Minato approaches Lancer with a cheerful smile, donned in his usual attire. "Yo! I guess I'll be accepting your challenge today," he says. Minato begins by simply creating a Shadow Clone beside him, a perfect replica. Minato immediately removes a tag from his pouch with the symbol for "Kyoka" written on it. As Minato drops to the ground to place the tag, his clone forms a ball of lightning in his palm. He launches the heavily concentrated sphere of lightning towards Lancer's chest. Upon contact, the sphere will explode, releasing an enormous amount of energy throughout the area that Lancer is standing in, electrocuting and badly damaging his body with the potential to kill him. As the sphere moves through the air, Minato makes the necessary seal and a barrier is erected from the tag and spreads throughout the terrain, reaching into long range in width and length, both above and below ground. The barrier is closely tied to Minato's own chakra, allowing him to sense Lancer's presence and location at all times.

Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. Upon impact, the clone can be dispersed.
(Kyōkai Kekkai no Jutsu) - Boundary Barrier Technique

Description: This is a detection type barrier which is simply a more advanced version of the (Kekkai: Tengai Hojin) - Barrier: Dome Method Formation technique and that can be used to surround an area and allows the user to monitor a certain area covering from the sky to underneath the ground creating a sphere. The user will create a tag with the 許可 (Kyoka) Kanji and place it on the ground, doing the confrontation hand seal afterwards to activate it. After the barrier is erected, the user, if inside it, will be able to detect any enemy inside it, even if he hiding his presence. After that, anyone who enters or leaves the barrier is instantly detected as well as anything that moves inside it. Techniques that mask the users presence are ineffective at avoiding detection as the barrier focuses on movement and displacement of matter, not solely on chakra detection. The barrier can also be moved according to the requirements of the user by moving the tag.

Description: The user concentrates a lot of lightning chakra into their hand, compressing it into a ball of lightning energy. The user can then hurl it at the enemy or trust it forward in a melee attack. Once the ball hits the target, it expands into a massive lightning explosion.
A clone, rather interesting. Lancer knows the problems a clone can create against him, whether it is to overpower him with numbers, and attacks coming in all angles at the same time. Combination attacks are also likely with the elements. A set of new eyes, as well. Yes, a clone does create problems. A generic tactic, but one to keep an eye out for sure. Lancer didn't want to keep his mind locked in that specific situation, he knew there were more to come. As expected an attack from his clone. A yellow ball of electricity. He goes with a simplistic defense. Lancer keens his chakra, and slams his hands on the ground, summoning three gates, rising one after the other. Each act as barriers against the attack, presenting its own effect in dealing with it. The first gate it meets will take the attack head on, the second gate will effectively reduce the overall power, and speed of the lightning sphere, and the third gate will disperse it completely. However, Lancer didn't want to just play a game of attack, and defend, he knew movement would be key. As the gates take on the attack, slowing it down profusely, Lancer would continue with his own tactic to catch the opponent off guard.

Description: This summoning is an upgrade of the standard Rashomon in which the user summons 3 of these demonic forms of the main gate of old Kyoto. Each gate has a specific duty: the first red gate takes the attack head-on, the second green gate reduces the power of the attack, and the third blue gate disperses the pressure.

Lancer takes out three Kunais, all laced with explosive tags tightly around the handle, almost like a cloth around a bed. Making it difficult to notice it, especially when the tip of the Kunai faces the opponent. Lancer holds each Kunai with his left hand, and with his right hand he takes out a special wire string from his pouch. The string can be used for a magnitude of things, he uses it in this scenario for grappling purposes. He swings the wire at one of the hills close range from Lancer, forcing it to stab through the top of the hill. Now with the wire attached, he forcefully yanks onto the hill, and jumps towards the direction of the hill (right side of lancer, no more then 5 meters away from his previous location), propelling himself in that direction, aiming to land on top of the hill. While airborne moving, Lancer throws his three Kunais that are laced with tags. Simultaneously as he throws them, he keens chakra into his mouth, and spews a mist-like form of Needles, and senbons. The Kunais would be within the mist of needles, almost masking itself, making it that much difficult to see them, let alone notice their tags. The mist is large enough to cover your entire short range radius, even for the clone beside you. However, those three Kunais are sent precisely at you, and any sort of aggravation, or touch, will active the Kunais allowing them to explode, along with the mist of needles piercing all over your body, with the many there are, they can easily pierce vital areas, through flesh, eyes, nose, and limbs. You would be heavily disabled if this mist engulfs you as planned.
(Hitei Mushou) - Flying Nail Mist Pierce

