Let's say I've infiltrated Iwagakure and am standing in a clearing before the Tsuchikage's residence. Post your bio, how you find me, and I'll begin.

Finding you would be a mere coincidence. Tobi Bio. Completed everything besides Water (C-ranks). Ninjutsu (Faster) and Fire (1 Hand-seal) are Special.

Scenario: Tobi would have been rushing to the Tsuchikage's residence - located in the center of the Village Hidden by Rock - on a mission to send an important message to the Tsuchikage, only to be informed that he had stepped out.

Guard: "The Tsuchikage is attending a meeting with the Daimyou today. He would return shortly." he said politely.

Tobi: "Ahhh! I can wait." he said joyfully.

Standing outside the Tsuchikage's residence, the cheerful Tobi waited patiently for the Tsuchikage to return.

When waiting, he begins sight-seeing the magnificent rocky structure, until his eyes fallen on a man who appeared out of place, almost strange to these lands.

Zero was dressed to fight. He wore a pair of black pants and gloves, with a red form-fitting shirt undershirt. Over this he donned a black, high-collared, long sleeve mantle with red outlines that opened up toward the lower half of the garment. Around his waist was wrapped a simple red obi that held his two sword in place on his hips. It hadn't been that long since he's attacked the place, so he wore his red and white Anbu mask that was fashioned after a wolf. It was easily recognizable, and anyone who say it would immediately know who he was, So the whole thing was pointless really.

He had been contemplating weather to go in or not, and just as he made up his mind he took notice of a man wearing an orange mask and a cloake similar to his. The only difference was that the man's cloak sorted numerous red clouds. Akatsuki. It wasn't quite time to face off against them just yet, but no plan survived first contact right? He looked over the masked man once again and decided to confront him.

"You're the one they call Tobi correct? You might not know me, but I know much about you. How about we have a little chat?"

 

[Urda]

"You know me?" Tobi gave a playful gasped. "I most be very popular" he beamed with a sparkle in his eye.

Tobi comically parades around back and forth leaping up with joy and saying "hooray" for being admired. Minutes later, he stop because the aura resonating from the strange man was unsettling.

Tobi faced the strange man and recalled the words he had uttered before. It had puzzled him that this strange man knew so much about him and he knew so little. He stood glaring at the strange man contemplating about where he had seen this man or if they had ever met, so he squint his eyes hoping that something would come to mind. Finally, he had figured it out. He could not contain his excitement and burst out; "You're that baker's son!!?"

"Hahaha!!" Tobi laughed uncontrollably. "What's so important that you had come all this way and want to talk to me?"

As Tobi burst out laughing uncontrollably, Zero himself chuckled for a moment. It wasn't that the other masked man was funny, but just thinking about the way he outwardly behaved compared what he was really like, amused him a great deal. He knew that to continue talking wouldn't get them anywhere, and the welcoming gaze coming from his opponent's single revealed eye made it clear that Tobi was ready as well. Zero's employers had requested the Tsuchikage's body, but Tobi was higher on the list. He sighed sadly and ruffled his hair. Tobi would have to do, but first he would introduce himself.

"You can refer to me as 'Zero'"

Zero was intent on capturing the Akatsuki member, but he also wanted to enjoy this a much as possible. He began by simply stamping his leg to the ground and channelling his chakra therein. This caused three evenly spaced out pillars of fire to rise from beneath his opponent and trap him in the center of their triangular formation, resulting in his incineration. While that was the intent, he was sure that Tobi would be able to counter something of this caliber.

Description: The user will knead their fire chakra and release it into the ground by stomping down their leg and then causing three pillars of fire several meters tall spaced out evenly. The Pillars of fire can act as a defensive wall against incoming techniques or targets or used to attack low aerial targets.

While the fire pillars sprung forth from the earth, Zero took off from his original location and ran in an arc around his opponent while slightly closing the distance, and as he did so he performed a number of handseals. This caused rain clouds to gather overhead and release a downpour. The rain was closely linked to his senses, and allowed him to detect any other chakra source that the rain came into contact with.

