Takemikazuchi’s Anvil is considered by the samurai to be perhaps the most strategically important area in their territory, for it is home to the biggest mining operation on the peninsula. Surrounded by the frozen wasteland is an incredibly deep, perfectly circular open-pit mine. The pit is huge, though relatively small in diameter compared to its depth. As necessitated by the arctic climate of their home the samurai build almost all structures from iron or steel, creating a large demand for metals. Because of this neverending demand the mine spans for miles underground and are tremendous in both scope and complexity. Well lit inside and with some portions extremely high ceilings it could well be considered a city of its own, if not for the fact that it houses few permanent inhabitants.


I shall be utilizing Chun-Li in signature, post thy bio and I'll start first.

Chun-li would have been stretching her arms and legs, as she normally did for her morning routines but felt an eerie presence nearby. The maiden would have turned and came face to face with a cryptic looking lady. “Urm…are you lost ma’am? I can show you the way ou…” she paused for a moment. She slowly recounted in her memory not so long ago, about a woman who slaughtered innocent lives back at Tsumigakure. Such inhumane and unjustified acts of atrocity shouldn’t go unpunished. “Oh…nevermind. It seems fate has allowed me to cross paths with an vile woman like you…” she said, slamming her fists together. She would have activated her Chakra Enhanced Strength alongside her “Kendo” variant of the same technique. Of course, these actions had no clear indication of their activation but never the less, the maiden of power was prepared. Chun-Li would quickly ran forward, starting into a front flip as she brought her left leg down and unleashed a powerful blade of chakra from it towards the witch. This blade would have been accompanied by more microscopic blades that bleed off from Chun-Li’s chakra shroud.

She would have then run from her right flank, slowly inching closer to the opponent until she was completely behind her with the intention of then rushing at her from behind. “You’re going to pay for the lives you took that day!

Description: Journey of the Swordless is a technique which is always active for those who practice the art of Kyotoryu. Being active from the very beginning of battle, Journey of the Swordless is classified as a passive technique to all those who wish to utilize it. While most Kyotoryu techniques do not require this, Journey of the Swordless is meant to enhance the users Kyotoryu techniques to their maximum, by sacrificing a real sword in the process.

To start, the user coats their entire body in a tiny, razor sharp layer of chakra, which looks very similar to the Medical Scalpel technique, to activate this technique. Once active, the user become a human blade, as all their strikes carry the same cutting potential as any regular sword, by being enhanced by their razor sharp chakra. Another benefit to this technique, is that the razor sharp chakra around the users body allows them to bypass wind resistances, allowing their strikes to also be much faster than when performing techniques with an actual sword. Another benefit of this, is that due to the wind resistance being removed from their strikes, while also gaining speed, all the users kenjutsu gain additional damage, by having any wind resistance removed, the strikes carry more weight, striking much harder and with more maneuverability than one could perform with a regular sword. However, the damage bonus is further increased when utilized with Kyotoryu techniques, as these techniques are specifically created for the fight style, adding Journey of the Swordless on top further empowers them, allowing the unique movements of Kyotoryu fighting style to be even more deadly than usual.

However, while this technique seems strong, the largest drawback is the user loses their ability to hold a sword. The chakra around the users body will destroy any sword hilt it comes into contact with. Even with indestructible blades, the hilt of the sword will be rejected, forcefully pushed out of the users hand if he tried to wield a bladed weapon. This is only the case for swords however, other objects, like Staffs, can be wielded, but any techniques requiring a Staff will Not gain any benefits from this technique.

Restrictions:
Must be posted in the users bio if they wish have it passive from the start of battle. Chakra cost can be paid to activate it during battle.
Once activated, the users Arms, Legs, Head, and even torso become a replacement for any Technique that requires a sword.
Due to the nature of the chakra, the user cannot wear any armor, nor can the user wield a sword of any description. However the user is able to wield non bladed weapons, but those weapons will gain no bonus' from this technique.
Any jutsu the user users, such as Earth Armor, will have its defenses Reduced by -20 if used over top of this technique. However, this only applies to techniques that attach to the users body, techniques such as Susanoo, will be unaffected.
This technique can be used by Samurai, following all the same restrictions as regular uses. However, as the user cannot wear armor with this technique active, it cannot be used with Bushido, however SSS and Iaido can be used in conjunction

