Alright boiiiii,

House passively activates his byakugan while pushes an enormous amount of chakra into the ground which will instantly throw you towards me at fast speeds. As your body is spinning from the burst of chakra underneath you coming towards me, I activate "Reinforcement" which gives an increase in rank in any leg related jutsu for two turns and gives me 1.5x increase in speed. Then I activate my now F-ranked shroud around my legs and jump towards you with my increased speed. As you're closing in, I spin counterclockwise thus landing a strong right kick into your left shoulder (lets say you're facing me) pummeling you back into the ground with 90 damage.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the dōjutsu kekkei genkai of the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans, inherited from Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, shinobi with have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters and Otsutsuki clan members will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. Not only can they see chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu (even of their own). Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if they're a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot; slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away.
Note: For Hyugas, activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.
Note: Genjutsu that requires Eye Contact when used against a Byakugan user requires direct eye contact between enemy pupil and user's pupil
Note: Hyugas must be activated to use Gentle Fist (Jyuken)
Note: Its tracking abilities are equal to that of 3 Tomoe Sharingan.

As soon as the bursts are let into the ground, the released raw chakra burst will come out of the ground, reaching the skies and flinging the enemy into the air instantly. The user may adjust the way the enemy has been launched, such as either towards the user to move the opponent into hand-to-hand range or elsewhere across the battlefield. Once the enemy has been launched into the skies, disoriented and turning aimlessly, the user may make a swift attempt to finish the enemy with following it up with an offensive technique. The user may also use this technique to launch himself great heights or across a battlefield at immense speeds. If the user wishes, he may fling enemies as big as Gamabunta or as small as a person into the air.

Description: A technique among the Hyuga based on the Gentle Fist Style: One Blow Body where a Hyuga would normally use their ability to expel chakra from all their chakra points at once. This technique is a reinforcement or augmentation of the Gentle Fist; releasing chakra constantly from one’s limbs. This technique focuses on the reinforcement of one's limbs dependent on locations which are aimed mostly at the arms which include the elbows and hands to augment the fighters strikes or in the legs including the knees all the down to the feet; in which the technique takes the form of a sharp shroud of chakra though it is harder to see at a distance to the naked eye but more visible up close . This techniques design is when impact is normally made by a gentle fist strike, chakra is pushed into the enemy's’ body forcefully by the Hyuga from the chakra points at the same time however with this one due the constant chakra already flowing outwards. The impact is much stronger as the chakra already being pushed out combined with further chakra being released from same chakra points , chakra shroud and many other locations increasing the techniques overall impact. This however comes at the cost of not being able to use it in multiple limbs at once due the excessive amounts of chakra being used at once. It's limited to only two limbs but those limbs must also be the same meaning one arm and one leg can’t be augmented at the same time but rather two arms or two legs at once. Based on the limbs used the following effects take place on the user:

Leg Refinement – Through this variant it increases the kick based techniques by the user by one rank. This also increases the user’s speed slightly due to using the released chakra from the soles of the feet to “push” against the surface allowing them further their running speed and jumping distance. This speed increase is x1.5 there base speed. Also due to the sharp nature of the shroud, it leaves minor cuts on the targets skin when impact is made.

Arm Refinement – Through this variant it increases the hand/punch/arm based techniques of the user by one rank. The user’s punching impacts have a “push” effect behind them similar to its parent technique which solid impact from the user will send the target back several meters (5m). Also due to the sharp nature of the shroud, it leaves minor cuts on the targets skin when impact is made.

While active a cosmetic hue of chakra lines appear around the selected augmented limb as a sign of the techniques activation as well as when impacts are made; more "burst" like impacts of sharp chakra appears.

As you throw your body towards me, my taijutsu mastery allows me to keep track of your sudden increase in speed. I instantly activate the Hidden ability gifted to my clan, the Hydrification Technique liquifying my entire body as I am lifted into the air and struck with your Hyuga technique. Due to the Hydrification mode, your attack passes through my body leaving me unscathed by the attack. My body reforming as im passing through you. The Hydrification form is kept active.

