Blood Fields

The Blood Fields are an offshoot of the battle that took place between the Kedoin Alliance and the Kumanoi. The fields were a route of retreat for many of those who attempted to escape the Two Tailed Beast’s rampage in the Pit but were unable to do so. As a result countless perished in the Blood Fields, giving it a suitable name for all the unmarked grave sites and rotting corpses beneath the ground. For an unknown reason, the blood of the fallen here have saturated the earth giving rise to an assortment of blood red fauna that has overtaken the region.

Vlad rides across the blood fields atop his pale horse with his staff in hand and a blade on his waist. He looked down on the young lady before him as he looked down on all. He elegantly dismounted his walking over stopping mid range from the woman as his horse began trotting away.

Within the wastelands of the past, the drifting breeze over the landscape flushed Raiden's nose with the scent of sheer chaos. Blood had stained and soaked into the very dirt, many many years ago. However despite the peace of mind she came here to get, she could sense a large chakra source inching closer and closer to her location, until a male appeared on a mount. The beast whom he arrived on drifted out of the terrain, as the man spoke out to Raiden. The demeanor of Raiden was of a quiet and calculated one, turning to meet her opponent's gaze. "Me?" she pointed to herself in actual confusion as she turned left and right. A smile appeared on her face, though it wasn't due to her knowing about the truth, it was about the reality she was about to paint. "I'm afraid the culprit you're looking for has been long gone for some years, I'm merely a traveler passing through, perhaps to gain an idea on how to further make my goals of creating a true eternity for all..." she said, as her eyes glowed purple.

"And what brings you here to these blood soaked lands?" she questioned, though resting on her shoulder prior to battle (still at the cost of a move) was a familiar composed of lightning in the formation of a nine tailed fox, gently residing on her shoulder. She was also locked into his chakra signature already, allowing her to detect any lies he might attempt to spew.

Description: This technique has an application of both a body seal and a active regular fuin seal, being able to brand their body with the Kanji utilizing the technique. By applying this technique onto the user, (Be it in the start or mid way through the battle) the seal will activate causing said element to form into a small creature on their shoulders roughly the size of pakon (Kakashis Dog) This element can range from the basic elements, Advance Element, or Custom element but it needs to have an element component to it. Once the seal is active it stays dormant until an enemy is within short range. Once an enemy is within short range, the elemental creature that is on said body will instantly use a technique from said element that their body is composed of, of equal rank or lesser by using their own body as that source but having to be a projectile technique or a defensive technique that doesnt spawn larger than five meters around the user. Once the technique activates, the said creature would then disperse which the user is able to apply another seal on them, replicating this technique but will cost double the chakra to sustain it.

This ability, unique to Uzumaki Karin, is a much more advanced sensing ability than the normal Chakra Sensing technique. This ability allows Karin to find, sense, and track individuals through their chakra over vast range that exceeds 10 kms and allows her to see up to 6 landmarks away, including over oceans. This is done by focusing and opening the mind's eye, which Karin has active at all times. The ability extends to telling when a person is lying from the fluctuations in a person's chakra made from dishonest emotions or detecting if someone, including herself, is under a genjutsu, or even if someone is molding chakra for a technique. It can also detect diseases and other harmful effects the user or those within range might be under the effect off. Also by focusing on a particular chakra, Karin can perceive its location and movement with great detail. Even normal chakra suppression techniques are ineffective to hide from this ability.

Vlad looked on as the unnatural creature of lightning took form on his foes shoulder. It would seem his foe was more than what they appeared to be. A skilled individual to create such intricate creatures. Vlad looked across the desolated fields, the tides of war had washed over the plains of the world leaving nothing but despair in it's wake. He turned his attention back to the one before him.

"You question me, why I roam my own domain? Such insolence. I am Vlad III and you are trespassing on these lands, as all lands belong to me, the one true ruler."

He would raise his hand using his affinity for steel to cause several thin spikes of steel to shout up all around the one stood on his lands, aiming to impale here and put an end to her existence.

There was no deceit in the man’s words, at least from what her sensory managed to detect due to the negative reactions it would have in his chakra. Though there was still some fallacy in his statement - to which that these lands belonged to no one. Perhaps he had recently taken over, though news of this would have been privy to the Eternal Shogun’s ears. While it mattered little to her now, her opponent seemed peeved off enough to provoke the lady into combat. “Suite yourself…” she uttered, watching as the man started his offensive approach as he immediately caused the chakra to knead into the surface. As he did, Raiden can already detect it herself, a she would have simply smiled, as she weaved a quick hand seal allowing a barrier of purple energy to appear around her vicinity. This allowed the barrier to absorb the steel, fully converting it into Prana and sending it off to the Throne.