Description: The user focuses chakra into their hands and feet using precise chakra control and releases it with pinpoint timing, which greatly enhances their strength. Instead of using Chakra enhanced strength just to increase their taijutsu the user can exert their chakra control through a weapon allowing them to increase the damage done. This allows the user to cut or smash through bone, earth, and even metal (following elemental strength and weaknesses) but because its used through a weapon the damage increase is not as much as if used to increase the users taijutsu. This technique follows the same principles as Chakra Enhanced Strength and so can be activated in the same timeframe (but only after Chakra Enhanced Strength is activated) as the afforementioned jutsu but this obviously still counts as an additional move and does not combine the power of Chakra Enhanced Strength with this jutsu.
Note: Can only be used by Sakura, Momoshiki, Sarada or Tsunade bios.

Description:
Hattori Hanzo is the name of the armour that has been passed down for generations between ninja. This armour set has been word for centuries, each ninja upgrading and perfecting the armour until the armour itself became a weapon that was able to be used in battle. Originally crafted and created by a Samurai named Hattori Hanzo, the actual name of the armour has been lost long ago, after it was stolen and claimed by a ninja, who proceeded to pass it down. They say the spirit of the Samurai who made it still dwells within the armour, watching over who ever may wear it protecting them. (simply cosmetic, doesnt actually give the user any sensing or any abilities)
Hattori Hanzo is a dress armour with unique properties of being both offensive and defensive. While comprised of lightweight leather underneath, on top of the armour actually are slots for ninja tools that may be stacked on top of each other, forming a scale like pattern on top of the leather, but underneath the cloth design cover that is on top (fig. 1). By simply flicking the dress one can fire out a ninja tool in the chosen direction as it comes loose from the dress, travelling at the same speed as if being thrown. These ninja tools are specially made by the current wearer to be custom made chakra metal ninja tools, able to conduct chakra. The advantage of the battle dress firstly is that while all the ninja tools are stacked like scales. they provide the user a reduction of 30 damage from techniques that are physical in nature (Earth, Steel, etc) in one instance of damage. The armor can resist a total of S-Rank (80) damage in total before shattering. Each ninja tool is capable of being taken from the dress by the user and held or thrown. Several of these shuriken are custom made to be larger shuriken (fig. 2) again able to conduct the chakra of what ever element the user is currently using at the cost of an extra 20 chakra dealing 60 damage. Within the same timeframe once per turn, the user can channel the same elemental chakra along side the current attack they are doing, and do a pirouette spinning on the spot sending out a barrage of these elementally enhanced shuriken, at the cost of 40 chakra and dealing 80 damage; this can only be used twice per battle.

Strix had been travelling north to visit her homeland, making the pilgrimage once a year since she left to pay tribute to her now destroyed home. Sentimental but it was part of her ritual, and she wasn't one to flaunt tradition. As the Witch travelled, a woman stretching called out to her saying something paying for what she did but it didnt matter, it looked like she was set on battling. Sighing and reaching down to take her leg weights off, Strix placed them down underneath her cloak. Activating her hearing aids, capable of pinpointing minute sounds and visualizing in her minds eye Strix simply pivoted on the spot watching as the attack simply passed by harmlessly.

Description:
The Banshee's Wail is a special set of in-ear defenders that were made for the purpose of mimicking the Sound Ninjutsu known as Inner Sonar, but to a much more advanced level. By using technology fitted within the defenders, the user can decipher where and what happens around them with pinpoint precision without the need to use their breathing for the technique. When the device receives any vibrations of sound, it can calculate where it had come from, and by sending a harmless current into the users inner ear, can allow them to "feel" where or what happened without actually seeing it. The device itself also has built in dampeners that allow it filter out any extreme noise above certain thresholds that would be damaging to the user while also being able to filter out any noise that may affect the users balance through manipulation of sound.