Combining with this defense, I focus chakra into my Shark summoning tattoo forcing a Shark to emerge surrounded by drilling water to strike you in the chest. The full impact of the attack would open up your chest cavity and send you flying back into Mid range.

( Suiton: Suika no Jutsu ) – Water Release: Hydrification technique

Description: The Hydrification teachnique is a protean, whole-body technique whereby the user can liquefy their body at will, making it impossible to receive damage from physical attacks. From a single hair to the skin and muscles, everything can be liquefied and solidified at will. Capable of manipulating their body in different shapes, the user is able to use their body as a source of water jutsu created up to Mid range from the user. Using this, the user can also re-shape their body parts for suitable situations. The only way to contain a user of this technique is to lock them up in an airtight container so they cannot move about. When the user passes out, they turn into a jelly-like state. The Second Mizukage, when using this technique, has a more oily state, allowing it to enter Sand and nullify it.

Description: The signer of the shark contract, uses the ability to summon sharks to his or her advantage. Primarily for close range use, the user generates a shark head from any point in his body to attack his enemy or defend against a close range jutsu such as taijutsu attacks or any jutsu that fits the circumstance. The user is able to generate sharks from their body like how snake users are able to generate snakes from their body. By adding water chakra to the shark and using shape manipulation, a water drill forms around the shark drilling into the opponent. The sharks or portion of shark summoned are generated from generic sharks. The user can summon entire sharks or a portion of a shark such as its fin to augment their close range capabilities. For example within extreme close range combat, it would be beneficial to summon the fin of a shark and strike the opponent with it instead of tryng to generate an entire shark from ones body.The shark is generated from the user's shark tattoo on their body if applicable(Kisame bios have no tattoo present.)

As the shark emerges, I manipulate the water around my legs to become temporarily skinny enough to cause my leg weights to slip off my legs allowing me to gain double speed. I eventually land back on the ground stopping my forward movement.

Description:
The user stops, bends over to reach his legs and unstraps his leg weights, dropping them to the ground. As a result the user gains a drastic boost to his running speed (doubles) and +20 to all his Strong Fist Kick-related moves. However, this boost in strength and speed is completely nulified when releasing the EIG or when using any kind of movement speed enhancement technique or weight manipulation technique; they don't add up on eachother.

As I see the shark coming out of your arm, I start rotating violently, shredding everything within short range of me in an instant, including you. Shredding you into tiny droplets of water. As I'm rotating, electricity starts oozing out of my rotation, and it'll electrify you. As I defended from your shark, I activate "Malignant Palm Trial" release a burst of chakra from my chakra points thus releasing a cloud of raw chakra all around me, into the electrified liquid. This allows me to limit you to B-ranked and below jutsu, ending your hydrification technique prematurely as the raw chakra mixes with you. (I'm not sure if your body would reform or just form into tiny electrified body pieces). Then I activate Soul Essence. What it does it whatever rotational of burst type of technique gets in contact of your technique, it'll lose a rank. Also, this turn will end my Refinement technique.

Description: Based on the principle of closing and opening chakra points, the user starts letting out raw chakra from all of his points around himself having an invisible cloud of raw chakra within mid range of him. The raw chakra that's been released constantly by the user being manipulated to have attributes of shutting down or opening chakra points of whatever is within their space. Soon as their target enters within short range, the target will feel massive pressure being placed on their chakra points, having great difficulty to channel their chakra due to the massive effect of the raw chakra cloud they're in on short range. The nature of the chakra will either close or open their chakra points forcefully, leaving their target with the feeling of weakness and having an abnormal control over their chakra due to having an immense pressure on their chakra points. For example, if they try to perform a simple chidori it will disipate in a burst of light or if they try to create an armor it'l just fall apart due to the inability over chakra control. Once the target manages to get away from the user's range, it'll take a turn to return to their full chakra control.

