The vast majority of the inhabitants of Tsuchi Heihō live near the long river the flows through the area. The terrain is characterized by tall mountains and rocky barrens, but near the water the topography becomes less inhospitable, giving way to soil and vegetation. The inhabitants mine the rich mountains, fish in the water and collect amber along the shores. Their settlements are constructed on the banks of the water and countless small river boats allow them to trade with other areas both up and down the stream.

I'll be utilizing Mirabelle Nariyuki in signature, post you're bio and I'll start us off. We'll be utilizing the 6 Turn Grading Style of Combat, where the winner will then be decided by an Official Sensei.

“It seems I arrived unfashionably late. It’s fine; I’ll still give you everything you want…” Mirabelle announced, arriving into the battle with the newcomer among the village. Skyla had reported Vincent personally seeks her out; wanting to fight the real deal. Hesitant at first, Mirabelle figured her demon familiars judgement would be enough but it seems even that alone wasn’t. As she noticed Vincent in the distance; the area of the town was cleared out – rarely due scuffles of this nature ever happen but when it does, it became pretty traditional for the locals to make way. “Do you intend on boring me? Or do I have to have entertain myself?” she continued to tease the old man’s interest in her. This however was simply to distract him; as the Tsumikage was prepared for battle. “Let’s start with this…huh?” she tried to say; but there as a sudden appearance of a cat. The little critter would have scurried from nearby; as it ran towards Vincent. In reality, it was masking the presence of explosive tagged kunai as it approved. Once within range; the kunai will react to the opponent’s chakra as it violently detonates. These tags however aren’t normal one as they are heavily modified versions of the standard explosive tags. As Vincent is preoccupied with the explosive tags; Mirabelle would continue plotting.

Directly afterwards; she would knead her chakra into her arm; swinging it downward in order to create a red chakra blade. Having Journey active allowed her to quite literally be a human sword. She would then silently pursue behind the chakra blade; careful not to run into her own technique. She wanted to engage afterwards with hand to hand combat if possible with this one.

Description: Journey of the Swordless is a technique which is always active for those who practice the art of Kyotoryu. Being active from the very beginning of battle, Journey of the Swordless is classified as a passive technique to all those who wish to utilize it. While most Kyotoryu techniques do not require this, Journey of the Swordless is meant to enhance the users Kyotoryu techniques to their maximum, by sacrificing a real sword in the process.

To start, the user coats their entire body in a tiny, razor sharp layer of chakra, which looks very similar to the Medical Scalpel technique, to activate this technique. Once active, the user become a human blade, as all their strikes carry the same cutting potential as any regular sword, by being enhanced by their razor sharp chakra. Another benefit to this technique, is that the razor sharp chakra around the users body allows them to bypass wind resistances, allowing their strikes to also be much faster than when performing techniques with an actual sword. Another benefit of this, is that due to the wind resistance being removed from their strikes, while also gaining speed, all the users kenjutsu gain additional damage, by having any wind resistance removed, the strikes carry more weight, striking much harder and with more maneuverability than one could perform with a regular sword. However, the damage bonus is further increased when utilized with Kyotoryu techniques, as these techniques are specifically created for the fight style, adding Journey of the Swordless on top further empowers them, allowing the unique movements of Kyotoryu fighting style to be even more deadly than usual.

However, while this technique seems strong, the largest drawback is the user loses their ability to hold a sword. The chakra around the users body will destroy any sword hilt it comes into contact with. Even with indestructible blades, the hilt of the sword will be rejected, forcefully pushed out of the users hand if he tried to wield a bladed weapon. This is only the case for swords however, other objects, like Staffs, can be wielded, but any techniques requiring a Staff will Not gain any benefits from this technique.

Restrictions:
Must be posted in the users bio if they wish have it passive from the start of battle. Chakra cost can be paid to activate it during battle.
Once activated, the users Arms, Legs, Head, and even torso become a replacement for any Technique that requires a sword.
Due to the nature of the chakra, the user cannot wear any armor, nor can the user wield a sword of any description. However the user is able to wield non bladed weapons, but those weapons will gain no bonus' from this technique.
Any jutsu the user users, such as Earth Armor, will have its defenses Reduced by -20 if used over top of this technique. However, this only applies to techniques that attach to the users body, techniques such as Susanoo, will be unaffected.
This technique can be used by Samurai, following all the same restrictions as regular uses. However, as the user cannot wear armor with this technique active, it cannot be used with Bushido, however SSS and Iaido can be used in conjunction

Description: A heavy-duty version of the standard issue paper bomb, this exploding tag has substantially more power than a regular exploding tag, and is generally used in heavy demolition. Other than being .5 inches longer than a regular exploding tag and with the kanji for “erupt” instead of “explode” in the middle, they cannot be discerned from their weaker counterparts at a glance. These exploding tags can be used in place of weaker ones in jutsu involving them.