-Must be kept active with 10 chakra per turn.
-Can filter 60 damage worth of Sound jutsu per turn

(Han Sochi no jutsu)- Half Step technique

She was either senile or truly mocking her, which the kunochi took as the latter. “Fine, let’s see you sidestep this!” she said in tandem, utilizing her earth chakra. This would have allowed her weight to increase by x15 though only for a brief moment. The ground underneath her would have cracked from this action, but quickly she would have energy coming from her right leg. She utilized her chakra to guide it into her left as she stomped and released the energy into the surface. This caused very ground in a 10 x 10 area in front of Chun – Li to violently erupt into a ‘forest’ of sharp and jagged stone, attempting to pierce and cut into the opponent preventing any possible room for escape though Chun – Li would have expected the attempt. She would have quickly performed a kick into the air, attempting to drag the opponent closer towards not just her but also into the vicinity of the sharp winds. This would have then been shaped/molded into a giant snake, attempting to ravish through Strix’s body. Chun – Li was at her wits end, as she would begin to march afterwards, unaffected by the pulling forces selective nature and using the rocks she dislodged from the terrain to hop closer to her intended target.

The chakra blades of her shroud would have bleed off into these techniques as well, adding some additional sharpness into them in tandem.

Description: The user begins as they do with any other RE Taekwondo technique, by increasing their weight and using the force generated by the surface they are standing on in retaliation. The user then gathers this force, channels it into one of their legs, then redirects this force into the other leg. Then, by driving the receiving leg back into the ground, and releasing the energy in the form of a pushing motion, the user becomes able to alter the very shape of the terrain in a single swift, elegant manoeuvre. This seemingly simple technique has a variety of uses, for example, the user could raise a large section of the ground directly in front of themselves in order to defend themselves from all manner of attacks, both big and small. Another potential application is altering the ground over a wider area in general, although not on the same scale as the previous example, allowing the user to potentially throw their target off-balance due to the wider area of effect, or to otherwise affect the terrain in a manner that is beneficial to the user. The user can even perform more specific actions, such as raising more specific fragments of the earth in order to attack colossal or flying Summoning Animals, albeit within a reasonable range and/ or area of effect.

Description: Olga's Attraction is an Eight Deva Guardians technique, centered around the Naga subskill. The user begins by focusing chakra into their leg and swiping it through the air. This swiped generates intense air currents that can be shaped to form an animal. However, these air currents function differently than normal Eight Deva Guardians techniques. These air currents work similar to suction, able to pull in targets towards the user. Due to the shape manipulation involved in Eight Deva Guardians and the level of complexity and selectivity in the style, the user is able to specifically select the targets in which these air currents can effect. Once caught up in these currents, the user begins to shape the currents into a giant serpent with cutting air currents. The user effectively pulls the target into the body of the serpent causing damage on contact with it. These air currents can pull targets from up to Mid range away from the snake formation.
Note: This can only be used three times per battle with a two turn cool down in between usages.
Note: No Eight Deva Guardians techniques can be used in the same turn as this technique.

This swiped generates intense air currents that can be shaped to form an animal. However, these air currents function differently than normal Eight Deva Guardians techniques. These air currents work similar to suction, able to pull in targets towards the user. Due to the shape manipulation involved in Eight Deva Guardians and the level of complexity and selectivity in the style, the user is able to specifically select the targets in which these air currents can effect. Once caught up in these currents, the user begins to shape the currents into a giant serpent with cutting air currents. The user effectively pulls the target into the body of the serpent causing damage on contact with it. These air currents can pull targets from up to Mid range away from the snake formation.
Note: This can only be used three times per battle with a two turn cool down in between usages.

Strix frowned her face, the woman clearly has incredible strength but it was all going to waste. She was directing it into ranged attacks, giving her opponent ample time to actually counter or avoid them. Was this the extent of her skill, using ranged attacks hoping that one of them would hit?

You should probably find better ways to put that incredible strength to use, maybe like a farm hand, or maybe you could perform at the circus as a Strongman?

