(Metamateriaru no Kōgaku Meisai to Shinigami Sukaru) — Reaper Skull with a Metamaterial Optical Camouflage

Description: The Metamaterial Optical Camouflage (M.O.C) mantle appears in many forms as ordered, and made only by the Uchiha prodigy. The suit is highly complex and its contemporary superior mechanisms cannot be taught. The skeleton mask contains red translucent lenses (allowing eye contact between individuals). When placed on the user, the rest of the hooded cape appears along with a dark gray, tattered coating. This cloak is created from molten scales of Obi, the personal snake contact summon of the Uchiha. The skull mask immediately draws chakra from the user when worn. The glowing red lends symbolizes the weapon's activation. Additionally, the user suddenly dons a dark optical camouflage mantle coating from head to toe. The coating possesses unique natural scales with an uneven microscopic weave, which allows for a complex camouflage mechanism. The attire is electric, flame, wind resistant (C-rank and below) as the whole attire is quite durable and extremely hard to rip apart. Even the skull is very difficult to break.


Coating — The scales of the coat passively scatter incoming/reflect light, allowing it to manipulate light from passing. This allows the user to conform irregular shaped objects and render them partially or fully invisible to the naked eye. This can make three-dimensional things also make things appear flat. This control can be used, theoretically, to perform the opposite feat, allowing for turning two-dimensional images into three-dimensional ones and making impressively deceptive mirages. This lowers various counter actions and when their opponent should decide on the countering their attacks (opponent's tracking lowered by -1.5). This can only be done within it's range. At closer ranges, the weapon makes whatever it's camouflaging under light appear darker than their surroundings, acting as a dead giveaway to the concealment.


Lens — The user will be able to see passively chakra through the red lenses, in what appears to be like chakra infrared vision. They'll be to tell the amount of chakra within that given place in time. Users also, through observation, can make a hypothesis to accurately predict the strength of a jutsu, but cannot differentiate between different chakra natures. These lenses, however, only see chakra as it radiates off of an object, which can be used to track (adding .5 to user’s tracking speed). This means it doesn't allow the user to see through thick exteriors; if for example, a suspect had a chakra item under their shirt, its exterior area would appear “cooler” to the lenses, and indicate to user that someone may be carrying a chakra item.


Skull — Finally, the M.O.C is powered with the user's cerebral chakra, and the user’s nervous system. Acting as a passive shell of protection against genjutsu its mechanism becomes in sync with its user's chakra flow, detecting the fluctuation in the user's chakra. This happens as once as the user places on the skeleton skull, it counter-clockwise their chakra flow to allow it, the access in any changes in the regulated chakra flow. Due to that, it gives the user painful headaches when the user forms elemental ninjutsu (-5 damage to User per Elemental Ninjutsu). Genjutsu — by altering the balance between physical and spiritual energies by disturbing physical energy it induces pain, however, through psychogenic pain (pain that's not with a physical cause) in form of migraines. This translates into the ability to consciously combat genjutsu up to A rank at the cost of 30 chakra through user input. The migraine can be induced twice per battle.

This blade is the most treasured item from Rai Uchiha, the prized possession of when he was alive. Having been in command of a group of his clansmen, it is presumable that Rai had capable leadership skills. He was a capable swordsman, even with one eye blinded. He also showed a noticeable amount of physical strength, being able to shatter the ground with a single strike of his sword. When death took him, his sword was passed onto his children soon they too passed on the sword. The very death of the Uchiha clan, resulted in treasures to being sold off to whoever would be interested. Years to pass, the sword ended back into a Uchiha home. Soon Ikiru's father presented the sword to him, with simple his understanding of where it came from. Since the massacre of the Uchiha clan, it's whole history of the sword is not known to Ikiru or anyone as Ikiru knows only it's a Uchiha sword.

Abilities of the blade:


╳ This blade once drawn would draw up water from the ground forming water sources with in two turns anywhere on land(passive). This is a very unique trait for a sword to carry which gave note that this blade could tap into natural aquifer's in the ground. The water sources are fairly large in size which is why it takes two turns for the blade's natural water ability to activate.


