As I say this the whole terrain stretches in a second, and you find yourself in the highest peak ever, on the top of little to none surface. In a matter of half a second, the terrain stretch back to normal, leaving the feeling described on this Genjutsu.

My reaction's would be inproved, so I would hit your bug clone, when it tries to slap me, then I notice the genjutsu and use:

i don't know where you hit my clone, but that part opens and then forms around your hand, while the slap continues, throwing away your concentration from reversing my genjutsu (Don't you need eye-contact for that?)
Anyways, as soon as the clones arm hits your cheek, some ants crawl on your face, biting and injecting their poison all the way to the eyes, leaving you blind.

Ok, so then let me explain you. This isn't a kage bunshin or an Elemental clone. This is a Bug clone. the bugs separate themselves from the others as you kunnai passes, and then they reassemble again.