Vincent would arrive at the spot where he was told by Mirabelle's lacky she would be she has intrigued him since they met that fateful encounter at the tavern, Vincent noticed that the town was quiet approaching closer to Mirabelle he began to hear her speak. upon hearing his words his emotions angered as she would continue to treat him like a child in reaction to her first words he would activate his visual dojustu bearing his 3T glaring his shallow eyes at Mirabelle. "im here to show you a valuable lesson in something Mirabelle you may be Tsuki kage or whatever your title is but i have a suitable use in mind" Vincent then seen a cat begin to approach him while looking at his opponents charka flow and seeing no change but her utter the words "let start with this huh" sounded like she had already launched her technique to him. Also were did this stray cat come from? the village was deserted when Vincent arrived no life in sight but her and Vincent. Quickly looking at his charka flow by peering down he noticed it was disturbed through his visual prowess. He let out a grin starting with genjustu Vincent thought and kept his eyes firmly on hers, he would use his visual prowess to reverse the genjustu onto Mirabelle seeing the cat walk towards her. Though this left the explosive tags for Vincent to deal with now being out the gen. Vincent seen the tags would grab his katana and funnel his fuuton charka through it releasing a gust of wind at the kunai being powerful enough to send the kunai flying back and not be in range to activate while jumping backwards not knowing how far the explosives range would reach. "seems you still underestimate me Mirabelle"

Seeing her next attack approach being a red charka wave he would gather his fuuton charka again creatign a huge gale of wind to surge towards Mirabelle cancelling her charka wave out and Vincent technique ceasing although the breeze of the after wind would still linger. rocking the village around slightly Vincent wanted to show Mirabelle some of his prowess but he knew her level of capability was far greater and wide then his own so he remained cautious. "seems like you rolled out the red carpet for me im flattered Mirabelle they doesnt seem to anyone else around intending on using some destructive justu i wonder?"

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill

Description: This is a illusion counter where, through the use of their sharingan, a Uchiha can take control over an enemy's Genjutsu and reverse it back into the opponent by taking control of it and releasing oneself at the same time. With 1 Tomoe, it can affect C-Rank and below illusions. With 2 Tomoe, it can affect B-Rank and below illusions. With a 3 Tomoe, it can affect A-Rank and below illusions. With MS, it can affect S-Rank and below illusions and EMS can affect any rank Genjutsu.

“Typical Uchiha behavior. It’s safe to say you inbreeds of a clan are one trick ponies, at least try to stand out from the rest like Isabella and Madara” Mirabelle said out loud as she completely ignored the reversed illusion; watching as the explosions went off. She would have released her chakra blade but flanked off towards her right side. It would have clashed with the blade of wind, winning the clash but due to the opponent repositioning himself he would be just barely outside it’s path. Suddenly; a large burst of energy released from Vincent’s positioning – as it was directed towards Mirabelle. The Kage of Sin would smirk; as she simply stood in her spot and performed a downward slash – causing the wind to part ways through the center. It would harmlessly pas to either side of Mirabelle, as she remained completely safe from these actions; but the motion of her hand allowed her to also activate another technique at the same time. In that immediate moment; almost as if intended, Vincent kneeled to the ground. “Aww you’re bowing to me? I’m flattered…” the Kage would further taunt the shinobi.

In reality the illusion triggered would have simulated the feeling of having one’s knee knocked with enough force. It was at the back of his knee, which when struck would have jerked enough to cause the reaction. However, she was finished messing around with him mentally. It was time to transition into her next phase. “Taijutsu” she mentally commented as she ran toward him, with her eyes locked on his own. She didn’t fear the inferior eyes of the Uchiha, he was no Madara or Isabella, though she would intend to train him to be on par with these names of legend. As she approached; she would pounce directly at him, as she formed tiger claws with her hands. The strikes where aimed at his neck as she yanked closer, raising her knee in an attempt to smash it into his stomach but due to the nature of the shroud, it would also cause immense cutting to his skin and clothing, as it drew blood.

