Passives mentioned in post:
( Doujutsu: Tenseigan ) - Eye Technique: Reincarnation Eye
Type: Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Short - Long
Chakra: N/A ( -10 per turn )
Damage: N/A
Description: The Tenseigan (転生眼, Literally meaning: Reincarnation Eye) is a powerful dōjutsu utilized by the Ōtsutsuki clan. The combination of the Byakugan and the chakra of an Ōtsutsuki clan member can evolve the Byakugan into the Tenseigan, resulting in the loss of the Byakugan's quasi-omnidirectional and distanced vision. The Tenseigan allows the user to control both attractive and repulsive forces, similar to the Rinnegan's Deva Path. The user's eyes are on the same level as the Mangekyou Sharingan in terms of tracking and chakra perception. Additionally, it also grants the wielder the ability to use Tenseigan Chakra Mode; gaining additional increases in speed, agility and power.
Note: Requires activation (spending move) for Otsutsuki bios but remains active indefinitely afterwards if the user chooses to. After having a complete Otsutsuki bio with Tenseigan for 1 month, user becomes able to switch between both doujutsu without spending a move. User needs to have activated Byakugan before and had it active for 1 full turn.
Note: Toneri is unable to deactivate his upon it's activation, becoming his default eye state.
Note: When active, the user loses all access to Byakugan related abilities and instead gains Tenseigan effects.

The views were stunning, his left and right side facing slopes slowly going from massive to bleak in the distance. Alucard would make a stand on the mountaintop in the land of lightning. Thunder and snow raged in the background as a shinobi would face him in an epic duel. Without effort, Alucard would have his Dojutsu and chakra sensory activated before the battle even began, giving him an unparalleled clairvoyance to his surroundings and his targets chakra system. Out of respect, he would remove his Yellow-tinted glasses and focus directly on his target, someone he was not familiar with.

..So, you've climbed all the way up here to meet your end. Suppose there are uglier places to die at..

Alucard would start the battle by activating his Tenseigan Chakra mode - amplifying his prowess in battle and forming spheres of the puppet cursed orbs around him. His speed and ninjutsu would be elevated to inhuman measures. Straight after entering the mode, Alucard would run in a zig-zag pattern towards his opponent and make a jump just as he entered short-range. As he was just above the opponent, he would use his chakra to create a set of 8 spectral arms known as the Hands of Sloth - and as a Yin/Yang release specialist he was capable of so much more now, giving life to the spectral hands granting them a quasi-sentience and his chakra input was no longer necessary after the initial technique was formed. The hands would form right above the opponent as Alucard landed behind him. The arms would reach down like thunder from the sky. 5 of them where intangible and 3 of them would all smash into the opponent from above left, front and right while the other 5 arms were still in the air dormant. While the three arms where smashing into the opponent and indulging the effects of Sloth, Alucard would use his Liquid Krypton release and after having weaved a few seals he would unleash a large shockwave of ultra cold substance that would freeze the entire scenery infront of him. The hands would not be affected by the shockwave of krypton as 5 of them were intangible and the other 3 were too powerful. Alucard would stand on his feet and scanning the surroundings after the techniques had landed.

( Tenseigan Chakura Mōdo ) - Reincarnation Eye Chakra Mode
Type: Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra: 40 ( -15 per turn )
Damage: N/A
Description: Tenseigan Chakra Mode is a heightened transformation unique to those who possess the Tenseigan. Upon activating this form the user gains a cyan-coloured chakra shroud with six magatama markings on his collar, dark markings over his eyebrows and lower eyelids, and a single horn shaped like Kaguya's extending from his forehead. The shroud constantly radiates flickering flames of chakra, and the user's clothing and hair continuously billow upwards. The user also gains access to six spheres created from the Pupet Cursing Technique in their offensive use, turning them into glowing cyan orbs that can be used by shaping them into smaller orbs to launch high-speed barrage attacks and explosions. The user's strength is significantly increased adding +30 to his Ninjutsu and Taijutsu techniques. Their speed is also greatly increased to the point in which he surpasses the Raikage while in the second stage of Lightning Release Armor.
Note: Can only be used twice per battle, each use lasting 6 turns. After using, the user must wait at least 3 additional turns before using again.
Note: Can only be used by Custom Otsutsuki Bios with the Tenseigan.
Note: Requires Tenseigan active.

