The black priest would stand before his opponent, passively activating his hidden eye. Eli is in Vestment form and Mesh is merged with him. He would also passively raise his resistance while also activating a relic. He would activate his chakra enhanced strength and begin his assault on the Hayabusa.

Kirie is very pissed with the clan because they would not give him inside information of some sort so he would vow to pick them out one by one until there is nothing left of the clan. To start the offense, he would cause lightning chains formed into a dome to appear a meter around the man and seek to restrain him though he won't wait until the man is restrained before Kirie makes the lightning shock inwards at the man, hurting him badly.

To use the Relics of Helena, the user must have a unique sealing mark while each has its own duty. The sealing script is in the form of a small crucifix tattoo on the user's back. The relic's aim is to further advance passive medical jutsu, either by using them alternatively or by taking them to another level. However, some of this improved medical practices would now require some chakra to be spent if they don't require chakra before. Rudimentary medical practices which are passive in nature are the "Power of Resistance", "Diagnosis", "Extraction", "Blood Coagulation" and "Cleanse". however this particular relic only works for Power of Resistance.

Arc of Abstinence is a sealing script that is in the form of a small crucifix seal. It is represented by kanji for "resist" and thus it augments one's power of resistance. Basic power of resistance requires no chakra input but with the addition of chakra sealed within the seal of abstinence, power of resistance is taken to another level. The newly advanced power of resistance not only maintains its primary duties, it goes further to augmenting the user's anatomy from more factors that's affects him. It also goes beyond the anatomy and add power of resistance to the user's mind and body seals. The default "power of resistance" must be in use before the seal can be activated and like the default, the seal is passively activated albeit one would spend chakra this time but only to activate the seal.
Anatomy
In addition to getting a boost to one's natural resistance to disease, poison, toxins, acids, alkaline substances, etc and because this is done by an invisible warm barrier(shield) around one's body, the seal flushes sealed medical chakra into the user's chakra network, which is used solely to increase the density and power of the resistance aura around the user's anatomy. The user uses this premise and create a tougher and advanced form of non-physical shield, though now would not only shield the user's body as a whole but would shield every cells on his body. This makes it able to withstand higher level bio hazards more potent than those originally mentioned, even to some extent, stop the decay(natural) of tissues and cells(cosmetic). This would also make the cells resistance to radioactive decay. Elaborately, this means, one's resistance to the effects now are enhanced and would even shield the user if it were enemy techniques, though the only thing that won't affect the user is the effects(venom, disease, bioharzards, etc) within the technique, the user is still susceptible to anything else like heat, shock, force, sharpness, impact etc., that might come with the technique.
Mind
The arc of abstinence not only works for the anatomy which is the physical, but also works for the spiritual thus at the same time, it also creates a shield around ones mind. This also increases one's mind resistance to foreign intrusion. The mind would resist any form of mind reading, control, false emotion implant and emotional effect arising from infusion of foreign chakra. This however does not resist genjutsu but would resist residual effect from genjutsu which affects the mind, like pain, fear, perception of time, etc. This means it can resist residual effect from S-rank and below genjutsu only and cannot resist effects from MS level genjutsu in any form. The user's chakra also is influenced by the power of resistance, however, it only resist external phenomenon from siphoning away or sealing off the user's chakra, unless the user has something to do with it or with the user's consent. By spending "double" the chakra when activating arc of abstinence, the power of resistance would extend to the Relics of Helena. Spending double the chakra would make the relics be able to resist any form of seal corrupting technique(so far the techniques don't harm the medium on which the seals are placed), thus the reason why double chakra is spent, as half of the total chakra is focused on fortifying the relics.​

NOTE
Though the seal is merely supplementary and cause no harm in any way, they have their drawbacks due to the user's advanced exertion of medical fuinjutsu, using normal fuinjutsu while the relics are in use costs +10 more chakra if they are A-rank and above.


Fūinjutsu: Hitoshirenu no Boushi) - Sealing Technique: The Hidden Eye

Description: This is a simple detection type sealing technique which can be prepared before/during battle. This sealing formula is composed of a seal which is/can be placed in the user's body, usually on top of their right eye, looking much more like a Tattoo than a sealing formula. The seal is directly connected to the user's eyes, chakra circularity system and their five senses in general, in which a hidden barrier is always erect around the user's body spanning across short range from him in all directions. While this barrier can only be seen active if an opponent has the Rinnegan, Byakugan or Tenseigan. The sealing formula acts to detect incoming techniques that potentially threaten the user in one way or another. While that would normally be useless, this technique can only detect techniques that are hidden from the user's eyesight, or other senses, meaning the user can't perceive the incoming technique(s) with normal means. the only techniques that the sealing formula is incapable of detecting are techniques that are hidden through chakra (i.e. Muu's hiding in Camouflage technique) or similar techniques of the sort. The sealing formula techniques techniques when they are passing through the barrier or created from within it, through chakra or physical alterations to the earth or air. Once a technique is detected through the sealing formula, the seal on top of the user's right eye glows, giving off a signature sound inside of his own mind, that's only detected by it's user/creator, altering him of the incoming danger. This is only a detection type technique and not a defense in anyway, leaving the user alerted that a threat is incoming. This seal can be passively applied and activated during battle and happens fast enough to use in the same time-frame of any technique the user uses. The seal is only capable of detecting incoming techniques, and not fast moving bodies (i.e. EIG users moving at x4 speed and above or similar speed empowered bodies of the same speed)

Description:
There are so many holy relics in the old times, one which was Eli. It was said that Eli fell with the fallen angels but nonetheless, its purpose was never well utilised. However, Eli embodies a seal that secretly absorbs chakra from its past wielders for years until the time for its true purpose is brought to light. Eli is a special golden crucifix that is worn around the neck. It is able to passively morph into a skin tight elastic underwear vestment. Eli has special affinity for lightning nature, seeing that large amount of chakra has been stored within it for a very long time; with this affinity, wielding Eli passively boosts the wielder's lightning related techniques by +20 damage up to A-rank (if offensive) or by one rank (excluding S-ranks) if defensive. Apart from the general ability above, special abilities comes with different forms of Eli.

