Let's get this started shall we....
*Appears in a cloud of crimson smoke just as the lightning strikes behind Lucifer and his ninken, Nicor. He slowly sizes up opponent then throws a total of 6 shuriken ,3 curve to your right side and 3 curve to your left side, then he slams his hand on the water's surface releasing chakra into the water as this happens two water orbs sprout out of the ocean and takes the shape of Lucifer after this happens he then creates clouds that combine with the existing ones causing it to rain shortly after this is done.*

Skulduggery tilts hsi head, seeing the man throw shuriken that curve at it from both sides, he turns so that his left side faces his target and then he dives forward, the shuriken shoot passed him as skulduggery jumped through the gap between the shurikem (since they were coming at me from a curved angle, not straight on).
As Skulduggery is running straight at his opponent he creates a Rasengan in his right hand, using his great chakra control, forming this perfect spiraling ball. As he gets into close range he dives left, his left elbow sticking out as he strikes one of the water clones in the face and it turns into water as he hits it with some force, he then runs straight at Lucifer and extends his Rasengan arm out to strike his adversary in the chest.

*As you finish dodging my shuriken and charging at me with your rasengan I first change one of my clones into 4 water spikes and launch them at as soon as you're within range after this I toss a shuriken to my other water clone and tell him to take care of business he then charges at you a few feet behind the spikes, as this happens I and my ninken run towards you picking up speed gradually as this happens I and my ninken begin to spin together creating a large vortex we then head directly towards you.*

Skulduggery looks to see everything starts to diverge on him, the clone he was going for turns to spikes and the other clone is going in for the kill. Skulduggery stops his Rasengan and faces the real opponent, as everything gets close he jumps high into the air leaving a trail of wind which arcs as Skully back flips, the wind creates an arc path that shoots towards the Gatsuga-ing enemy. In the process of doing this he dodges the water spikes which shoot passed and kill the other clone, leaving you to be hit by the arcing wind which would severely damage you.

*Lucifer doesn't hear the sound of someone getting pierced and quickly reacts by first cancelling the ninjutsu then he slides with his ninken partner a few feet away from your attack, as this happens my clone immediately runs towards my and yours location with the kunai still in his right hand being held in front of his face he will reach us in 8 seconds, after stopping I stomp my left foot causing a pillar of water to launch me and my ninken partner to the right out of the way of the way of your attack as I roll through the air I land on all fours after that I increasing my speed I then place one of my daggers in my mouth and charge head on at you with my ninken beside me while running I throw a kunai to my ninken who catches it in his mouth just as me and him switch places while running.*

As Skulduggery is in the air (from using the wind jutsu) he notices his opponent uses the water pillar to dodge the attack and runs quickly towards him with his ninken. The Skeleton quickly makes the Tiger handseal after compressing a bunch of chakra within him, he lands on the ground and expels 3 dragon head-shaped fireballs which he manipulates with some skill so that each dragon head hits a different target. (one would hit your clone and the other two would hit you and your ninken.)
After this, Skulduggery makes a single Shadow Clone on his left side.

* Noticing the fireballs he first begins to spin with his ninken at an incredible speed he then begins to weave through the fireballs with incredible speed after dodging the fireballs he quickly heads straight up and and holds out his palm focusing chakra into the form of several water shuriken which he then launches at you with his other hand by pushing it forward they will cover your entire body then he raises one hand towards the sky after a millisecond several bolt of lightning come down from the sky towards you and your surroundings. Due to the speed of the jutsu the lightning strikes first paralyzing you just before the shurikens pierce your abdomen, legs, chest, and arms. My water clone that never got destroyed throws his kunai at the back of your neck where the brain and nevous system connect he is roughly 10 seconds away.**