(Inton: Namakemono no Ude ) Yin Release: Hands of Sloth
Type: Supplementary/Offensive/Defensive
Rank: S
Range: Short – Mid
Chakra Cost: 100 (110 w/ YY: Hands of Sloth) -50 per turn
Damage: 120 + 30
Description: This technique gets its name from one of the deadliest sins, sloth. The user begins by clapping their hands and focusing their Yin Release chakra behind them. The user creates several chakra arms (up to 8) behind them which are spiritual in nature. They do not appear to the naked senses, only Sage Mode users, Rinnegan and other Yin-Yang Release users can detect these hands. The best way to describe this technique is in relation to Madara’s Boader Jail technique. The arms are capable of physically interacting with the world and attacking or defending against physical constructs. However, the user can freely turn them completely intangible if they wish to bypass physical obstacles. The base usage of this technique allows the user to attack or defend covertly by freely manipulating the invisible arms. However, in their second form the user can add the “properties of sloth” to the hands which are dejection, idleness, and sleep. Dejection is a loss of will and focus translated in causing a victim to lose coherent perception of the world around them and weaken their ability to defend against genjutsu. Idleness is a loss of action which is translated to a hampered ability to cast techniques. Sleep is a loss of consciousness which is translated in a comatose state brought about by the sealing of one’s spirit if they are not sufficiently healed. The third and final form of this technique is brought about when the user introduces their Yang Release chakra which essentially makes the hands quasi-sentient and self-sufficient without the user’s mental input.
Note: all Yin Release users can use the base form of this technique. Yin Release masters or Yin-Yang users can use the second form. The final form of this technique can only be used by Yin-Yang users with a Yin affinity.
Note: The properties of sloth are spiritually degenerating properties. The more a victim interacts with the hands the worse they become. When touched by the hands once, the victim enters dejection and becomes unable to deduce A-rank and above genjutsu and unable to break S-rank genjutsu by any means. When touched twice the victim enters idleness and they become unable to perform techniques within a single time-frame. When touched thrice, the victim’s mind is sealed over the course of 2 turns and they enter a genjutsu that renders them a mindless puppet to the user. The properties of sloth can only affect victims if the hands are tangible. Switching between tangibility and intangibility requires a move.
Note: Genjutsu specialists and other Yin-Yang users can resist the properties of sloth through the use of counter genjutsu or Yin Release techniques like Yin State.
Note: This technique can be used once per battle. While in use, the user cannot use any non-elemental ninjutsu, Yang Release, or Yin-Yang Release techniques.

(Kuriputon: Feruinta | Liquid Krypton Release: Felwinter)
Type: Offensive/Defensive/Supplementary
Rank: D-S(A)
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 10-40(-10 per turn when sustained)(30)
Damage: 20-80(60) + 30 (90)
Description: Felwinter is a multi-ranked technique that serves as the basic, jack-of-all-trades technique of the Krypton release. It can be created from existing sources(air) or from the user directly. Depending on how much chakra he/she spends it amps the technique further and thus produces more liquid Krypton. The force of the torrent of the ultra cold liquid will also become greater the more chakra is spent into the technique. But even so, small amounts of liquid Krypton may be enough for some occasions too. Through this technique, the user will be able to create small or large torrents of the liquid Krypton, create a huge "sea" of the ultra cold liquid or manipulate pre-existing liquid Krypton to form into huge hands or small flying liquid bullets. Even though the possibilities are essentially endless, since the release is indeed liquid it cannot maintain any lasting functional structures unless chakra is used to sustain the releases state. Sort of like water which can be formed into a dragon but needs chakra to sustain its form in such case. D, C and B ranks can be used indefinitely while B-ranks will require one handseal; Hare. A rank variation can be used up to 4 times, but will start to require two handseals; Hare - Ox. S-rank variation requires three handseals; Hare - Ox - Rabbit - and can be used up to 3 times per battle.

