I'm gonna go with Sasuke cause my Katsuryoku bio still doesn't have the CC abilities .-.Recognizing the signature weights Sasuke deduced immediately what was to come. In a sudden flash of speed leaving behind nothing but dust from the earth below Sasuke's eyes momentarily flick closed and open once again passively activating his three tomoe Sharingan. With his enhanced tracking capabilities he becomes carefully able to watch as House blazes toward him - however this time very much in slow motion allowing Sasuke to effectively predict his movements.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.

As House would just enter short-range of Sasuke, Sasuke would rapidly release fire chakra from his body creating a crescent of incredibly dense fire from his body. The crescent would be sent forth at House while Sasuke would clasp his hands together forming an additional hand seal causing a flammable liquid to materialize around the crescent which had been launched just moments before. The result is that the flames of the perfectly formed crescent would surge forward toward House as his forward momentum carried him toward Sasuke erupting into a maelstrom of sticky flaming napalm at the last moment.

Description: Through the rapid release and conversion of fire chakra from all over their body; the user will create several concentric, orbital rings and crescents of dense fire directly from their being. The crescents and rings are explosive in nature - and thus when coming into contact with something of suitable resistance - such as solid and strong rock, they will explode, the explosion always being angled away from the user and forwards towards the opposition. Aside from that, the shapes can cut and incinerate through softer materials, explode, or be suppressed, on command, or be released towards an opponent in the form of a projectile. Due to their versatility, the rings and crescents can double as both a defence and offence, yet can also be particularly useful when utilised alongside Tai; the flames ravaging a target with each blow so as to deal severe and lethal wounds.

Description: A water technique which is ironically made so as to empower fire techniques. This technique essentially allows the user to preserve, enhance and materialize the moisture surrounding a fire technique, rapidly converting it into highly volatile sticky water that surges into the fire technique in question. The sudden materialization of such volatile water, and its sudden ignition by fire results in the water/flames exploding. The combination of flaming sticky water and erupting flames showering the surrounding area so as to incinerate and blast away anything caught within the explosion radius, with the sticky aspect of the water making sure that any victim unlucky enough to come into the briefest of contact with the exploding flames will be plagued by the napalm like super hot flaming water that will cling to their bodies and ignite anything else that may be flammable. This jutsu is performed through use of an additional hand-seal directly after a fire technique so that this jutsu may be used in such quick succession that it, and its predecessor fire technique occur in more or less the same time frame. Because of this techniques successive speed, it's best utilised in conjunction with ground originating fire techniques such as erupting fire pillars so as to produce the full effect of a violent and erratic explosion of fire, and to surprise and overwhelm an unsuspecting opponent. However the eruption can also be made to be more tamed and directional should the user manipulate the manner in which the water surges in, I.e making it surge in from behind the flames would result in a more forwardly based explosion, which would allow for its effective use alongside projectile based fire techniques. For instance empowering a released fireball from behind would create a unidirectional eruption, which would send a violent and shapeless maelstrom of spurting flames that would lather anything in, or near its path in an inflamed napalm like liquid, blasting forwards towards an enemy.

Carefully watching with his Sharingan Sasuke notices immediately a burst of chakra from the foes feet. With his eyes carefully watching he begins to predict your movements and motions; something only a true blooded Uchiha could actually achieve. As the somersault is nearing completion and the anti-clockwise spin begins Sasuke releases fuuton chakra throughout his body allowing him to become much lighter and fluid positioning himself in such a way while your movements are carefully monitored with his Sharingan. Using his left hand, now coated in a sharpened wind aura, Sasuke blocks the kick while simultaneously causing a serious damage to your leg muscles and ligaments your right calve.

Description: Heaven's song is considered the basic form of the Graceful Fist. The user will gather a large sum of fuuton chakra towards every point of their body and release it forward to create a semi-transparent white aura around the users body (finger tips, limbs, stomach area, etc.). When releasing this style the users take up the properties of fuuton chakra that corresponds with Graceful fist. The user will feel much lighter and fluid when using the style, especially in hand to hand combat where the user will be able to react with ease. This is because Graceful fist allows the user to watch the opponents every move with high level of clarity, this allows the user to counter an opponents attack in hand to hand combat. Due to being much lighter with the wind chakra around their body the user will be able to leap further and move around quicker. The user will also obtain a higher attack potency in battle. The user, whenever they deliver a attack towards the opponent it will cause serious sharp cutting pain because of the attributes the fighting style takes up. The sharp pain is precise and accurate furthermore since the user has high knowledge of the human body, knowing where every muscle and ligament are located they can use this cutting property to cut the muscles because of the sharpness this fighting style grants towards the user. This means the user can rip a muscle of the opponents biceps for example and completely render that arm useless or move with serious pain.

As your hand is moving away, I end my lightning armor and form a tornado with my upward kick, cutting you into pieces as you're engulfed within it's shroud.