(Kenjutsu: Yamato Takeru ) - Sword Technique: Gathering Clouds

Description: The user of this technique will begin by priming their weapon against an oncoming attack, before swinging it with such violent force that the sheer air pressure created by the weapon will split incoming attacks, causing them to harmlessly bypass the user. Due to this technique being not reliant on chakra it has no elemental strengths or weaknesses and functions on a rank vs rank system, however, any enhancements to kenjutsu will apply to the technique, so for example if the A rank is used, the technique splits A rank damage (60), but with a +20 to Kenjutsu it becomes capable of splitting (80) damage. This technique contains no intrinsic damage value but will push enemies out of short-range should they be too close to the attack. The power generated by this swing is similar to the leaf dragon god, so visually it appears as a wind jutsu might, despite not being a chakra based technique. It can be used to slice anything within reason, akin to Moses parting a sea, the technique will not fully disperse oncoming attacks instead it will simply remove the portion aimed at the user.

Description:
The user will induce a simple but precise and useful illusion onto the enemy making him feel a blow was just delivered to the back of his knees. As a reflexive response, in reality his legs lose strength and the enemy falls on his knees immediately. While quite simple, the technique serves many purposes and leaves the enemy vulnerable. The technique can target other areas and deliver similar blows to induce other similar reflexive actions. If the user does 2 handseals (boar+rat) he can cause the enemy to experience pain and even target the enemy's neck from behind, making the enemy experience severe pain and loss of limb control for a few moments, collapsing to the ground as if a precise blow was given to a nervous cluster in the neck. Off course in reality, no damage is done but the body is fooled into reacting in a reflexive manner to the illusionary blows.

Vincent heared Mirabelle echo more words after watching his previous advances fair and she even began to mutter about his heritage this shook Vincent but he tried to remain calm; He suddenly felt a sharp pain in his knee making him kneel to the floor while his opponent mocked him knowing she did something to him. Vincent couldnt deduce what happened to him, with a painful expression on his face, after a while the pain subsided and the opponent was beginning he next assault. Vincent would arise back to his feet before she started advancing, hearing utter taijustu Vincent thought this was a ploy into lowering his guard but she began advancing. His eyes firmly fixed onto her movements using his visual prowess to able to perceive and predict her next set of movements through studying her thoroughly. "seems like your giving me lessons Mirabelle does that make you nothing more then a glorified teacher?" Vincent seen what appeared to be tiger claws emerge on Mirabelles hands as she approached Vincent would begin to run at her, he would know the timing of when her claws was about to land and predicting their movement Vincent would duck and leap left under the right side of Mirabelle striking with his right hand using an uppercut using the movement to draw her in and counter at the last moment using his visual prowess. as he released the uppercut at the same time he would gather fuuton charka into his right palm releasing large snakes at the last moment that wrap and bite Mirabelle while they at CQC giving her little to no time to react to the uppercut.

Description: Based on his unique techniques for the Kusunagi sword, Orochimaru found a way to replicate the effect and make it accessible to anyone. This variant can be used either with weaponry or bare handed strikes. By focusing wind chakra in to their weapon or fists the moment before impact the user is able to generate bursts of sharp condensed wind that take the form of large snakes bareing their fangs to strike the opponent, from both the momentum point and the impact point to enhance firstly the speed and secondly the damage. This can be used in conjunction with kenjutsu or taijutsu freeform or ranked attacks. However if used with ranked attacks it will count as a +20 boost to the techniques in question, if used with freeform it will be considered to have 40 damage as a B rank. In both instances the speed of the attack is increased by two ranks in regards to the users speed chart reference. Due to the nature of wind even formerly blunt attacks such as taijutsu strikes will become sharpened thanks to the wind release capable of puncturing through flesh in a similar way to the Chidori strike however less potent due to the lower rank. Requiring considerable force to run someone through entirely.