Description: A simple technique using the concept of Gentle Step Twin Lion Fist or Eight Trigrams Stream Palm Wave's chakra absorbtion. While this technique alone has not purpose, when combined with other techniques its fast enough to be used in the same time frame pretty much being instantly activated. While using a Hyuga Rotation Based or Air Palm/Projectile Based Techniques, the user is able to apply chakra absorbing properties like its parent technique, draining chakra from techniques that come into contact with it. Enemy techniques lose 1 rank points of damage, allowing for techniques like the Air Palm which is weaker to elemental techniques play on equal terms.

*Can only be applied to Gentle Fist Techniques revolving projectiles or rotation based Techniques.*

I take note of my opponent's position and observe the situation as a whole. My shark coming out of the lower arm is approaching your chest and I notice you twisting your body and pivoting your foot signaling a rotation. Before a full rotation is complete, I focus chakra into my feet and boost upward Mid range into the sky above leaving an after image in my place resulting in the cancelling of my Shark ninjutsu. At this point, you have gotten all 3 of your moves off but I am out of range for all of them.

This boost is an activation and doesn't require me to post the jutsu after this use aka the boost is now Freeform.

(ZX Basutā: Hienkyaku) ZX Buster: Flying Swallow Feet

Description: A movement based technique, Flying Swallow Feet works by focusing chakra into the soles of the user’s feet, super-charging the chakra-metal present in their shoes. Since there is less of the chakra pathway focused in the user’s feet than other locations on the body, this helps the chakra metal amplify any chakra passed through it that’s used for the ZX Buster style. More specifically, Flying Swallow Feet allows bursts of chakra to be fired from the user’s feet that can be used to accelerate short distances (known as “dashing”). Dashing can be done either in the air or on the ground and helps as it allows the user to put more momentum behind their strikes. When dashing, a visible burst of chakra is seen from the user’s feet, and they tend to have an “afterimage”; this comes about simply a trick of the eye, and is nothing special. As the chakra metal will retain its “super-charge,” and once activated, this technique does not deactivate. The user, although moving in a fast pace/burst of speed is still trackable by normal eyesight.

At the climax of my ascent, I bite my thumb and smear it on my Summoning tattoo. Immediately after, I form one handseal summoning a large amount of water directly underneath me and dropping it on you washing you away to your starting position (now long range from me) while maintaining the tiger handseal. I manipulate the water to form a large dome of water with you in its center mid range all around. The water within the sphere wrap around your 4 limbs and head restricting movement.

Note: When the water is summoned, your rotation should be done.

Within the same timeframe, I activate a jutsu that required me to smear blood on my tattoo. The summoning of water contained thousands and thousands of minature sharks that would reduce any jutsu that you use by 1 rank

Description: Same/Suiton: Same ya Pengin no Kyōtei - Shark/Water Release: Pact of the Shark and Penguin is a very simple yet innovative jutsu that Ashitaka Emishi created shortly after Lancer, the Mizukage, taught Ashitaka the shark summoning contract. The user would first draw blood from themselves, then wipe the blood over their summoning tattoo as they release a surge of chakra that will activate a very unique summoning ability for future occurrences. This certain ability is to be able to summon a layer of countless, tiny sharks with wider heads that coat water release techniques produced by the user. When water jutsu produced by the user that are coated by these miniature sharks come in contact with opposing jutsu, the sharks would begin to do two simultaneous actions to decrease the opposing jutsu's strength (by one rank). The first action the sharks perform is to begin detaching themselves from the water jutsu they coat, taking the brunt of the opposing jutsu head on, using their durable bodies as a pseudo meat shield. While this is occurring, the wide headed sharks use their tremendous jaw strength and superb enamel to eat tiny parts of the jutsu away before they would become de-summoned. In turn, the rest of the incoming jutsu would de-summon the wide headed sharks, returning the sharks back to where they were summoned from. The reason this jutsu is instant is because there would be blood already smeared on the tattoo and chakra being passively released for summoning "basic" sharks. However, if someone Ashitaka Emishi taught this jutsu to that did not have a shark summoning tattoo, they would have to perform the basic summoning ritual instead and it would not have an instantaneous affect.

