Lets start off slow. Since my mind is kinda blank, hoping you were going to start off.

Lancer thinks fast at his opponent and has the ground shake around his opponent through the entire mid range area. This is meant to force you to lose balance, as you are falling around unable to move freely Lancer has a couple of spikes appear under you which skews you from underneath.

Phil feeling the ground shaking a little quickly uses his judgement, knowing a doton jutsu is in use, he releases unfocused raiton from his body and into the ground around him cancelling out your jutsu. Phil has a smirk on his face only because he knows that this is going to be an interesting battle. Making a single handseal, Phil exhales a fast jet of flames spreading across the ground and melts the ground as it proceeds to hit you.

Oiiiii!! I like to make it hot, just a heads up... try cooling me down bro..

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty

Its temperature is such that it easily melts the ground as it travels and can reduce an enemy to ash.

As the fireball is coming towards Lancer, he knows he has to stop that fireball. What he does is simply perform one hand seal and has a jet of water rise up from the ground and send it towards the direction of the fire it easily intercepts the fire and over powers it. It continues towards you straight in a week C-Rank form. Note it still moves across the ground to you.

Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates a fast jet of water running through the ground that is powerful enough to slice through solid rock.

As the water jet had clashed with the fire and began to overpower it, unbeknownst to you Lancer sent a single wind blade by swinging his arm in a arc releasing from his finger points right behind the water jet so as it overpowered the fire by and continues towards you it flanks slightly behind away from vision so you won't be able to notice it. Not only is the blade alone is hard to see but behind the water makes it nearly impossible.

Description: This technique is a pinpoint slashing strike, where the user emits chakra from their fingertips and materialises it into an near invisible weapon that assaults the enemy in a gust of wind. If the Sickle Weasel Technique can be regarded as a swarm of small wind kunai, then this technique is akin to a virtually unavoidable longsword which can leave the target's body mutilated. Just being in close proximity to the technique can cause minor cuts. The wind blades can be created and thrown, like projectiles, in rapid succession, although in this case, each one weaker than the single use application. The technique cannot be blocked by physical weapons and is insanely fast by not relying on the use of Hand seals but, because it still requires the user to perform hand gestures to use and is somewhat visible in the effect it produces, it can still be defended against by using appropriate evasion techniques or fast elemental ninjutsu.

Phil pays close attention to what's going on. He sees you sending an jet of water that then intercepts his katon jutsu and continues his way as a weaker version. Phil doesn't see the other jutsu right behind the first but he knows that he has to avoid the first. Phil quickly makes the snake handseal releasing a large amount of water that elevates him into the air avoiding your attacks. The water then comes down as a wave and not affected by you jutsu, it heads your way.

Seeing the wave head your way, Phil focuses his chakra in his feet and then jumps into the air. Getting enough height, he breathe wind infused chakra into his hands making it into a ball. He then proceeds to release the whirlwind ball at you with high speed/velocity.

As you raise yourself using the water wave, my first attack is easily intercepted but the wind blade from before simply will act to go through and travel in the water with you evading the blade. But not the attack. For as the blade moves through the water Lancer manipulates the very blade to rise into a large hurricane which absorbs the water catching anything in and around it, due to the sheer size it would be large enough to reach you. (Though you will have a window of time to evade it) The hurricane will simply act to track all the water in and spiral it out of control, it will pretty much look like a water vortex. Also not as much water is spilled since the blade turned into a hurricane mid way as you spew the water.

As your futon jutsu begins pulling the water in and also Phil, he waste no time to react. Using his judgement, Phil converts his body to water to avoid any physical attacks. Not being affected by the jutsu (by now the water and everything should be settle down), Phil then makes his body solid again. Phil then waves his hand releasing a wave of dark chakra at you in a widespread manner making it hard to avoid.

As Lancer is watching the vortex, where he first saw the opponents body he was certain death was met. Though out of nowhere he loses track of the opponents body in the vortex of water which confuses him at first but then he figures that he did not actually evade the jutsu itself it would have been impossible physically. As the water begins to set he notices the water settle, as he expected he notices a body begin to rise. He knew it was his opponent as his hunch told him, and before he could fully reform he sends a lightning current towards the water around the opponents area which makes the lightning conduct shocking the entire water including the opponent who was still reforming. This will seriously numb the opponent preventing any movement as well as inflict serious pain.

Lancer to put his opponent out of his misery, he waves his hand delivering a vortex towards the opponent damaging him and killing him due to the impact blow which will send him in the air. Lance does one more movement with his hand to disperse it.