Note: B-ranks require a single handseal, A ranks two handseals and S rank three handseals.
Note: A rank version can be used 4 times per battle, S rank 3.
Note: No Krypton Above A-rank after using S-rank version in the same turn and next.

Chakra: 2,600 - 40 - 110 - 30 = 2,420
HP: 200
Speed: 8 * 4 = 32
Tracking: 32 * [2+4+5] = 352
TCM = 1/6 turns

(Bugu no Achlys) - Garb of Achlys
Type: Weapon
Rank: N/A
Range: Dependent
Chakra: 10 per turn | Up to forty for specific abilities
Damage: Dependent
Description: Garb of Achlys, or GOA, is an ancient tool that takes the form of a battered piece of clothing that resembles a cloth, although due to the abilities it has it has been seen in different forms. Once a worthy owner encounters GOA it would form a bond with them and change into a form desirable and suitable for the user. Once this is accomplished the user would be granted several new abilities, all for a cost though. This is due to the parasitic nature of GOA. GOA is a conscious, sentient construct that although is aware of the world around it, does not interact with it in a significant manner, merely just being present. The weapon itself is said to have an unknown number of capabilities, however only a numbered amount of it’s abilities are currently known.

First and foremost, the garb’s connection with user and the user’s capabilities. Through it’s awareness of the world GOA grants Vayne sensory, however it is limited to shadows. Vayne becomes aware of any and all shadows present in the area, no matter how small or faded they may be. However, although he becomes aware of the shadow, distinguishing specific parts of the shadow would require concentration. Normally Vayne would have a basic understanding of what the shadow is, for example he would distinguish that fingers are being held up, but with concentration he would be capable of knowing how many fingers are being held up. This sensory grants Vayne a two times multiplier in regards to sensing. Of course this ability becomes completely useless for constructs that lack a shadow. This ability is always active as long as a piece of GOA is in contact with Vayne. It costs five chakra points per turn. The user is limited to focusing on 3 objects, during which his awareness of the outer world is cut to just being aware.(No sensory multiplier)

The second ability relates to the general function of the garb and it’s bias towards perfection. Due to this GOA can essentially change it’s shape into anything and separate into multiple shapes to match the need’s of it’s bearer. GOA has the ability to alter it’s size, this proves useful when it is owned by different users. The size altering occurs after the user passively sacrifices twenty chakra points, through those GOA could change it’s size, essentially expanding at a rapid rate, allowing it to assume more shapes. Individually, GOA can be treated as a cloth, not offering any defensive or offensive capabilities. However, when more and more of GOA build atop itself it can reach surmountable strength and durability. The power of GOA depends on the amount of additional chakra the user supplies, with the strength corresponding to the 1:2 chakra:damage output. This can be used five times per battle. When hitting thirty chakra points mark, the strength increase only lasts three turns, which upon ending prevent the utilisation of the power increase of equal or higher measure for two turns. Sacrificing forty results in an increase that only lasts two turns, after which a three turn interval must pass before the reutilisation of the power increase ability. In regards to sacrifices lower than thirty, they all last for four turns, after which a turn interval must pass before the utilisation of the technique. The aspect of decreasing the size of GOA would cost five chakra points and can be freely used as it offers no noteworthy advantage to the user. Any offensive/defensive actions done with the expanded cloth would cost a move, barring the turn it expands in.

The third and perhaps the most battle useful ability of GOA is it’s relation to the Nara clan arts and related techniques. The garb implements it’s awareness into the user and clear their mind from any unnecessary thoughts(killing intent and similar/emotion altering techniques) , this allows the user to be more proficient with their usage of nara clan related techniques, allowing them to be able to create and use more complex and concentration requiring techniques. Normal techniques would be performed with more ease, translating to a -5 to chakra requirement for initial usage of the technique. Furthermore, GOA has one more function that greatly aids the user in conflicts. It becomes passively active when a nara or related technique is used(Shadow CFS for example), GOA would release some of the user’s previously taken chakra into the technique, empowering it as a result. This translates to a rank increase for A ranks and below, while for higher it increases the power by ten. This ability can only come into effect as long as the GOA has taken some chakra beforehand. GOA absorbs five chakra points per turn for this ability and would require twenty chakra points in order to have the ability come into play, however, the user can actively sacrifice chakra, four times per battle, in order to have a higher storage of chakra. The user can sacrifice up to forty chakra points, this can be performed in the same timeframe of a technique, allowing the user to have the boost added to the attack in the same instance it is released. Boosts are restricted to once every two turns.

