Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill

(Fuuinjutsu: Kokan Ni Seizon) - Sealing Arts: Exchange For Survival

Description: This seal is laced on two places of the user, their palms, and their shoulders. The seal is basic in its usage, due to the overabundance threat of chakra absorption, the seal when placed on a variety of the users techniques, or on themselves, will activate in a violent explosion. The activation of the explosion occurs when the user or technique in question begins to have its chakra absorbed. Essentially, the chakra being absorbed will be the "key" for the seal, which will create the violent reaction. The explosion is of size and strength equivalent to the medium that is absorbing the chakra, thus the damage is proponent to the medium jutsu. The multi-rank of the jutsu allows for the seal to destroy other higher ranked jutsus despite whatever rank of the users jutsu it might be attached to, this allows for C-Ranks with the seal be able to negate the absorption of S-Ranks (the seal will automatically draw the needed chakra from the user to acceptably defend against the absorption technique). The seal is written in Kanji form (生) and means survival. Methods of placing this seal on techniques include performing earth based jutsus through the palm of the users hands or always slamming their hands on the ground to release the seal (this includes for all matter-like subjects such as steel, water, etc) for energy, they would have to be created directly from the users palm for the seal to contact it. Lastly, the explosion will be directed outward away from the user to assure no damage placed on him/herself or the technique, but rather just the medium. Though the activation/creation of this seal spends no time, when clashing against other jutsus, the laced jutsu will naturally slow down as it makes its way to the target.

Note: Can only be taught by Joker. S-Rank version can only be used twice, with two turn cool down before re-use and no fuuinjutsu above A-Rank that same turn. A-Rank and below can be used up to three times.


(Han'you Fūin) - Generic Sealing Technique

Description: This technique is a standard ninja skill which allows a ninja to summon an assortment of items or weapons that have been stored using Fūinjutsu,typically they are stored within scrolls. When needed, the owner will activate the seals releasing their item or weapon of choice. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons. The items themselves are unaffected by time. This Technique allows the user to seal any weapons they wish being their own or opponents.
Note: Cannot seal opponent's custom weapons, or the special weapons of a particular character ( example: Samehada or Kubikiribocho ).

Note: Can only seal corpses, and not injured people regardless of the extent of their injury.

(Fuuinjutsu: Enjo) - Sealing Arts: Aid

Description: This seal can either manually be placed on the user, or whenever the user is placed in a position where they are restricted in their elemental usage, it will "bleed" out and reveal itself. The seal is written in Kanji form (援) and is titled "Aid". The seal will act as a systematic tunnel within the depths of the users main chakra source, funneling out chakra to be used on behalf of the user, through the seal as its medium. This allows for the seal to act on its own accord, but also on behalf of the users will, as it is obviously controlled by him. The seal can than be used to release attacks, defenses, or supplementary techniques in other elemental forms, which in specialized cases, would not be allowed with the seal. E.g. Hardening technique armor is generally known in restricting the user to only using earth techniques. The seal plays a role in revealing itself on the surface of the armor, while still having a consistent connection to the users chakra reservoir (hence the +10 chakra points expense). With this seal, in connection with the users direct chakra, and not interacting with the interference of the earth armor, the user can perform jutsus of other elements, with the seal becoming its main medium. The main difference is, jutsus that originate from the body, will be released via the seal (projectiles and streaming) but jutsus that appear out of thin air, the ground, or sky, will be released normally. Moreover, the seal will act as a separate entity, but the chakra will still be of the users, so elemental combinations can still be complete, insofar as it is not a dangerous combination within close proximity of the user, that might logically jeopardize their life (e.g. performing a ash based technique, while wearing a lightning armor; risk being an explosion due to their reactive nature). But as long as it is performed and done within logical grounds, the user will relatively not have to worry about such predicaments.

Note: Can only be taught by Joker. Technique can be performed 2 times, and lasts as long as the restriction is placed on the user, via the other supposed technique. The user may be able to perform forbidden ranked techniques, but this will automatically destroy the seal upon using it. Cannot be used in consecutive turns, every two usages. This technique does not enable the user to perform two separate techniques at once.

