Makise sits on top of the rock in the middle of the plain. She is waiting for a challenger to approach her and out of boredom, she pulls out an ocarina. This ocarina is being played by Makise and producing a wondrous sound that illustrates a gentle, calming feeling to her and to you as well. The ocarina is a light shade of blue with four holes for her fingers. Makise, being the genius that she is, has mastered learning how to play the ocarina flawlessly and continues to play a beautiful melody as you approach her.

As Makise sees the man approach her, she continues to play the gentle melody of the ocarina although, she adds chakra to the ocarina and while playing the ocarina, this chakra affects your chakra in your brain. Makise uses this chakra effect in your brain in order to destroy and disrupt any memory of Genjutsu in your mind, this includes counters, instincts, what it is, how it works, that it even exists, that shinobi use it, tip-offs of genjutsu, and what it does to you. With this memory of genjutsu faded away, When this effect has been fully finished, you are unaware of this happening as I was playing the ocarina the whole time, I place you under a genjutsu where you are weighed down by hundreds of minuscule chains that restrict any possible movement. These chains fall form the air at such a speed that you can't move. Note that these two effects are near simultaneous.

You enjoying the chains? They're made of special chakra metal that will slowly cause your chakra to be absorbed away. I also have complete control over them with just my chakra.

As I say this, I jump back and as I do, I throw a kunai directly at an open spot that has been exposed by the chains. The open spot is directly to the right of your adam's apple and it is aimed so that it hits and severs your jugglery vein, and once it has severed that vein, you die incredibly quickly due to a loss of blood and a restriction to the blood flow to your brain.

Description:A technique that is used upon the user or another in order to block their memories, any sort of memories can be blocked as long as ample opportunity is upon the user. Such as the jutsu or their objectives(Lasts for 3 turns).
Note:This justu can only be used twice per battle.The user must say what memories will be lost(only one category).

Well, actually you can do a few things.

For one, even though your knowledge of genjutsu is gone, it doesnt mean that you cant react to defend from the chains, although whatever you do to defend from the chains would probably have to have no handseals in order to react fast enough.

If you wanted to counter with the chains ontop of you, you could easily turn your body into a liquid if you have water training to avoid the physical damage from the kunai coming directly at your throat as it doesnt require handseals. It just depends on what you want to do bro. Dont give up so easily.