The Pride of Gilgamesh allows the user to produce Prana either from the user’s body or on the battlefield. The Prana can only be manifested within short-range of the opponent if the user is also within that range, in which it must be created a minimum of one meter away. This restriction does not apply if the user chooses to release the Prana from their body, rather than manifest it away from themselves. The energy can be released from the body via various hand signs depending on the user's rank in the clan. This can be done to generate constructs bound only by the rank of technique used and one’s imagination; alternatively the user can simplify the application by creating streams, waves, and constructs of Prana. Manifested Prana is capable of taking solid form, granting tangibility at the user’s volition. Non-projectile uses of this technique are capable of levitating and can be governed through mental commands and a sustained Chakra cost. B-Ranks and below are sustained through 5 Chakra per turn, A-Ranks and above require 10 Chakra per turn. A-Rank and S-Rank constructs will last three turns per usage unless they are prematurely cancelled. Description: This Sixth form is based on the teachings of releasing a burst of elemental Chakra in the form of a wave. The user will swing their bisento around or thrust or which ever motion needed for the strike, while focusing their Chakra through to the point of impact where the el;elemental Chakra will burst outwards that pushes forwards up to 10 meters. This burst of chakra will be one of the basic 5 elements and follow the strength and weaknesses for that element. If used directly on an opponent the burst of Chakra will cause damage and effects corsponding to the element chosen (eg, lightning for paralysis, burns from fire, cuts from wind, physical damage like breaking bones from earth, blunt damage from water. To use the S-Rank variant, the user will follow the same process, but as they are about to connect, they will release a burst of Chakra from the back of the bi bsento at the same time to increase it's driving force and speed increasing the power of the initial strike.

Note: A-Rank can be used 3 times per battle, while S-Rank can be used 1 time per battle. It would seem his impalement wasn't strong enough to deal with this foe. His attacks simply absorbed. No matter, that was only a taster of his power. He stood with pride, he knew his strengths.

"For someone with all these questions you seem to not be able to listen. I told you these are my lands, regardless of what you think you remember. A lord such as myself need not explain themselves to an individual such as yourself."

He did not move as the strike was made to release the wave of lightning towards him. He stood proud, unwavering allowing it to hit him, though to no avail. The lightning would be drawn into his chest, being completely rendered useless as the technology within his clothes absorbed the lightning.

"Now, bow before Lancer of Red, I, Vlad III, the one true ruler."

He held out his left hand, his staff was in his right hand at this point. As he held out his left hand, chains shot up from the ground with shackles formed at the end of each. Two from behind, one for each ankle to stop his for in their tracks, the other three from the front. One for each wrist and one for their neck. These chains pulled down into the ground, forcing his foe to a kneeling position and halting their momentum.

Description: This is a unique generator fitted to the users chest the size of a small golf ball. From this, several wires are wrapped around the users body, two going over his shoulders joining at his back, one down each of his arms and one down each of they legs, attached to their body. This generator was specifically designed as a method to draw in, absorb, and store lightning to use it as a source for a later use. In a similar method to the absorption arm, but on a weaker scale, the user will activate the device in an instant as a lightning technique is released towards them. As it is, this lightning will be drawn into the wires and channeled through into the generator on the users chest that will glow blue. This generator has a maximum capacity of storing S rank lightning or jutsu that equilateral to S rank lightning (A rank + A rank). Once stored the user can then activate the generator, releasing the lightning from it, releasing the lightning through the wires with his chakra control to use it as his own weapon now. It can be channeled around their entire body through the wires for a quick defense or to a specific point like one of their legs, to be released with a kick or stomp, or even be released to add to another jutsu such as a water jutsu. To release the lightning it will cost 10 chakra points and count as one of the users 3 moves per turn, releasing the power that had previously been absorbed.

Note: Can only absorb once per turn, storing up to a maximum of S rank power. It costs a move per turn to absorb a technique using the same amount of chakra to absorb as the jutsu it's absorbing.
Note: Releasing the lightning costs of the users 3 moves per turn and holds the same power that had previously been absorbed.
Note: If the generator is damaged, it will release the lightning in an uncontrolled burst around it, shocking all within short range, equal to the rank of the lightning that had been previously absorbed.

