Natsu Uchiha

As Natsu walked through the forest with Happy he looked around, a bit lost, confused as to what he was actually looking for. This forest in itself seemed never ending and the only thing he really heard was his stomach growling along the way, As he strolled into an opening there was a girl in front of him with a single dog companion. He looked at her, then remembered why he was here. It was those exams, eager to fight, he cracked his knuckles and smiled. It was time to have a bit of fun. As he smiled his eyes spiraled and glowed red, passively forming the three tomoe sharingan as he looked into the eyes of the dog companion with the girl. By looking into the dog's eyes he would cast the beast into an illusion:

The dog would see Natsu perform a hand seal and in a puff of smoke, Natsu would be gone and next to the dog there would be a puff of smoke. When Natsu was originally stood would be his girl companion, and where the girl was stood, the dog would see Natsu, giving the illusion that there had been a substitution, allowing Natsu to swap places with the girl. From here the dog would see Natsu leap at him from the girls location to strike him with a punch to the face. A simple illusion but enough to distract the beast for a moment bending his senses, to even make it smell like Natsu had swapped locations and was attacking, making it more difficult for the beast to determine it was an illusion.

With the single look the beast was bound in the illusion creating the confusion in it and hopefully through that throw of their coordination in the process or even cause the beast to attack the girl. Using this minor distraction, casting the illusion with a simple look, Natsu would stomp the ground causing three pillars of fire to erupt from the ground. One below the girl, one below the dog and one in between the two of them to stop them interacting so the girl can't break the dog out of the illusion in the process. Due to being in the illusion, the beast wouldn't know of the fire before it was burn to a crisp. Natsu felt it was a simple start to test the girls skills.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill

Ill be honest, you kinda god modded certain things about my bio as I never even established if my Ninken are present or not etc or anything else of the sort. It’s whatever doe, I’ll roll with it for the sake of the fight but next time at least ask lmao. Anyways Tatsumi is the ninken that’s affected while my other two are currently merged with me with Aojin’s ears and nine tails sprouting behind Haruna.

Description: This technique was designed to rectify the weaknesses of managing multiple bodies within Battle. Many Inuzuka found that their Ninkens became easy targets for area of effect Ninjutsu techniques, and often experienced problems with defending from widespread attacks without compromising their Ninkens health or position. As such this technique was developed as a fix for these flaws. This technique allows an Inuzuka to enter into a lasting fusion with their Ninken(s). While fused the Ninken will inhabit the user's body and the user will gain the ability to use techniques that require 'Four Legged Beast' transformation as a prerequisite and will also gain the senses of their Ninken. The Ninken(s) will be aware of the world through the user's senses however their mind and chakra systems will remain separate. The Inuzuka, however, will still be capable of tapping into their Ninken's chakra supply and will be capable of using it to bolster their own supply for future techniques. Lastly, fused Ninken can demerge from their host body at any point in time, and can also choose to re-emerge without cost. Merging and de-merging, however, is not instant, instead, it simply functions as a Ninken or Inuzuka walking outside of the host's body - and as such is far inferior to the merging abilities of Souma No Kou. One added benefit is that a host can have appendages such as tails or wolf ears that can prove useful in combat but are largely cosmetic, the main host can also be switched at will - housing the user and other Ninken(s) within a Ninken's body instead.
Note:
- Must be posted at either the start of the battle or in the user's bio, and is active at all times. (In the case of the user's bio, the user will be incapable of using more than two techniques on their first post in a battle or event, and will suffer the respective chakra cost too)
- In the case of deactivation (On the user's account or as a result of an enemy technique) this technique can be reactivated again at the cost of the move. Each reactivation will require more chakra than the last, doubling each time.
- This technique serves as the ultimate baseline form for Inuzuka's. After using another transformation the user is capable of reverting back to this form without completely canceling the previous transformation, instead, they retain the physiological benefits of the other transformation (Such as increased sensing and other abilities) and are also capable of re-entering the previously activated transformation without cost as it is still considered active. (Does not distort or ignore turn restrictions)
- For the purpose of this technique, normal Ninkens will each have a supply of 200 chakra that the user is capable of accessing.



Taking a moment to realize that the enemy whom was in front of her was an Uchiha, watching as his eyes glowed the bright red coloration – Vastaya immediately knew what to expect but she feared no Sharingan. A glance, she noticed his eyes didn’t make contact with her’s but rather into Tatsumi’s own – which as the ninken begins to move directly towards her she sighed. In response, she would howl – utilizing her chakra to enhance it as the howl would be heard by Tatsumi. This caused a trained reflex to occur – causing both her and all her ninken to release a surge of chakra having invoked a feeling of bonding between them. This immediately removes the mental control of the Genjutsu allowing her to also side step from her Ninken’s attack.

