Awakening from his slumber, Corvo scanned his surroundings groggily. He carried his gaze and focused it into what seemed like a clearing from the dense woodland surrounding, and pushed through with a renewed sense haste. There, he entered a flat landscape filled with nothing but moderately tall grass.

Meeting his opponent's sight, he knew the one he had come to attack stood before him. The formation of two handseals from the assassin begins the abrupt encounter, producing a vortex of brilliant white Pantheonic Dust laced with an outer layer of Neidan to burst forth from the ground, swirling outward in all directions toward the figure. After this is completed, under the cover of the swirling vortex with him at its epicenter, he would dissolve into a multitude of rats that scurry in all directions, using the grass as a second measure of covertness. The rat containing the assassin would move forward in an arc toward the figure, maintaining long ranged distance.

Description:
This is the most fundamental technique of the Pantheonic Dust element, the core foundation for how it functions. By focusing considerable amounts of chakra, the user is capable of creating a limitless amount of constructs, the detail and complexity only limited by their imagination and the amount of chakra they put forth. The structures include (and are not limited to) things like walls, swords, spheres, buildings, pillars, furniture, and more (these constructs are relatively basic in the sense that this technique can't be used to create sentient animals and things of that nature). These creations can be used defensively, in order to intercept attacks coming towards the user, offensively, creating swords, spikes and the like in order to pierce or ensnare the opponent, and supplementary, forming structures to benefit the user and his allies without affecting the opponent in any shape or form . Pantheonic Dust itself can be made with three methods, the first is from the body. By surging chakra through their person, the user is fully capable of creating a plethora of tools from their limbs, mouth, and the like. The Earth, this is done by using their chakra to grind the Earth into fine grain minerals that can be controlled with chakra (this can also be done with any Earthen based structures as well), and finally, through pre-existing PD structures the user has created prior. The size and strength of these creations fully depends on the rank of the version used, D-Rank structures obviously cannot exceed the size of your average A-Rank and so on. The Dust's elemental S/Ws apply as well, should the Dust come in contact with water or any liquid, it'll take on it's properties while retaining it's original shape and size (if the liquid was hot, the Gel will now be corrosive to the touch, capable of burning the opponent if they come in contact with it. If the liquid was cold, the Gel becomes more solid in nature, the coldness increasing it's density into something akin to solid rock).

Note: The S-Rank version can only be used three times with two turns between uses, and that and the A-Rank application require a handseal

(Neidan: Wuxing) Internal Alchemy: Five Agents (Passive)

Description: Five Agents is a technique where by the user augments their other non-Neidan techniques by combining them with Wuji. The technique mitigates the weakness of a user’s non-Neidan techniques by utilizing the neutral nature of Wuji to erase part of or all a conflicting technique so that the user’s technique becomes neutral or continues with limited inhibition against other techniques. Alternatively, the user can make other techniques more effective against weaker techniques via the same method. This technique is accomplished by combining the user’s non-Neidan technique with Wuji Dao with all three dantian. As a result, this is not an actual augmentation but a collaboration technique between Wuji Dao and a non-Neidan technique. The user will either wrap the layer of Neidan manipulated chakra around their non-Neidan technique or embed it within their non-Neidan technique. The wrapper method causes opposing entities to interact with the Neidan technique before the non-Neidan technique. The embedded method causes the opposing entities to interact with the non-Neidan technique before the Neidan technique comes into play (essentially inverting the process). This technique is learned at chunin rank at B-rank. It can be used within the same timeframe as the user’s non-Neidan technique. At jounin level, the user can enhance the strength of this technique and use it A-rank. Dragon Ninja are capable of using this technique S-rank and using B-rank passively. Head Ninja are capable of using this technique up to A-rank passively but are incapable of using S-rank. Master Ninja can use A-rank passively and use up to S-rank.