Seeing as her opponent allowed her to get in so close so easily; Mirabelle was a bit wary at first but then realized the visual prowess of his is the key to the knowledge. She would however would simply smirk – as she enhanced her body with chakra; as she jumped backwards. This allowed a clone of herself to take the strike for her in her place. This would be the earth-based clone; as the opponent would make contact with the clone it would amount for a powerful enough defense but at the same time she would have utilized one the God Stick Earrings to modify the clone. It was used to enhance it with the properties of depowerment. This would cause his technique to be lowered by one rank; causing it to be unable to completely shatter the stone clone and would have trapped him in this place as it solidified itself around his limb. “Don’t be too hasty my dear, you’re end will be meet shortly…to be sent into complete Eternity…” she uttered underneath her breath. At the distance; she would have applied a seal to herself; though its purpose remained unknown for the time being. Still having three meters distance away from her opponent; she simply walked in a circle - eyeing him down and wondering what he intends on doing.

Description :
The User releases a burst of chakra from around there body and moves in a certain direction, whether it be forward, upwards, backwards or to the side the chakra will remain where they once stood manifesting into an element to carry different effects. The Shroud of Chakra basically stays there and takes the hit whilst the user moves out the way, though the effects could be different and be advantageous especially in close range.
Raw Shadow
A Supplementary / Defensive use, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will notmanifest into the elemental affinity and will retain the shape of the user's body producing a sort of copy like the shadow clone but it has a tiny amount of chakra to carry some sort of form. The Body can be used to take a hit or as a temporary platform as it can also be formed whilst airborne
Burning Shadow
Good to use when the opponent is near you, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will manifest into the elemental affinity of Fire whilst retaining the shape of the user's body, though it would explode at the user's will causing the opponent (and the user if not careful) to be blown away. The explosion as a 2 meter radius and isn't fatal, it will cause minor cuts and burns over the victim if they are caught by it.
Petrified Shadow
Good to use when the opponent is attacking you in close combat, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will manifest into the elemental affinity of Earth whilst retaining the shape of the user's body a stone statue will be left behind as a defence. However it can also be used when the opponent tries to attack with a weapon or with their limbs, the earth manifesting around said weapon or limb to trap them as you make your next attack.
Liquid Shadow
Good to use when the opponent is moving towards you, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will manifest into the elemental affinity of water whilst retaining the shape of the user's body, the water can either be sticky or not leaving behind a small water source or trapping a target if they manage to walk into the liquid.
Shocking Shadow
Good to use when the opponent is near you, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will manifest into the elemental affinity of Lightning whilst retaining the shape of the user's body, the lightning will branch off from the left behind body to any target within short range and will shock them with lightning damage.

Haumia (Passive) - Is the godstick of the God of Wild, the Hunter God. It is capable of granting the [Depowering effect] manifested in the technique [Water Style: Mist Rain]. This allows the user's technique to shave off 1 rank from an opposing jutsu, -20 damage when applicable. When used through the Maori Godmist, it is capable of shaving off some power, having them being overpowered by similarily ranked techniques, or shaving 10 damage when applicable.

[Raiton/Fuuinjutsu: Eien] - Lightning/Sealing Art: Eternity

Description: The user will perform this jutsu by placing a tag on their body and performing lightning jutsus, or creating a barrier for lightning jutsus to contact through as they travel, effectively granting the ability to that lightning jutsu since the seal sets itself upon the body of the lightning. The seal is written in Kanji form (永) meaning "Eternity". The moment a lightning jutsu is created or dislodged and detached from the users control or body (projectile for example) the seal will allow the lightning to remain "active". In reality, the seal allows for the energy of the lightning to remain active and present, while also maintaining its shape and ability instead of just crashing down into a continuous current of electricity or disappearing. An example of this in action is sending a spear at a rock, on contact, instead of piercing the rock and then dispersing, the spear will pierce but remain active on the battlefield. This can range from extremely large lightning jutsus, or smaller ones. In usage, it allows the user to have a easy source of lightning or re-use the original lightning jutsu from a different spot, but also lightning will remain active in how its used for terrain manipulation. The seal around the body of the lightning allows for the user to interact with the object without being shocked. The seal/barrier in short is just a sustaining life, a life support for lightning and its aftereffects of the jutsu to remain present, consider the lightning to almost be a statue to be brought back to life or usefulness when needed by the user.

Vincent being CQC with Mirabelle watching her very closely while in his exposed position underneath he noticed a sudden change in Mirabelle that off her being nearly hard like rock, Vincent quickly deuced she used an justu and knew he was in deep shit. Predicting the clone movements through his visual prowess Vincent knew his arm was about to be grabbed, quickly gathering his fuuton charka through his right arm (the one the clone is gonna grab) releasing a streams of wind with how Vincent was angled would push against the earth clone and send Vincent tumbling backwards on the ground; using the momentum Vincent would handspring backwards onto his feet and readjusting so he was stood upright 4 meters away from the clone and 7 from Mirabelle.