Strix chuckled to herself as the ground erupted, Strix would weave 3 seals fluidly as he placed a hand to her chest causing three things to happen near instantly. Firstly, her body would be flooded with sugar chakra, causing an increase in speed, while also giving her taijutsu a slight boost. Next she would pull the Relic Weapon, Demise, from her chest as a torrent of black flames would form into the scythe. Lastly with her increased speed and tracking she could easily avoid the destructive pillars of the earth that came out, a simple 10m by 10m square of chakra edging around the destroyed area putting her at the flank of Chun Li at 5 meters away. Strix would then following up by channelling chakra into her scythe.

If we keep fighting, I might have to get 10% serious, its a fair warning. You have a lot of strength Ill give you that, but you're far from using it right.

Moeru - Blaze (S Rank)
Channelling Amaiton chakra around the body, the user creates a source of readily available energy allowing the muscles to work at their limits without losing any energy. By fueling the muscles with sugar for 3 turns, the user moves at 3x their speed, giving a +15 to taijutsu due to the increase in speed.

Kirakira - Glitter (F Rank)
One of the most dangerous and reckless uses of Amaiton, is the Glitter. Glitter surrounds the muscles in sugar chakra, with a ready supply effectively drowning the muscles in the chakra. Pushing the users body beyond normal safe limits, this mode effectively stresses and tears muscles due to the extreme strain put on them. While extremely dangerous, this does also give the user for 2 turns to move at 4x their speed, with an added bonus of +25 to their taijutsu. After the jutsu ends, the user is left extremely drained to the overloaded build up of lactic acid in their system and the risk of hypoglycemia.

Description: Crafted from the bones of Tiamat and infused with the wood of the God Tree, Demise is a scythe, with its staff formed from ivory pale bone with a sharp, black, metallic scythe blade at the top. At the bottom of the wooden staff is a crystalline orb, flickering with black and white energies within it; representative of a fully powered weapon core. The scythe is bound to the Jewel Seal and can be summoned to the user or sealed away passively, at their discretion. On the side of the staff is an inscription; “The Fate which befalls those who toil in the fields shall too fall upon those who live in the high castle.”

Intrinsic Traits:

Eternal Toil (I-III): For each turn the user is in in a state of movement their damage will increase by 2/4/6 per turn, up to a maximum of 4/5/6 times. Activating a stack requires the user move at least five meters from their position at the beginning of their turn; stacks are lost one turn after the user fails to meet this condition, resetting the damage.
Fruits of Labor (I-III): Damage inflicted to the user’s opponents, not counting elemental familiars, Creations, or other external entities, regenerates the user at a rate of 20/30/40% of the damage inflicted.
Shroud of the Reaper (I-III): When the user activates a mobility technique, like Flicker Evasion, they release a pulse of intangible energy that slows all enemies surrounding them within short-range. This reduces their movement speed by 30/40/50% for two full turns.

Wither (I-II): The power of Demise is within its Wither; a power that befalls the smallest of peasants and the most powerful of lords. Wither is a passive skill that naturally augments all of the user’s energy-based techniques, like Fire and Lightning Releases. Techniques influenced by Wither become intermixed with wispy black and white flames. Techniques augmented by Wither naturally inflict more damage on organic targets; when struck the techniques damage is inflicted and applies a Wither effect to the target. Wither inflicts 10% of the technique’s base damage each turn for two turns. When Tier II is unlocked Wither’s damage is augmented to 20%, and it lasts four turns. The effects of Wither can be negated or healed through Yin-Yang based skills. Basic Medical Ninjutsu can heal damage done by Wither, but at a reduced rate of 50%.

Uniformed Fate
The fate of all shared by all, wielded in a single point. Uniformed Fate causes Demise to glow with a black aura, and its blade becomes a black steel.