Simultaneously – Ryujin would unmerge with Haruna as she jumped in front of the outside duo and in the apex of his jump would release a burst of chakra from his mouth as he fires a red beam of chakra aimed to strike Natsu before he has a moment to proceed into his next tactic. This was increased due to induced hypnosis each ninja and Vastaya herself had been subjected towards. Ryujin would then merge back into Vastaya's body while Tatsumi would avoid eye contact from this point on, moving in an arc towards Haruna’s left while she flanked towards the right. "Why attack the defenseless ninken and no me huh?! Afraid I’ll send back towards you?" the girl hollered at him.

Description: This technique is activated through the usage of a chakra infused shout, roar, whistle, howl or any similar such sounds. The produced noise will resonate at an uncopyable pitch that an Inuzuka and Ninken, through years of training and bonding will instantly recognize as it will strike a chord within the deepest levels of their psyche, triggering memories that the user and targets have shared together and will provoke feelings such as loyalty, and will also serve to spark an immense rage towards the opponents who would seek to subvert or end their bond. As a result the Inuzuka and Ninken will be freed of any and absolutely all adverse mental stimuli such as control through pheromones, unique sounds or smells that seek to undermine their enhanced senses, and even Genjutsu as a reflexive full body surge will automatically be utilized by each participant upon hearing this sound, draining up to 50 chakra, and flushing through their system to act as a cleanser that will reject all foreign energies from their body (Excluding the chakra of their Inuzuka/Ninken partners/chakra that they willingly accept i.e Senjutsu) (This is a completely trained response similar to that developed by dog training or martial arts training in which the Inuzuka and Ninken will respond to this cue with a chakra surge reflectively). Additionally, Ninken who hear this will be sent into a heated fervor that will immunize them to adverse mental and sensory stimuli for the next two turns (Not Genjutsu) (This works as this techniques induces Ninken who hear it into a state of single-mindedness wherein they will become desensitized or outright incapable of registering adverse mental Stimuli, and is essentially a form of self-hypnosis that is induced upon hearing this sound), while also gaining an increase of one rank to all S rank and below Inuzuka techniques that they utilize within this time period as a result to their now excited temperament.

- Each Inuzuka/Ninken can use this technique twice.
- Reflexive chakra wave is a trained response to the usage of this technique, and can release S rank and below Genjutsu.
- Once used, cannot be used again for two turns.
- In the case of High Breeds or High Breed Bonded Inuzuka, this technique can be utilized through their mental link instead/also, and when doing so its effectiveness is arguably increased as a result since the user can also transmit impressions, specific memories and similar such things alongside the mental shout - which in effect acts the same way as a physically audible one, except that it is transmitted alongside the mental bond of a Ninken and thus is undetectable by adversary, to achieve a more profound effect. (Boosts the fervor effect to three turns instead of two)
Fenriru Hareyakana Hyūhyū Iu | Fenrir's Radiant Howl

Description: This technique allows a Ninken to gather a massive amount of chakra within their mouth that is then condensed, and through a roar, howl, or bark the Ninken will release the condensed chakra in the shape of a green beam that reaches up to mid-range and is powerful enough to pierce through its targets. Instead of releasing the stored chakra in the form of a beam, a Ninken can choose to release it as a radial blast that hits anything short range in front of them. Though the blast is unable to pierce targets, it delivers a massive amount of blunt force damage, allowing it to crush solid structures or force anything short range of the Ninken into mid-range. Due to the amount compressed chakra that is used to shape the beam, it's equivalent in strength to elemental techniques of its own rank, while the radial blast can only affect B rank and below techniques.

- Can only be used 3x per Ninken.
- Cannot be used consecutively.
- No Inuzuka techniques above S rank can be used during the same turn

Before you accuse me of god modding, read you own bio.

So seeing as you linked the bio with no actual specifics, what was i to go with? So i decided to go w with what you posted in your bio. So if you could refrain from accusing me of that, it would be appreciated it, or if you do want to argue semantics, next time, please post the ninken fused with you, or not fused, their exact locations, which way they are facing and what ever other details you'd like to argue about ^_^ Or simply, don't reply with that when you already spoke to me on discord about the issue you had.





Natsu watched as the girl howled at the dog in which a surge of chakra would be released, correcting it's chakra flow, releasing the illusion Natsu had cast, interesting to say the least. Which he watched this, he could perceive the dog emerging from her body as it shocked a focused beam at Natsu before he could stomp the ground.... (you didn't really state how big the beam was so as it say's focused i'll assume no bigger than a normal rasengan, detail is key). As the beam is shot, natsu would just produce a stream of fire from his left hand pushing him around to the right out of the way of beam with easy while releasing the second blast from his feet to propel himself forwards towards his opponent, propelling himself like a jet to close the gap quick.