Description: The property of this jutsu is simplistic in nature and only offers a use to defend against extremely advance lightning attacks. The user will place a seal on their body and release from this seal an advance form of water. The water has properties of fuuinjutsu and that of its regular counterpart. Essentially it works in two parts in an attempt to counter advance lightning. The seal portion of the technique's water will effectively absorb and seal off of the advance shape of various forms of electricity as well as the chakra of the opponent that has control of the lightning, be it focused lightning, or shaped lightning, the seal portion will act as a way to disrupt its shape and forcefully revert the lightning into regular, unfocused electricity. After this process is finished, the water portion takes over, as the water will conduct the now unfocused and chakra devoid electricity. From here, the user may now be able to have accessible usages to a momentarily active electrical source (only lasts 2 turns in the mist before both the water and electricity disperse). Even if the lightning has no shape or focus, example: Nagashi, the seal can still negate the chakra, with the water taking over its movement as well. Thus making the technique a good counter against any electrical mediums. This includes electricity that might coat other material like

Fatigued by the events of the previous night Kaneki had managed to sleep past noon the following morning. His usually pristine camp site now looked shoddy and cluttered. He had been running down leads on the doctor in the Land of Fire for the past year and a half and it was beginning to wear down on him. He arose from his sleeping bag and out on his clothes, wiping the sand from his eyes. An expression of exhaustion and understood futility plastered across his face. He was losing the will to go on. Even so, he had come so far, lost too much to quit now. He began his usual morning routine, performing his daily hygiene and meditation. He trained for the next hour and half in attempts to hone his new abilities. He hadn't had the opportunity to put his skills to use in ages.

He emerged from the forested area that had been his camp site and onto the grassy plain between him and his next location. In the distance he could see what seemed to be a stranger. Having been avoiding confrontation and combat for the past few weeks, Kaneki figured now would be a good a time as ever to polish his skills. He quickly formed a series of hand-seals before manifesting a shadow clone besides him.

“Who are you..” Kaneki would ask his voice raspy and withered as he was malnourished and dehydrated.

Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and himself and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clones, a max number of 4, are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after hit by a strong enough force, returning 10% of its individual chakra to the user. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the original with Sharingan, Byakugan, Rinnegan or normal Chakra Sensing. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones.

Walking through beautiful hillsides and lush greenery, Ryuu scanned his surroundings with his Byakugan, his eyes locking onto the man before him, before pulling a neatly folded piece of paper out from his pocket and examining it. Then he looked back to the man, and slowly nodded his head. Kaneki Ken, found you... As he watched, Ryuu noticed Ken make a clone, presumably in anticipation of a fight. Knowing his reputation, Ryuu knew he did not want to be outnumbered, and so he followed suit. Creating his own clone besides him, the duo was about to attack, but then noticed Ken asking him a question. In response, the mute boy stuck a kunai through the top of the paper he held, before hurling it towards the opponents, harmlessly landing on the ground before them. The paper itself was a picture of a bounty which detailed the horrendous crimes that Ken had committed during the night of his rampage, and a plea to kill him. Many families had their loved ones killed that night, and they were seeking revenge. Ryuu was a soft hearted fellow and did not enjoy engaging in fights, but he did not stand for such heinous crimes. He was a strong believer in justice, and was now taking it upon himself to use his identity as a ninja to get rid of this murderer. He would give him enough time to scan the flyer and understand what it was about, before attacking him.

With a blank expression on his face, Ryuu poured a vial of ink on the ground before him, letting it seep into the ground. The ink travelled towards the enemy, emerging from the ground underneath them as snakes which crept up both Ken and his clone, restraining them in place. The snakes crept all the way from the feet till the neck, including the arms, and also tied both Ken and his clone's wrists together as if they were handcuffed, in order to make it more difficult for them to become free. At the same time as he did this, Ryuu's clone performed a single hand seal, before exhaling a very thin pressurised stream of water towards both the opponents. He made sure to attack both of them by constantly moving his head side to side, allowing the water to cut through the now restrained man and his clone.

(Dōjutsu: Byakugan) Eye Technique: The All Seeing White Eye (Passive)

Description: The kekkei genkai intrinsic to both the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans—descendants of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Those who possess this dōjutsu have it manifested as eyes with featureless white irides and no visible pupils. And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of handseals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills.

