Sing wriggles his limbs, limbering himself before the battle at hand. He acknowledges his opponent with a slight bow and proceeds to commence his attack.
Let's see how long we can make this last, shall we?
Immediately Sing utters those words he channels chakra around him to create an electric whirling dragon vortex around him. The dragon is quite tall. After the dragon is fully formed Sing launches it, mouth ready to snap the opponent in two on contact and all at the opponent.
As the dragon traverses towards the opponent Sing creates a clone, Sang, to stand 2m on his right. Sing grabs two kunai, tosses one to Sang, and both get ready to attack.

Description: User creates a Shadow Clone of himself but made from lighting chakra. When the clone gets hit he will return to its previous state of pure lighting chakra. The clone has a physical substance and therefor is able to use ninjutsu and taijutsu techniques as well as he has all the normal moves the user has.
Note: Can only use lightning based techniques up to B rank.
The third kazekage found himself in an open grassland. He noticed how his opponent, mr Sing had produced a dragon out of electricity as sparks were flying everywhere from it. The dragon was quite big and launched directly towards the third, who wore the gloves of Hellsing. Immediately, the 3rd channeled wind chakra through the gloves and created a huge wall of air that he launched towards the dragon, who was completely obliterated by the wind. The wind, continued forward and formed spikes that were sharp enough to impale a man. The wall itself moved in high speed, but lost some speed when it blew away the electric dragon.
(Specifics, the wall is made by fuuton chakra and is generated by 30-chakra points which makes it an A rank jutsu. The wall is about 10 meters wide and 5 meters high. There are five spikes on the wall that is pointed outwards towards you. There's 2 meters between each spike.)
Shortly after the wall was launched, the third performed two handseals and changed the terrain under the opponent. The terrain would be formed as a non-flamable swamp that the opponent would sink into without being able to move any parts of his body except his head who still was on the surface. It wouldn't take long before the opponents head also would sink and result in the opponent drowning.
Lastly, the third would then gather some lightning chakra that he channeled through his stomach. He would then launch a spike of raiton chakra from his mouth towards the opponents position.

Description: The Gloves of Hellsing are a pair of white, leather gloves, engraved with kanji pentagrams in both the palm and their back. Said to have been demonic in nature, the gloves were actually made by an ancient ninja, known only by some as the "Customs Demon". The gloves are indestructible though they cannot protect the user from kinetic damage due to this. Instead, the user can grab most blades without cutting himself, specially if they don't have any chakra infusion present. The most unique ability of the gloves is that they allow the user to manipulate two elements in a perfected way through them. Wind and Fire. The user can channel their chakra into the kanji inscriptions on the gloves, using them as medium to aid him in shape and nature manipulation of those elements. This allows the user to produce constructs (cubes, shields, swords, hands, walls, spears, kunais, waves, spheres, etc) of Wind or Fire, near his hands or connected to them, that he can wield as weapons or throw as projectiles. The power varies according to how much chakra is put into it, from 10 points to 40, corresponding to constructs or effects that vary from D-Rank to S-Rank.

Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.

Description: The user emits a spear of lightning from their mouth. The spear can then split apart to strike multiple enemies.
Sing watches as his opponent creates a wall of wind that effectively neutralizes his dragon technique and continues towards him. He notices the wall was not just a regular wall. He could see some parts were spiky and not to be taken lightly. However he doesn't stray much from his initial attack plan. He is still able to create his lightning clone right about the time the wind is sent towards him due to the relative ease he has in manipulating the chakra nature(speciality) and also because it required no handseals. Right after the clone, sang, is created, in addition to the oncoming wind, sing and sang feel the ground they are standing on wobble a bit as the opponent's chakra begins to turn it into mud. As soon as they feel this, guessing the opponent is performing an earth jutsu, Sang makes a single handseal and releases a wave of electricity into the ground. This succeeds in nullifying the opponent's chakra hence preventing him technique from fully materializing.
As Sang counters the potential earth attack, Sing focuses on the incoming, moderately moving wall of wind. SIng channels his chakra into his right hand expertly creating a chidori which he releases by pointing his palm towards his foe. His technique creates a 120º blast of lightning that smashes into the oncoming wall and progresses towards his opponent.

Description: After doing the Rabbit → Dog → Boar → Ram → Rat hand seals, the user generates a large amount of lightning from their hands, which can then be either released in an unfocused manner or passed through conductive materials to improve the electrical power of the technique, namely in conjunction with Water Techniques. In fact, certain users have showed that its possible to, if the user has the ability to mold both Water and Lightning chakras at the same time (for example, Darui who has Storm Release), unleash this particular technique at the same time as they exhale/spit some water technique (which needs to consist of a stream of water), combining both in a seemingly consecutive move. Other ninjas will need to use a clone or an ally for the same effect.