As he does he would coat his right hand in fire punching the girl in the face with an explosive blast of fire, all his fire being increased in size and power. Not only this but due to his seven sovereign flames, all is flames would blind you, like a flash bomb going off, so the stream he creates from his hand would blind you, and when he coats your fist it would blind you. The sword he carries with him also increases the power of his flames by +15.

Description: This technique is specialised for thought who have great control over their fire chakra. When someone/something is hit by these flames created be the user, it will great a burst of flames on impace from the user, to burn the target more and producing some additional concussive force.

Despite the opponent manging to move out the path of the Ninken’s beam – Haruna continued in come to hault, as she slams her palms onto the surface of the ground. As Natsu attempted to blast forward towards the girl – he would be meet with a wall of paper rising in front of him that went up to six meters high and four meters wide. This would normally be simple to handle but the paper tags where infused with Haruna’s Bakuton chakra. This allowed her to set the explosions off remotely, with the explosion naturally angled away from her. Tatsumi would have stopped his advances as well with Haruna making sure the explosion didn’t harm her ninken. She kept tabs on opponents smell. She would also instantly activate another technique within the same time frame as the other techniques though she would await for more to come.

Description: Based on the principle of the Hidden Explosive Tags Technique the user slams their hand against a surface and using his or her chakra is able to stream a multitude of paper tags through the applied surface. Unlike the Hidden Explosive Tags Technique these tags will emerge from the surface at any point desired by the user and will form any solid shape within reason that the user desires. These forms created by this technique can range from generic pillars of tags, a carpet of tags to cover a surface, or even simple spheres and solid formations which rest on the surface they are produced from. While merged and streamed through the ground the tags, with the user’s chakra, are hidden from sight and are essentially merged with it protecting their presence. When the tags come in contact with solid matter or an opposing force these tags will automatically detonate producing an explosion proportional to the number of tags used. Alternatively the user can detonate the tags according to their will voiding the need for contact with an opposing force or solid matter. The explosions produced by the tags can be manipulated by the user controlling their directionality. Devious Explosive Tags Technique can be used four times per battle and cannot be used in consecutive turns.

Description: Minister’s Bureaucracy is an Explosion Release technique designed to infuse explosive tags with the user’s Bakuton chakra. This technique has two different applications – that of applied freeform explosive tags and that of ninjutsu based techniques which apply paper tags in order to inflict damage. In the case of freeform explosive tags the user is able to infuse a single, or multiple explosive tags, with their Bakuton chakra in order to increase the power of the explosion as well as their ability to manipulate the explosion. In the case of the increased power this technique will allow for a D - S ranked infusion capable of varying levels of destruction. For infusions at D to B-Rank the explosive tags in question will be capable of delivering an explosion reflecting their rank in damage spanning over short-range around them. For explosive tags infused with Bakuton chakra at A-Rank the explosions produced will be capable of inflicting A-Rank damage and spanning over mid-range around them. For S-Rank applications of this technique produce enormous explosions capable of reaching into mid-range from the explosive tag, able to deliver enormous amounts of damage equivalent to S-Rank in the afflicted area. If multiple explosive tags are infused with Bakuton chakra their total strength will reflect the degree of chakra applied. As such, if four explosive tags are thrown and infused at B-Rank strength then each will possess D-Rank strength, collectively B-Rank.

This second application of this technique allows the user to infuse Bakuton chakra into ninjutsu techniques applying explosive tags to inflict damage. This second application of Minister’s Bureaucracy will increase the chakra cost of the technique it is applied to by 10. In the case of this application the rank applied will be equivalent to the ninjutsu technique and produce an enhanced explosion resulting in an increase of +20 damage to the technique in question. For example, if Falling Paper Bomb is used then the technique will become Bakuton natured. It will also gain a bonus 20 damage from the increased power of the explosions created. Both applications of Minister’s Bureaucracy will produce explosions that are naturally angled away from the user thus preventing damage and negating recoil. Because of the nature of Minister’s Bureaucracy it essentially can be performed in the same timeframe due to its infusion nature.