Description: The user does 2 handseals (Bird+Ram) focusing chakra beneath the opponent, shaping the ground into several (up to 5) shackles that shoot up to grab the enemy. The shackles are linked to chains that remain connected to the ground. Once they grab the opponent, the user can clap his hands, forcefully pulling the shackles and chains to the ground, effectively pinning the opponent to the ground, restrained by the steel chains.

Vlad gave a smug smile; he noticed the look on his foe's face as their lightning was rendered completely useless. Knocking one's confidence even slightly was a valuable asset in a fight. Though now his foe glowed like fire as they spoke. Before he could retort they bolted towards him. He hesitated a second and with that his own cursed power began to take over his body as markings spread around him.

"Damned curse... I will not become the cursed legacy of my family's name!!!"

As the cursed state took form, he used the newfound speed to move around his foe in a swift motion avoiding the blades and the shoulder strike. He staggered to a halt as he held his arm where the markings were spreading from. He panted a little trying to fight for control of his own body before standing up straight regaining his composure.

"I'm afraid, once again your lack of knowledge is evident even with your threats. A grave being marked or not would mean nothing when my place in history is already solidified by this curse wrought on me by those I sought to protect. Now this same power I gained to protect them is my eternal curse to fight. These lands, the blood fields, they are and extension of the cursed name given to me.... Count Dracular... now let me remove my true burden"

With that he drew his sword and sliced something with his blade on each ankle as two weighs dropped to the ground around his feet, cracking the earth in the process. The blade he drew was unique having a storm swirling around it.

Description: Ame No Omo is a traditionally shaped Katana, 70 inches in length. Its only physical trait of note is its black-as-night colored blade. Despite this, however, this sword is a powerful family artifact, one which has now found its way into the hands of Azuma Uchiha, the last living member of his immediate family. Upon further use of the blade, he also discovered a few of its unique abilities.

Durability: Forged by the world's finest blacksmiths and made of steel tempered three times over in ever increasing heat, the Thunder Emperor is incredibly durable, capable of taking S-Rank damage before breaking.

Raindance: While in possession of the Katana, the user can swing it downwards it any capacity, as if gesturing for something from above. This stroke makes the area cloud up and then start to rain heavily, as if the sky had already been stormy the whole day. This ability costs a move and 15 chakra, however, it will begin to rain immediately after the user completes the phrase.

Stormking: When the sword was forged, it was made in such a way that it can be used as a superconductor for chakra used to create rain release techniques. As such, the blade is surrounded by a small hazy cloud of its own, from which thunder and the sounds of rain regularly emit. This allows the user to either call upon rain from the storm around the blade as a source or by swinging the sword to use other rain sources to cast Ameton techniques. Through using the sword as the medium in both ways, the rain techniques will be increased in power by 1 rank up to S rank and by 20 damage to S rank and above.

Gyaku Ni Ochiru: Literally meaning "falling in reverse", this ability calls upon all of the rain which has fallen upon the battlefield to be used in a single attack. The user will swing Thunder Emperor upwards, causing every raindrop that has fallen within long range of them to condense into individual, knife-like rain bullets. These bullets will then shoot upwards, shredding whatever they touch like a storm of sharp objects. This attack is equivalent to an S-Rank in terms of power, and deals 80 damage. This ability costs a move slot. This technique can only create rain knives from the rain that has fallen within a radius of 5 meters around an opponent.

She ignored his ignorant comments as she had heard enough, as she then would raise her hand out, allowing her to passively summon a book into the palm, as it infused with her body and more Prana flowing through her. It was one of the spellbooks of the Casters, empowering her usage of Lightning Release easily.

The prana infusion will render the user's body virtually weightless and lighter than air, allowing them to fly through the air while they're in contact with the book. The main effect of the infusion is that the user gains +20 damage to the element or ability of their choice (defensive and supplementary jutsu can defend against or affect jutsu one rank higher than normal). The user can perform all techniques by gesturing a single hand, as long as they're holding the grimoire in the other. These effects only apply if the user is holding it, and the effects will have to be recast if the user reacquires the grimoire after dropping it or being disarmed (although it does not cost a move or take a slot in the timeframe to do this). Once per turn, the grimoire can release a large amount of Prana that will form into shields or geometric shapes around the user. The shields can be linear walls or they can expand into 3D shapes that encapsulate the user partially or completely. The user can extend spikes, tendrils and other harmful constructions from these shields up to a short-range distance but these extensions will always remain connected to the central structure. This is an S-Ranked ability and will count as a move when used.

