With a smirk on his face, he'd clap his hands and manifest a spiralling vortex of water around himself which he sends at the fire to douse the flames and continue onwards towards the boy though weakened by a rank. Immediately he sends the vortex its way, V would defile the boy's mind again by fooling his sense of sight that it had been thrown into a world of complete darkness being unable to see a thing setting him up real good for the vortex to collide into him. V then throws a single paper bomb tagged kunai in an upwards arc to go up and descend from above and pierce his head before exploding. "Kaboooom!"

The water technique collides with the fireball and in an instant as steam momentarily gets produced. Taking it as his chance, Ryuu performs a single handseal and gushes out a large wave of water infront of him, as it carries him upwards and in the path of his opponent. As he rides the wave for what it seemed an instant, he utilizes his chakra again, and using the water source below him creates a thick mist that envelopes the battle field. Jumping off immediately to his left while letting the water wave continue ,he then activates his chakra sensory to keep track of his opponent and gets some distance between them.

The water technique collides with the fireball and in an instant as steam momentarily gets produced. Taking it as his chance, Ryuu performs a single handseal and gushes out a large wave of water infront of him, as it carries him upwards and in the path of his opponent. As he rides the wave for what it seemed an instant, he utilizes his chakra again, and using the water source below him creates a thick mist that envelopes the battle field. Jumping off immediately to his left while letting the water wave continue ,he then activates his chakra sensory to keep track of his opponent and gets some distance between them.

Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.

Vi watches as the young boy tried to defile all unfriendly odds by slying his way around any unfavorable measures that could bring his death. As the boy makes his hand seal and begins spitting water from his mouth against the ground, V would drop to the ground and slam his hands on the ground to forcefully lower the earth to roughly 20m deep in the ground with enough space and width to sink both the boy and his water source.

Description: The user slams his hands on the
ground and lowers or raises the ground in the
surrounding area at high speeds, allowing them to
create giant holes in the ground or avoid attacks.
The size of the affected area as well as the depths
that it is lowered to is up to the user and rasing
earth can be done up to 20 meters tall creating a
small cliff or they can create trenches that can be
as deep as 20 meters. Other than being moved
below ground relative to the surrounding surface
the terrain is not altered, plant life and people
retaining their same positions.
As the MEC completes and reaches the desired depth, V would make one seal and manipulate the earth to rise and cover up the top of the pit to prevent upward escape. Due to the speed at which the earth drops, the boy would be thrown to the air and forced to drown in his own water.