Description: After forming the needed hand seal, the user will emit a flying mist of small nails from their mouth. These small nails can travel towards the opponent at quite a distance.
As everything is sent, Lancer would soon land on top of the hill, with a small height advantage noticing the opponents movement, and tactics.
Minato returns to a standing position as he sees the Rashomon erupting from the earth. Surely, these monstrous gates were meant to act as a defense. With the Rashomon gates in between them, Minato sees a window for advantage. Lancer would be unable to see him or any immediate movements he or the clone makes due to the gates, while Minato was fully capable of sensing him and his location due to his barrier. Wasting no time, Minato forms a string of handseals, keeping track of Lancer's location. As Lancer throws the wire towards the hill, Minato slams his hands onto the ground, creating a large barrier around him. The pink-colored barrier creates a tremendous amount of force that weighs down on Lancer's body while simultaneously draining his chakra. The weight prevents Lancer from performing the yank needed to grapple over to the hill and throw his kunai by making it impossible for him to move whatsoever. Once the barrier has formed, Minato and the clone rush to the left and right, with Minato moving towards his right(Lancer's left) and the clone to his left(Lancer's right), moving out of the Rashomon's obstruction of them in Lancer's field of vision. The clone removes removes a sheet of paper that contains five tags on it, and uses his chakra to enhance his speed, blitzing towards Lancer and stopping just outside of the barrier. The five tags move to attach themselves to Lancer, multiplying as they do so. Immediately after leaving the sheet to attach, the tags begin to explode one by one, with the other tags multiplying exponentially as it does so, creating a chain reaction of explosions that swallow up the vulnerable Lancer, killing him.
(Tajū Mugen Hōyō ) - Multiple Infinite Embraces

Description: This technique is a stronger version of Infinite Embraces and is used basically in the same manner. The user will do the Tiger → Dog → Horse → Dragon → Boar hand seals and slam his hands on the ground, creating a bigger barrier than the original technique but similar in its essence which drains the target's chakra but also pushes down on them making it much harder to break free. The massive pressure the technique puts on the target prevents the target from moving unless it has some sort of enhanced strength ability, making it very difficult to break free from it. Unable to move, the targets are also unable to mold chakra above A-Rank while having his chakra drained. The barrier can only be broken by A-Rank techniques or above or by attacking the user.
(Kiiroi Senkō Haya Bāsuto) - Yellow Flash Speed Burst

(Gojō Kibaku Fuda) Mutually Multiplying Explosive Tags

Description:
The Mutually Multiplying Explosive Tags is a technique which forms part of a fighting style purposely designed for those who have been reincarnated or are otherwise very resistant to damage, and employs the use of special explosive tags to create a near infinite series of explosions. The user will throw several (up to 5) special exploding tags at the enemy formed from large sheets that each bear five seals on them. These special tags then attach themselves to the intended target, but just as they detonate, summon additional tags that in turn create more as they too explode. This process is continuously repeated, leading to a near infinite chain reaction of consecutive explosions which engulf a gigantic area, mid range all around. The technique's unique drawback is that to fully use it you need to be in short range of the target, making it almost suicidal for users who cannot take on the damage and remain unarmed, users that cannot escape its range in time or users who cannot heal themselves from the damage, thus being ideal to be used by Edo Tensei summons.
Note: the explosion spans throughout 2 full turns if unblocked.