In regards to the GOA's durability, it depends on the extent of the second abilities usage that was previously mentioned. When the ability is not in use the garb would be as durable as normal clothes, leaving it vulnerable to attacks. However, all parts of the garb must be destroyed in order to render it completely useless. If a portion of the garb was not destroyed then it could be used to return the garb to it's former glory, based on the capabilities/restrictions placed on the second ability.
-Can only be used by a nara.
-If not on the user's person, it can be summoned similar to any other weapon, additionally, GOA is not negatively affected by states or similar that the user assumes. Such as turning into fire won't burn or negatively affect the Garb itself, allowing it to be wielded without any hindrance.

(Tessaria No Zangō) - Trenches of Thessaly
Type: Supplementary/Defensive
Rank: N/A
Range: Dependent
Chakra: 30 or 50 Per Turn | Up to 40 for specific abilities
Damage: N/A
Description: As the user grows accustomed to the Garb of Achlys, the relationship between the two can be bolstered. Fully embracing the parasitic nature of the ancient tool, GOA would merge with the user's body, where GOA's sentience would now become more prevalent as it becomes capable of interacting with the user in their mind, akin to a Jinchuriki and their Biju's interaction. Naturally, the sentience is in the form of Achlys herself, 'Goddess of the Eternal Night'.

Trenches of Thessaly enables the user and Achlys to work in tandem, empowering their overall merger. The prime ability bolstered is the user's connection to their shadow and their capabilities with it, where the user's sensory capabilities in regards to shadows is bolstered rising to x3, with the user's external awareness on objects not focused on being at a x1.5 sensory multiplier. Labelled as the Tears of Fate.

Fields of Flower, accessible only to those with Fūin, considered as Kage/Fūin, enables the user to expand on the weapon's supplementing capabilities, allowing the user to gain a greater degree of control over shadow based techniques. Thrice per battle at a cost of fourty chakra, with a turn interval, the user can supplement a shadow with a dark silver scripts/insignias for Primordial Darkness, having said seal appear on the shadow and on the user/Achlys merger. The seal grants the shadow based technique an 'Absolute' state, where it becomes unaffected by any foreign techniques that target chakra in clashes/interactions. While the sealing effects are of S rank level, the key to defeating the seals is a light source (fire/lightning) that matches the 'applied to' technique's strength. Due to the insignia's being split between the user and the technique, combating one or the other becomes easier, as the light source can be a rank lower. Flashbombs/blinding lights, if used within short range, can erase the insignias, but, as a soft counter to FF, if the insignia on the user's body persists/unaffected, the seal on the technique is reformed, maintaining the techniques 'Absolute' state. Can last up to three turns, at a cost of twenty chakra per turn, with it applicable in same t/f, or simply after.

Trenches of Thessaly can last as long as the user has the chakra to maintain it, and naturally as they are merged, the user can use any of Garb of Achlys core abilities through their body. In regards to Achlys herself, her presence within the user's mind naturally bolsters the existing resistance, making the user's thoughts impenetrable to mind reading techniques and similar of A rank and below. Notably this ability costs twenty chakra per turn, with Field's of Flower, if activated, costing 20 per turn, and Trenches of Thessaly itself costing another ten chakra per turn that stacks with GOA's own chakra cost. The user's merger with GOA itself costs fourty chakra points, with the user having the option of entering a battle merged with the weapon, but only being capable of utilising two active techniques in the first turn.
Shirou looked upon his opponent as he walked up, smiling as a greeting and an acknowledgment of the man's sense of fashion with the crimson trench coat. However it would seem that the trench coat was the extent of similarities between the two, as the man before him seemed to have a Dojutsu of some sorts. Shirou was as Dojutsu-less as you can get, rather simply being equipped with a few weapons as an outwards display of power. He would have Dragon Fang around his waist in whip form, a basic katana on his left hip, a war fan on his back, and of course the customary ninja pouch on his right hip. He would also be merged with Achlys, with their focus being fully directed towards the tall man before them.