Both applications of Minister’s Bureaucracy follow the same restrictions allowing for this technique to be used a total of five times per battle regardless of application. In terms of restrictions for the first application, S-Rank applications can only be used twice per battle and the user must wait a two turn cooldown in between applications. S-Rank applications count toward the total five applications of this technique. Both applications require the user use one of their three moves per turn.
(Bakuton: Gekido no Kaenryōiki) – Explosion Release: Rage of the Firelands

Description: A type of activated infusion technique designed to manipulate specialized Fire Release techniques. The user will instantly activate this technique which allows them to infuse their Explosion chakra into a Fire Release natured technique which can cause explosive damage. This technique effectively creates a Fire/Explosion combination through the infusion allowing for the explosion produced by the aforementioned Fire techniques to become Bakuton natured. Techniques influenced by this infusion will retain their weakness to Water Release while gaining an effective strength against Earth Release, due to the nature of Explosion Release. Additionally, the technique will forfeit its neutrality with lightning becoming naturally weak to it. Because of the highly specialized nature of this technique it can only be applied to Fire techniques which cause Explosive damage, such as Fire Release: Hellfire Technique or Great Blaze Ball. It will have no effect on techniques consisting of regular non-explosive/volatile fire. When activated this technique will last for three turns; Rage of the Firelands can be used three times per battle and can be deactivated instantly according to the user’s will.

(Jūhō Kibaku Fuda) Heavy Artillery Exploding Tag (Passive)

Description: A heavy-duty version of the standard issue paper bomb, this exploding tag has substantially more power than a regular exploding tag, and is generally used in heavy demolition. Other than being .5 inches longer than a regular exploding tag and with the kanji for “erupt” instead of “explode” in the middle, they cannot be discerned from their weaker counterparts at a glance. These exploding tags can be used in place of weaker ones in jutsu involving them.

As Natsu blasted forwards, with his sharingan active he could perceive the rising wall of paper and the blast that was to come. With his momentum pushing him forwards there was really only one thing he could do. Releasing a stream of fire from his feet, aimed diagonally down, his fire stream would push him up wards going above the paper as it rose out of the ground. Like a jet shooting up at an angle, he would shoot up and over the wall as it formed, escaping the blast as it was released. Due to already be using this jutsu and releasing the stream of fire, it was an easy feat as it's just contuing with an action he was doing at a different angle, along with his perception abilities and his reactions higher due to being sage rank.

With a single hand gesture as he goes up over the tags as they explode, not getting caught in the blast, natsu causes a mass of liquid caramel to form under and around the girl and her dog, binding them with caramel so hot it burns on the touch:

Description: The user will focus their chakra combining the necessary elements and create a caramel on the battlefield that they can use to attack, defend, or just bind the opponents. The caramel can be made in various shapes and forms. This can be made from the ground, the users chakra or via them spitting it out or releasing it from their body. This can be done in one of two forms, either solid or liquid Caramel. Liquid Caramel can only be used in projectile, blasts, attacks from the ground or familiars, basically unable to be held by the user. Hardened Caramel however can be used in any way reasonable. The user can make solid forms such as weapons and walls or waves and pulses of caramel. For B rank and below, the user will use hand gestures to form the caramel, for A rank the user will need to perform one handseal. A rank can be used once per turn, S rank can be used 3 times per battle with two turns between uses and no caramel A rank and above in the following turn.
Note: Liquid caramel dries up in 2 turns

Noting the enemy having avoided the paper and explosion, Vastaya would smirk but not before noticing the ground underneath her rumbling – the same was for Tatsumi as both reacted at once. They jumped off the ground and began to roll at high speeds as they moved from their original spots. This placed them long ranged in away from the spawn point of the Caramel and Natsu but she wasn’t done. Due to the nature of her spin not requiring any chakra she was free to continue her offense while dodging – using her keen sense of smell to pinpoint Natsu’s position. In her spin, she would have also formed a hand seal as rings of fire shaped as an atom would immediately form just outside of short of Natsu. They were closely tight knit thus making escape via trying to move again wasn’t about to occur once again as once it’s within range it would explode once again but due to Rage of the Firelands the technique was of the Bakuton nature. Gottem! she cried in joy after seemingly trapped Natsu in his death.

Description: Employing the use of Gatsuuga concepts, this technique allows for an Inuzuka or Ninken to rapidly spin horizontally or vertically. Unlike the Gatsuuga and Gatenga variants, however, this technique is designed for the user to spin across the ground. Inuzuka users tend to spin across a vertical axis, doing so at such speeds that they appear to be an upright vortex that is capable of rapidly traversing across the ground. Ninken tend to spin across a horizontal axis, essentially rolling across the grounds at high speeds like a buzz saw wheel, with both being capable of tearing through enemies and lesser structures. This movement can be done without the use of chakra, in which case the user will be limited to traversing across the ground at speeds only slightly greater than their top running speed, or facilitated through chakra, in which case the user will be capable of traversing across the ground at speeds significantly greater than that of their running speeds as the use of centrifugal force assists in the users directional movement. Ninken will be capable of going up to twice as fast as rolling across the ground puts the generated force to better use (Increased traction, large surface area, etc), while Inuzuka that use a vertical spin will be limited to 1.5x their speed. Additionally, the user can transition directly into a Gatsuuga or Gatenga variant through use of this technique, granting the chained Gatsuuga/Gatenga an additional rank.
Note:
- Chakra empowered usages can only be used 4x.