Note: chunin can only use this technique every three turns. Jounin can use the technique once every two turns. Dragon/Head Ninja can use this technique once every other turn, and master ninja can use this once per turn.
Note: Passive use of this technique at any rank increases the cool down duration per use by one turn and can only be utilized 4 times per battle.
Note: S-rank version of this technique can only be used once every three turns.
Note: chunin and jounin will be required to use an additional 2 hand signs with whatever technique they are collaborating with to use this technique. The higher echelon will only require 1 additional seal unless the application is S-rank.
(Nezumi Shuhō: Ō no kaisan) Rat Technique: King's Dissolution

Description: The user will perform a single handseal and channel chakra throughout their body, upon which they will begin to dissolve into a multitude of small rats that scatter in all directions. Similar to how Jiraiya travels in small toads, the user would be stealthily concealed within one of the rodents, who move with great agility to cover large distances. While inside the rat, the user will be aware of his surroundings outside, and after reaching a safe distance he can have the rat release him from it's mouth. While within the rat, the user is unable to use any techniques, and must fully emerge from it in order to do so.

Alucard stood firm, cloaked in black and crimson with his hat and glasses adorning his head. His hands rested on Darkiscie, the sword forged outside the sands of time with the same energy consisted in the legendary Truth Seeking Balls albeit not as powerful as that. To his left, his daughter Lilith stood with her hands also resting on her own sword; Golden Nightmare which was a much more beautiful sword forged with Bisumaton and reinforced Steel. Unlike Alucard, Lilith thought the stance was rather snobby and she pulled a pranky face on her ol' man who rested his Tenseigan steadily on the man infront of the two of them. He was able to see through him and through the mastery of Yin/Yang, he was able to sense him too. The tall grassland swirled around their knees. Lilith's attention sometimes was guided towards it, she had never seen grass this tall but suddenly and surely she was brought back into reality for the man infront of them, without uttering a single word, decided to attack. Alucard noticed two handseals were cast and through his mental link with Lilith he brought his daughter back to attention.

A massive vortex formed, containing what appeared to be similar to powdered platina sand. But Alucard sensed something else was partaking in it, it was imbued with some sort of layer of chakra that he could not make out what it was. Through his mental link to Lilith he spoke with a tired grunt.

Aye, i am going to try out my new technique.

Lilith would weave three handseals and conjure a massive wave of liquid bismuth from the ground, erupting infront of the two of them and consuming the dust setting it ablaze. Her technique was enhanced in strength due to her sword's passive boon to any Bisumaton techniques that she used. At the very same time, Alucard morphed himself through the means of his Ghoulspine style. A bone fragmentation grenade morphed from his Yin skeleton that shined black. He would hurl it through both the opponents technique and Lilith's technique as neither of them consisted of any energies and thus its intangibility let it phase through both of them and explode in a large sphere of light where the opponent stood. The blast radius was that of short range in all directions and dealt mental damage, as it was not dealing any physical damage whatsoever but rather the blast was actually a trigger of a genjutsu that made the man experience himself as been blown up but in reality he still stood there.

(Bisumaton: Kamigami no umi | Bismuth release: Sea of gods) - (Used by Lilith)

Description: Sea of gods is a multi-ranked technique that serves as the basic, jack-of-all-trades technique of the bismuth release. It can be created from existing sources(earth) or from the user directly. Depending on how much chakra he/she spends it amps the technique further and thus produces more liquid bismuth. The force of the torrent of the liquid metal will also become greater the more chakra is spent into the technique. But even so, small amounts of liquid bismuth may be enough for some occasions too. Through this technique, the user will be able to shape the land infront of them and create small or large torrents of the liquid bismuth, create a huge "sea" of the molten metal right under their targets or manipulate pre-existing liquid bismuth to form into huge hands or small flying liquid bullets. Even though the possibilities are essentially endless, the bismuth will stay on the field until destroyed and does not require chakra to stay on the field. However, since the release is indeed liquid it cannot maintain any lasting functional structures unless chakra is used to sustain the releases state. Sort of like water which can be formed into a dragon but needs chakra to sustain its form in such case. D, C and B ranks can be used indefinitely while B-ranks will require one handseal; Hare. A rank variation can be used up to 4 times, but will start to require two handseals; Hare - Ox. S-rank variation requires three handseals; Hare - Ox - Rabbit - and can be used up to 3 times per battle.