Death seems to constantly escape me my friend...

Seeing the opponent kicks things off with an appearance change and production of six spheres, Shirou contemplated shutting all of that off immediately, but instead opted for a more interesting route. With a sequence of hand seals, Shirou would cast an illusion upon the man wherein his movements would become restricted. In reality it would be just that but in the illusion drones of undead would burst up and surround Alucard, holding him down whilst also attacking him from multiple points in order to inflict damage.

... but it does follow me.

While Alucard dealt with that, Shirou would back off to increase the distance to long range whilst continuing to perform hand seals. These seals would conclude in a moment and would be the catalyst for bringing forth an Edo Tensei of Roxis Yamanaka through a casket. Roxis would emerge and would remain at mid range distance from Alucard while Shirou himself remained at 20 meters distance for the moment. Upon being summoned Roxis would passively activate his chakra sensory.

(Genjutsu: Hokousha) - Illusion Techniques: Walkers
Type: Supplementary
Rank: A rank
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra: 30
Damage: N/A (60 if not broken)
Description: The user forms the Snake then Boar hand seals and sends his chakra into their targets brain. The target is then put in a genjutsu where he sees walkers rise up from the ground all around him and under him. Walkers are humans who died and their brains are still functioning aka Zombies. These walkers can be random dead people coming back to life or if the user knows people that their opponent knew and have passed, they can make those walkers into the people they knew. Walkers rise up from underneath their target and grab his legs and rise up grabbing all parts of their body. They begin to start eating their target. The target also see Walkers around him walking towards him to continue the assault. In reality the target is immobilized and can't move, despite the illusion consisting only of the Zombies. The target is not locked in an illusionary world but rather sees the Zombies added to the normal "reality". If the genjutsu isn't broken, the target will feel a lot of mental anguish and receives damage. This jutsu can effect multiple people.

Note: When effecting multiple people, the walkers are random.
Note: Can only be used 3 times
Note: Can only be taught by Better

( Kuchiyose Kinjutsu: Edo Tensei ) - Forbidden Summoning Technique: Impure World Reincarnation
Rank: S
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 40 (-20 per resurrection per turn )
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The Summoning: Impure World Reincarnation is a forbidden technique used to revive the dead. To perform this technique, the user must first acquire some of the DNA of the person they intend to revive such as limbs, organs or merely blood samples. The soul of the intended revived must also reside in the pure world (jōdo) those whose soul has been consumed by the Death God, or have been previously sealed by other methods cannot be resurrected. Next, a living sacrifice is required for the soul of the resurrected to use as a vessel. Once all prerequisites for the technique have been met, the acquired DNA of the person is smeared on a special scroll and once the scroll is activated, the remains spread out in the form of a special seal with the living sacrifice in the centre. Then dust and ash encase the sacrifice's body, giving them the same appearance that the revived had at the time of their death. The person is then revived and the end product is usually stored in a casket until summoned by the user by performing the Tiger → Snake → Dog → Dragon → Clap hands handseals. When the user summons the revived soul, a casket first appears before revealing the revived soul. The Edo Tensei Summoning can be countered by sealing away the targets soul or by having the summoner cancel the technique. As they are unlikely to do this voluntarily, using a genjutsu to trick them into cancelling the technique is ideal. The sequence of hand seals for cancelling the technique is Rat → Ox → Monkey → Tiger → Dragon → Boar and saying Kai. If the summoner dies before the technique is deactivated, then this method is impossible. If the summoned soul's controlling tag is overcome or disabled by a technique or if the user so wishes it, the summoned soul or the user can both sever the contract through the use of the Snake → Ram → Boar → Dog → Tiger seals. The summoned soul is then left as an immortal revived soul, autonomous and without any link to the summoner.
Note: A bio can only have up to a total of three souls for revival which must abide by a few rules, specific for the technique.
Note: The user of the technique can only have up to 3 Vessels in total. Orochimaru, Kabuto and Tobirama are able to have up to 2 Vessels present in battle though only one of these can be a vessel from a battle.
Note: If the user purchases the vessel, it can only have access to single abilities such as their HA/KG/AE. If a vessel is obtained through battle, he is able to utilize the bio's Dual Abilities, Modes and AN if obtained. Only the canon techniques of these are possible, however.
Note: The Edo Summons pertain to the bio and not the user, and only one of the bios of the user can use Edo tensei.
Note: A member must attain biographies in an offical match approved by 2 roleplay moderators for both the revival and sacrifice and cannot be given a biography willingly.
Note: Technique can only be used once per battle/event.