Once the opponent managed to remove his leg weights, Raiden would have aimed her hand out and with that, an incredibly sized blast of flames erupted on a 10x10x10 meters scaling, rapidly approaching the opponent. Of course this wasn’t any ordinary flames, it was the Atavistic Flames being given a more refined and powerful formation, burning the one she deems an opponent alive. She would have then followed behind the flames, but not at her max speed, so that she might run into her own attack.

Cursed indeed. Vlad knew what she said wasn't wrong, though that didn't mean he should give up here and now. He saw the book being summoned, something he knew little of. He knew of sealing techniques and items in scrolls, but what use could a book hold in combat? Was it just a unique way if containing one's powers. As he thought on this a large flame was released towards him, though this flame looked different, it was brighter than normal fire and even a different colour to it. What kind of unique ability could this be? Either way it would be unwise to be struck by it. He raised his hand out in front of him summoning a gallant knight forged of steel, more than large enough to block the flames aimed towards him. this would be empowered by his cursed seal and his natural affinity. As the knight is formed it would continue to charge forwards aiming to strike his foe. The knight was also forged with a core of pure fire within:

Description: This jutsu was specifically designed to be used with steel jutsu, using one of the elements that is used to make up steel, Fire, the user will perform this technique. The user will use this in the same timeframe as they use another steel jutsu or if they choose then can use it once they have made it. Using fire release they will create a core of compressed fire at center all through the steel jutsu. So if the user makes a pillar of steel, all through the center of the pillar will be compressed fire. This doesn't heat the exterior of steel as it's compressed for one purpose. The main purpose of this jutsu has two effects. Firstly when the structure is destroyed, the fire will explode outwards shattering the rest of the steel from the inside creating a blast of fire 5m around the initial steel jutsu while releasing the shards of steel from the original steel jutsu all around. The blast of fire is A rank and the steel shards are one rank weaker than the original jutsu. So if this was used with greater steel release (A rank), the blast of fire would be A rank and the steel shards shout out would be B rank. The user can also detonate this at will releasing the explosion by just clenching their hand causing the steel to contract triggering the fire explosion. If the user is caught within the blast it will effect him the same way. It can only be used on steel jutsu the user has created or has taken control of.

The battle was becoming far more heated than intended, but the Archon will not allow her opponent to win this bout - namely for the sake of freeing the lands of these forgotten souls. He would have summoned a knight like familiar which was used to weather the powerful burning flames of Raiden’s soul, though she figured he would do such a thing. She would have quickly started to think her plans over, though she simply decided to go on the offensive herself as she quickly swayed her hand in a dismissive manner - kneading her lightning chakra into the area. This would cause a gentle pulse to flow over up to mid range away, but as the knight attempted to strike possibly, it would be took late - as the next portion of her technique triggers. It would have broken down several areas of the ground, while also slashing through the knight and completely rendering it into bits and pieces as thousands of swords electrically charged with chakra filled the area.

Instead of wasting time, she would have telepathically controlled all of them to levitate and aimed it down on her opponent; quickly descending in a massive barrage. She would have infused an additional amount of chakra into it a well, allowing her to increase the power out put of the swords. “I’ll keep this one simple enough…” she uttered, laying waste to the opponent.

Description: This technique is primarily based on the effects of 2 general lightning techniques that being Blade Levitation and 16 Lightning Pillar Bind. By making one handseal the user will be releasing an omnidirectional burst of lightning chakra or called a lightning pulse. The lightning impulse is harmless in itself and will travel to the edges of mid-range in every direction. This lightning impulse could be perceived as a simple flash of light. This lightning impulse will travel through the earth or any stationary medium close-by within the range of the user. Once this special lightning impulse is released, in specific points of the battlefield, debris from the ground or other materials gather forming swords. Since there are trace amounts of chakra, the blades can be directed, controlled and even accelerated towards enemies as the user wishes. The swords are controlled by mental commands. After the technique ends, the blades created existent in the battlefield will still remain, but all their abilities, such as lightning charge and the ability to be manipulated are lost, they can simply be used as normal weapons with the force and durability of a normal kunai or sword.