Redirection (B-Rank, passive): The power of Wither is redirected into the Scythe itself, making Wither only usable when the Scythe makes direct contact with organic matter. Wither’s effects, at both Tier I and II, are empowered to deal double their damage within their allotted timeframes.
Irkalla’s Fury (A-Rank, active): A technique that allows the user to repurpose all healing done by Fruits of Labor; with this technique the user is able to decide to set aside any healing done by Fruits of Labor, preventing it from healing the user but pooling it for use in Irkalla’s Fury. This focuses all pooled healing into a single black-energy orb, launching it up to long-range and inflicting up to a maximum of 180 damage. The orb is neutral to all techniques and elements and can, upon striking a target, expand up to 10 meters.
Forged in Fire (S-Rank, passive): Demise is reinforced, empowered to cause its blade to inflict S-Rank physical damage when used at the cost of a move. This can be further empowered through external techniques and physical enhancements.
Withering Echo (S-Rank, active): At the cost of a move the user is able to augment the blade of Demise to release an intangible wave of Wither up to five meters from the blade. The wave is shaped in the exact size and shape of Demise’s scythe. This can be done once every three turns.
Blighted Destruction (F-Rank, passive): When Demise itself strikes a technique or opponent it blights the target with Blighted Destruction; if Demise’s strike directly destroys or kills the target it unleashes Blighted Destruction, causing the surface beneath to be infected by Withering energy itself. This energy spans up to 10 meters outside of the size of the original technique, and infects anyone within it with Wither barring the user.

Withering Disciple
All sharing in a single fate, spread through exploding darkness. The Withering Disciple causes Demise to radiate a black and white glow, with trails of energy falling to the ground from its form.

Happiness of All Mankind (B-Rank, passive): Modifies the passive granted by Fruits of Labor, allowing it to work on technique clashes; however, this comes at the cost of reducing the amount healed by these clashes to 2/4/6%.
Wrath of the Reaper (A-Rank, active): A technique that allows the user to infuse excess healing done by the Happiness of All Mankind into future techniques, boosting them by a maximum of 40 additional damage. This can only be applied to techniques which work with Wither, and can only be used a maximum of four times per battle.
Overflowing Wither (S-Rank, active): A technique activated within the same timeframe as an energy-based technique, allowing the user to cause the Wither infused within to burst in a torrent of black and white flames reaching up to ten meters from the original technique. Any target struck by these flames is afflicted by Wither, as well as takes 50% of the original technique’s base damage. Can be activated once every three turns.
Empowered Withering Flames (S-Rank, passive): Once every three turns the user is able to passively augment one of their techniques that is infused with Wither, allowing it to move at three times the user’s base speed and inflict 30 more damage. Any flames created through Overflowing Wither, even when this technique is on cooldown, will move at twice the user’s base speed.
Witherfyre (F-Rank, active): Converts the user’s body into pure Witherfyre, transforming them into nothing but Wither. In this state the user is only able to perform Fire and Lightning elemental natures, as well as any Custom Elements created from them as well as Fuuinjutsu. Empowers Happiness of All Mankind by 100%, as well as increasing the damage done by Wither by 50%. The user moves at three times their base speed and anything they physically interact with in this state is blighted with Wither. Lasts for four turns and can be used twice. While in this state the user is immune to energy-based techniques.

Dominion
All that which exists within the Fates is yours for the taking. Dominion causes Demise to glow green, and its metallic scythe forms itself into a dark purple void-like coloration.

Debilitating Aura (B-Rank, passive): Empowers the Shroud of the Reaper, causing any who are influenced by the slowing pulse to be disoriented for a brief moment, making the user impossible to track through the basic five senses.
Essence Siphon (A-Rank, active): When activated the user can empower themselves by siphoning the essence of each organic matter target afflicted by Wither. Each target increases the user’s damage by 10, their speed by 2x, and their reactions by 4x. This boost lasts for the turn it was used in, and removes Wither from the afflicted targets. Can be used six times per battle.
The Contagion Spreads (S-Rank, passive): The user is able to spread the effects of Wither to non-organic targets by using an afflicted organic target as a conduit for infection. Any non-organic target within mid-range of the afflicted organic target can be infected instantly when this technique is activated, taking no time at all within timeframe.
Domination Beginning (S-Rank, active): When this technique is activated the user is able to wrest control of any Elemental and non-elemental familiar, excluding those created by Yin-Yang Release, that is infected with Wither. A staff striking an opponent with the same strength as a punch from the user, but given the advantage of not having to reach. This style allows the user to perform CES techniques with blunted weapons such as staffs, clubs or nun-chaku etc.

