appears as a wind jutsu might, despite not being a chakra-based technique. It can be used to slice anything within reason, akin to Moses parting a sea, the technique will not fully disperse oncoming attacks instead it will simply remove the portion aimed at the user.

- If used by a Samurai with Samurai Sabre Skill, the effective range of the technique will be increased.

Description: Allows the chaos of one’s mind to find solace in the heart of a wild beast. The practitioner will charge towards the target, moving erratically, before launching a series of 7 combined physical attacks. In these freestyle motions, the user is meant to physically mimic an animal, and acquire it’s mannerisms, similar to Shaolin Kung Fu. As the practitioner moves, the illusion shifts the body, turning, as the user's body appears to metamorph into that of animals, which will rip through any surrounding illusion ( of the same rank ). The illusionary animal(s) will be part of one body, the practitioners, and while the whole body can be as eclectic as Surrealism, both the illusionary avatar and the physical body will juxtapose, not necessarily equally, as the practitioner can be upright while the avatar is hunched or on all fours, but in the same axis.. Each physical strike that connects with the target will shift and shatter the illusion for a moment, until the final strike that releases it completely.
Alternatively, the user can simply metamorph a part of the body, the one primarily being used, into parts of animals, instead of turning into a complete animal. This is considered a weaker technique, B ranked ( 20 chakra, 40 damage points ), and the juxtaposition is much more noticeable, as only the metamorphed limbs will have an illusionary camouflage.
*The user may divide the 7 motions between multiple turns, spending chakra for each and counting as a move towards the jutsu count, but cannot span more than 3 turns. If done in this manner, there is a 2 turn cool down before re-initiating*

Description: This technique allows the user to combine their elemental chakra with Yin Release in order to create stronger, more potent Genjutsu. When the user casts a Genjutsu, rather than using their raw chakra they will use one of the basic elemental natures, thus increasing the potency of the jutsu. This technique increases the technique it is applied to by one rank in strength; due to the massive infusion of chakra a Genjutsu empowered by the Five Elements Illusion can penetrate through any passive defense or subversive method against Genjutsu. By using nature chakra rather than raw chakra, the properties of the Genjutsu can change in accordance to that nature and become stronger. For example, using Crushing Snake Constriction with Fire Release chakra would make the snakes appear, feel, and sound as though they were on fire. The user is free to alter the effects of a Genjutsu within reason as long as the primary effects remain the same. Like other Yin-Yang infusions, this technique only increases the chakra within the technique by an additional rank in strength, or 10, whichever is higher.

It was that moment, during the physical clashing – that Mirabelle noticed something was off. Immediately; she realized a seal was placed on her – much to her own annoyance. “Aww, you left me a gift…” she said; as she too would have placed a seal onto herself. As the seal exploded, she had already made a quick hand seal, that once the explosion occurred, it would have been absorbed by a chakra wolf entity – to which latched onto the chakra as it sucked it in. The wolf enjoyed the chakra, much to his delight. While she took some damage; some of which was negated via the infusion of her piercings’ unique ability to reduce the damage of technique upon interaction. This reduced the damage down to 60; but as the seal would have then pumped the chakra absorb by the wolf into Mirabelle’s body and healed her completely of the damage taken. “Sneaky little Uchiha…”she said in a very irritated tone, as the smoke cleared and revealed Mirabelle in a witch like garb. Her body remained fine for the most part, as the wolf would have completely healed the damage for her and managed to eat most of the explosion’s chakra anyways.

Description: Gluttons Banquet is a very unique style of jutsu that combines the basics of ninja art in terms of molding and creation and sealing arts. The user will touch their body applying a seal while stringing a single handseal creating a wolf like entity in the form of pure raw chakra around the user. Upon doing this the wolf will have a fork and knife. The wolf like entity purpose is to eat all forms of chakra present within short range all around the user excluding directly from the opponents body (User isnt affected by this). The wolf like entity will take a deep breath. Upon doing this, it will break down, and absorb all forms of chakra by inhaling the techniques/chakra, even harden materials (It will simply break down the earth into crumbs). As the jutsus are absorb into the wolf, thats when the seal on the user will kick in. The chakra that the wolf absorbs will be stored inside the users body, being able to replenish their Health equivalent to the damage output of said opponent technique.