Edo Purchased in Shop: Purchasing a basic Yamanaka. Specialties are Single Handseal Specialist (Lightning) | Genjutsu Casting Specialist | Genjutsu Layering Specialist | Sixth Sense (Extra LMS)
(Chakra Henkanshi no Jutsu) - Chakra Sensing Technique (Passive)
Type: Supplementary
Rank: C
Range: Short - Long
Chakra: 15 (- 5 per turn)
Damage: N/A
Description: This is a very advanced of advancing the ability to feel and sense chakra. The technique allows the user to concentrate and detect someone's chakra. Users can use this to determine the nature of a jutsu used as well as sense masses of chakra. The use of this can be compared to Sharingan's brutish level of sensory, able to sense collection of chakra but not the level of clarity and precision Byakugan has.
Note: Can only be used by bios with Sensory ability.
Note: After having on a bio for 1 month, users gain the ability to activate Sensory passively.

As Alucard ran towards the opponent he saw chakra build up. His mind would be infiltrated by the chakra and for a glimpse he could notice his senses being dragged into a genjutsu. This was due to two factors, number one due to his Yin infused skeleton which was able to shield him and decrease the rank of jutsu that hit him but also the fact that he was a specialist in both Yin and Yang simultaneously - the Yin field would allow him to break free passively from the genjutsu without any handseals needed[ref1 & ref2]. The genjutsu therefore carried zero weight and Alucard would continue unhindered on his journey and would summon the hands of sloth just as he made his way to jump above his opponent, who surely was retreating back soon as he had unleashed the genjutsu, but not fast enough to catch up with the speed Alucard had gained through the chakra mode. The arms would be created just as planned and was now interacting with the opponent just as planned. Alucard stayed on the ground as he would've landed behind the opponent(short-range) and watching the arms of the abomination put him into an endless sleep. He would not continue with his Krypton release however, as he didn't expect the hands would already get to his opponent unhindered.

...Unless you get out of that, this will be a really short battle..

Instead of using the krypton technique, Alucard would instead slam his hands on the ground and summon a dome of skeletal mass that would protrude from the ground and pierce into his opponent from all angles while the remaining 5 intangible arms from the Hands of Sloth become tangible and make any escape route left impossible to take unless the opponent got out from the sloth technique itself along with his bone technique.

( Hone Kangoku ) - Bone Prison
Type: Offensive/Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage Points: 80 + 30
Description: The user places their hand against the ground to form a dome made of steel hard bone to surround and trap the target in. The dome can be further manipulated to then shoot bone spikes from the inside of the dome, covering any angle within.

Ghoulspine Specialist:
If the user specialises in the CFS, they will receive be granted extra shielding against not just against additional elements but also mind altering techniques and have any technique that hits them be debuffed and loses one rank in potential(this is due to another prospect of Yin release that makes debuffs applicable through either chakra tethers such as hungry ghost) In this case it is the complex formation of Yin shielding that is circulating across the users skeleton that creates this debuff.
Additional restriction is that the visual genjutsu effects only takes place once the users skeleton has touched them and infused them with their chakra.

Users will gain heightened spiritual abilities translating into an awareness of all genjutsu and spiritual entities below MS level and passive genjutsu kai up to B-rank.