To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.

Note: Hyuga clan bios of at least Jonin rank become able to passively activate their dōjutsu upon one month having passed since Gentle Fist training concluded. Ōtsutsuki bios never need to expend a move in order to activate it.
Note: While traversing the NW, bios with activated Byakugan are able to see up to two 2 adjacent landmarks away while those of sage rank can see as far as three away, but this doesn't extend beyond an ocean landmark.

Kaneki, who had been on the run for the last two years, felt tense as he faced the bounty hunter child. With his keen sharingan, Kaneki observed the boy's every move, noting the readiness to attack. The child threw a bounty poster with a kunai, which Kaneki read as it traveled. He couldn't help but feel saddened that even a young child was involved in hunting and killing for money.

Despite the distance and time, Kaneki couldn't escape his past or achieve his goal. Resolute in understanding what happened to him that fateful night, he knew he had to take action. The Black Reaper and his clone would jump back a meter or so as he swiftly performed hand seals, slamming the earth to cause lightning bolts to erupt from the ground within a five meter radius around and beneath his adversary and his clone at tremendous speeds, the lightning would accompanied by a deafening noise and blinding light as it emerged from beneath them, disorienting them both. This would be done before the kunai the boy hand thrown could even land.

Description: The user will initiate the technique by doing a set of 3 hand seals, ending with the boar handseal. Slaming their hands on the ground, channeling mass amounts of lightning chakra within the area below the target. The user will then shape and manipulate the lightning underground, causing countless of 10 inch in length lightning bolts to spring up from under the target(s) and the area up to 5 meters around them; resulting in a devastating assault. Ripping through the skin causing lethal damage after several thunderbolts hit the target. The thunderbolts once shot up from the ground spring upwards in such a fast pace they look like shooting stars from a distance. Because of the pace in which they hurl from within the ground and the area they cover, it's dangerous for the user to be six meters or less near the opponent, risking to be caught in the array. Thus, being a technique designed for distances that surpass short range.

Description: This technique can be considered an alteration jutsu as it changes the nature of existing lightning techniques. The user will form an additional two handseals during the performance of another technique, supercharging the electrons within the lightning jutsu with additional chakra. As seen with Chidori high concentrations of lightning chakra can be caused to make distinctive loud noises that closely resembled that of millions of birds constantly chirping . This noise however will remain dormant within the charged electrons until the moment the jutsu strikes a target, technique or is activated by an additional hand seal. Once it has been activated this technique will cause the initial lightning jutsu to produce a blinding flash of light and deafening cracking noise very similar to a high pitched thunderclap. This can stun the opponent momentarily as well as the user if they're within short-range of it.

Kaneki's clone seized the opportunity to attack in tandem with his counterpart simultaneously generating a large three-headed hellhound seven meters or so behind the bounty hunter with a series of handseals. Outside the range of the lightning technique violently shooting beneath Ryuu. The manifestation of the hell hound would cause the earth beneath the Hyuuga to violently rumble knocking the two off balance should they be within range. The hound, in immediate succession to the lightning assault completion would launch towards Ryuu swiping them both in one fell swoop with his menacing paw. The battle had begun, and Kaneki was determined to continue his journey. Although it didn't please him to have to hurt this boy, he was confident in his Medical Ninjutsu skills and promised himself he would render aid after he ensured his victory.

Description: This technique will begin with the user forming three hand-seals followed by clapping his hands together, upon doing so the earth in the surrounding area will begin to rumble violently knocking anyone less than ten meters from the focal point off balance as it spirals inward in a way similar to the Antlion technique only in reverse instead of causing a pit to form the earth will be grinded into Pantheonic Dust, that will then be manipulated and compressed into a large three-headed hell-hound. The hound itself stands at thirty meters in height and once formed is self sustaining. The Cerberus is capable of performing free-form attacks that reach up to ten meters using its limbs much like the canon "Great Stone Golem" technique. These free-form strikes are S-Rank damage following Pantheonic Dust's strengths and weaknesses. The beast itself is very agile and the user can further compress or expand the size of this hound passively during battle. The beast lasts a maximum of four turns on the field, and can be utilized once per battle.