Vincent was just captured and Mirabelle was just toying around with him Vincent could feel it but needed to take the initiative some how. Hearing her words sorta gleamed within Vincent "dear" it was like she was mocking him though he didnt mind he had better things on his agenda like staring at her massive rack. "Okay then Mirabelle seems you love this little town have gleaming all around us.... wonder how u react when i do this...." Vincent would gather a large amount of suiton charka and was hoping to try and throw the kage into an emotional state about damaging her village, Vincent would form the snake hanseal and expel a large abundance of water that would take shape and form below Vincent, he himself being hoisted into the air 50 meters riding a huge collasal wave that would destroy the buildings around where they was carrying bits of debris from the residential building and small markets incoming towards Mirabelle with Vincent riding atop the waves watching her every move like a hawk. "your move" Vincent echoed with a smirk on his face.

Opting from utilizing her seal; Mirabelle would have heard Vincent seemingly threatening the village. Was he crazed? The Kage was more or less sparing him the embarrassment but it really seemed some sort of punishment needed to be utilized in order to hand the situation. Quickly she ran into his direction; as the water gushed out rapidly but Mirabelle had many techniques designed to handle water. She would have decided to save the area in its entirety; Mirabelle would have released a sludge wave of cobalt-colored algae; that swiftly spreads from herself and across the terrain. It immediately would have touched the water; which causes the effects of Pandora to trigger initially as it defended against the water as the algae rapidly consumes the moisture of the water as it rapidly proliferates across the terrain. She would have smirked; as the landscape became her own home advantage; littered with layers of algae, seaweed and spores all across the terrain. However, she had implanted into the sludge the ability of another one of her gods stick earrings. In this case; it would be with Tu. This would have caused Vincent once lands onto the ground to be drained of his chakra; this being twenty.

“And if you think that’s all…” she uttered underneath her tone; as she instantly drew in the natural energy surrounding her in order to get into Sage Mode; allowing her to ascend into the air and started to fly towards the opponent. She was already prepared to kill him if needed but she wanted to amount once final attack to allow her opponent to remember who she truly is among the people in this village. “Come Vincent, show me your strongest resolve!” she shouted at him with her killer intent. As she flew into his direction; the skies started to become saturated passively with Mirabelle's natural electricity she produced.

Description: By compressing the standardized sludge of the element this technique allows the user to create a solid, defensive structure of algae originating from their person or a preexisting source of algae. Highly dense, the structure itself constitutes as a strong defense, bolstered further by the fact that when enemy techniques connect with the structure the impact will trigger the structure’s latent ability; a rapid algal bloom. Depending on the nature and power of the impacting technique the algae bloom will either occur faster or slower than normal, as the structure expands outwards into masses of algal sludge designed to either metabolise or smother the incoming threat. Elements weak to algae will increase the speed with which the algae proliferate and vice versa. The user can somewhat influence the appearance and nature of the algae bloom, but in general it will result in a damp landscape abundant with layers of sludgy algae, seaweeds and spores. The potency of this defence can be increased further when the user is in direct contact with the structure. In which case the user can, by funnelling chakra into the Algae structure as it blooms, facilitate the cellular division and expansion of the Algae to produce a perpetually regenerating and expanding defence capable of withstanding the onslaught of any attack regardless of their damage value (Techniques Algae is weak to will be capable of destroying Algae faster than it can proliferate, easily overcoming this clause). This deducts 20 chakra per turn, and while in use the user cannot mould chakra for other techniques - making it best utilised as a singular defence. Alternatively, Pandora can be utilised before (same time-frame) the usage of a second Algae technique so as to implant the impact-bloom response of Pandora onto the next Algae technique used. This does not increase the technique's strength. In this case Pandora's potency will be relative to that of the infused Algae techniques strength.

Tū (Passive) - Is the godstick of the God of Warfare, the Cannibal God. It is capable of granting the [Chakra Draining Effect] manifested in the technique [Water Style: Grudge Rain Technique]. This allows the user's techniques to drain half as much chakra from an opponent as damage stated. When used with the Maori Godmist, it is capable of stealing 20 chakra per turn at Mid Range and 50 chakra per turn at Short Range.