╳ When the user of the sword strikes an enemy or something an enemy is touching the water sucks -20 chakra from the enemy with every contacted strike. This form is very intricate and also unique to user who developed the ability.

Out of a cave, he places on his mask. The red glow within the cave as the bats fly out he fades out of sight as he is invisible. He draws out his blade now as he moves toward the man standing infront of him. Drawing water from the under the ground, the pond in-between them grows by the moment. He uses the kote to release a small scroll making a single handseal to allow them to use (Suiton: Uramiame no Jutsu) - Water Release: Grudge Rain Technique.

Description: As its name suggests, this tool is worn on the forearm. After choosing one Ninjutsu to seal within the scroll, the user seals it within the seal after using it or having another person utilize it. The user initiates one of their techniques before sealing them into a scroll. The scroll is then shrunken to pill-size and is put inside the Kote. Afterwards, they can release the scroll and use the sealed technique. To use some elemental technique, the user apparently needs to form the corresponding seal first. Because using the Kote doesn't require chakra, the user can gain an advantage in battle by releasing normally chakra-taxing techniques while saving their chakra or continuing to use techniques when low on chakra, thereby keeping the user rested and less-likely to endure exhaustion; it can even be used by a non-ninja person.
Note: Genin to S-Jounin Ninja can seal up to Forbidden ranked Ninjutsu techniques, which must be noted within the bio. S-class and Sannin can seal up to S ranks and Kage and up ninja can only seal A ranks and below within a Kote.

Description: The user will first perform the Dog hand seal and release his chakra into the atmosphere which will then create an accumulation of large storm clouds in the sky, which in turn produces rain. The large amount of rain falling all around can then be turned into a large wave of water which sweeps the enemy off their feet while wrapping around him and binding him in the flow of water around him. While the targets are trapped in the water, their chakra will slowly be drained away. The water vortex can be sustained and controlled for up to two turns as long as the user keeps the dog hand seal made.

With the clouds above forming, he runs toward them as it pours suddenly, the ground becoming muddy suddenly he summons the water around to turn into a wave connecting both parties as he draws in chakra from them with his katana touching the water. At the same time the water would binding them.

I don't like these new inventions, they are so lame..

Zora was in a bad mood.. She hadn't gone anywhere where she wanted lately. Killing people had been too fast, losing to people had been too fast.. No matter, it was time to do it right this time. As the water in the sky starts forming into a minor wave coming towards Zora, she would use the water to create a huge ice-typhoon that would freeze it almost instantly. Leaving herself harmless in the eye of the storm, the opponent would be struck by harsh winds and freezing temperatures. Most likely it would destroy weak gear as well due to the cold. The ice particles would also create serious cutting wounds. The small wave of water that would be aimed towards her would've frozen as well. Leaving her standing. As the ice-typhoon is wrecking the opponent, Zora would spawn two typhoon clones right next to her. A/B - both would be created with the ability to refract light, leaving them invisible to the naked eye.

Description: The user will summon a huge typhoon from a large water source after performing three hand seals and use the freezing capabilities of wind to create microscopic ice patterns in the air that it affects. The typhoon will have a temperature of -50 degrees and being caught inside the storm will result in death within two turns. The first turn will result in major frostbite. The ice particles that are wrapped up in the typhoon will also create cutting wounds, along with any debris that is caught inside of it. As the temperature is so dropped, everything will move much slower and running speeds are directly affected by the cold. This results in everyone caught in the storm is limited to walking-speed at max while they will try to counter it. The user themselves are in the eye of the storm, unaffected by the cold and cutting forces of the ice typhoon. They can maintain the typhoon for 3 turns but in the same instance are unable to utilise any ninjutsu other than typhoon and wind as the ice typhoon is taking a large toll to maintain. In the storm, elemental jutsu is also affected by the cold. Water techniques will freeze instantly and lightning techniques are just nullified of the winds intensity. The ice typhoon requires a watersource before use or can be used in conjunction with a large-scale water jutsu. All effects of the ice typhoon are nullified in the eye of the storm, regardless of if you're the user of the technique or not.

