As he was saying this, Zhen casually took the scroll off of his thigh and summoned the Goggles of Talos before putting them over his eyes.
Ahh, there we go. So what now?
With the goggles on Zhen clapped his hands together and created a staff made purely of chakra enhanced earth, though as fast as the staff was created it simply vanishes. Zhen had used his paws to repel the staff out of sight before grabbing a kunai and throwing it at the Raikage.

Description: The goggles were created by the combined effort of the Third Kazekage and his council. In an effort to control and mimic the power of the shukaku, they created weapons and accessories. These goggles were one of those items, they were crafted from a strange dense yet light metal found in a mine near sungakure and from the denses most strongest glass in the village. The third Kazekage had some of his chakra and a councilmen's aswell sealed within the glasses. The glasses however were a failure they did nothing to help control a jinchuriki, however the glasses gained a strange new power due to the what was sealed within them. The third kazekage decided to keep them as they would aid him in battle and the covered his eyes from being blinded by the constant sand in sunagakure or accidentally by his own iron sand.
They emit a chakra field mid range all around the user, the air and underground as well. An object that is within the field is known to the goggles. The Goggle's can know where the object or chakra signature is, how big it is and it's speed, if moving, but only if the user is able to perceive and track the speed of said object himself. This information is sent right to the user as the goggles are connected.

Description: The user begins by gathering up a considerable amount of chakra in his palms followed by clapping them together near his chest.. Once that is done, the user takes his hands apart but as they move away from each other the user uses shape manipulation around his hands to conjure up a very hard and condensed staff of earth.. The staff is approximately the same height as the user and about a foot in diameter and is holds enough hardness and strength to attack with A-rank slashing capabilities. Upon creation, the staff is crafted to be more sharp with a pointed end to cut instead of dealing blunt damage. Close range abilities:
The staff's main use is to be used in close combat, where it is able to be used as a normal staff, though it has the cutting abilities of an S-rank earthen blade Mid range use:
The staff can also be used at a range, in which it gained its name "beetle staff". The user can simply throw the staff like a spear but in mid flight, the user does a single hand seal, thus transforming the staff as it moves. The staff quickly sprouts from its sides a pair of wings that resemble that of a beetle's. This allows the staff to not only pick up speed and killing potential (S-rank power) but also also allows the user to control it in mid flight to hit opponents. While being controlled, the staff has to always be moving forward and can't turn around nor make sharp turns..
At any point while flying, the user can do one more hand seal whilst inserting fire chakra within the staff which results in the exploding outwards into a 5m wide vortex of fire with sharp earthen shards that would cause major fiery damage while also cutting anything that comes into contact with it up.

Description:A simple yet effective technique to use as both an attack as well as a defense. The user will repel a solid object or technique using one or both of his paws. He repels the targeted object or technique to another location, away from the battle field. This can be done to avoid techniques or attacks or to remove hindering objects from the battle field. However, its main ability comes with the ability to call forth that object once again to a different location on the field. This can be useful to attack an unsuspecting enemy or to provide a fast defense. The object will appear in any location of the field. The main thing to consider is, however, the lack of momentum the object will carry once it appears. In this case, to be used as an attack, gravity and other forces might be necessary to exploit to give maximum effect. Techniques that are not physical or tangible in nature like fire, lightning or wind will not be able to be called forth as once they are replled and sent away, they lose their shape and disperse wherever the user might have sent them. Fire and Lightning will also damage the user upon making contact with the paws making the paws unusable for 2 turns. The size of the target is relevant and proportional to the rank within the clan being that the maximum size it can affect is up to 10 times the users mass.
Note: Calling forth the object counts as a move and the user needs to spend additional chakra

As the monk spoke to the Raikage, he kept a stern look upon his face. He didn’t have many words to share with his opponent; he didn’t see the need to do such acts. At the sight of the man creating a staff from nowhere, Zeus acted upon that action figuring he wanted to start the battle then and there. Zeus wasn’t the one to play with his opponents; he preferred taking them out quick. The moment the staff appeared, Zeus activated his Signature lightning armour and prepared to dash forward to take the man out, but then it vanish.
Taken back by this feat, Zeus looked around wondering where it went. Perhaps it was some sort of teleportation jutsu or reverse summoning. This man surely had a special ability, Zeus needed to be careful. Zeus took on a basic fighting stance and opens his right hand, gathering black lightning chakra. In a matter of seconds Zeus created a pure black lightning spear, not even seconds after creation he threw it forward at an angle to hit the ground between the man’s legs.