Description: An empowered state of body achieved by blending natural energy with one’s physical and spiritual energy. The mode heightens performance on all levels by adding a new dimension of power to the user’s chakra. The state is a direct result of Senjutsu chakra circulating through the body. To enter this form, a minimum of 10% of the user’s maximum chakra reserve must be molded into Senjutsu chakra, all subsequent technique employ Senjutsu chakra until the minimum cost (-10/turn) cannot be paid to sustain the mode. The user is resistant to damage, reducing 30 damage from all techniques and can heal (for 10 damage per turn) for the duration of this technique. The user is able to passively fly at 3x his speed and sense chakra and his/her perception and reflexes are enhanced. Their strength increases, empowering Taijutsu techniques and Ninjutsu by +30. Additionally, Genjutsu cast by the user are empowered requiring the opponent to use Genjutsu release, of one rank higher than what is normally required. In addition to this, the user is able capable of utilizing Sky Dominion, allowing them to generate natural thunderclouds (which are S Rank while in Sage Mode). Lastly, the user gains access to thunderbird like anatomy, gaining wings and talons for physical attacks (can still make hand seals and hold weapons), ability to use Thunderbird Arts (without requiring any Thunderbird summon present) and other physical feats granted by Sage mode.

Note: Usable thrice per battle by Perfect Sages only. Must wait 1 turn before using this technique again. Once per battle, the user is able to instantly activate Sage mode, with 10% of their maximum chakra reserve as Senjutsu Chakra.
Note: Perfect Sages can convert a maximum of 40% of their total chakra reserve.

Sky Dominion (Passive): All Thunderbirds naturally and passively flood the sky to which after 2 turns of flight create natural lightning clouds in the landmark they are in. These clouds unlike those created by shinobi are almost impossible to blow away or disperse if the clouds are dispersed they passively reform (two-turn cooldown). The strength of these clouds is dependant on the strength of the individual bird and thus requires at least a suitable jutsu of similar rank aimed at them to disperse.

Vincent seen Mirabelle seemless counter his advances with little to no effort after all she was the kage of the village, the water beneath his feet would begin to turn greenly and more sludgy Vincents eyes narrow 'this is here Algae' Vincent remembering it from their previous spar before he knew he was in sticky situation. As Vincent descent began he would make 1 handseal cupping his hands together and stretches their arms outward at the target, They will then unleash a large barrage of water bullets aiming to strike Mirabelles chest. Vincent would descend into what was now sludgy pulpness of his water justu.

Vincent would try the next phase of his attack he would plan to stall Mirabelle just for a chance to figure out a means of attack as he thought this he heared her speak. Uttering show me your resolve but the air got thicker and her charka seemed stronger, 10x as powerful as she previously was.. Vincent knew she was meaning business and tried to capitalise on his plan quickly. Quickly forming 3 handseals gathering the wind surrounding Mirabelle he would form a medium tornado around Mirabelle trapping within not hurting her just merely keeping within place for now. Vincent would have his eyes on her at all times "tch... seems we are levels apart if i survive i got training to do.."

As Mirabelle transcended into Sage Mode; she immediately sensed the chakra of her opponent being gathered. The Sage simply smirked; as the water bullets got fired towards her; though she simply flapped her wings in order to fly directly out of the way (1 Turn Freeform Dodge); though as she reached as peak elevation, she have already formed the requirements for this technique as the thunderclouds had finally formed appropriately overhead. On her back; the drums of Rajin Formed as she quickly formed the desired motions. “I’ll bring you back later to life Vincent, but for now…farewell. Thunder of Heaven...THUNDER PALACE!” she called out to the heavens; as she drew upon the natural lightning. The energy would have roared; as a giant pillar of golden electricity would have fallen from the skies; and landed onto the battle zone – leaving nothing in its wake. The houses, buildings, all collapsed at the sheer power of the Kage though in reality she was completely ok with this. She can have it rebuilt in a matter of hours; but she wanted to let this man know who’s the one in charge here. No matter where he might run; the entire area was filled with it as too with the barrier formed around it with Eternity, allowing the lightning to exist forever quite literally. Mirabelle whom was airborne silently watched; as she utilized one last use of her earrings prior to going on cool down would have also modify the Lightning with the property of regeneration, making it even harder to get rid of as a whole. She simply continued to try and sense for any life force; though she can tell it was long extinguished. “Don’t ever think this is the end, next time you’ll see far more powerful techniques…” she accused to him, that she wanted to do more but alas this was all she can afford for him.

