In the amidst of a hot summer, an arrival of a stranger seeking the Eighth Tailed Beast Jinchuriki. When brought to meet the individual, they had already slaughtered the locals to make an example of their wait time. Upon seeing the carnage, his body would freeze as red chakra liquid-like foam oozed out of this body. ("We doing this aren't we?... Don't lose composure, focus on drawing them away from the village boi") as Kekai would walk down the stairs meeting ground level to his enemy, he would appear like the beast within. Only to move towards the sea as he kept his sight on his enemy, his goal was to draw him out into the sea and away from the village.

Description: The jinchūriki accesses his Bijuu's chakra and releases a portion of it into his body, triggering this initial transformation. By doing this, red chakra oozes from his skin, engulfing him in a chakra shroud that resembles a miniature, translucid version of his Bijuu ( although with little detail ), with a variable number of tails ( depends on which Bijuu it is ) and certain unique traits like the Kyuubis ears or Hachibi's horns. The jinchūriki gains a drastic increase in speed, being capable of fighting on par with almost any ninja and gets his Taijutsu damage boosted not only by the increased strength behind his chakra shroud but also by the chakra shroud itself, which damages enemies to the touch. In certain situations, the jinchūriki can also gain more animalistic abilities, such as running tremendously fast on all fours or viciously clawing on his enemies. The chakra shroud protects the jinchūriki from damage and grants him a high resistance to all C-Rank and below techniques and B-rank and below Taijutsu.
Note: Can only be used 3 times and lasts for a maximum of 5 turns.

(Iryō-yō Gantoretto ) - Medical Gauntlet

Description: The medical gauntlet is a gauntlet that is also a computer that was created by Korra for gathering data and storing it. The gauntlet is a standard gauntlet with a touch screen/holo display. The screen always faces up no matter what angle the user has their arm up. The gauntlet also has an opening to fit in 5 test tube the user can use to store poison vials or DNA vials. With the DNA/Poison being stored the user is able to scan and learn about the KG/AE in the DNA as well as antidotes for poisons. In the NW the gauntlet can connect to any NPC computer to send and take files for the user. If other users have a gauntlet they can communicate with each other landmarks away to share important info faster. This is done by incorporating a similar sealing technique like (Fuuinjutsu: Kami Komyunikēshon) Sealing Arts: Scroll Communication technique to allow for the communication. The gauntlet computer that also can alert the user to when their chakra system is disrupted and in a genjutsu. The Gauntlet can release a burst of chakra into the user and break them out of A rank and below genjutsu. It can also alert the user to any damage they have taken and to what extent.

(Kage Fūinjutsu: Hikarinonakani) - Shadow Sealing Arts: Into the Light

Description: Into the Light is a sealing technique that builds on the concepts of Hiding in Shadow & Shadow Killer, a technique that allows the user to enter shadows, and a technique that allows the user to store equipment in their shadows, respectively. By adding a unique seal, Store (格納), to the user's shadow, these abilities are bolstered, allowing the user to store/rerelease techniques into/from the shadow in a similar fashion. Techniques that would be stored in the shadow must be of equivalent size or smaller than the shadow itself, and it must be a physical technique. Techniques 1-2X larger than the shadow get reduced by 20 points, and techs 2-3X larger get reduced by 10 points, due to the partial 'absorption' of force/momentum. The portion of the opposing technique's initial contact with the shadow is what determines it's size, and length is generally insignificant. For techniques that are wider in one portion that the other, they would follow the previously stated deduction aspect. Into the Light can be applied in the same t/f of another shadow technique, and each shadow this is applied to can only absorb up to two opposing techniques, without having them destroy eachother in the shadow. Techniques within the shadow can not be manipulated or sensed by opponents, and they would be in a form of stasis that preserves them as they were absorbed. If the shadow used for storage was destroyed (or the shadow technique expires/ends), the techniques would be released back, with the user having a mental control on the release's direction. In cases where the user is incapable of making such a decision for one reason or another, it would always be angled away from the user towards the nearest foreign chakra source. It should be noted that when techniques are released, that the opponents can control them if possible (Depends on the technique the used), although for most cases, such as projectiles and similar, they lose the ability to do so. The user can apply this to his shadow beforehand, allowing the next shadow technique to carry the aforementioned abilities. (Must be posted in first post or in bio) Into the Light can be used thrice per battle with a two turn cooldown in between usages, costing an additional ten chakra points to maintain per turn, otherwise the techniques stored would be released.
With his return into existence the Nara had several plans that needed execution, starting off with him getting reacclimatised to his strength. To achieve such a task he went with a route that serves his ultimate goal, a route that lead to attacking the village of the Hachibi. After some provocation the Jinchuriki would finally make an appearance and would almost immediately take off.

So be it...

Vayne would toss out a scroll into the sky and proceed to take off his leg weights. The scroll would provide extra means of sensory, while the LW were simply to catch up much faster to the Jinchuriki. Soon enough Vayne would reach the sea alongside the Jinchu, stopping at long range away from the creature. Without much of a warning, Vayne would perform three handseals and cause the water behind the Jinchu to form into multiple large spike aimed towards the short range area around and including the Jinchuruki.

