As Accelerator makes his appearance, Percy with at grin on his face thinks of different strategies he can use against him. Percy knows that his foe is very skilled and won't underrestimate him XD

Percy makes claps both hands together, as he did that, water came out of nowhere and begin surrounding him creating a vortex of water that then explodes to the top crashing down and heads your way. Percy doesn't end there though, as the wave heads towards you, he then puts his hand in the water and sends five sharks hidden in the water at you tp attack you. These sharks can also use the water to regenerate making it hard to destroy them.

As the water begins to form around the opponent, Accelerator performs one handseal. At this same moment, the water would have been starting to come towards him. As he exhales, he releases a large blast of wind. The wind hits the water, forcing it up into the air and sending it back towards you. This water/wind combo will ravage through the earth and strike Percy.

As the wave heads back my Percys direction, he quickly change his body form to liqud as the water just crashes down and does no harm to him. He then quickly makes his body normal again and stares at Accelerator with a smirk on his face while he thinks of his next attack.

Percy with a smirk on his face then makes spikes appear below you, shooting up from the ground with speed. But Percy doesn't waste his time there, knowing you might try to jump and avoid the attack and be focused on the earth spears, he then makes the tiger handseal and fire dragon head shaped fireballs at you in an angle that if you jump to avoid the stone spikes, it will hit you.

With your body scattered all over the place, Accelerator suddenly sees you reform. As this time, suddenly the ground begins to shake. This feeling that accelerator had, it was something that would come from below. By sending his chakra into the ground, Accelerator releases uncontrolled lightning from his body that shoots through the ground, canceling out all the earth chakra. This makes the spikes unable to raise. As the spikes have been dealt with, Accelerator sends his into his mouth and releases crescent shaped blades of water. They all shoot towards the flames. Due to the hand movements of Accelerator, all the flames have been canceled out.
Percy seeing your water jutsu cancel out his katon jutsu, waste no time in reacting. He quickly makes the Boar → Dog → Ram hand seals forming a vortex of water in his palm that he then blast forward making a spiralling wall of water that heads at you in the path of your suiton jutsu with great velocity. Percy continues his attack by making a handseal quickly gathering water in his mouth that he then spits out in the form of a large sphere of water right behind his previous jutsu so that it may be hard to defend to uncoming jutsus at you, one right behind the next.
