Legolas was just about to enjoy the peaceful nature around him, when he's suddenly interrupted with an evil intent of the man before him, taking preparations to battle, Legolas stood up and looked directly into the man's eyes, the peaceful look that he had on his face changed into a serious look, as he addressed the man.

I can sense the evil intentions of your foul chakra....You have to be cleansed out of this world!

Legolas then performed the necessary handseals for a summoning after biting his thumb releasing a small amount of blood, and then summoned two of the legendary toads of the toad realm, Mt. Myo. Each of the toads are standing on his right and left shoulders, immediately fusing with his body as they draw in natural energy by being perfectly still while being fused with him, letting him fight normally as he immediately activates toad senjutsu following the summoning of the toads. Legolas' face transforms to resemble that of a toad's face, his eyes gain orange red-ish pigments around them, while his eyes turn into yellow color instead of the normal blue. He is now able to passively sense the world around him through natural energy, as well as the evil intent of chakra which is an inherit passive ability of his clan.

Description: An empowered state of body achieved by blending natural energy with one’s physical and spiritual energy. The mode heightens performance on all levels by adding a new dimension of power to the user’s chakra. The state is a direct result of Senjutsu chakra circulating through the body. To enter this form, a minimum of 10% of the user’s maximum chakra reserve must be moulded into Senjutsu chakra, all subsequent technique employ Senjutsu chakra until the minimum cost (-10/turn) cannot be paid to sustain the mode. The user is immune to C-rank and below damage (unless externally empowered to increase lethality) for the duration of this technique. The user is able to passively sense chakra and his/her perception and reflexes are enhanced by x2. Their ninjutsu and strength increases, empowering taijutsu and other close range physical combat techniques by +20. Additionally, Genjutsu cast by the user are empowered requiring the opponent to use Genjutsu release, of one rank higher than what is normally required (Effective on Genjutsu up to B rank). Lastly, the user gains access to toad anatomy and other physical feats granted by Sage mode.
Note: Usable twice per battle . Must wait 2 turns before using this technique again. Perfect Sages can use either perfect or imperfect form thrice with a delay of 1 turn between modes.

Torune watches as the opponent summons two smaller, older looking frogs, but instead of seeing what they can do, he attacks in quick succession. Torune summons a flow of water under his opponent, causing it to rush up and trap the three within a prison of water. The aim is to stop all movement of the three as well as chakra gathering, unless they'd choose to drown. In return this prison would inherently stop Sage chakra gathering and possibly resulting in his opponent turning into stone; unknown to Torune of course.

(Suiton: Funshutsu Mizu Kinko) - Water Release: Gushing Water Imprisonment

Legolas watches as the toads are summoned, a rush of water appears below him, attempting to engulf him within it, he pays no attention to this, while also taking note that bugs start swarming the battlefield in all directions. Legolas waits before defending against the water prison, activating Toad Senjutsu first before reacting, The toads being perfectly still on his shoulder and applying natural energy to him while he synchronizes the chakra and adapts it to his chakra system. As Senjutsu is activated, and the insect sphere is nearly completed forming around Legolas, surrounding him with darkness. Legolas taps into his clan's unique Kekkei Genkai, using a massive amount of Holy Fire chakra, manifesting a dome of of holy fire energy around him in all directions, shinning through the water and bug sphere and causing both to be engulfed by the holy light, incinerating everything around him with the exception of him and the two toads, causing the water and insects to turn into nothingness. Holy Fire being natural weak to Water Release is of irrelevance here, since the Holy Fire technique is S-ranked in usage, strengthened through the power of added senjutsu to it as well. This is a non offensive usage of Holy Fire, meant only to shine through the darkness of your chakra and bugs and cleanse it out of the world. As the Holy Fire shines brightly turning all techniques used by you into nothingness, and spans across Mid-range in all directions around Legolas, destroying all the bugs around him in that radius. The Holy fire is so bright that it gives off momentary blindness to anyone that looks at it, similar in nature to "Lightning Release: Illusion Flash of the lightning pillar" of light intensity. While this technique is not used as an attack, if somehow it is successful in touching you, it would still burn you intensely, but not to the point of death.