Description: By passively channeling their raiton chakra into the lightning created via Thunderbird. The signer or Thunderbird can manipulate the lightning and release any projectile-based lightning attack from them. Due to the lightning being natural jutsu used via this method is enhanced via power(same concept as kirin), speed, and range. The speed and range of the lightning are increased enough to keep the jutsu relevant in combat and unlike Kirin isn't instant. This technique, however, comes at the cost of dispersing the clouds and can't be used again until they return.

The User Forms a Lightning in the Shape of Raijin's Drums behind their back and stretch their arms and hands in front of themselves as if about to clap vertically, calling forth a giant column of energy about 5 meters in diameter down upon the Battlefield to smash into the earth/water surface or directly onto their target. This would easily tear the earth apart, however the technique does not finish here, once it hits the ground, it spreads out while conducting lightning through the battlefield up to a 15 meter radius rapidly due to its nature. The Lightning that branches outwards, through the ground, will rise up as lightning walls that look like flames. The lightning walls do not necessarily spread out omnidirectionally, there will just be many of them scattering around, so the user can have the walls of lightning miss their mark. However, what those within the area of effect cannot evade is the omnidirectional paralysis caused by the harmless lightning travelling through the ground which spreads out at the same pace as the lightning walls the moment this giant column of energy touches the ground. This also effects those within range once the giant column hits the ground, causing their body to be paralyzed. It is only the lightning with paralysis effect traveling through the ground that causes no actual harm beside the paralysis. The giant column of energy and the rising walls of lightning do cause actual harm.

Tangaroa (Passive) - Is the godstick of the God of Sea, the Fish God. It is capable of granting the [Regeneration Effect] manifested in the technique [Water Style: 5 Gluttonous Sharks]. This allows user's techniques to regenerate once back to full rank and damage (meaning S ranked techniques will be regenerated back to 80 damage maximum; boosts do not get regenerated) unless neutralized or overpowered, thus can't be weakened. This ability can only be accessed 3 times per batte with a two turn cool down in between usages, and can't be used on Forbidden rank techniques. If used with the Maori Godmist, it allows the whole mist to become a nursery for the user's techniques, and can regenerate back into on rank lower and -20 damage point as the original technique once after being weakened, if they remain within the mist or the user is capable of controlling them into returning to the mist. Meaning the techniques can be defeated by equally strong techniques (same damage and following S&W) or stronger. After regenerating a maximum of three techniques, the Godmist is broken prematurely. Forbidden Ranked techniques can't be regenerated.

[Raiton/Fuuinjutsu: Eien] - Lightning/Sealing Art: Eternity (Reference)

Description: The user will perform this jutsu by placing a tag on their body and performing lightning jutsus, or creating a barrier for lightning jutsus to contact through as they travel, effectively granting the ability to that lightning jutsu since the seal sets itself upon the body of the lightning. The seal is written in Kanji form (永) meaning "Eternity". The moment a lightning jutsu is created or dislodged and detached from the users control or body (projectile for example) the seal will allow the lightning to remain "active". In reality, the seal allows for the energy of the lightning to remain active and present, while also maintaining its shape and ability instead of just crashing down into a continuous current of electricity or disappearing. An example of this in action is sending a spear at a rock, on contact, instead of piercing the rock and then dispersing, the spear will pierce but remain active on the battlefield. This can range from extremely large lightning jutsus, or smaller ones. In usage, it allows the user to have a easy source of lightning or re-use the original lightning jutsu from a different spot, but also lightning will remain active in how its used for terrain manipulation. The seal around the body of the lightning allows for the user to interact with the object without being shocked. The seal/barrier in short is just a sustaining life, a life support for lightning and its aftereffects of the jutsu to remain present, consider the lightning to almost be a statue to be brought back to life or usefulness when needed by the user.

Vincent heared Mirabelle roared as this happened a large barrier would form around him, Vincent heart sank he knew this wasnt good as Mirabelle was at safe distance, he would gather his charka after spotting what presumed was her next attack seeing a massive amount of charka being molded he would predict a massive column of lighting would appear and destroy Vincent as it formed about to obliterate rate Vincent in seconds he would summon Gamahiro above Mirabelle where she was floating as a last attempt effort of wounding her before he ceased to be. As Vincent done this he would be blown into nothing his particles weren't even remained he withered into nothiness empty and not completing his goals.