Before his kunai reached the ground, the adversaries started to attack immediately, appearing to be in a hurry. Or rather, their Sharingan allowed them to react a lot faster than he had anticipated, and so he would keep that in mind during the battle. He had the understanding that both him and his enemy were similar in terms of what they could see and react to, thanks to their doujutsu. Ryuu's own Byakugan alerted him to attacks coming from beneath them, giving him more than enough time to react. For as soon as he saw chakra in the ground below him, he drew the word for 'dragon' in the air in front of him in a more aggressive manner than usual to increase the potency of it, and performed the required hand seals to add the wind element to it, immediately creating a wind-natured ink dragon with wings. At 15 metres in size, the massive beast took off upwards, away from the incoming ground attack, and towards Kaneki and his clone, with Ryuu and his own clone riding on the dragons back. The dragon traveled fast towards them, swooping down at an angle as he approached in order to strike them both and bite into them with its teeth.

At the same time as Ryuu did all this, his clone performed the Snake hand seal whilst jumping onto the dragon, then released lightning from his hand towards the hound whilst facing it as he traveled atop the dragon towards Ken and his clone. As the lightning spear approached the hound, it branched off into many spears, puncturing it all over its massive body before reducing it to dust. The lightning completely overpowered the hound, allowing it to remain after destroying it. To utilise it further, the clone turned his hand in the direction of Ken and his clone, making sure to only strike them with the remaining lightning spears as the dragon he was on also made contact with the enemy at the same time to destroy them.

Description: Myriad Colors Phantom World is specialized branch of ninjutsu developed by the some of the best Ink Ninjutsu users within the world, being the sister counterpart to Ink Art: Solid Script. The process of it is done in three differing steps, all of which occurs instantly within each other, utilization of chakra absorbing ink similar to Ink Art: Fragile and Empty ,manipulation of ink into words and finally infusion of elemental chakra into the words while also molding ink and element together. What Myriad pans out to do is through the limitless imagination of the user, due to the essence of art - will create familiars through the use of words, i.e creating the word “dragon” while infusion earth based chakra into the word will cause the formation of an actual stone dragon capable of defending the user from attacks or even attacking the enemy. This technique is not limited to only defensive uses, as it can create a variety of things, be it animals, mythical creatures, extinct animals etc. The user draws the words in mid air, allowing for the words to form in either standard letters or in kanji form, then making a hand seal . The size, strength and range all differ based on the ranking of the technique used with D - C Rank being able to be used up to short range, B- A Rank Up to Mid Range while S - Rank up to long(Regardless of Rank used, all will first originate from within short range of the user. The creations of D - C range reaching up to five meters, B-A reaching up to 15 meters while S - rank being 15 meters and above. B-Rank and above uses require a handseal. A Ranks can be used up to three times per battle, while S ranks can be used up to twice. In the case of the S rank usage, no Ink Technique above B Rank can be used in the next turn. Creations made from this technique are able to act on their own and outside the need of user’s concentration but can only last up to three turns - while they also carry the elemental properties of the infused element. Description: A technique that seeks to enhance the nature of ink based techniques, through which this technique comes in two different forms. The first version of this technique is aimed towards turning ink based techniques into more “offensive” versions of themselves, in which when creating a work of art - the user will have drawn the technique in a far more aggressive way as opposed to the normal elegant and expressive manner. This actually comes into play, as with this technique - the drawings they create are far more “shaper” to the touch, in some cases delivering a more “blunt” hit as opposed to normal, while some, in terms of animal like creations, gain the characteristics of the former mentioned but they are also drawn to be more “feral” or “wild”, and thus attack more violently as opposed to normal. What this seeks to do is, through the expression of emotion and creativity, as seen that emotional states of the user can indeed influence the way techniques are created, allows for their own works of art to inherit such unique traits for their own purpose. This turns techniques which are usually labelled with “N/A” as damage in order to gain power. The damage is equal to and rivals the ranking of the original technique i.e A Ranks will deal 60 damage. This technique can be applied to any sort of works by the user, whether they are drawing it on the moment, have it pre drawn or even in the form of ink tattoos. The characteristics must be mentioned when using this technique in order to get a more detailed idea of how the works will be dealing damage. The most notable example of this is when Sai was unable to utilize a certain ink technique due to his mind not being mentally prepared/emotionally ready in order to do so, showing that emotions can indeed have an influence on one's ink techniques upon creation.