Description: This is one of the most basic applications of the Noldor's KG, the holy fire. It being an energy that they create their kg, holy fire , to shape and control. Using this technique they are able to create a mass off the energy and keep it focused to give it shape in many forms. This can be as simple as creating a small ball of it to a cube. Or getting more creative they can make various weapons, swords, shields, Axes, draggers. WHat ever they can think of that is an innanimate shape they can create from this basic application. This can be also be used to make Waves, pulses, sentient creatures up to the size of the user, barriers, pretty much all basic application of basic elements as well as streams

Clense: (supplementary) Unlike most elements though, this one has two sides to it, the first being how it works. With holy fire there is the offensive part as an energy which comes with it being more focused but the main part is for it to purify. The entire clan being based on intents and making the world pure, allows them to create this energy in an almost non offensive manor. The none offensive manor is called "clense", and this serves to work only on those that have negative intents, like those to harm and destroy. If a person it touched by this holy fire while having negative intends the energy will burn them intensely, reacting to their intent damaging based on rank used. This served as a great way for them to protect their borders so they could test all who tried to enter their woods, any wishing harm upon them would be dealt with swiftly.

Shock: (offensive) This is the offensive version of the element, the user will concerntrate alot more chakra into the shapes waves or streams to causes damage and destruction. This is to defend their borders at all costs. The clense method is purely a way to test intents in various ways. This is for pure power. Much like a stream of fire, or chidori remei, i combines the properites of both using basic shape application.

C to B rank can be made without handseals just hand gestures, A rank can be created freely after forming one seal, the size of the object ranging for the user's needs. Being progressively stronger each rank is abe to make larger items starting with the small basic shapes at C rank to the powerful creatures created via A rank. S rank usage can be used 4 times per battle with two turns between. It can also be used to make large shapes up to 3 times the size of the user.
Note: S rank can only be used 4 times with two turns between each. And no silmarilis jutsu above B rank in the same turn.
Note: The A rank version can only be used once per turn.
Note: Can only be made around the user or on the borders of short range around an enermy

Ame no Junsei Seisen | Rain of The Holy Crusade
Type: Offensive/Supplementary/Defensive

Range: Short-Long

Description: This is unique jutsu that gives of a holy feel in itself. The user will clap their hands together gathering a mass of chakra over the field releasing this jutsu. From that point on the chakra will fall bit by bit, similar to that of the hidden rain jutsu, but have it’s own unique properties. The energy is that of the Silmarilis or Holy fire as it has come to be known. It would fall down gently like snowflakes of energy dropping onto the field which as they touch the ground they will dissipate from the basic use of this. As it is with most of the holy fire jutsu this has the ability to react to dark chakras and negative intents. In this if it were to rain on those flowing with bijuu chakra it would act like a fiery acid on their skin burning them severely. Not only this but it will react to those not pure of their intentions. For example, if this were to fall on a ninja who made it rain or created a clone, it would have no effect. But if a person was intent on causes something negative like harm or death, the holy rain would burn through their skin like fire itself, making it a lot harder for them to perform jutsu and concentrate causing it to take twice as long for them to perform a jutsu, so what would normally be as easy as making a single handseal, due to the constant burning it would take twice as long for them to focus. Not only this, but for sensors and doujutsu uses it will make it very difficult for them to locate the user. This won’t affect the Byakugan as the byakugan can see through chakra, like how it can see through the hidden mist. Where as sharingan and the rinnegan will just see chakra all around them blocking their vision. The use can perform an addition handseal at any point while this is active, releasing more chakra into the falling energy in any given area to increase the power of the holy rain to burn any and all it touches as it gives off an even brighter glow, allowing one to notice this, starting ateast 5 meters above the target. This can have a 5m radius, and can only be used on one location per use of the overall jutsu. In doing this it will increase the power of the holy fire to S rank, taking up 1 of the three jutsu per turn.

Note: Useable 3 times, lasting 3 turns, 2 turns between uses
Note: Making it burn and increasing it to S rank can be done once per use lasting for that single turn, ending the usage of the full jutsu.