- Excessive usage of this technique may induce vertigo, as such if used for three turns in a row an Inuzuka user will experience vertigo that will prevent efficient usage of A rank and above Taijutsu (Reduces their power to B rank)
- When used with Chakra, the created force will be so great that the user will be capable of tearing through or dispersing B rank and below attacks (The movement generated violent air pressure much like other Gatsuuga variants), while A rank and below will neutralize their momentum. Description: Forming a set of 3 handseals, the user will focus their Fire chakra around the target, manifesting it around them in a formation which closely resembles the appearance of an atom. The structure itself is singular in nature, meaning that though the ring-like formations of fire around the target appear to be separate pieces, the entire technique is one whole and behaves as such. The atom itself spawns at short-range around the target, and then closes in at an alarming rate. Throughout the atom, volatile energy constantly pulsates throughout, causing it to pulse with light and heat at a constant rate. Once the atom completely converges on the target, which is done by it approaching within 1 meter of the opponent, heat will gather and concentrate in the center of the technique; which is also the location of the target. The heat will form itself into a ball of fire that rapidly expands to encapsulate the space within the atom. The orb of heat will explode once it completes the expansion and fills the atom, which will result in a localised (short-range) explosion that will easily eviscerate anything caught inside. Should the atom’s structure itself make direct contact with the opponent, they will be dealt major burns.

Natsu shoots through the air releasing his caramel into the ground aiming to bind the girl and her beast, but both roll away before being captured by his technique. As he goes to proceed with his offensive, the blast going off behind him, fire forms around him in she shape of various rings, taking the formation of an atom with him at the center. With his sharingan he can perceive the formation but not only that see the chakra itself. Normally he would see the nature of the fire, but something was different about the chakra that formed these flames that made him uneasy. Natsu in a natural reaction akin to his normal style, releases fire all over his body, to fight fire with fire. Due to the sword he carries these would be even stronger, but as the flames form they grow even stronger and larger, encountering the opponents fire and overpowering them while protecting Natsu. Using his apex fire skill to their maximum potential, not only this but they would also be blindingly bright to his opponent blinding her once more as he remained in the air, as he came down through the air, he did a flip while throwing 4 kunai with explosive tags attached and activating his Mangekyo Sharingan. These kunai would 1 go at the beast, one at the girl, and one to either side of them.

Description: This technique is specialised for thought who have great control over their fire chakra. This is usually used in close combat where the user will release their fire chakra around a part of their body covering them in fire. Due to it being the users chakra and not that strong, it wont hurt the user, which can be quit painful if an opponent is hit by it. When someone/something is hit by these flames created be the user, it will great a burst of flames on impace from the user, to burn the target more and producing some additional concussive force.

Description: The Mangekyo Sharingan, literally meaning "Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye", is the highest known form of Sharingan, said to be feared as the strongest form of Sharingan. Awakening MS requires the user to have possession of 3 Tomoe Sharingan and to witness or simply go through some extremely dramatic emotional event. Upon this event, the user awakens MS. The most noticeable MS users gained it by witnessing the death of someone important to them, sometimes by their own hand. Once activated the appearance of the pupil drastically changes, differing from the tomoe seals, and gains a shape unique to each user. When active the user can track speeds even further beyond that of the third stage sharingan. The timing of the users counters, the chaining speed of multiple techniques and the ability to see through the enemy's moves greatly increases. Not only that but the user gains the ability to see through visual illusions A-rank and below. The link to Genjutsu is further increased and, if the user has gained full mastery over Genjutsu, he gains the ability to cast genjutsu without the need for Handseals as long as he has a line of sight to the target. Also, the Mangekyo Sharingan gives the user access to powerful and forbidden techniques, unique to each user. Extended use of the Mangekyo Sharingan after some time, deteriorates the user's eyesight to the point of blindness. The chakra cost is so high that it drains the users stamina and chakra at increasingly high speeds. Once the side effects of it's use take place, the user is left blind and unable to activate his sharingan. While keeping it active is already quite hard, the user will drain the time he can keep it active at each MS technique he uses. While some can decrease one turn, others can decrease even more.
Note: The user needs to have activated his 3T Sharingan beforehand
Note: Can only be activated twice, requiring a 2 turn coldown to activate again
Note: Lasts a maximum of 8 turns for the first activation and 4 turns for the second
Note: After the first activation wears down, his eyes revert to their normal appearance and the user can't activate his sharingan for 1 turn

Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.