The second part of this technique is much like the first, but instead it applies it to already damage-dealing techniques in the same way. What this version seeks to do now is increase the damage output of the technique, allowing it to increase the rank of an ink technique by one rank, or in the case of S-ranks and above, getting an additional +20 damage.

The first variant is a passive skill, not taking up a move nor a slot in time frame and must simply be mentioned as a reference when performing the desired technique, though it can only be used once every two turns. The second variant can only be used four times per battle, needing a cool down of one turn between each use, and acts as an infusion technique, thus being able to be performed within the same time frame of another technique. When applying the second variant to pre-drawn/tattoos, the user simply needs to infuse the same amount of chakra in order to “activate” the augmented state.

Kakuzu, the original user, shoots the technique from his Lightning mask's mouth. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies by branching the main spear. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.

As the battle raged on, Kaneki closely observed his opponent, Ryuu, using his Sharingan. Ryuu was skillfully countering Kaneki's lightning technique by conjuring a dragon made of wind, on which he and his clone rode, propelling towards Kaneki's position. In response, Kaneki remained composed, knowing he needed a different approach to win and survive this encounter.

Drawing from his experience in battles, though it had been some time, Kaneki refrained from panicking. As Ryuu's dragon and the duo approached him at close range, Kaneki decided to bide his time, waiting for the perfect moment to unleash his counter assault.

Swiftly, as Ryuu and his attacks entered short-range he released a burst of non-harmful wind from his body, manipulating it with series of hand-seals to create a protective blue vortex around himself and his clone. The vortex was powered by Kaneki's swirling blue dragon, and he further fortified it by summoning flaming snakes from his palm and employing the technique of Shifting Tides to condense its size (only protecting Kaneki and his clone, and not much of the immediate area) while amplifying its strength.

This high-speed vortex was now set to drag Ryuu and his clone straight towards it, engulfing and tearing them apart with its fiery fury. Kaneki's strategy showcased a clever fusion of Wind, Fire and Fuuinjutsu, all strategically intertwined to overpower his opponent and emerge victorious in this intense battle.

Description: Ryujin’s Devouring Nebula is a unique technique that employs the usage of two of Wind Release’ most powerful properties: it’s suction, and sharpness. The user will begin the technique by channeling his wind chakra throughout his body, and releasing it from every pore in his body, he will then perform three hand-seals to form a condensed green or blue dragon, then the user wills the wind dragon to swirl around them at incredible speeds, forming an orb-shaped vortex. This vortex moves at such high speeds that it’s capable of drawing entities towards it slicing them up to ribbons and devouring the technique, person or object entirely. The suction property of this vortex is so powerful (its strength is S Rank, and much like Swamp of the Underworld the enemy must utilize a technique of equal rank to escape it's clutches, this is true for the defensive usage as well) it’s capable of drawing enemies objects and techniques from long range to mid range, from mid range to short range, and from short range straight into the Devouring Nebula. The user has an additional usage of this technique, utilizing the same principles by swirling the dragon in the counterclockwise direction, the user is capable of repelling enemies and other entities surrounding them back, preventing the opponent from entering range to perform their techniques. This technique is capable of pushing enemies, techniques and objects from short range to mid-range, and from mid-range to long range, as this technique pushes the enemy back it is more defensive and thus is easier to perform than its offensive counter-part.

Description: This unique fire technique can be performed in two ways, as a single stand alone technique which requires two handseals, dragon and tiger followed by the clapping of the hands. Using it in this form allows the user to manifest a fiery portal similar to the earth release mud drop. However instead of mud forming in this portal a large torrent of fire shaped as snakes will pour out surrounding a target or targets and wrapping around them. The fire while not sentient can be controlled by hand gestures making it very difficult to avoid. The snakes are solid in nature much like the dragon head fireballs making their binding ability quite impressive preventing an enemy wrapped in them from moving freely. The second method of using this technique functions as more of a boosting enhancement performed by clapping the hands. This method of use is performed as a follow up to another fire or wind technique and will cause the snakes to burst forth from the user merging with the preexisting technique adding to the overall power of the former technique by adding additional chakra to the technique and a degree of versatility to the technique by making it function in a solid way. Essentially the previous technique will experience a change in power and ability by becoming the flaming snakes. This usage is considered as an active boost and follows the rules and restrictions of such.