Description:
After performing the Dragon → Tiger handseals, this technique will summon a large amount of water near the user that will then be used to strike at the opponent in several versatile ways. Shizuku has been known to transform it into a dragon with a gaping mouth to attack though the user can shape it in any way he needs for his intended purpose. The water used will be stationary till it is sent offensively toward the opponent and as long as the user fuels it and the technique isn't fully negated, the Tiger handseal can be sustained and the water manipulated and used. The technique can also be used from nearby water sources, including low rank water techniques, for the same effect. Due to the immense control needed, the technique is considered a highly advanced use of water release, requiring the user to possess a primary water specialty to use.

Since you moved away into mid-range before my rotation finished, there wouldn't be any point for Dante to carry on for the last two jutsus. As his byakugan perceives your movement and the cancelling of the flow of the shark coming out of the arm, Dante prematurely ends his rotation and releases a burst of chakra from his feet to follow you, staying within short range. As you stopped ascending, I release my last chakra burst to put me next to you (I'll act like if you continued on) and as you're summoning the water underneath you I release my last chakra burst towards you. As I'm flying towards you and get really close to you, I release a vortex of frost from my mouth towards you without any handseals, freezing that booty of yours on arms range as you're releasing your water underneath yourself. As you turned into ice, I touch your body and cover you in an s-ranked layer of quartz with spikes going through you. Incase you try to expand once you defrosted, it'll zap your booty.

The frost produced by this version start out as a very thin line, enough to be fit between the user's fingers, before suddenly enlarging to strike the opponents. The other, simpler and seemingly faster way simply has the user gather frost and then shoot it out, with no seeming stance required, and a much wider blast of frost being produced directly from the user's mouth, albeit at a reduction of range, reaching only mid range.

Description: The basic creation technique for Quartz. After using two handseals, the user is able to create various tools, with the shaping of the tools being only limited by the users imagination. Things such as walls, spheres, spikes, pillars, swords, mountains, furniture, etc. These tools can be used for defensive purposes against attacks to intercept them, offensive use to make tools to attack/restrict the opponent. These constructs are create in three methods, either through their body (limbs, mouth, etc), the second from the actual earth, and the third method is being able to create these tools out of preexisting Quartz already, but requires an additional handseal when using this third method. The size, and power of the constructs depend mainly on the ranking used, A-Rank Quartz tools can never exceed that of an A-Rank structure seen in the manga/anime. This is the same for every ranking. The user can not create sentient beings from this technique. The power of this technique varies dependent on the amount of chakra fueled into it.

I notice the man boosting after me and observe his movements. He begins to take a deep breath while I release the handseal for my water technique and release a massive wave of Volcanic Ash out of my pores in conjunction with another jutsu that simultaneously increases the grain size of each individual ash particle forcing it to nearly triple in diameter.

The Ash jutsu easily melts away the blast of frost while coating you and petrifying you in a casting of Volcanic Ash that completely stops any and all movement turning you into a statue. Inhaling the ash would also petrify and incinerate your lungs as well as other organs in your body. (like the ones in Pompeii) The cloud spans mid range around us.

I use the freeform boosts I have to steadily allow me to descend to the ground while you plummet towards the earth.

Description: The user focuses volcanic ash chakra into their lungs or into the pores of their body and releases it, spewing out a cloud of hot ash in all directions.The hot ash travels quickly into the surrounding area and moves away from the user. As the ash passes over obstacles it burns them, scorching the earth and anyone who stands in the way of the expanding cloud. The ash's heat is incredibly strong as it is in other volcanic ash jutsu. The heat of the ash is enough to evaporate up to B rank and below water jutsu. When in contact with a human, the ash not only burns their skin but solidifies on the opponent. The ash would pile on and petrify the target(s). Because this jutsu is omnidirectional, it can be used on many targets such as the shadow clone jutsu technique. As the cloud of volcanic ash begins to spread out, it functions like Hidden mist jutsu would. The ash is an extension of the user's chakra therefore Sharingan nor Rinnegan would not be able to see through it but Byakugan would. Because of the user's concealed position, it is easy to conceal a secondary jutsu behind the expanding cloud of ash. This jutsu can only be used 4 times per battle but must have a 1 turn cool down between usages.