As the jutsu itself is of B-rank, anything that B-rank taiton can handle, these clones can handle. Another unique feature to these clones are that they can turn invisible(passively) due to being made by the advanced element based on wind. Wind can refract light and make it unable for anyone to see the clones unless chakra sensing or dojutsu is used.

Watching as the chakra released would be of an S-rank, he stands on the frozen wave. With a gigantic forming of tormenting ice winds with no direct location of aim but simply an wide-spread attack. Ax figure's it's because this person was unable to know his whereabouts thus not a sensor of any form. Thinking to himself a moment as he stares at the now dooming icy winds near him, 'I need chakra'. He is reminded to calm the attack once an ice piece hits his skull. Reaching out with his arm, the storm calms slowly to the point its simply gone. Unknown to his opponent, Ax had decided to simply drain the technique out of existence. Thinking to himself again, 'I need more chakra'.

( Abusōbu Ude ) - Absorption Arm

Description: A cyborg attachment to the user's body, the user has a robotic limb that allows for him to create spheres of energy that are capable of absorbing chakra up to S rank level. These spheres are capable of dealing brute force on impact as well, growing to large heights, up to 4 meters in radius. Starting at roughly rasengan size, these spheres grow proportionally to the size of the technique absorbed. Normal Ninja are able to make use of one of these devices via specialized gloves that allow them to absorb 1 Ninjutsu per turn up to S rank while Cyborgs have these attachments and are able to absorb up to Forbidden powered attacks and 1 from each arm per turn.
Note: Can be used a max of 3 times for Ninja and 6 for Cyborgs.

Walking towards his opponent dazed in confusion as they're weary of where he might attack them. 'Oh it's a woman, I thought it was a male...' thinking as he takes out a bomb which he throws at them while his in short range to them. While he is prepared he looks away from the explosion that now has his opponent unable to see or hear for a moment. Which he then molds doton chakra moving behind her using his CW to hid his attacks (short-range influence), summoning portals of mud spikes (unable to been seen due to CW hindering her) that aim for both her arms in the shoulder's ball socket and knees. Leaving her unable to weave handseals or move.

( Kemuri Senkōdama ) - Smoke-Flash Bombs

Description: Similar in use to the smoke and flash bombs respectively, this tech dazes the senses by emitting a powerful sound and light. It was powerful enough to block even enhanced senses of sight and hearing, leaving those with vision and sound based sensing useless. It's major downside, however, is that due to affecting a wide area, allies could also be caught in the blast radius if not warned beforehand. Due to the mass amount of chakra released from the explosion, chakra based sensing dilate also left useless. These are also able to negate B rank and below technological sensing devices as well.

(Doton: Borudākyaribā) - Earth Release: Boulder Calibre

Description: This technique allows the user after streaming Doton chakra into the ground to form boulders to rise within the area. The size of the technique depends on the user.

As the typhoon got ceased, her two typhoon clones had filled the field. Not knowing where the opponent would strike next, they all covered each-others angles. They would, however, focus on which point the typhoon had been absorbed since that would quite logically be where the opponent would be positioned. Suddenly, a pack of flashbombs where thrown towards the trio. Unable to pick up anything but ringing sound and white light they focused on where the bombs where thrown from. Which were the same direction. Not knowing what the opponent would be plotting, Zora decided to make a statement. She hated the light and flaring sound that surrounded her. She would slam her hands on the ground and raise herself and her two typhoon clones 100 meters straight upwards as a large cliff would be formed under them. It would relieve her from the noice and the flash-bangs.

