Raditz had been practicing, changing his battle tactics and have been making sure that there was no room for error like his past battles. If he was going to lose today it was not going to be from technicality. It was going to be because he was bested in a display of strength skill and power. The location was set at The Waterfall Of Truth, and the time was now. Raditz sat and waited for his soon to be victim of his new and developed battle prowess!

Tiashe walked before a waterfall, looking for an opponent he was scheduled to fight. A deciding factor in ranking up from a Jounin. Observing his muscular looking opponent, the Yuki nodded his head at him, indicating he was ready to fight.
Raditz noticed his opponent walk in before the waterfall and was immediately overcome with excitement. However, he still remained calm and collected at he Passively activated his chakra sensory while facing the opponent. Now that he familiarized himself with the opponent's chakra signature as well as his own if there was any indication of change he would notice it immediately. His chakra sensing also allows him to detect other masses of chakra, their location, and their nature.

Description: This is a very advanced of advancing the ability to feel and sense chakra. The technique allows the user to concentrate and detect someone's chakra. The use of this can be compared to Sharingan's brutish level of sensory, able to sense collection of chakra but not the level of clarity and precision Byakugan has.

The moment the opponent motioned that he was ready to fight Raditz quickly pulled out his chokuto in an inverted grip with his left hand before taking a large leap. As Raditz is airborne, Raditz is laterally positioned while performing a 360 degree twist in rapid succession while at the same time molding chakra and focusing that raw chakra to the grip hand before using that chakra to coat the blade of the chokuto to increase the cutting power of the blade as Raditz lands within striking distance of the opponent in one fluid motion.

Tiashe passively activated his Sensory ability and watched as Raditz attempted a huge leap. With a mid range distance between them, did he really think that he would not be intercepted during his jump? Performing a series of three hand seals as soon as his opponent leaped into the air, Tiashe created a whip of water which lashed at Raditz from his left, sending him flying into the water source.

(Suiton: Suiben) - Water Release: Water Whip

Description: After the user performs a series of three handseals: Rat → Dog → Ox, the user creates a whip of water that can be used to strike the opponent with a lashing action or wrap around the target to bind them. This technique can also have lightning techniques channeled through when they have bound their victim with the water whip.
After sending him into the water, Tiashe took a few quick steps to the water source, and standing atop it, he crouched down and placed both his hands onto the surface, freezing it into a one meter thick ice layer. If the opponent was attempting to escape upwards during this time, part of his body would end up getting stuck in the ice. Meanwhile, since the waterfall was not frozen, upon touching the frozen ice surface, the water would spread outwards, slowly covering the grassy ground, thus creating a new lake of sorts. Tiashe stood upright and stayed where he was, awaiting any response from his foe.

Description: While standing on a water surface, user simply gathers Hyouton chakra in both hands and places them on the surface. As his hands gets in contact with the surface his chakra spreads through the water and freezes it, creating an around one meter thick layer of ice. If the opponent is caught standing on the water surface while the water underneath him is freezing, he will be trapped. Once the freezing process completely ends, the surface is safe to walk on.

With the chakra sensing, Raditz was able to sensing the opponent's chakra spike as he weaved his seals. He then was able to sense chakra being generated in the form of a whip with its nature matching water. As Raditz continue to make his lateral 360 spin in Rapid succession with his Chokuto inverted in his left hand covered in raw chakra, With his right hand, Raditz instantly molding chakra changing the nature of it to fuuton and focusing it to his right hand, before using it to release a blade of wind with a motion of his hand towards the Water whip to prevent the interruption of his initial technique. With Raditz technique uninterrupted he would land within striking distance of the opponent in one fluid motion like he originally intended. Also he would be unable to proceed as he originally intended again

Description: The user unleashes a wave of wind that slashes at the opponent by swinging their hand or hands.
After slashing the opponent during his descent, Raditz continued his assault by making a right lateral slash, left rising diagonal slash, falling vertical slash, right rising diagonal slash, before finishing with a passing swift slash to the opponent's jugular. This flurry of slashes was performed in quick succession before properly dispatching the opponent.
( Ken Rendan no Jutsu ) - Sword Barrage Technique

Description: With this technique, the user will make a sequence of slashes with their sword and finishes with a powerful final slash dealing damage to their enemy.
In response to his opponent countering his water whip, just before he landed, Tiashe clapped his hands together, forming a spiral of water around his body. Raditz's sword was only met with water, and as the water became a wave, it attacked the man, pushing him away from Tiashe to mid range again.

Description: This technique allows the user after clapping their hands together to make a spiralling vortex of water to form around them out of nowhere in a vortex like manner. The vortex then proceeds to cascade into an wave of water that rampages towards the intended target or all around. The size and power of the technique is dictated by the amount of chakra put into the technique, varying from C-rank to B-rank.
With water now underneath the opponent, Tiashe created a whirlpool in the water underneath his foe, sucking Raditz underneath it.

Description: User creates a whirlpool that sucks any opponent in range underwater.
As Raditz notices a spike in chakra from the opponent and a clap of his hands, beginning to manifest a vortex of water around himself, Raditz quickly molds a large amount of chakra and change the nature to futon and focusing the futon chakra to his right hand while generating multiple large blades of wind that form a large wind scythe with a swing of his right hand. The wind scythe disperse the water vortex that overpowers the water vortex and continues at b-rank strength. Since we are in immediate vicinity of each other, unless you have some self empowerment there would be no way to move.
(Fūton: Shinkūzan no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Vacuum Slash technique

Description: The user waves his hand and creates multiple blades of wind, emerging to a single scythe of sharp air. The scythe was powerful enough to stop Susanno's movements, but wasn't able to break trough its defence.
Without hesitation Raditz continued to mold chakra change the nature of that chakra to futon once again and focus the chakra to his hand left hand to channel the wind chakra to the blade. With the left to right falling diagonal slash, Raditz releases wind in the form of a large gust the immediately follows after the b-rank wind scythe that you would be dealing with at the moment. Noticing that the opponent was overwhelmed with gust of wind Raditz slashed laterally to the left at the neck in order to swiftly severe the opponent's head from his body ending the match.