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the user's own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the user's senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

He made an additional handseal immediately after the rain clouds formed in order to create a defensive mechanism from the wind. The clouds became coated in such a way that it took on a semi-intangible state. This coat would go completely unnoticed by normal shinobi and would move in accordance with the clouds, keeping them together in order to prevent them from dispersing. While the falling rain could pass through the coat unhindered, it reacted to elements such as lightning, fire, and other wind techniques, allowing the wind's defensive ability to come into play. It prevented any lightning from entering or exiting the clouds by insulating it, stopped A-rank and below fire from doing the same, and stood equal against other wind techniques. This meant that the coat could defend from S-Rank and below wind techniques that also attempted to enter or exit the clouds.

Description:
Akiro no Kingu is an activation technique derived from the Jaakuna gēmu technique. The jutsu is activated with a single hand seal directly after any technique that produces rain or storm clouds in order to produce a defensive mechanism created from wind. Due to the nature of the technique it is activated fast enough to be done in the same time frame as the jutsu used prior. Alternatively, it can also be used on naturally present clouds around the terrain. As the clouds are formed in the terrain, wind coats the shape of the clouds, though the wind around the clouds is unique in the fact it takes on a semi-intangible state. To a normal eye the coat of wind around the clouds would go completely unnoticed other than the slight white sparkle it gives off and the slight distortion in the air above the terrain, though the chakra could be seen with a doujutsu or sensed by sensors. Once the technique has been activated it will stay coated on the chosen set of clouds and will move along with them if they so happened to move, seeing as clouds usually don't stay motionless. The coat also acts as something that keeps the clouds together as a whole, preventing them from scattering and becoming dispersed. With the air around the clouds being Semi-intangible, the rain or other liquids that are produced from the clouds will be able to fall down unscathed, as if nothing was lingering around the clouds at all. The wind only comes into play and reacts to energy based techniques, such as lightning, fire, or other wind techniques (this includes energy based CE/KG). This allows the wind to act as a defensive mechanism to these energies according to the strengths and weaknesses of them. The coat of air around the clouds would effectively prevent any lightning from entering or exiting the clouds without being stopped due to the strength wind has against lightning. On the other hand, this can stop A-rank and below fire from going into the clouds or coming down from the clouds. When coming into contact with other wind, the coat stands equal to it and is able to defend from S-Rank and below wind techniques attempting to go into the clouds or come out. Other than reacting to other energies, the coat has no sort of offensive capabilities, being present only for the sole reason of being a line of defense for clouds so they won't be dispersed in a time of need.

Tobi stares blankly at the strange man who expresses easygoing behavior. He noticed his chuckle did so little to lighten the mood, instead it increase the tension between the two.

As Tobi watch the strange man run his hand through his hair, for that moment the battle became quite and the air around them gotten thicker and heavier, almost feeling suffocating and uncomfortable. Eventually, the strange man broke the silence telling Tobi his name, "You can refer to me as 'Zero'".

After hearing the strange man's name, deep inside Tobi cannot erase this feeling of doubt that the strange man had a different motive than chatting, and he was right. Shortly after his introduction Zero's intentions were clear: a battle.

The moment Zero stomp the ground initiating his attack, Tobi would have leaped upwards in the air for an aerial assault. However, before Tobi could attack, Zero had plotted his own attack: ejecting fire from the ground - in the form of pillars - that erupted in a triangle formation. Tobi heard the rumbling noises and shifted his eyes down at the fire pillars as they begin to arise. He was not worried about being consumed by the fire. He quickly responded to the fire by coating his entire body in huge rocks, which serve as a protective armor and provide resistance against the high-intensity flames.