Note: B-ranks require a single handseal, A ranks two handseals and S rank three handseals.

(Sourubomu) - Soul Bombs - (Used by Alucard)

Description: This technique lets the user of the Ghoulspine style to morph their Yin skeleton into fist-sized hand grenades that can be used as any sort of projectile that they can hurl/toss towards a designated target up to Long-Range. Akin to the Ghoulspine style, these grenades can phase through any physical barrier unless consisting of some sort of energy element. Upon detonation, the grenades will explode and cause a rift of Yin chakra that inhabits the behavior of Ghoulspine. This rift stays on the detonation site of the Soul Bomb and covers a spherical dome of short-range in diameter (3 meters, and also underground). This rift is pitch black and contains the source of the genjutsu that is contained within the Soul Bomb, thus meaning anything that traverses into the rift will be caught into the genjutsu. While dealing mental damage, the illusion that is affecting target(s) within the rift will make them feel as if their bodies disintegrating from the bottom up and turning into ash. This genjutsu can be released by using full body surges or surges from an external source containing same amount of chakra as the technique itself. The rift itself lasts a singular turn.

Note: Soul Bombs may be used up to three times per battle and has a three-turn cooldown between usage.
Note: In the same turn as used, the user may not use Yin/Shikotsumyaku techniques above S-rank.

Description: Darkiscie is one of the two legendary swords said to have been crafted from the era of the perfect balance of Yin and Yang was introduced and formed the universe as a replacement of the world of nothingness. This particular blade share an extremely powerful bond with its sister blade, forged at the same day. They can only be used by those who are deems worthy and have learned the ways of Yin. Darkiscie is a physical blade that is fueled with Yin and the five elements. This blade has a monstrous amount of powers that it grants its wielder. Wielding this blade surrounds and infuses the user of a pulsar system that enhances their Yin ratio. This makes the sword sturdy, being able to resist the same amount of damage as pair of truth seeking balls(Yin version) while foreign touch on the sword will not just cause tremendous amount of damage but also siphons chakra from any opponent that touches the sword. This translates to a debuff on the opponent, limiting them to use up to A-rank techniques for one turn after having being struck or touched by the sword. Since the sword radiates of a 99% Yin ratio chakra constantly towards its wielder, its user will gain abilities from Darkiscie. This translates to a major buff to any field the user has that they chose, which must be stated in their bio as an abyssal aspect.

Intrinsic Move
By spending one of the user moveslots, the user can strike the sword into the ground with the blade piercing it and the users hands resting on its hilt. Doing this, creates a huge pulse to spread through the battlefield in an omnidirectional manner(up to short-range, being channeled through the ground but also in a spherical pulse, affecting anything within the user that's close enough to them). The ground will then start to flicker and any opponent whos in contact with the ground, or in air from the sword will be affected by a strong genjutsu which manifests into their mind. This genjutsu will make it seem that the ground falls in towards itself and chunks will fall downwards into a black abyss, similar to as if the planet had lost its mantel or all layers of its crust. Unless broken this will genjutsu will force opponents to go airborne or they will be dealt an S-ranked ranked equivalent Yin ranked genjutsu mind damage. This can only be done once per battle.

Intrinsic Perk
The abyssal aspect(as mentioned above) affects a single field that the user can use and receives a buff in both chakra(+10) and damage(+20). This counts as a passive boost and must be stated in the users biography as their "black element". This enchantment can only be applied on one field on a users biography and they cannot change it unless they update the bio itself. As the weapon is infused and heavily outsourcing damage potential towards the bearers abyssal aspect.