For clarification, the water would reduce the Holy Fire to a strong A-Rank, which would then be up against my bugs, which would then weaken it to the likes of a B Rank due to interaction.

Going by your water "bullet" you only destroyed a small portion of the holy fire wave, Come on man ~_~

And sinse the toads are always passively absorbing natural energy, the genjutsu won't really affect them and won't even affect me since my chakra is always being infused with natural energy.

Using the abilities of his sealing technique and as the bugs are getting closer to him, Legolas utilizes his wind chakra, releasing an omni-directional wave of wind around himself, reaching a mid-ranged radius with him as the center of the dome, this happens at the same time that Legolas releases the water he previously absorbed from your water bullet, making this a double elemental combination technique that work as both a defense and an offense, preventing your bugs from getting close and cutting through them, killing all bugs around Legolas up to Mid-range, and at the same time attacking his opponent. Thanks to the addition of the water absorbed and combined with the wind wave, the technique would have additional damage. This boost is applied instead of senjutsu boost in this case, both being passive with the higher one being applied.

(Fūton: Tenrai Kōgi) - Wind Release: Divine Justice

Firstly let's look at your wording.

Legolas waits before defending against the water prison, activating Toad Senjutsu first before reacting, The toads being perfectly still on his shoulder and applying natural energy to him while he synchronizes the chakra and adapts it to his chakra system. As Senjutsu is activated, and the insect sphere is nearly completed forming around Legolas, surrounding him with darkness.
In what way would this NOT be short range? You let the bugs close in on you as you worded it nearly completely formed. So the technique would be in range. Also the technique used isn't just Genjutsu as I described as a combination Genjutsu which uses actual smell and not just insertion of chakra, so I wouldn't think you'd be not affected by the technique because of Senjutsu chakra; it's not a regular Genjutsu, hence the Aburame Secret Technique. In my opinion you'd be affected regardless of Sage Mode. That's just my opinion, I may be wrong.

Also with the water bullet, I destroyed the part heading towards me; it's an omnidirectional blast, which I wouldn't need to defend against the other directions not pointed at me. So in essence, yes I did destroy only part of it, as that's all I needed to do.

If we were to go off the wording of your current response, the TF would be
Summoning>Merging>Water Prison>Shock>Water Bullet>Sealing>Bugs which is incorrect in more than one way.
It should be Summoning>Water Prison + Bugs/Merging>Shock>Phantom Smell + Water Bullet
Your wording is just confusing as the bugs around you were charred and there's no more enclosing on you to defend from, they're in long range.

Continuing though. I'll defend from your current move as I hate arguing.

As Torune watches his opponent absorb the incoming water into a special seal, he realized that the opponent could defend from his attacks with fuinjutsu, so instead of waiting for him to finish absorbing and attack him, Torune sent his earth chakra into the ground beneath his opponent and erupted 4 earth spikes who's aim were to skewer the opponent. These spikes would emerge at 45 degree angles, angling to pierce the opponent's legs and torso; logically this would make the only escape upward. The spikes would emerge after you begin to absorb the water bullet, putting you in a hard place.

You can take the win here because i'm quite frankly a bit bored of how you fight.

First let me start by stating this, like mentioned in my move
"manifesting a dome of of holy fire energy around him in all directions, shinning through the water and bug sphere and causing both to be engulfed by the holy light, incinerating everything around him with the exception of him and the two toads, causing the water and insects to turn into nothingness."
Holy Fire has a special ability, unlike other elements, anything with a negative/evil/killing intent will be destroyed, not only that, but it will basically be "consumed" by the light, they won't just burn, like i stated in my move, they would turn into nothingness, this wouldn't allow you to do any techniques with your "bugs" that are "short range of me", because they are no longer there in the first place. You can check the Holy Fire and Noldor KG for that.

And attacking me while i'm absorbing the water? >_> it only takes about a second, at best, your earth spikes would emerge just after it's done being absorbed, not before or during the absorption process.

Anyways, doesn't matter, i only participate in fun fights, outside of the tournament, so congrats on the win i guess :/