Description: This technique grants the user the ability to freely lower or raise the terrain within a specific area surrounding them, in a similar manner to its parent technique, albeit on a much larger scale. The user will slam his hands on the ground which he can then lower or raise the ground up to 100 meters in a large section. The rise will be fast enough to pin enemies to the ground, restricting their movements as they struggle to get up and the drop will be fast enough to leave almost all enemies without a footing (albeit not airborne). Because of the large chakra needed to alter such a large area of the terrain, the user will be able to use it only a limited number of times.
Note: Can only be used twice.

As the ground was rising upwards(aka at the same time the great moving earth-core was released) the two typhoon clones would combine their effort and create a large-scale combined blow. The water down at the bottom would make an perfect conjunction to create a water typhoon with. The clones made two of those at the same time, both covering a 360 degree angle having the rising earth as an epicenter as it climbed in the skies 100 meters above the ruckus down there. As the ground would've risen 100 meters though, the effects of the water typhoon would crumble as it would be out of reach of the water.

This jutsu is meant to not only attack opponents but also create new water sources of the users liking. The water can dig itself down very deep and the only limit is the users imagination. The trail of the water typhoon will drench everything it leaves behind it.

Watching as their eyes races across the scene to look for where Ax would be. He stood right next to them only a few meters away observing. The main decides to lift them upwards to attain height safety, without knowing she'd taken Ax with her. Moving at the same time, the clones in sync with them, he draws his katana (CW) summoning under ground streams upward into the 100 meter yay-tall. 'I'll put an end to this pointless chakra am wasting and take her money' thinking as they're in a moment.

Judging her skills as they bundle up, they don't notice the incoming attack that aims for them. Ax knowing the main from the clones was quite fairly easy due to his M.O.C (CW) giving away the estimated rank amount in chakra within their bodies. For as the main had outstandingly F-rank amounts of it, and by simply staring at the no-good copies he knew. 'Shadow clones would've been far-better choice' thinking as he weaves the needed handseals swiftly. Suddenly now the main is attacked and unable to move by the the invisible (CW Reaper skull influence) Mud-Needles jutsu. Aimed directly to all three, for as the attack appeared behind the clones heads quietly sniping them (at the same time) in the back of the head. While the main get's attacked directly to the heart. He appears infront of her, "I'll answer your question; yes it's all I got." Quickly killing them and taking their money.

The mud needles are very heavy and thick as well as adhesive, making it impossible to move if caught. A single Mud-earth Needle is equal to A-rank, 2=B-ranks, 3=C-ranks, and 4= D-ranks.

As the trio moved upwards they would've seemed to have taken their opponent with them as Zora could hear his breathing from a very short distance. Suddenly she noticed shadows appear on the ground around her and the clones. She then looked upwards and noticed portals appearing in the skies letting out what appeared to be solid needles. She would quickly turn herself into typhoon chakra and render herself invulnerable. The clones would focus on the opponent while tanking the damage done by the solid needles as they could handle it. One of the clones would create a controllable dust-storm that would lift up the opponent maintaining a 360 degree angle of the storm to push anything caught in it downwards the mountain Zora had created. The other clone would be prepared for defensive manouvers..

Their body will become dark wind and thus making the user invulnerable towards physical attacks and lightning whilst neutral to B-rank wind/fire. When the user move they will leave a trace of dark wind that takes the shape of the user, creating a trail of the users chakra shaped as a series of bodies to appear as they run. This will confuse the opponent
and make them wonder where user is. At this state however, the user cannot perform ninjutsu until they solidify, but due to the fact the user becomes relatively weight-less they become fast(1.5x faster). As wind, the user will be able to refract light, making them invisible to the naked eye.

These clones shares the same characteristics of the release form itself and thus are resistant to most physical attacks and kinetic energy as taiton is an energy itself. As a clone, they can perform any and all typhoon release jutsus the user knows + the basic wind element. As the jutsu itself is of B-rank, anything that B-rank taiton can handle, these clones can handle. Another unique feature to these clones are that they can turn invisible(passively) due to being made by the advanced element based on wind. Wind can refract light and make it unable for anyone to see the clones unless chakra sensing or dojutsu is used.