Description: September is a small orb-like self-sustained chakra battery that can be pre-charged with basic chakra, or senjutsu chakra. If charged with basic chakra it will be compatible with any non-hostile shinobi. The battery has two capabilities called charge and drain. Charge allows a shinobi to draw chakra from the battery or apply it to their techniques and drain allows the battery to draw chakra from a shinobi or their techniques. The battery has a max capacity of 10% of the wielder's normal chakra supply.

Charge: While in direct contact with the battery or while it is on their person a shinobi can passively absorb chakra directly from the battery through contact. It can be used while still hidden or in a pouch not needing to be pulled out. It allows the shinobi to draw up to 10% of their chakra supply from the battery at a rate of fifty per turn allowing for them to regain chakra or to supply exhausted allies with chakra. It can also be used to provide senjutsu chakra instead of chakra at a quicker rate allowing them to gain ten percent of their chakra as senjutsu chakra passively, this senjutsu chakra allows them to enter Sage Mode but can only be done once usually exhausting the battery. When exhausted the battery is still able to use its drain ability. Alternatively, like the name implies the battery can be used to charge a technique with ten extra chakra providing it a twenty damage boost. This is done in the same timeframe as the augmented technique and can only be done twice with a two-turn cool-down.

Drain: If a hostile individual tries to use the battery it will absorb their chakra instead of giving them chakra at a rate of fifty chakra stolen per turn. The wielder of the battery is also able to instigate this process passively by making direct contact with the opponent allowing them to instigate the process stealing fifty chakra per turn where contact is made. Additionally, through this draining ability, the battery is able to steal ten chakra from a technique causing it to weaken by twenty damage. This is similar to the capabilities of the Scientific Ninja Tool: ( Abusōbu Ude ) - Absorption Arm on a much lower and more basic scale. Where that can absorb entire jutsu this battery can only absorb ten chakra storing it in the battery. This portion of the drain ability will cost a move slot, can only be used once per turn and only twice per battle.

The battle was becoming far more heated than intended, but the Archon will not allow her opponent to win this bout - namely for the sake of freeing the lands of these forgotten souls. He would have summoned a knight like familiar which was used to weather the powerful burning flames of Raiden’s soul, though she figured he would do such a thing. She would have quickly started to think her plans over, though she simply decided to go on the offensive herself as she quickly swayed her hand in a dismissive manner - kneading her lightning chakra into the area. This would cause a gentle pulse to flow over up to mid range away, but as the knight attempted to strike possibly, it would be took late - as the next portion of her technique triggers. It would have broken down several areas of the ground, while also slashing through the knight and completely rendering it into bits and pieces as thousands of swords electrically charged with chakra filled the area.

Instead of wasting time, she would have telepathically controlled all of them to levitate and aimed it down on her opponent; quickly descending in a massive barrage. She would have infused an additional amount of chakra into it a well, allowing her to increase the power out put of the swords. “I’ll keep this one simple enough…” she uttered, laying waste to the opponent.

This lightning impulse will travel through the earth or any stationary medium close-by within the range of the user. As the lightning spread all around to mid-range, Vlad would use his freeform dodge to move back 5m from his current location taking him into long range and out of the range of the blades that formed that now shredded his knight. Seeing the mass of blades before him it would seem it was going to be harder to try and strike down this foe that he initially thought. Though he saw his opening as he moved back. The knight would be sliced up, but the steel wouldn't be complete destroyed. The steel that remained would form into a mass of blades he controlled to pass around the lightning blades all around, weaving through them aiming to strike his foe with the remnants of steel they had failed to destroy:

Description: This is a technique that can be used in two ways. It can be used on existing steel techniques or being releasing from the ground. What this does is, the user will release their chakra into existing steel they control or one devoid of chakra (old steel jutsu they have perviously made or another shinbobi, this doesn't include weapons and such shinobi might carry) , and in doing so will take control of the steel and cause it to break down into Hundreds of tiny blades that look like small dragon scales (1inch diameter) of steel near on instantly like the shattering of glass and from their control the blades through their hand gestures or through their weapon, these blades are extremely sharp. These blades will move in a large swamp or smaller swarms depending on how the user wishes to control them using them to strike what they want. If they chose to use it from the ground they will form the blades of steel in the ground and then cause them to shoot up from within the ground in a huge swarm to attack which they wish. As long as the user controls these blades they will only be able to use steel and elements that make up steel and it will take up one of their three moves per turn. Not only this but the technique will always be A rank, even if they use this to break down one of their S rank techniques.

Note: Usable once every two turns, being able to control the blades for up to 3 turns.