Description:
The user stops, bends over to reach his legs and unstraps his leg weights, dropping them to the ground. As a result the user gains a drastic boost to his running speed (doubles) and +20 to all his Strong Fist Kick-related moves. However, this boost in strength and speed is completely nullified when releasing the EIG or when using any kind of movement speed enhancement technique or weight manipulation technique; they don't add up on each other.

Description: Through the use of a scroll the user will toss it into the sky about five meters in which it will poof open, while unwinding in order to allow a pre drawn work of art in the form of large amount of clouds to fly into the skies. Once the clouds fly up, they will deceptively blend in with the real ones and begin to downpour ink in the form of rain drops. Due to the unique coloring of the rain drops, it will be difficult to tell the difference between the real rain and the fake rain at first glance, but upon impact with the ground or person, it rapidly loses its colouring and turns black in colour like the original ink. The ink will continue to fall from the sky above, forming puddles of “water” while also soaking into other non sentient objects. The ink is connected to the user’s chakra, and thus can be used as a source to create their ink techniques, but the other use of it is that the user is mentally aware of when the ink touches something, acting as a unique form of sensory for the user. Can be used three times per battle, lasting four turns each

Description: After forming three handseals, the user produces large spikes capable of impaling clean through a target. This technique can be performed from afar through any existing water source, even mist, to rain down on its foe or erupt from the ground. The user can also produce a spike to act as a makeshift sword for the wielder to strike with at hand.

Sorry for the late, not feeling well still.

In the chakra shroud, reducing the attack only to have the seal further weak the attack as he would partially turn into the water in the areas of aim. This occurring as he bolts towards his opponent to close the range, soon he be in mid-range, slashing them downwards into the sea from their head.


(Fuuin: Kanbatsu Jakunen Metsubou) - Sealing Technique: Law of the Logia (Upon Bio)

Description: The user will have a seal on their body with the Kanji for a specific element and it will lay dormant until the user is physically struck, be it by an attack, weapon or an opponent. Whenever the user is physically interacted with (e.g. punched, stabbed, shot), their body will instantly exhibit all of the properties of the chosen element. This doesn't mean their body merely has the properties of the element but rather when interacted with the targeted part(s) of the body will passively dissipate into storm energy or harden into steel (effect depends on the chosen element). If for example the user is stabbed and they turn into storm energy, the bladed weapon would merely phase through their energy-composed body and leave them unaffected. On the other side of the scale, if the user's body hardens into steel then the attack will simply do them no harm. After the attack or strike has passed through them, their body will automatically revert itself to it's normal appearance. Since this technique usually only applies to specific parts of the body, any unconverted portions of the user's body can still be moved/controlled/used as normal. While in this form, the user can only use the element they transformed into, the element's it's composed of and any combination of the aforementioned element as well as any non-elemental abilities. This technique enables the user to defend against A-Ranks and below of neutral elements (B-Ranks and below for weaknesses, S-Ranks and below for strengths). If the user is struck with an attack that will neutralize their transformation, the two cancel one another out and the user reverts to their original form unharmed. If the user is struck with an attack that overpowers their transformation, the user's body reverts to it's original form and sustains the remaining damage (after the collision of techniques). The only exception to this rule is if the two chosen elements have no sort of interaction with one another (e.g. Fire and Lightning), in which case rank differences will not matter. Regardless of how the user is hit, this can be a full body or partial transformation (depends on the user’s choice). Should they be struck by a physical attack capable of cancelling out their transformation (e.g. a sword streaming nagashi), the sword will remain inside them on reversion and they’ll be impaled by the blade.

Notes:
-Can only be taught by Detective L.
-This seal can only activate twice per battle and lasts one turn
-This technique must be stated in user's biography
-Follows elemental strengths and weaknesses

Intrigued by the ability demonstrated, Vayne would amp up the pressure in an attempt to draw out more of the Jinchuriki's potential. Vayne would charge towards the Jinchuriki as he performs hand seals, creating a barrier that quickly expands around him, engulfing the Jinchuriki in the process. The barrier would revert the Jinchu back to his normal state without the chakra shroud, significantly weakening him. With his enhanced natural speed, Vayne would flow his run into an attack, effortlessly combining the two to deliver a powerful rising left kick towards the Jinchuriki's lowerd abdomen, sending him launching several meters backwards. The kick would be delivered from a low stance, coming counter clockwise in a rising fashion, with Vayne's hands on the water for maximum support. With his enhanced speed and strength, the kick should come out of nowhere (16 SPD vs 14 tracking w/o shroud) dealing significant damage, especially since it was chained with Perfect Cube.