Could this woman even keep up with her 10% max power? It was certainly an interesting concept, considering how Strix had fought the 3 tails, this woman seemed like an ant in comparison. Rolling her eyes Strix would walk closer as multiple things happened while attacking her opponent. Firstly, growing wings from her back with Yang fueled energy, this allowed her to gain the power of flying now at 3 times her speed, rather than just running faster. As Demise detected this mobility technique, a pulse of intangible energy was released around Strix, catching Chun Li and slowing her down by 40%. Considering that Strix was already moving at 3 times the speed Chun Li was capable, there was little she could do to escape the pulse. However this would all be for null as the pulse would catch Chun Li making Strix look like she disappeared from sight only to be caught off guard by a blow to the side of the head. Strix would strike hard and fast watching and tracking her opponents movements for any signs of a counter ready to alter her plans should she evade the attack. Catching up with her opponent as Chun Li went flying away, Strix would rapidly catch her opponent as she flew through the air, intertwining both arms around Chun Li and slamming her as she pulled the woman over her head in a suplex.

Description: By channeling copious amounts of Yang energy, the user is able to infuse others with this, temporarily enhancing their physical attributes. This is achieved in two ways, either by direct touch or proximity. The first is more limited to a single person but has greater benefits; those channeled directly into will be able to reduce 35 damage from physical contact and gain physical alterations to their body that the Yang energy 'breathes' into life, such as twice the height or width of their body, additional arms or legs, etc as long as within reason and used solely for physical purposes. Should the user use the alternative release, then he is able to release Yang energy from his body up to Long range away, affecting all allies in the range. This variant allows the user to augment all allies with the same type of changes, ranging from all gaining wings to more. These changes only last a limited time, however; after 3 turns pass, the grown appendages or changes fall and revert back to normal. Depending on the alteration, one of a few benefits might be obtained.
Note: If additional arms, stronger arms or alterations related to the arm are made, then the target will gain an additional +20 to Taijutsu. If the changes target the head, the user is able to grant a 2x tracking. If leg based alterations are made, then the target will gain either +4 levels to his base speed or +20 damage to leg based tai. If changes target the torso, then an universal durability boost of B rank Ninjutsu immunity is obtained and if wings or similar is created, then the user is able to fly at thrice their speed.

A secret close quarters technique that was developed by the Sage of Iron fist, the Iron Blizzard is a grappling taijutsu technique. Dashing in forwards towards the opponent, they will then extend their arm to clash and collect the opponents arm causing the user to swing around behind the target. Wrapping the other arm around the target, they will then lift the the target off the ground bending over backwards to slam them down German suplex style. Strix had the speed and reactionary abilities to watch her opponent as she proceeded to strike, as a result bending the knee and twisting at which her strike would sweep lower missing the body. Another movement technique which would trigger Demise again, reducing her opponent to almost a crawl, it would allow Strix to swiftly rotating using her techniques momentum to actually position and use a technique within the same timeframe. grabbing her opponent under the arms she would throw her up and over Strix in a suplex, performing her own grappling technique. With Strix currently moving at three times her speed and her opponent now being slowed significantly twice, this was sure to land and hit before she could react.

Description: This technique is a fast movement that relies on the users ability to utilize their lower body. By combining the movement of bending the knees, the movement of the ankles and some swift footwork the user will dodge a attack successfully and swiftly. The initial movement requires the user to first bend their knees lowering their stance and by swiviling their left foot forwards and then rotating on the heel they then turn into a swirling motion where they move onto the right foot's heel repeating the same movement and thus they move under an attack effectively evading. This technique can be used to dodge out the range of specific ninjutsu but wide scaled ninjutsu would still make contact. This techniques primary use is for close combat against weapon or taijutsu users.

Description: Crafted from the bones of Tiamat and infused with the wood of the God Tree, Demise is a scythe, with its staff formed from ivory pale bone with a sharp, black, metallic scythe blade at the top. At the bottom of the wooden staff is a crystalline orb, flickering with black and white energies within it; representative of a fully powered weapon core. The scythe is bound to the Jewel Seal and can be summoned to the user or sealed away passively, at their discretion. On the side of the staff is an inscription; “The Fate which befalls those who toil in the fields shall too fall upon those who live in the high castle.”