Description: Shifting Tides is an advanced fuuinjutsu technique that is to be used in conjunction with another technique, be it elemental, or basic ninjutsu anything that requires chakra. By adding an extra to seal to an existing set, the user will focus their chakra around an attack, or defense. This chakra solidifies itself into an extremely malleable barrier capable of taking on any shape the user desires. The barrier, when first formed is invisible, and can only be seen when the user applies one of the functions of this technique. As a result of this shift, the technique encased by this barrier can do one of two things. The first would be to condense it's shape and size. An example of this would be condensing a colossal fireball, into an single arrow composed of the flames. This allows the encased moved to become more compressed and focused, giving it a rank in strength and durability at the cost of it's area of effect: meaning the user is capable of increasing the power of a technique by decreasing it's size. The second usage would be to expand it, the barrier surrounding the technique is capable of mimicking its properties, effectively transforming into the technique itself resulting in a larger technique. This in turn allowing it to cover ground at the cost of a single rank, in this case the user could transform a blast of water into a tidal wave.

Note: This technique can only be used a maximum of for times per battle. This technique can be used in the same time-frame as the technique being empowered however, it will still consume a move-slot.

Drawing closer to their enemies, Ryuu and his clone noticed a vortex of wind and fire forming around them, which was clever, but would not be a deterrent. In response, Ryuu moved forward on the dragon in order to be the closest one to the attack and extended his arm with the absorption attachment on it forward, absorbing the entire vortex into a sphere of energy which grew as it absorbed the technique, after which it disappeared. With the path clearing around the enemies as they moved forward, the dragon was able to go forward, unhindered, as originally planned in order to attack the duo, so that by the time the absorption had ended, the enemies had been struck by the dragon. Also, at the same time that Ryuu was absorbing the technique, his clone had increased the weight of the dragon they were upon by 100 times, causing it to crash down upon the enemies with a lot more force and power.

After the dragon made its attack, Ryuu and his clone swiftly jumped off its back as Ryuu performed 2 hand seals before slamming his hand on the ground where he landed. He landed right next to the dragon, under which the enemy would be crushed now. A 2 metre diameter circle of a sealing technique activated, one which would not allow the opponents to use any chakra. The only way they would be able to was if they escaped the circle, but with Ryuu and his clone right next to them, their escape would prove to be rather difficult. The end for this murderer was now in sight.

Description: Myriad Colors Phantom World is specialized branch of ninjutsu developed by the some of the best Ink Ninjutsu users within the world, being the sister counterpart to Ink Art: Solid Script. The process of it is done in three differing steps, all of which occurs instantly within each other, utilization of chakra absorbing ink similar to Ink Art: Fragile and Empty ,manipulation of ink into words and finally infusion of elemental chakra into the words while also molding ink and element together. What Myriad pans out to do is through the limitless imagination of the user, due to the essence of art - will create familiars through the use of words, i.e creating the word “dragon” while infusion earth based chakra into the word will cause the formation of an actual stone dragon capable of defending the user from attacks or even attacking the enemy. This technique is not limited to only defensive uses, as it can create a variety of things, be it animals, mythical creatures, extinct animals etc. The user draws the words in mid air, allowing for the words to form in either standard letters or in kanji form, then making a hand seal . The size, strength and range all differ based on the ranking of the technique used with D - C Rank being able to be used up to short range, B- A Rank Up to Mid Range while S - Rank up to long(Regardless of Rank used, all will first originate from within short range of the user. The creations of D - C range reaching up to five meters, B-A reaching up to 15 meters while S - rank being 15 meters and above. B-Rank and above uses require a handseal. A Ranks can be used up to three times per battle, while S ranks can be used up to twice. In the case of the S rank usage, no Ink Technique above B Rank can be used in the next turn. Creations made from this technique are able to act on their own and outside the need of user’s concentration but can only last up to three turns - while they also carry the elemental properties of the infused element. Starting at roughly rasengan size, these spheres grow proportionally to the size of the technique absorbed. Normal Ninja are able to make use of one of these devices via specialized gloves that allow them to absorb 1 Ninjutsu per turn up to S rank while Cyborgs have these attachments and are able to absorb up to Forbidden powered attacks and 1 from each arm per turn.