Watching the opponent managing to deal with her attack – Vastaya began to snarl as she howls similar to that of a canine as she sent a signal to her ninken to which it responded in kind. It would aim it’s head towards the Uchiha as he was within the sky and aimed it’s mouth directly at him. This causes a beam of chakra to be released as it surged through the skies aimed to strike him down. Also in tandem with this - Ryujin would unmerge with Vastaya as the ninken would form underneath her to be placed on its back. Vastaya in her howl would also attack as she would with tear open a portal into the sky above Natsu. This causes pellets of explosive infused earth to rain down. The portal only spanned out to short range thus leaving her and the ninken safe but also infused her chakra into the pellets additionally in order to increase the explosive nature of them. Once this was done, Ryujin began to move swiftly towards the enemy. She would borrow chakra from Aoijin to perform her techniques rather than her own granted via Lesser Oblige. Thus occurs all in the same TF, before Natsu activates his Mangekyo Sharingan.

Description: The user will perform a single Tiger hand seal opening a portal in the sky much like Earth Release: Sticky Earth Drop. From the portal thousands of rocks ranging from the size of a bullet to a fist will fall from the sky creating a torrential downpour. Each pellet is infused with the user’s Explosive chakra and will explode upon contact with matter or an opposing force. Because the user’s Explosive chakra is laced into the projectiles each produce a small localized explosion when detonated that individually does not produce significant harm. However, collectively the pellets pose immense threat; additionally each pellet will burst into shrapnel upon detonation making this technique very difficult to naturally avoid or dodge. The portal can be created anywhere within the battlefield up to a maximum of the entire field. In the case where the portal encompasses the entire battlefield the user must also be able to defend against the technique themselves. Starfall can be used three times per battle. The portal cannot be created within short-range of an opponent.

Description: Royal Decree is a type of infusion designed to manipulate Explosion Release natured techniques throughout the battlefield. Through an infusion of Fire chakra into an Explosion Release or Bakuton natured technique the user is able to create a catalyst. The fire chakra infused into the explosion is gaseous in its form remaining inert until a violent explosion is triggered. The catalyst will act to detonate instantly in sync with the first causing a secondary explosion simulating the magnitude of the first; however will extend with one additional range level, at the user’s volition. The range increase can only be applied to Explosions which span short-range initially, allowing them to increase their range effectively to mid-range. Because of the effects of the catalyst the infused Explosion gains the added force, heat, and energy of the initial allowing it to gain an effective increase of one rank in strength; for S-Rank and above Explosions the technique will effectively increase the effective strength by +20. This technique can be applied to Explosions which extend to mid-range initially, however it will not benefit from the increased range allowing them to gain the catalyst effect but not span to long-range. Royal Decree can be used five times per battle and can be performed within the same timeframe as the technique which it is applied to. It cannot be used in consecutive turns.

Description: A more advanced version of Radiant Howl, this technique builds upon a Ninken’s ability to channel and release chakra from their mouth in order to launch ranged attacks. Foregoing the ability to release a radial blast of chakra like the lesser version does, Lustrous Roar focuses solely on piercing power. The Ninken will gather a large amount of chakra within their mouth that is compressed and released in the form of a compact, spiraling beam the speeds towards their target through a roar or bark. This technique also allows a Ninken to control the direction of the attack by moving their heads. The sheer density of the beam makes it equivalent in power to techniques of the same strength, and with the spiraling motion, coupled with the speed of the released beam, allows it to pierce through its targets. Consequently, after using this technique the Ninken will be unable to use techniques that include releasing chakra from their mouth.
Notes:
- This technique can only be used twice per Ninken and requires a two turn cooldown after each use.

Yall shooting stuff at me before my eyes can change, wew man, you got advanced spell but i smell that fear.

As Natsu goes to change his eyes (<_<) he notices the portal above him and the blast coming head on from him. More stuff aiming to hurt him. Using his amazing dodging skills, he would easily handle this. bringing his hands together, seeing as he has chance do that and not activate his sharingan (O_<) he would burst into a mass for fire that like all his over fire would go off like a flash bomb as he disappears in a flash of light really. What this does is mask his movement as he uses a blast of fire from like his previous fire stream jutsu to push himself off and down to his right into the tree's going mid range from his current location remaining in the tree tops. What this does is he would dodge the blast coming from the dog head on, while avoiding the portal, what it's releasing and all the explosions that would go off in the process. As he moves through the air and lands in the trees he activates his sharingan to it's maximum level. Being a pro with fire, no handseals, the would be possible before any of the projectiles touch him and he could sense them come with his heat sensing and perceive with his sharingan.