Intrinsic Traits:

Eternal Toil (I-III): For each turn the user is in in a state of movement their damage will increase by 2/4/6 per turn, up to a maximum of 4/5/6 times. Activating a stack requires the user move at least five meters from their position at the beginning of their turn; stacks are lost one turn after the user fails to meet this condition, resetting the damage.
Fruits of Labor (I-III): Damage inflicted to the user’s opponents, not counting elemental familiars, Creations, or other external entities, regenerates the user at a rate of 20/30/40% of the damage inflicted.
Shroud of the Reaper (I-III): When the user activates a mobility technique, like Flicker Evasion, they release a pulse of intangible energy that slows all enemies surrounding them within short-range. This reduces their movement speed by 30/40/50% for two full turns.

Wither (I-II): The power of Demise is within its Wither; a power that befalls the smallest of peasants and the most powerful of lords. Wither is a passive skill that naturally augments all of the user’s energy-based techniques, like Fire and Lightning Releases. Techniques influenced by Wither become intermixed with wispy black and white flames. Techniques augmented by Wither naturally inflict more damage on organic targets; when struck the techniques damage is inflicted and applies a Wither effect to the target. Wither inflicts 10% of the technique’s base damage each turn for two turns. When Tier II is unlocked Wither’s damage is augmented to 20%, and it lasts four turns. The effects of Wither can be negated or healed through Yin-Yang based skills. Basic Medical Ninjutsu can heal damage done by Wither, but at a reduced rate of 50%.

Uniformed Fate
The fate of all shared by all, wielded in a single point. Uniformed Fate causes Demise to glow with a black aura, and its blade becomes a black steel.

Redirection (B-Rank, passive): The power of Wither is redirected into the Scythe itself, making Wither only usable when the Scythe makes direct contact with organic matter. Wither’s effects, at both Tier I and II, are empowered to deal double their damage within their allotted timeframes.
Irkalla’s Fury (A-Rank, active): A technique that allows the user to repurpose all healing done by Fruits of Labor; with this technique the user is able to decide to set aside any healing done by Fruits of Labor, preventing it from healing the user but pooling it for use in Irkalla’s Fury. This focuses all pooled healing into a single black-energy orb, launching it up to long-range and inflicting up to a maximum of 180 damage. The orb is neutral to all techniques and elements and can, upon striking a target, expand up to 10 meters.
Forged in Fire (S-Rank, passive): Demise is reinforced, empowered to cause its blade to inflict S-Rank physical damage when used at the cost of a move. This can be further empowered through external techniques and physical enhancements.
Withering Echo (S-Rank, active): At the cost of a move the user is able to augment the blade of Demise to release an intangible wave of Wither up to five meters from the blade. The wave is shaped in the exact size and shape of Demise’s scythe. This can be done once every three turns.
Blighted Destruction (F-Rank, passive): When Demise itself strikes a technique or opponent it blights the target with Blighted Destruction; if Demise’s strike directly destroys or kills the target it unleashes Blighted Destruction, causing the surface beneath to be infected by Withering energy itself. This energy spans up to 10 meters outside of the size of the original technique, and infects anyone within it with Wither barring the user.

Withering Disciple
All sharing in a single fate, spread through exploding darkness. The Withering Disciple causes Demise to radiate a black and white glow, with trails of energy falling to the ground from its form.

Happiness of All Mankind (B-Rank, passive): Modifies the passive granted by Fruits of Labor, allowing it to work on technique clashes; however, this comes at the cost of reducing the amount healed by these clashes to 2/4/6%.
Wrath of the Reaper (A-Rank, active): A technique that allows the user to infuse excess healing done by the Happiness of All Mankind into future techniques, boosting them by a maximum of 40 additional damage. This can only be applied to techniques which work with Wither, and can only be used a maximum of four times per battle.
Overflowing Wither (S-Rank, active): A technique activated within the same timeframe as an energy-based technique, allowing the user to cause the Wither infused within to burst in a torrent of black and white flames reaching up to ten meters from the original technique. Any target struck by these flames is afflicted by Wither, as well as takes 50% of the original technique’s base damage. Can be activated once every three turns.
Empowered Withering Flames (S-Rank, passive): Once every three turns the user is able to passively augment one of their techniques that is infused with Wither, allowing it to move at three times the user’s base speed and inflict 30 more damage. Any flames created through Overflowing Wither, even when this technique is on cooldown, will move at twice the user’s base speed.
Witherfyre (F-Rank, active): Converts the user’s body into pure Witherfyre, transforming them into nothing but Wither. In this state the user is only able to perform Fire and Lightning elemental natures, as well as any Custom Elements created from them as well as Fuuinjutsu. Empowers Happiness of All Mankind by 100%, as well as increasing the damage done by Wither by 50%. The user moves at three times their base speed and anything they physically interact with in this state is blighted with Wither. Lasts for four turns and can be used twice. While in this state the user is immune to energy-based techniques.