This is an ultimate taijutsu technique created by the legendary taijutsu master Chen. It appears to be initiated by an upward spin kick at which point it quickly becomes like tornado. Forming into a dragon with long whiskers, it attacks the target aiming to swallow them, at which point they are cut by the razor sharp air currents inside the attack. After initiating the attack, the user appears to remain shielded within the base of the tornado as the outward surface of the dragon seems to be solid enough for a person to impact and rebound off of, making the only way to enter the technique once it has been initiated is by being swallowed. However, there is one distinct weakness to the technique. Since the Dragon God's real form (and what it basically is) is that of an ordinary tornado, though cosmetically shaped into a dragon, its attack power is based on rotation. If one enters the attack's centre (Dragon's Eye) while rotating at high speed, such as Lee's One-Man Front Lotus, it can be dispersed without inflicting damage. The technique, while seemingly similar to Wind Release, is actually just the users own physical power (through the use of the spinning kick) shaping the air into currents through movement. It is, however, enough to fight off elemental ninjutsu of the same rank and below.

-Because this relies on a defense of repelling charged particles with equally powerfull charged particles of the same type of charge it only defends against raiton techniques and no other types of elements.

Description:
This is an ultimate taijutsu technique created by the legendary taijutsu master Chen. It appears to be initiated by an upward spin kick at which point it quickly becomes like tornado. Forming into a dragon with long whiskers, it attacks the target aiming to swallow them, at which point they are cut by the razor sharp air currents inside the attack. After initiating the attack, the user appears to remain shielded within the base of the tornado as the outward surface of the dragon seems to be solid enough for a person to impact and rebound off of, making the only way to enter the technique once it has been initiated is by being swallowed. However, there is one distinct weakness to the technique. Since the Dragon God's real form (and what it basically is) is that of an ordinary tornado, though cosmetically shaped into a dragon, its attack power is based on rotation. If one enters the attack's centre (Dragon's Eye) while rotating at high speed, such as Lee's One-Man Front Lotus, it can be dispersed without inflicting damage. The technique, while seemingly similar to Wind Release, is actually just the users own physical power (through the use of the spinning kick) shaping the air into currents through movement. It is, however, enough to fight off elemental ninjutsu of the same rank and below.

As House collapsed to the ground Sasuke notes the emergence of raiton chakra from his body forming what appeared to be an armor. With his Sharingan, despite House's enhanced speed, Sasuke easily tracks his movements as he leaps off the ground. As he leaps from the ground beneath two tentacles of solid flames burst from directly underneath grabbing both of his feet slamming him back to the ground while painfully singeing both ankles. As this would occur Sasuke would leap backwards to the edge of short-range of House while weaving three hand seals. An incredibly large amount of Alcohol would form just a single meter above House and drop down upon him with incredible force. As it would strike the tentacles of fire it would ignite inflicting inexplicable amounts of pain upon the man. Given the sheer quantity of Alcohol the man would surely ingest some as it collapsed down on his entire form resulting in a powerful intoxication.

Description: Emergence of Kulhu is a technique where user would release katon chakra around their opponent. Now this chakra would emerge from the ground in shape of numerous small participles of fire that when collected into a single structure take form of tentacles. User will be capable of forming up to four tentacles which main purpose would be as to harm opponent by making all different kinds of lashing movements however if user so wishes he can control these tentacles. Their size can be up to five meters in lengt. User will also be capable by performance of a single seal make the small fire particples from which they are formed actually explode forming a maelstorm in which center opponent will be standing.

Description: The user begins by weaving the Boar, Ram, Snake hand seals and applying the basic primary release of Alcohol. This technique offers high versatility with both defense and offense in return for a very high chakra requirement in both amount and concentration. The basic application of this technique is to create large, dense amounts of alcohol on the battlefield with versatile form such as pillars, shields, swords, kunai, waves, or blasts. The alcohol, can be created in the air around the user in short-range but the technique itself has a long-range reach. Additionally, the user is capable of releasing the alcohol from their body as normal. As with other alcohol techniques this can intoxicate opponents through ingestion, injection, and through wounds. The intoxication will last for a total of five (5) turns. Compared to the parent technique the concentration of alcohol of Saturday Night is much greater and as such the opponent will begin suffering from the effects in the very first turn after it has entered their blood stream. In the first turn the opponent will be unable to simply mold chakra for forbidden ranked techniques. In the second turn the opponent will be unable to mold chakra for forbidden ranked techniques, have a harder time weaving hand seals, and will be unable to perform complex taijutsu. In the third turn the opponent will be unable to mold chakra for S-Rank and above technqiues, be unable to weave hand seals, and will be unable to perform B-Rank and above taijutsu, as well as be nearly unable to discern subtle genjutsu from reality. As I sense the fire sprouting through the ground and underneath me, I channel lightning into my feet and as the fire starts emerging from the ground, I burst from my location towards you, evading the fire coming out of the ground. As you're leaping away from me, I appear by your left side as you're in the middle of your handseals, thrusting both of my arms in a fist side by side fashion into your left waist area. As my fists made contact while leaning into the strike, it left its marks and I continue striking you as I flung your body to the side, around your abdomen and stomach with great force.

Description: This is taken form a form of Chinese martial arts southern style. The user charges their body with chakra and discharges it through their feet to give them a speed boost towards the enemy. Then the user charges their fists with lightning chakra, hitting the enemy eight times around the shoulders, chest, and stomach while discharging the electrical chakra to numb the points of contact. This causes temporary paralysis and makes the enemy's movements slow from the electrical currents retracting the muscles.