Due to the power of the flames, if the user doesn't have his feet firmly on the ground the blast of fire will push him in the opposite direction to which the flames are traveling.

Vastaya was quite disappointed – the enemy bared such unique eyes, yet all he can do is run away. She sighed, releasing the portal in the sky as she channeled chakra into her nose and locked on her target’s scent in the distance. The trio would meet each other, Vastaya still on top of Ryujin’s back would merge back with the Ninken – while also merging with Tatsumi leaving her as the only outside fighter. Are you that much of a coward? You have such potential yet all you do is run away…I cant say I find this entertaining but perhaps I should stop messing around physically… she said as she moved slowly in his direction. The Inuzuka would smirk, as she crossed over into mid-range of his location. I guess I’ll take what you hold oh so dear to! she said, as a sole hand seal is made. It was instant, like the flesh on his skin was burning, as though a hot blade ran through his limbs like butter. It was marvelous what the chaos can do, this was only the beginning – his eyes where torn out their sockets, his lips wired shut, arms and legs severed with his heart removed. This was the end of the line, the Uchiha was no more than stub with no purpose left in life as even his ears was removed so that he might not hear any more. All infused with the elemental nature of fire, it grew in strength as the prementioned parts all where set ablaze, drenched in blue flames though not that the Uchiha can see this.

Vastaya after making her hand seal would simply open her hand, releasing a of orb blue energy. It would touch the Uchiha, setting off a violent explosion and promptly ending his life. Perish.

(Genjutsu: Mahou no Kei Chikin ) Illusion Technique: The Voodoo of the Headless Chicken

Description: Requires 5 handseals. This jutsu acts as the opposite of False Surrounding (Kokohin). Instead of manipulating the opponent's perception of his/her surroundings, it changes the perception of his/her body by removing or adding organs/objects. This allows the user to remove limbs/organs, to prevent certain actions to be taken, such as ripping one's eyes to make the opponent blind, removing one's lungs to make the user pass out from lack of air, removing one's legs to prevent the target from running etc, or add certain objects/organs, such as blades to one's stomach, or adding stitches to one's mouth, silencing them.

*Opponent needs to find a way to counter or release the genjutsu in his countering turn when the illusion pertains to "removal" of organs or he'll lose conscience from the pain and mental strain

Description: This technique allows the user to combine their elemental chakra with Yin Release in order to create stronger, more potent genjutsu. When the user casts a genjutsu, rather than using their raw chakra they will use one of the basic elemental natures, thus increasing the potency of the jutsu. The jutsu increases in strength by one rank and due to the massive amount of chakra used, the jutsu can penetrate through any subversive method against genjutsu. By using nature chakra rather than raw chakra, the properties of the genjutsu can change in accordance to that nature and become stronger. For example, using Crushing Snake Constriction with Fire Release chakra would make the snakes appear, feel, and sound as though they were on fire. As well, the technique would follow the rules of elemental genjutsu. The user is free to alter the effects of a genjutsu within reason as long as the primary effects remain the same.

Description: This technique allows the user to produce Explosive chakra from their body or within short-range around their location. The chakra typically will take an orange, yellow, or crimson color in its form; although this color characteristic is largely cosmetic and can be influenced by external techniques which influence light or coloration in explosions. The Explosive chakra can be shaped and formed in accordance to the user’s wishes. Like all Explosion Release techniques the chakra will detonate when coming in contact with an opposing force or solid matter. Alternatively the user can keep the chakra inert allowing it to interact with matter and forces without detonating. This requires the user to be aware of the interaction though. The explosions produced by Imperial Armament can be angled away from the user’s position to negate damage and recoil. A and S-Rank applications of this technique require the use of ten chakra per turn for their sustainment. S-Rank explosions produced by Armament create an explosion spanning mid-range from its impact location. The user is also capable of producing multiple objects through the usage of Imperial Armament; their collective strength always being equivalent to the applied rank. S-Rank applications can be used three times per battle and cannot be used in consecutive turns. When the S-Rank version is used, no S-Rank or above Blast Release techniques in the user's next turn