(Gōruden'naitomea) - Golden Nightmare

Description: The Golden Nightmare is a sword made by parts of reinforced steel and liquid bismuth. This makes the sword able to shift in construction and turn into a hand-cannon due to the liquid parts of the construction. It will either start as a sword or a hand cannon at the beginning of an encounter. Both forms gives the user an enhanced passive trait to the bisumaton release, increasing it's damage by +20 and giving it additionally +10 chakra through a designated seal that is passively activated when it's master is either holding the blade/handcannon or has it sheathed. The seal fluctuates bismuth chakra through its masters body constantly and gives them an extremely faint rainbowy aura(which is just for visual effects).

Sword: The sword form is very beautiful with multitudes of colors and shining edges. The edge of the sword is partially liquid bismuth and partially hardened steel. Due the temperature of liquid bismuth the sword will inflict severe burns on contact with skin and cause great pain. It further enhances the swords cutting capability since it can melt away other elements(within reason, but rubbery and bouncy for example) that are in the way of the sharp steel. If placed on the ground with the hilt upwards and the edge planted in the foundation of the ground infront of the user it will release a large portion of liquid bismuth into the ground that will shape into half of a sphere. Using their ability to control the element, the user can then shape the underground sphere into large roots or trees around the battlefield that deals burning damage on touch. These roots can reach long range while the trees(depending on their length) can only reach mid-range. This causes S-rank damage. The trees can spread and create a miniature forest(about 30 meters big and 10 meters tall), entrapping foes. On touch it causes severe burns. While not dealing 80 damage on freeform, the sword can be used for standard kenjutsu techniques with the burning damage added to it. The user can, however, do freeform 80 damage kenjutsu moves but that will consume a moveslot.

Handcannon: The handcannon form of the Golden Nightmare is like the sword, very beautiful and contains the exact same parts as the sword. This handcannon can fire rounds made out of liquid bismuth. On impact, the bullets will not pierce their target but rather splat on the impact surface and spread across it. This causes severe pain and if shot on a limb it will immobilize it the metal is quite heavy. One single shot can spread all across a regular human-sized creature's torso all the way to their back and thus immobilizes their spine.
Regular gun rules apply and only one round can be shot each time-frame.

Note: A bullet and the sword does 80 damage following the S/W of Bisumaton and up to four bullets per match.
Note: Changing form of the sword costs a move-turn and the user must state in the beginning of a battle what form the Golden Nightmare has taken. If not, it's default as a sword.
Note: Can only be used by Skorm
Note: Utilizing the roots/tree application of the sword renders the user incapable of using the sword's other active abilities in the same and next turn.
Note: Firing a bullet, using the sword for an S-rank attack, or creating the roots render the user unable to use Bismuth Techniques above A-rank in the same turn.

( Doujutsu: Tenseigan ) - Eye Technique: Reincarnation Eye

Description: The Tenseigan (転生眼, Literally meaning: Reincarnation Eye) is a powerful dōjutsu utilized by the Ōtsutsuki clan. The combination of the Byakugan and the chakra of an Ōtsutsuki clan member can evolve the Byakugan into the Tenseigan, resulting in the loss of the Byakugan's quasi-omnidirectional and distanced vision.The Tenseigan allows the user to control both attractive and repulsive forces, similar to the Rinnegan's Deva Path. The user's eyes are on the same level as the Mangekyou Sharingan in terms of tracking and chakra perception. Additionally, it also grants the wielder the ability to use Tenseigan Chakra Mode; gaining additional increases in speed, agility and power.
Note: Requires activation (spending move) for Otsutsuki bios but remains active indefinitely afterwards if the user chooses to. After having a complete Otsutsuki bio with Tenseigan for 1 month, user becomes able to switch between both doujutsu without spending a move. User needs to have activated Byakugan before and had it active for 1 full turn.
Note: Toneri is unable to deactivate his upon it's activation, becoming his default eye state.
Note: When active, the user loses all access to Byakugan related abilities and instead gains Tenseigan effects.
