Hashirama begins his attack by forming a handseal after gathering his doton chakra beneath the Uzumaki. Without any warning, the very ground the man stands on "liquefies", causing him to sink in, feet first. Such sudden loss of footing would throw the man off balance in a way that makes forming handseals difficult. Not impossible, but difficult.

Watching how his opponent reacts, Hashirama summons a large amount of water from above to crash into the man, pushing him deeper into the swamp.

Those eyes...I need to proceed with caution...

The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.

The swamp expands just beyond short range around you (say 7 metres), with you as the epicentre. The summoned water will drop from 10 metres above you, and will cover the full circumference of the swamp (i.e 7 metres).

As Nagato sees the earth change below himself, he signs a ram handseal and spits out enormous amounts of water to lift himself up. As the water lifting, he lets the wave get out from underneath himself to travel towards you. As being out of your sight hence the wave's height, Nagato jumps to the right a few meters and signs a faster then normal handseal and causes ligthning to errupt underneath you after it pooled itself. Then Nagato activates his chakra sensory.

Amused that his opponent dared to use water against him, Hashirama would simply form two hand seals as the water was created to aid his opponent escape the swamp. Suddenly the whole terrain, beginning from the edge of the swamp, spanning backwards up to long range (length and breadth-wise) becomes engulfed with numerous trees coming to life. These trees, acquiescent to the hokage's will, forcefully disrupt the weakened but still advancing water technique, feeding off it and the swamp to rapidly increase in size. The trees that are created all have especially long and sharp branches which would impale the opponent from multiple angles as he jumps to the right.

As Nagato notices the sprouting of wood around him, he makes a quick handseal and creates lightning all around himself, destroying everything within short range of him and keeps on going as a B-ranked to hit you with it. Once it hit, Nagato activates his chakra sensing technique.

As the lightning is released at him in it's weakened state, Hashirama gathers his wood chakra in the ground beneath his feet. He then creates a fairly large but fast wooden pillar that shoots out at angle to the right (my right). This pushes him out of the trajectory of the lightning but still within mid range. The wooden pillar is easily shredded by the lightning. As he moves diagonally through the air, Hashirama gathers earth chakra in his mouth then makes a hand seal and expels three bullet sized rocks at his opponent. Since they are released as he is in motion, the bullets will come from three different locations but all converge around your short range vicinity. Only one of the rock bullets is aimed directly at the opponent's torso; the other two are fired in a way that one of them will hit the ground just 2 metres in front of you, and the other will land 2 metres behind you. As they enter short range, all the rocks expand to boulder size, crashing into you and your immediate vicinity. Their purpose is to crush you with their weight, and also to destroy the ground surrounding you (i.e the short range area which you just cleared with the lightning), raising and scattering into the air moderate and small sized rocks, and debris that will get dust into your eyes.

As Nagato sees the earth boulders coming his way, he activates animal path and summons an Ox and a Rhyno and both of them together break through the boulders as a team. As they have broken through all the boulders, they split up, one going to the right and one going to the left running staying within mid range of you.

Each animal summon also has the Rinnengan and as such Nagato is able to see through their eyes as well. Each animal had various body piercings as well, suggesting that they too were under his control. The user needs to clap his hands in order to do the summons, not needing the traditional blood sacrifice and can summon 2 animals at the same time.
Note: Can only be used by Nagato biographies for the activation of the path and will remain continuouslty activated.

(Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Kyojin Oushi) - Summoning Technique: Giant Ox

Hashirama watched as his opponent summoned two odd looking creatures to collide with the boulders, easily shattering the large rocks into multiple smaller sized rocks. The Hokage smirked slightly, pleased with himself that his opponent had indeed fallen for his trap. The moment the three large boulders are shattered by the summons, Hashirama infuses the many broken pieces of rocks with his mokuton chakra, causing a multitude of large wooden spikes and pillars to grow from them rapidly. These wooden constructs will impale the two large summons instantly due to their proximity and cause them to return to wherever they came from. They will continue growing towards the man very quickly, aiming to skewer him right where he stands. Since all this is happening within short range of the man, he has a very small time to act.

Descripton: The user, after performing the Snake hand seal, emits lightning in the shape of a spear from their hands or mouth which then pierces the enemy. Kakuzu, the original user, shoots the technique from his Lightning mask's mouth. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies by branching the main spear. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.