Description: The user will wrap themselves with lightning chakra, which then electrically stimulates their nerves system and speed up their neural synapes to react faster to danger and push away any physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing him to gain tremendous raw speed and monstrous strength. This armour, combined with Taijutsu allows the user to utilize a special style of Nintaijutsu which combines Lightning and Taijutsu. While the technique is active, the user is immune to Lightning techniques A-Rank and below but doesn't have any additional defensive bonus. Despite the large quantity of chakra it releases and uses up, the armor doesn't damage enemies who touch it, leaving the user able to interact with those around, allies or enemies as well as tools, weapons, etc.

As Zhen sees the lightning shrouded brute throw the odd colored lightning he didn't flinch nor second guess his instincts. As the lightning is heading at him, Zhen simply did a single hand seal, using his*wind*mastery to create revolving*wind*around the entirety of his body. The*wind*creates a barrier of*wind*that would easily fend off the lightning if it got into range, though as he activated the technique he controls the*wind*to allow himself to float a few feet off the ground whilst moving towards you at a steady yet not rushed pace.

Description: The user after performing 3 hanseals infuses the air surrounding them with wind chakra and manipulates it to encircle the user's body multiple times. This makes the pressurized chakra-infused air revolve around the user like a vortex, allowing them to maintain it for several turns once activated. The technique takes the form of wind currents and is concentrated around the user's arms, lifting them up, allowing the user to be airborne while also allowing them to move freely in mid air. The user has enough control to release the chakra-infused air surrounding them as a directed blast that can cause considerable damage to the surrounding area. This technique can also be used to block a devastating lightning attack and dissipate it, and block other elemental/physical attacks as well as push them back by using the energy of the technique as a barrier (following elemental strengths and weaknesses). The pressurized chakra-infused air can be focused onto specific areas of the user's body, making the protection exceedingly more concentrated. However when focusing them onto specific areas, the user cannot achieve flight.

The moment the wind technique is activated and Zhen has the wind revolving around his body, he'd make use of the staff that he previously made vanish. All of a sudden, near instantly and quietly, the staff appears a foot behind the brute, pointed directly at his skull. With a single hand seal the staff explodes into a vortex of sharp earthen shards and intense flames, expanding out 7m around you.
Zeus carefully watches the man as the lighting spear travels forward. Zeus simply did that tactic to test the man’s abilities, perhaps he would reveal more of his power with this next attack coming forward. The man brings both hand together once more like before, Zeus thought about using his immense speed to dash forward and hit him before he could pull off another act like what he did to the staff, but he decided to see how this would play out first.
To his surprise it was a handseal this time, which created wind to spin around the man like a tornado. Quite impressive but that wasn’t good enough. The man floated up and moved forward like some God. The man then reached in to place his hands together again, but Zeus wouldn’t allow it this time. Before he could bring both hands together, Zeus would catapult himself forward and curve in an arc to get [your left] close range behind you. During his travel, he gathered fire chakra to both fist. The moment he stops, both fists would thrust forward from the momentum he was moving at to release a lot of fire raging forth into your wind shield. Zeus would then dash 6m to his right and watch for any other activity from you [Moved before you could do the handseal for le spear].

Description:
Using the amazing abilities of the Lightning Armor technique, both the 3rd and 4th Raikages are able to move at insanely high speeds to dodge or evade incoming attacks, even those that would normally be unavoidable such as Amaterasu. This fast movement can also be used in conjunction with a Taijutsu move, including their own signature Lightning based Nintaijutsu moves, to use the momentum one can gather and add even more damage if the move allows it. The technique also alows the user to move in more elaborate patterns that one would think, although following a more or less linear path. The only weakness of this technique is that, since its purely fast and enhanced movement, you cannot use it in all battle grounds but only those that would otherwise enable its use. Not only that but although the user moves fast, he is still trackable by high Doujutsu users (3T, Byakugan and Rinnegan), Sensors and EIG Masters. This doesn't mean the opponent can react (that depends on his speed, mastery of taijutsu and techniques used) but rather that he can perceive the attack.

