Kido swings his giant fan and giant vortex of wind ensnares you and lifts you in to the air rapidly. Three lightning bolts zap you and send you to the ground.

creates a giant vortex that swirls around and lifts
the opponent into the sky. They are then zapped
by three bolts of lightning before falling to the
ground, giving off black smoke.
Note: Must wield a Giant Fan.

Sanji sees the individual in front of him grab a weapon from his back, he wasn't sure what the weapon exactly was but it clear that his opponent would be taking an offensive stance. Sanji attempts to anticipate the upcoming attack that his opponent is about unleash but the opponent unveils the weapon to be a fan. A fan would most likely be used with Wind Jutsu, however, Sanji wasn't 100% sure. there could be a chance he didn't use wind. As Kido swings his fan, it forms a vortex of wind, confirming Sanji's suspicions, he quickly jumps into action, Sanji performs a a handseal, and then inhales air which he ends up exhaling with his chakra. From his exhale comes out a blast of wind, aimed towards the vortex, between the two fighters. Due to the equal level of power, the techniques would both negate each other.

Description: The user does the Ram handseal and inhales, kneading his chakra into his lungs, exhaling a huge blast of wind that levels anything in its path. If the user gets caught in it, it will harm him also.

The technique I used doesn't move from short-mid range. It happens at mid range, that is, at you location. But let's just assume they cancel due to the equal amount of chakra pooled into both techniques.

command, they crush the opponent. In reality, the

the stress on his mind.

After activating the illusion, Kido manipulates his water chakra beneath Sanji, allowing a sphere of water to rise and engulf him completely.

Gushing Water Imprisonment

Description: The user creates a flow of gushing
water under the opponent which traps them in a
sphere of water. The user can perform an attack
while the opponent is trapped. This jutsu is
similar to Water Prison Technique, though the
user doesn't need to keep his arm in the sphere
of water.
Note: Technique creates its own water source