If the enemy manages to escape the seal, he will recover use of his chakra.

Description: The Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan literally meaning " Eternal Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye", is the final step in the evolutionary state of the Sharingan. While Mangekyo Sharingan is but an imperfect Dojutsu, unable to sustain and keep its own power, weakening with each use, the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan brings control and balance to the power wielded. By merging the users own MS with that of his sibling, the use is able to awaken the EMS. The EMS grants the user the same abilities granted by MS but to unsurpassed levels. While granting the user the ability to perceive the world with increadible insight, it also grants the user the ability to see through S-Rank visual illusions and track the movement speed of almost anything, perfecting the already amazing abilities of the standard MS, like casting Genjutsu without the need for handseals as long as a line of sight to the target is available. A unique feat however, is that once the user awakens EMS, he loses access to his normal MS, transitioning from 3T form to EMS directly. While MS damages the user as time passes and severely tires and drains the user as its used, the EMS doesn't. The user can keep it active without losing his eyesight or damaging himself and can use the normal MS techniques with no activation reduction or drawbacks. Its true that the chakra cost is higher, but the user will feel little to no effect in his stamina and energy. Through his EMS, Madara gained the ability to control Tailed Beasts by forcefully using his sharingan genjutsu/mind manipulation abilities to take control of the Bijuu and temporarily sever its connection to the host. If the Jinchuriki is in normal form or entering one of the transformations, it's blocked from transforming for 3 turns. If it's in incomplete form, it's forced back into normal form and left unable to access his bijuu for 3 turns and if its in complete form, the user gains control over the bijuu, manipulating its movements/actions completely for 2 turns or until the complete form ends (whatever comes first), leaving the host unable to acess his bijuu for 3 turns.
Note: Only usable by bios with EMS after meeting the necessary requirements.
Note: User needs to have activated his 3T Sharingan beforehand
Note: Once activated, lasts 10 turns per use and once the user has held the ability for 4 months, can be done passively, with no move cost.

As his opponent drew nearer, riding the wind dragon that had materialized alongside his clone, Kaneki's confidence remained unwavering in the potency of his combination of flames and wind. He envisioned this fusion as a dual-force strategy, both offensive and defensive. Yet, as the battle unfolded, Kaneki's understanding deepened regarding the formidable prowess his adversary possessed. Keenly perceptive as always, Kaneki discerned a weakening within his blazing vortex through the lens of his Sharingan. It was as though the chakra infused within the vortex was being siphoned away. Though disheartening to witness the futility of the vortex, Kaneki was nothing if not adaptable.

Reacting swiftly to Ryuu's countermeasures, Kaneki took decisive action. His clone summoned forth an immense dragon, a composition of Pantheonic Dust and Water. This amalgamation held immense power, thanks to the hydrophilic nature of Pantheonic Dust. Each granule possessed the ability to absorb a staggering 500 times its weight in liquid, causing it to expand exponentially. With the infusion of Water, the volumes of Pantheonic Dust released grew gargantuan. In a mirroring fashion to their opponents, both Kaneki and his clone mounted the nascent dragon as it was being formed, with Kaneki himself reinforcing its strength by substantially augmenting its mass amplifying the destructive potential it held. The monstrous dragon surged ahead with unrelenting force, obliterating everything obstructing its path – a path that encompassed not only Ryuu but also his clone and the wind dragon they rode upon.

Description: A more powerful version of “Yin Release Hungry Ghost Technique.” Rather than the user arbitrarily adding their Yin Release chakra to a specific technique, the user will create a number of large, elemental dragons using any of the basic elements plus their Yin Release chakra. The user can create up to 5 serpentine dragons which, once created, can act independently according to the user’s will. Due to the user being able to manipulate multiple elements at once, each dragon created can be of a different nature. Each dragon will also have the absorption properties of “Hungry Ghost,” thus becoming even more dangerous. However, due to the massive amount of chakra and control needed to use these dragons, the user can only control two dragons at any given time. While the dragons are present, the user cannot use any Yang Release or elemental techniques of the natures that currently exist within the dragons. Yin Release Specialists and Yin-Yang users can combine two natures together in order to make a multi-elemental dragon or even a dragon consisting of an advanced element or CE that they know. However, in doing so they will only be able to create two dragons.

