This is my first spar and I've only had training in the elements, Raiton and Katon. Please whoever decides to join this, by somewhat close to my skill level, and please have interest in RPing so this can be a fun spar.

The sun had begun to set and a cool breeze began to fill the air. I had been walking through this grassy landscape for hours now and was in need of rest. I prefer cold, snowy circumstances, but todays cool weather would suffice for my liking. Off in the distance I saw the peak of the hill jetting out just over the horizon with a bed of blossoms surrounding it. I thought to myself, "What better to place rest then there?" I quickly made my way over there, and I had gotten to the high-point of the hill. It gave me a perfect view of a wide-open grassy plain, with a river to my left. I told myself, "I should probably quench this thirst before I close my eyes for rest." I scaled down the side of the hill and made my way down to the plain. As I was going down the hill, a figure of a man came into focus off into the distance, and he appeared to be facing me. I called to him to introduce myself, "Oi, I am Uchiha Mizuke of Konohagakure, who are you?" There was no response but I noticed he began to come closer and then stopped when were in mid-range of each other and the lake was on my right and on his left.

"I am Hoteye of the Oracion Seis, I am sure you have heard of me"
I look back and then scratch my ear lightly.
"I have heard rumors about your fighting prowess and have decided to put it to the test"

I scratched my head in confusion, and simultaneously rubbed my neck in embarrassment of not knowing who "Hoteye of the Oracion Seis" was, the only thing I knew about him was that he was from Kumogakure, due to his forehead prtector, and I had the general knowledge that Nins from Kumo are known to have exceptional Raiton abilities. "Eh, I'm sorry but I'm not exactly s-sure who you are, but that doesn't matter. You say you want to test me? I'm always up for a good spar. So lets begin."
My eyes glow Red, as I activate my 1 Tomoe Sharingan.

Since you don't attack I decide to just go ahead. xd

I charge chakra in my hand and then channel my Lightning chakra into a hound, which I send in your direction, while keeping it directed by a chain of lightning connected to it and my hand.

Description: The user channels his lighting chakra to his dominant hand and then radiates it out making it a hound shaped stream of lighting which stays attached to the users hand through a bolt of lighting.

As soon as I notice the that you are beginning to charge Raiton chakra into your palm, I quickly begin to generate my own Raiton chakra which then emits non-focused electrically charged chakra from my body. The chakra disperses all around my body and in the air, acting as a shield. It cancels out your Hound when it comes in contact with it.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electrically charged chakra from their body. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it only paralyzes. The lightning can be channelled through metal objects, as well as spread out into the air or ground.


I then, quickly make the following hand-seals, Ram → Boar → Dog → Bird → Hare and slam my hands on the ground, which then summons four giant pillars that surround you. From the top of each pillar, bolts of lightning come down on you with piercing strength as the pillars bind and keep you in place.

Description: After the user performs the Ram → Boar → Dog → Bird → Hare hand seals they then summon Four Giant Pillars surrounding the enemy target and then the user shoots out bolts of lightning, binding the target in place and possibly doing damage to them.

As your pillars emerge I emit a several spears of Lightning from my mouth and they hit your pillars before they activate their jutsu. I then summon a large field of water under your feet and then conduct my electricity through it causing it to shock you. I then bring down a lightning strike on your head.

Your jutsu cancels out my pillars, and with my @_@ activated I immediately notice what starts of as a small puddle of water that continues to grow. I quickly make generate an immense amount of chakra into my feet and jump high into the air out of the puddle and out of the way of the discharge. While in the airI recognize the presence of electricity in the air and clouds, and as I'm landing back to the ground I immediately disperse my already generated Raiton chakra all around my body, creating a shield against the lightning strikes from the clouds.

I then bring my hands together and an electrical energy begins to generate around them. I then slam my hands to the ground sending an electric current racing through the earth and towards you. As the current is racing into the ground towards you, I make the Tiger seal and I create a stream of fire and manipulate it into the shape of a circular flying disk. Which then flies through the air, roaring towards you.

Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal by utilizing their fire chakra, the user will create a stream of fire that can be manipulated into several forms (rings of fire that runs on the ground or a circle of fire flying through the air) before striking the target. It can also be used in combination with a suitable wind technique to release a massive inferno.

Sorry I couldn't come up with a better defense for your first attack, I hope you find my response viable.

Sorry but there are two problems with your response.

1) Your defense for my first jutsu isn't allowed. In this RP your not allowed to just dodge or avoid a jutsu you have to use another jutsu to counteract it.

2) When you used the Chidori Nagashi the water would still be on the floor around your feet so you would have shocked yourself. U_U