Dominion
All that which exists within the Fates is yours for the taking. Dominion causes Demise to glow green, and its metallic scythe forms itself into a dark purple void-like coloration.

Debilitating Aura (B-Rank, passive): Empowers the Shroud of the Reaper, causing any who are influenced by the slowing pulse to be disoriented for a brief moment, making the user impossible to track through the basic five senses.
Essence Siphon (A-Rank, active): When activated the user can empower themselves by siphoning the essence of each organic matter target afflicted by Wither. Each target increases the user’s damage by 10, their speed by 2x, and their reactions by 4x. This boost lasts for the turn it was used in, and removes Wither from the afflicted targets. Can be used six times per battle.
The Contagion Spreads (S-Rank, passive): The user is able to spread the effects of Wither to non-organic targets by using an afflicted organic target as a conduit for infection. Any non-organic target within mid-range of the afflicted organic target can be infected instantly when this technique is activated, taking no time at all within timeframe.
Domination Beginning (S-Rank, active): When this technique is activated the user is able to wrest control of any Elemental and non-elemental familiar, excluding those created by Yin-Yang Release, that is infected with Wither. This can even be used to wrest control over non-organic elemental familiars should they be infected through The Contagion Spreads. Can be used five times per battle.
All That Which Exists (F-Rank, active): When activated the user is able to release raw Withering Energy from their body, using it as a conduit itself to apply the Contagion Spreads to organic and non-organic matter within mid-range of their position. Any targets struck by this technique can be temporarily controlled by the user, including opponents who fail to protect themselves or evade the technique. Can be used twice per battle.

Description:
A secret close quarters technique that was developed by the Sage of Iron fist, the Iron Blizzard is a grappling taijutsu technique. Dashing in forwards towards the opponent, they will then extend their arm to clash and collect the opponents arm causing the user to swing around behind the target. Wrapping the other arm around the target, they will then lift the the target off the ground bending over backwards to slam them down German suplex style. This will cause them to land on their head, giving them a concussion to reduce their tracking by 25%. Then, the user will throw them upwards, quickly springing in their legs to catch up behind them to catch them while they reach the apex. As discussed, your Demise speed debuffs don’t stack onto one another as you intended.

This little bugger was quite slippery, admittingly – as she managed to slip underneath Chun Li’s extended arms as she strikes outward. The kunochi was swift in her actions; as in a mere instant she would have increased her weight to an immense threshold. The sudden increase in weight would have been quite too much for any normal human to try and throw, which in turn and also the sudden shift would have made it impossible for Strix in that mere moment to lift Chun – Li but in fact would be a combination of the Re Taekwondo principals. The sudden shift in weight would have allowed her to quickly break the hold Strix had on her arm, but as she returned to normal weight once more, Chun – Li pivot’s on her left leg and completely spins into a round house kick into the center most area of the opponent’s stomach. This would have, if impact was made, completely shattered the woman’s body into nothing as she quickly would be sent flying into the opposite direction.

In truth Chun – Li was only becoming more irritated at this woman’s attempt to get closer to her as she cracked her neck. “Come on, fight me without needing to go so fast. If all you have is speed, then surely you can handle a little hand to hand at a normal pace” Chun- Li tried to goad her opponent into her pace instead. The choice was hers after all, as she such she simply tried to once more to activate the White Seal as previously intended.