Description: One of the things that makes volcanic ash so deadly is its grain size. The naturally small grain size allows the ash to slip into small spaces and makes it easier for the target to inhale the ash. Bane of Pompeii allows the user to change the grain size of the ash. However, the user can only increase the size of the grain. This can be used in two fashions:

Medium Sized grain: The medium size grain of volcanic ash is about about 4 mm or .15 of an inch. (+5 Damage)
Large Sized Grain: The large sized grain of volcanic ash is 8mm or .3 of an inch. (+10 damage)

By adding more chakra into an already formed volcanic ash technique, the user can change the grain size of the ash increasing its damage. A side effect of increasing the grain size is the overall speed of the traveling volcanic ash technique. A volcanic ash jutsu equipped with Bane of Pompeii's speed is reduced to the speed to the speed of a common fire jutsu. If a large sized grain is used, speed is reduced to the speed of movement of a water jutsu technique. The way how this jutsu actually empowers Volcanic Ash techniques depends on the grain size for the explosion effect that volcanic ash jutsu hold. The larger the grain the more powerful the explosion.

This technique can only be used 4 times per battle. This jutsu can't be used consecutively in the same move. It usage must be coupled with the use of a target Volcanic Ash technique, costing essentially 2 moves (the original technique and this ability) of the users though done in the same time frame as a single one.

As the d-ranked volcanic ash is coming my way, I activate my hyuuga mode. The shroud of dark blue hue chakra envelopes my body and also significantly increases my size and the size of my techniques. As the mode protects me from the ashes, we both lower to the grounds front in front staring at eachother. You controlling your fall with your freeform x buster and I'm controlling my fall with my freeform chakra bursts. As we land on the ground, short range of eachother, I talk~

Dante smiles as he jumps towards you while activating a release of chakra from his points. A cloud of invisible chakra (to your eyes). Once Dante activated this cloud of chakra, he releases a boosted F-ranked wide af chakra blast towards you, obliterating you from sight.

Description: The Sage of Gentle Fist had traveled through many mountains and sections where he looked for ways to uncover more secrets about what chakra points really are, their limits and if they are expendable. Expendable in a way to push them beyond any shinobis' imagination. When a chakra point is being closed by hitting tenketsu points, it'll shut off a targets chakra pathway. When a chakra point is opened forcefully, the targets jutsus would naturally fail. Dante with his vast knowledge and beyond capability of Gentle Fist and precise chakra control to open his own chakra points to the point of letting his chakra pathway system surround him and conjure with his own flesh. While the user still somewhat remains his own physical form, the raw chakra fused with his body allows him to not only speed up and expand his execution of Gentle Fist but a unique feature of executing his Gentle Fist techniques in a more advanced shape manipulated and concentrated manner. This unique feature that the state provides enables the user to use Gentle Fist on par with more advanced techniques like elemental techniques. In this state, he is able to be one with Gentle Fist techniques like the Twin Lion Fist or any rotations and is able to resists physical damage up to a certain degree. His opening of chakra points and letting his raw chakra fuse with his own flesh offers a very concentrated shroud of chakra protecting him from techniques S-ranked and below. While active, the user's appearance expands significantly along with their jutsus and looks dark blue raw chakra which suppose to make up the user's body.

Description: Based on the principle of closing and opening chakra points, the user starts letting out raw chakra from all of his points around himself having an invisible cloud of raw chakra within mid range of him. The raw chakra that's been released constantly by the user being manipulated to have attributes of shutting down or opening chakra points of whatever is within their space. Soon as their target enters within short range, the target will feel massive pressure being placed on their chakra points, having great difficulty to channel their chakra due to the massive effect of the raw chakra cloud they're in on short range. The nature of the chakra will either close or open their chakra points forcefully, leaving their target with the feeling of weakness and having an abnormal control over their chakra due to having an immense pressure on their chakra points. For example, if they try to perform a simple chidori it will disipate in a burst of light or if they try to create an armor it'l just fall apart due to the inability over chakra control. Once the target manages to get away from the user's range, it'll take a turn to return to their full chakra control.