As Natsu is in the air moving his skin would begin to burn and all the other stuff etc, but something was strange at the same time, with his heat sensing he couldn't feel heat of burning. With his sharingan he hadn't perceived anything that would cause such effects but the pain was intense, there wasn't much he could do. In that instant almost out of frustration he did the only thing he could, he activated his curse mark, he wanted to be stronger, he wanted to hurt the girl that had made him feel this pain. His curse mark was on his right shoulder, under his cloak and would spread across his body which you couldn't see, not covering his face. As it activated the pain and everything would go, it was an illusion, tricky bastard. From the moment he was free from the illusion, with the curse mark entering foreign chakra into his body, Natsu focused on the girl, and teleported to her appearing infront of her with his fist in her face before she realized what had happened. The fist would hit with such force it would take her head off her shoulders with the blast that's released. The orb she would create wouldn't block his vision of her and woudln't touch him as he would reform out of his space time technique. You wouldn't know natsu was out of the illusion as you couldn't see the curse mark activating. Description:The user wills the opening of the cursed seal partially, giving him more chakra and more strength, as the Senjutsu Chakra contained within the seal is unleashed upon the users body in a reduced amount. Patterned red lines that extend from the Cursed Seal on the body of the user course through the user's body, covering it in a repetitive pattern as their body surges with chakra. When the state it done, the lines will become a solid black. While active, the seal actively consumes the users chakra in order to produce and fuel Senjutsu Chakra into his body. While in this stage the user gains +10 damage to his elemental Ninjutsu and +15 to his Taijutsu. His physical strength is improved as is his speed.

Description: This technique is one that was unlocked by Natsu when he finally gained the Mangekyou sharingan. Linked to both his eyes, this technique combines Natsu's prowess with Lightning and Fire techniques as well as his aptitude for Space/Time manipulation. In a way, it can be seen as a personafication of his own personality and demeanor. The technique establishes itself as the ability to creating an emptyness within Space and Time and the ability to, by using the power and endurance granted by Lightning and Fire, move through that emptiness. There are two uses of the technique, each linked to one of the eyes. The main use, Susumemasu, is linked to his Right Eye and is a movement technique with offensive and defensive capabilities. Natsu will focus on a location in his line of sight, making his eye bleed as the focus is held. He will then suddenly transform into a mixture of Lightning and Fire and blaze into that spot in an instantenous speed. From an outsider, its as if Natsu transforms into a beam of pure energy around which space distorts. While the technique is in theory a basic linear movement, the speed of it makes it more akin of space time teleportation than movement. For Natsu, however, its as if time moves in slow motion as, despite the ridiculous speed, he perceives the world in slow motion during the technique. If the target of the technique is an enemy, Natsu can deliver a massive Taijutsu attack powered by the combination of Lightning and Fire, delivering massive damage and displaying enormous strength. This stands as the offensive capability of the technique. But the technique can also be used to avoid damage or other techniques. In truth, as the user moves, because of the enormous speed involved, space bends around his path, creating a sort of space/time empty tunel through which he travels (thus why the movement itself is linear; the space time tunel only affects himself). Because of this, he is essentially immune to damage during the "travel" and can pass through virtually anything. However, there are limitations. He can pass through things he can see through but not things that block his vision since he needs to have the "destination" focused to use the technique. Additionally, the user needs to focus for a moment before the technique is triggered which, together with tearing blood, might make for an easy tell of the technique. The other use of the technique, Kōtai, is linked to his Left Eye. It allows him to create a space/time void tunnel that instantly pulls him back to a previous point on the field through a similarly empty tunne. A purely defensive ability, it allows him to, when faced with an otherwise unavoidable or hard to defend technique, escape. As he activates the technique, his eye bleeds and he suddenly disappears, reappearing in the place he was 2 turns prior in the fight, with the same properties as its alternative use (being transformed into Lightning and Fire, moving instantly, etc) with the difference that he doesn't need to be looking at his destination and as such can seemingly pass through anything to get there. Off course, this will only work if he was in another place than the one in which he activates the ability. If for the past 2 turns he hasn't moved from his spot, the technique will not allow him to escape the attack. Finally, if for some reason, the place he was 2 turns prior now is ocupied by something, that something will disappear into the empty void in space/time of the technique (for example, if a block of earth now stands in that same place, a spherical empty space slightly larger than the user will form in that block to accomodate the users "arrival").
Note: Can only be used 3 times per battle, each use reducing MS duration by 1 turn. 3rd use blinds the used eye.
Note: To perceive and have a chance to react to this technique, the targets need to have at least MS level of perceptions or be wielders of Space/Time techniques themselves. EIG Masters while in 4th gate or above can counter the melee attack that follows the technique.
Note: Kōtai cannot be denied except with restriction-type seals S-Rank or above, reality negation/alteration techniques or other Space/Time techniques.