(Fuuinjutsu: Kanpekina rippōtai)- Sealing Arts: Perfect Cube

Description: Perfect cube is a very intricate fuin technique. The user will do a set of three handseals, ending with the tiger. Doing this, the user will cause a barrier to erect from short range around the user in haste taking on a translucent purple color and expanding from there. Once the cube fully forms, anything inside the barrier excluding humans and summons, will be drained and absorbed, completely dispersing said technique. The unique thing about perfect cube is that, once you are in the cube, no jutsu containing chakra is able to be used without the cube completely absorbing it, and any jutsu that is directed towards the cube from the outside will be reflected back towards the opponent. Though the cube is not unbreakable, being able to be broke by completely overpowering the cube by means greater than the rank of the custom or non chakra infused techniques of equal rank (such as taiutsu, kenjutsu etc)

Mere moments would occur as the two would neared each other, Kekai having the intent to overwhelm his enemy and meanwhile his opponent eager for combat. The two came to a heated conflict that would ramble throughout the terrain across the sea. The more his opponent pushed Kekai, the further his power would grow shuttering the air. Watching as they'd form handseals as they neared, his opponent would enact a barrier of-sorts only to be countered by the seals embedded within Kekai's body. This action occurring without much command, but with an intent programed within it. Using the inner chakra within, his opponent now as he was within range to him attempting to strike, Kekai would summon more of his inner Biju chakra which would then release black chakra which enveloped his body, a powerful force would be emitted as the waters he stood upon and all that was around him would instantly experience a potent push of chakra! Now which only soon gave appearance of the form as an ox with eight tails and a skeleton of an ox attached to his body. A roar then after as Kekai would experience the immense power racing through him. With his opponent in mid-range now, Kekai would focus as his let his partner to the hard work created a mini-black sphere which he'd swallow, using Yin to change its nature as he was aiming at their opponent as they released it afterwards as massive beam at insane speeds as a surged lesser of yellow lightening.

(Fuuin: Bachi no Fukyuu) - Sealing Technique: Bane of the Immortal (Upon Body) (Passive)

Description: The user will have a seal on their body with the Kanji for "Eternal". The seal lies dormant and is passively activated whenever the opponent tries to seal or drain the user's chakra and/or abilities. The seal will instantly release an intangible barrier that surrounds the user's body like an armour. Any abilities which act externally such as the canon techniques Multiple Infinite Embraces or Living Barrier will be unable to affect anything inside the barrier, namely the user's body. Seals which act internally will first have their chakra be absorbed by the barrier (happens instantly and so before they can come into effect) and once erected, the barrier will prevent any further insertion of chakra while active. The seal is self-sustaining and will involuntary leech chakra from the user's body. This is for the express purpose of maintaining this technique even when the user can't use or mold chakra. This is possible as the chakra still exists within the user as it is equivalent of their very life-force. This can counter S-Rank and below sealing techniques. This cannot be activated manually and will only ever activate under the aforementioned conditions. It lasts for four turns or until the ability attempting to seal or drain the user's chakra or abilities is no longer active, whichever is longer.

( Hachibi Fukanzen Hengi no Jutsu ) - Eight Tailed Initial Transformation Technique

Description: When the incomplete form is activated, Killer B will Rise his fist in the air making two horns with his fingers and he will then release black chakra which then envelops his body which takes the form of an ox with eight tails and a skeleton of an ox attached to his body. As the shroud is completed, a short ranged burst of chakra pushes anything away, signaling the massive amount of chakra gathered and infused into the user. The chakra shroud offers defense against all techiques B rank and below. Whilst in this form Killer B gets a power boost to his ink ninjutsu and lightning techniques aswell as his taijutsu techniques.
Note: This Transformation lasts a maximum of 4 turns.
Note: Can only be used twice, after each usage the user cannot activate it for at least 8 turns. Should it end, the user is left unable to use any Bijuu jutsu above A rank for two turns.

(Inton: Ten ni henkō) - Yin Release: Change into Heaven

Description: The user manipulates a technique of the basic 5 elements with Yin nature, allowing him to change its properties. Fire can become solid. Lightning can become tangible. The possibilities are as endless as is the user’s own imagination. The end resulting technique is neutral to all basic elemental natures. This doesn't consume time since it’s actually a skill applied to a technique used at the same time.
Note: Yin Release masters can apply this technique to advanced fields, CE and advanced elements.
Note: Usable 3 times per battle and 6 times per event.

( Bijutsu: Chūtohanpa Bijudama ) Biju Technique: Incomplete Tailed Beast Ball (Affected by Yin-Change to Heaven)

Description: An incomplete, smaller and less powerful version of the full Tailed Beast Ball, this attack can be used by Jinchurikis and Pseudo Jinchuriki's while in their incomplete transformations. Like its original full version, the Tailed Beast Ball is a statement of the massive amount of powerful chakra contained inside the Bijuu but manifested into a massive chakra ball or into a beam of destructive chakra. To form the attack, they gather both positive black chakra (+の黒チャクラ, purasu no kuro chakura), and negative white chakra (−の白チャクラ, mainasu no shiro chakura), shape it into a sphere, and then compress it in front of their mouth. Then they can either release it as a sphere attack or swallow it, releasing afterwards a massive beam of chakra much faster than the projectile version. The black and white chakra needs to be balanced at an 8:2 ratio respectively or it will backfire.
Note: Can only be used in Initial Transformations in the case of Jinchuriki's or in the final pseudo-transformation for Pseudo Jinchuriki's