Suspended in the air only briefly, Tobi used that to his advantage to unleash a swarm of smalls rocks developing his body (created by his Hardening Technique) to shoot outward in every direction to stone Zero, in an attempt to halt Zero's movements and obstruct his line of sight.

Precisely timed, Tobi snuck and flung 3 kunai with explosive tags behind the rock storm the moment he laid eyes on Zero's position. The explosive tags would explode as the reach proximity of him.

The downside is that the user cannot mold techniques from other elements apart from earth while sustaining the armor. The masked man defended against the flame pillars, and attacked with a barrage of earthen projectiles, forcing him to abandon his plan of performing the rain technique. With a swift movement, Zero rotated (from right to left) as he lowers his stance, unleashing from his right hand a vast number of lightning needles from beneath his clothes that shreds the incoming rocks and continues towards the masked man. If unavoided they would pierce the earthen armor, and numb his entire body.

Description: The user reshapes the Chidori in their hand into the form of countless senbon which are shot with a simple hand movement towards the target. The senbons are extremely precise and have the same numbing and paralyzing effects as Chidori, carrying enormous speed. Because the technique requires no handseals and is done with simple hand movements, its extremely hard to avoid while in short range and quite dangerous to counter due to the precision attacks it can be used to perform.

But Zero wasn't done yet. As the man fell prey to the senbons, he raised his hand and sent an electrical discharge into the clouds, allowing him to create lightning strikes in a desired location. And he did exactly that. He called forth a streak of lightning from the heavens, which landed directly upon his opponent.

Raiton: Ikazuchi no Kiba) - Lightning Release: Fangs of Lightning

Description: The user will raise his hand or a weapon and send an electrical discharge into the clouds, allowing them to create lightning strikes in the desired location. The discharges are triggered right after the technique and cannot be delayed or prepared before hand but are quite fast.

After seeing numerous rocks get crushed by the fast and extensive electric needles then continued on a speedy path, while approaching his direction to strike him, Tobi moves to escape.

He hastens to manipulate the floor beneath himself, causing a small, solid earth pillar to rise upward, as he rides on top. The pillar would carry him roughly 10 meters high into the air - allowing him to avoid the threat. As the pillar rise, the electric needles that were fired from Zero would puncture through the pillar's structure, dealing minor damage due to their size.

Following the wide-spread electrical needle attack, Tobi had taken a stance on top of the earth pillar thinking to be out of harms way; be that as it may, he fell prey to Zero's ploy of unleashing a lightning bolt down upon him. Set in a favorable position that benefited Zero, the single bolt had stricken Tobi.

Earlier, Tobi had heard the crackles of the lightning forming, but his body was too large to counter, so he thought to slight sway himself out of the way. The lightning attack was unsuccessful at hitting Tobi's head, instead it aim for his shoulder because of his quick maneuver. Furthermore, despite the earth and lighting weakness/strength notion, the lightning technique was too weak to penetrate Tobi's body because of the dense earth armor.

As the battle subside, Tobi took a moment to reevaluate his strategy, at the same time, releasing the Hardening Technique. Shortly after, he came up with a plan and immediately moved to attack.

Tobi glares down at Zero from his vantage point, while performing the Tiger hand-seal, invoking an illusion. Next, he would throw a multitude of explosive tags that scatter around Zero from above. Zero would see these explosives tags as imaginary butterflies flapping around him and would be unaware of the true danger hidden within. Following that, Zero would start submerging into the ground, but in reality, immobilized by the Genjutsu. As Zero is disabled, Tobi would vanish in the illusion to cover his tracks - although, in reality he is leaping to the ground and sprinting towards Zero - and would reappear in the illusion and place the final explosive tag on Zero's forehead to detonate the explosives simultaneously. Tobi would vanish out of the illusion and position himself outside of the blast radius.

Keeping a safe distance, he searches for Zero's remains.

The opponent then believes they are sinking into the ground, in reality making them immobilized; this allows the user to place one final exploding tag on their forehead before detonating all the tags simultaneously.