Haumia - Is the godstick of the God of Wild, the Hunter God. It is capable of granting the [Depowering effect] manifested in the technique [Water Style: Mist Rain]. This allows the user's technique to shave off 1 rank from an opposing jutsu, -20 damage when applicable. When used through the Maori Godmist, it is capable of shaving off some power, having them being overpowered by similarily ranked techniques, or shaving 10 damage when applicable.

Journey of the Swordless was triggered; but the maiden would have dashed into the direction of the opponent; not allowing her to get away too far. As she did, she immediately swung her arm down, releasing extremely fast-moving chakra blades, while slowing down her movement as to not run into her own technique on purpose. She was prepared to unleash one of her most powerful attacks as a result.

Description: Journey of the Swordless is a technique which is always active for those who practice the art of Kyotoryu. Being active from the very beginning of battle, Journey of the Swordless is classified as a passive technique to all those who wish to utilize it. While most Kyotoryu techniques do not require this, Journey of the Swordless is meant to enhance the users Kyotoryu techniques to their maximum, by sacrificing a real sword in the process.
To start, the user coats their entire body in a tiny, razor sharp layer of chakra, which looks very similar to the Medical Scalpel technique, to activate this technique. Once active, the user become a human blade, as all their strikes carry the same cutting potential as any regular sword, by being enhanced by their razor sharp chakra. Another benefit to this technique, is that the razor sharp chakra around the users body allows them to bypass wind resistances, allowing their strikes to also be much faster than when performing techniques with an actual sword. Another benefit of this, is that due to the wind resistance being removed from their strikes, while also gaining speed, all the users kenjutsu gain additional damage, by having any wind resistance removed, the strikes carry more weight, striking much harder and with more maneuverability than one could perform with a regular sword. However, the damage bonus is further increased when utilized with Kyotoryu techniques, as these techniques are specifically created for the fight style, adding Journey of the Swordless on top further empowers them, allowing the unique movements of Kyotoryu fighting style to be even more deadly than usual.
However, while this technique seems strong, the largest drawback is the user loses their ability to hold a sword. The chakra around the users body will destroy any sword hilt it comes into contact with. Even with indestructible blades, the hilt of the sword will be rejected, forcefully pushed out of the users hand if he tried to wield a bladed weapon. This is only the case for swords however, other objects, like Staffs, can be wielded, but any techniques requiring a Staff will Not gain any benefits from this technique.
Restrictions:
Must be posted in the users bio if they wish have it passive from the start of battle. Chakra cost can be paid to activate it during battle.
Once activated, the users Arms, Legs, Head, and even torso become a replacement for any Technique that requires a sword.
Due to the nature of the chakra, the user cannot wear any armor, nor can the user wield a sword of any description. However the user is able to wield non bladed weapons, but those weapons will gain no bonus' from this technique.
Any jutsu the user users, such as Earth Armor, will have its defenses Reduced by -20 if used over top of this technique. However, this only applies to techniques that attach to the users body, techniques such as Susanoo, will be unaffected.
This technique can be used by Samurai, following all the same restrictions as regular uses. However, as the user cannot wear armor with this technique active, it cannot be used with Bushido, however SSS and Iaido can be used in conjunction

Description: A technique based upon the premises of two of Keotsu's other Command Arts - his signature shockwave Kougenjin, and a Prayer technique known as Zekkyōdan, Rekkyōdan aims to push the principles of these attacks to their absolute limits. The user will gather chakra around their blade, coating in it a glass like layer; swinging the blade breaks the high tension layer of chakra and projects it forward, like the fragments of a broken mirror. The user can control the spread over the shattered attack, allowing it to cover either wide area to affect multiple opponents, or focus it into a tight cone to strike an individual adversary. No matter the scope of the area covered by the attack, though, the technique always launches 80 individual shockwaves. Like all Command Art shockwaves, Rekkyōdan can cut through any material the blade used to launch it can cut, meaning a sufficiently sharp blade could cut through nearly any material, and like Kougenjin it moves a twice the normal rate of traditional shockwaves.