Quite surprised and impressed at the fact that the opponent managed to create a whole dragon when his own dragon was only about 3 metres away now and fast approaching, Ryuu decided to persevere, even though this was quite a hindrance to his plans. Just as the opponents were climbing aboard their ride, Ryuu leaned forward again from his position at the front of the dragon, placing his outstretched hand onto the opposing dragon right before the two beasts collided with each other, managing to do this as leaning over allowed him to be a tiny bit closer to the opposing dragon than his own dragon. He made sure to place his hand on the top of the dragon, where it couldn't attack him, instead of at the front, something made possible due to the fact that Ryuu's dragon was higher as they approached. In that moment, Ryuu had essentially stripped away the boost given to the dragon by inserting his own chakra into it, decreasing the dragon's weight back to its original mass, weakening it substantially. Of course, this allowed Ryuu's dragon to overpower it as well as attack the two aboard.

At the same time as Ryuu did all this, his clone took out 2 kunai and crossed them together, creating a seal which would cut the opponent's chakra down by half, as well as restrict the strength of their techniques. This would work as they stayed within short range of the opponents the whole time, even after their dragon was destroyed.

After being attacked and having their dragon destroyed, the two enemies would fall towards the ground in an injured state, with Ryuu and his clone following on their dragon right behind them. As they did so, Ryuu took the opportunity to reinforce his body with Yang chakra, increasing his strength, durability and speed.

However, by infusing himself with the Yang Nature, he becomes unable to use Yin Release techniques or Yin/Yang Release techniques; he cannot use Genjutsu or non elemental Ninjutsu of any kind (including special fields like Fuuinjutsu).

Quite surprised and impressed at the fact that the opponent managed to create a whole dragon when his own dragon was only about 3 metres away now and fast approaching, Ryuu decided to persevere, even though this was quite a hindrance to his plans. Just as the opponents were climbing aboard their ride, Ryuu leaned forward again from his position at the front of the dragon, placing his outstretched hand onto the opposing dragon right before the two beasts collided with each other, managing to do this as leaning over allowed him to be a tiny bit closer to the opposing dragon than his own dragon. He made sure to place his hand on the top of the dragon, where it couldn't attack him, instead of at the front, something made possible due to the fact that Ryuu's dragon was higher as they approached. In that moment, Ryuu had essentially stripped away the boost given to the dragon by inserting his own chakra into it, decreasing the dragon's weight back to its original mass, weakening it substantially. Of course, this allowed Ryuu's dragon to overpower it as well as attack the two aboard.

At the same time as Ryuu did all this, his clone took out 2 kunai and crossed them together, creating a seal which would cut the opponent's chakra down by half, as well as restrict the strength of their techniques. This would work as they stayed within short range of the opponents the whole time, even after their dragon was destroyed.

After being attacked and having their dragon destroyed, the two enemies would fall towards the ground in an injured state, with Ryuu and his clone following on their dragon right behind them. As they did so, Ryuu took the opportunity to reinforce his body with Yang chakra, increasing his strength, durability and speed.

However, by infusing himself with the Yang Nature, he becomes unable to use Yin Release techniques or Yin/Yang Release techniques; he cannot use Genjutsu or non elemental Ninjutsu of any kind (including special fields like Fuuinjutsu).

Aite, I was asked to check this, I'll keep it short since I already explained it in DMs.

Yin Release Specialists and Yin-Yang users can combine two natures together in order to make a multi-elemental dragon or even a dragon consisting of an advanced element or CE that they know.
While Jay's concern about Ryoma's move was valid, the main issue is the creation of the Phantom Dragon prior to it, specifically it's composition. As the technique says, you can create multi-element Dragons or one consisting of an AE/CE, unfortunately it cannot be one with CE/another element. So this would fail and result it Kaneki being hit by Ryuu's attack.