With the lightning Shrouded man dashing away from where Zhen was gonna make the staff appear, Zhen watches him closely and reacts accordingly. As he moves a couple of meters from where he was running from, he was suddenly trapped in a simple illusion that would bring his run to a sudden halt. Snakes had burst up from the ground directly under and around the man, quickly coiling around his body and tightening acting as restraints on his body in the illusion. In reality, the man would suddenly lose the ability to move his body, and as a result of his sudden loss of body movement coupled with the speed he was moving with, he'd quickly trip over himself and go tumbling across the ground violently. All the while Zhen gradually floated a few meters into the air.
So, he likes lightning, eh?

Description: The user puts the opponent into a genjutsu which has snakes appear beneath the opponent to constrict them and with the users command, they crush the opponent. In reality, the opponent is immobilized and takes damage due to the stress on his mind.
Upon casting the illusion Zhen simply bit down on his tongue to the point that a enough blood spilled off on to the Tattoo for the box Jellyfish that he had placed in that specific spot (tongue). In this moment Zhen summoned Mamaragan below him, a large translucent blue Box with numerous tentacles hanging down and "sparking" constantly. Before the brute knew it, his shroud of lightning began ripping off of him, being pulled into the tentacles of Mamaragan with haste. The moment Mamaragan was summoned and started to "absorb" the lightning shroud, Zhen simply put his hand on the hilt of his sword, making it disappear upon contact.

Description: The user summons large polyp, with a body the size of an adult man, and a mouth filled with long tentacles. It has Lightning affinity, which give's it's translucent body and tentacles a strong electrical charge reacting automatically to any existing lightning in the surrounding area, up to 15 meters around it, as if it was a lightning rod. This means that while it is in play, for 2 turns, neither the user or the opponent can efficiently preform a lightning jutsu, as it will get pulled and absorbed by Mamaragan. It can absorb 80 chakra, 160 Damage Points of Lightning/Electrical based jutsu. Once the quota is reached, Mamaragan will burst open and expel several (10-20) tiny and light medusas, which are light enough to move through the air, and use small electrical discharges to change direction. This medusas will stay alive for 1 turn, and will produce powerful lightning discharges whenever they come in contact with the opponent, sending out a paralyzing wave which will lock the target's muscles for 1 turn, preventing movement. They fly at a normal pace, as if freely floating in the air currents.
*While in Polyp form, it is able to use its tentacles to move and/or thimble it's way around the field. In Medusa form, the small entities will just be attracted by the opponent's chakra, with no conscientious movement. They will not attack the user or fellow Box Jellyfishes*
*In Polyp form the tentacles can be used to wrap and bind a nearby (short-range) enemy while shocking him on contact (B-Rank) numbing his nerves*

What was weird was the fact that snakes were on his legs but he couldn’t move the rest of his body as he begin to fall. He didn’t see the smoke from a normal summoning; he didn’t hear them break through the ground. An illusion was the first thought that came to mind as Zeus releases a surge of earth chakra through his body after releasing his lightning armour in attempt to break the genjutsu. With the armour on, he creates pillars from his body to go downwards to the ground to propel him back upwards so that he immediately returns to his feet as he was falling. Before doing his next move, he would rid himself of the earth armour
As he did this he witness you upon what seems to be some sort of creature. Not caring much, Zeus simply stomps the ground to create 3 fire pillars to erupt directly underneath you.

Description: The user releases a burst of earth chakra from all over his body. As he does this, a multitude of rock seemingly grows from his skin, forming a large, dense armour or rock much bigger and bulkier than the users original size. The armour can be manipulated and used to create extendable weapons to strike a target with like rudimentary swords or hammers. The downside is that the user cannot mold techniques from other elements a part from earth while sustaining the armor. The armor can be manifested in only specific parts of the body if the user so chooses.