Crucifix
Eli can only be used offensively while in crucifix form and can be wielded either when it is worn around the neck or held on the hand. The ability of the crucifix is that it is able to form lightning animal familiars, forming them by collecting negative electric charge in the air. These familiars are able to move/act on their own, though they can only be created at least short range away from their target. Familiars can only take the form of animals and depending on type of animal, they exhibits the physical trait accordingly. Their size depends on their rank, where S-rank could reach a size slightly smaller than that of a boss summon. S-rank familiars can only be made once every 2 turns. In the case more than one familiar is made at the same time, their individual power is divided accordingly to the single chakra leeched from the user. E.g: making 2 familiars at the same time while leeching 30 chakra from the user would make each familiars to be B-rank.

Vestment
Eli is mostly used defensively and supplementarily while in this form. The first ability is physical enhancement which is the supplementary aspect of the vestment. Eli passively responds to body movement and muscle contractions to react. This would make Eli flush lightning chakra to the point of movement for the duration of the movement. This works in two ways; the lightning chakra would enhance taijutsu when a punch is thrown in a special way that lightning explosion occurs at the point of impact. By releasing a dense unstable lightning chakra to the moving limb, when the taijutsu is executed, it causes an electric explosive aftermath that can reach up to short-range though directed away from the user, causing extra damage of +20. The other way this explosive lightning works is through body movement. A typical example is when the user begins his movement to run, Eli would quickly respond to the initial muscle contraction of the limbs and send constant unstable lightning chakra to the sole of the feet, so that with every step, a sharp explosion is directed into the ground, causing the user to move faster and take wider steps that before. This would equally increase running and jumping speed 2 folds. For this ability(1st and second), Eli would leech 10 chakra from the user every time its used. For the running/jumping aspect, the 10 chakra is deducted for moving from a position to when the user stops moving. Both of these supplementary usages can only be performed twice per battle. The defensive ability of the vestment is experienced when the user is directly hit by a target or technique. This is an S-rank ability and can only be done once per battle. Eli would instantly respond to slight inward distortion of the user's body and release lightning chakra into the object causing the distortion. If the object is physical in nature, the lightning would serve to pulverize it completely by breaking through its physical lattice similar to how lightning tears through the earth. Mind you, this defense would only be truly effective is the cause of the distortion is S-rank and below though elemental strength and weakness still holds.

NOTE
If anyone apart from Kirei tries to wield Eli, it would electrocute them instantly.

(Dokuton: Setsudan-go) - Poison Release: Viscous Mockery (ref)

Description: Vicious Mockery is the name given to special tags and metal canisters that can replace the users basic explosive tags and smoke bombs. Made by someone with an innate curiosity of poison release the tags or canisters can have different substances inside of them if they so choose needing specific skills to acquire these. The first is the basic Med Toxin, this variation requires the user to be a Medical Ninja, it's effects are the exact same as the Med Toxin. The second is their own custom poison this requires the user to be a Medical Ninja with access to a custom poison that they have created. Finally the third is a special poison created specifically for these tags and canisters for anyone with poison release to use. This poison is called Tasha's Hideous Laughter and has specific effects that include uncontrollable laughter on turn one accompanied by auditory hallucinations where people will mock and insult the poisoned individual, blurred vision, twitching and numbness on turn two reducing the poisoned individual's reactions by one fourth, partial paralysis on turn three making hand seals impossible and reducing the effected persons speed by three ranks and finally complete paralysis on turn four. This third variation can be used by anyone who knows poison release.

Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Mesh - Slug Summoning : Mesh

Description:
Mesh is a small slug roughly one fourth the size of the summoner. His appearance however is quite different from the generic slugs as he's yellow compared to the white color of Kasuyu and her clones. Upon summoning, Mesh would appear fused with the user as most of his abilities are mutual to a host. He is able to fuse to the user and if it makes contact with any one(allies or opponents), fuse with them too. Mesh is able to communicate telepathically with anyone he is fused with.
Mesh is an expert in chakra control. This gives him the ability to sense chakra and due to to his fusion with the user, this makes him form a symbiotic bond with the summoner's body, coating the user's epidermis with a translucent layer of his own skin. The skin layer allows him to shave little damage(20) from attacks hitting the user's skin. The skin layer can be passively retracted and brought up at will. While damage reduction is very little thus it does not stop the remaining damage from affecting the user accordingly. The advantage of this is that free-form damage due to not having a damage threshold, would be negligible to the user as Mesh would receive the damage instead. Damage reduction can only be done on techniques directly touching the skin. Mental damage would not be affected. Mesh could merge with an opponent and bond with him, while transferring an S-rank damage equivalent in the form of corrosive acid inside the opponent. Lastly, mesh while merged with the user, continually secrets acidic saliva that oozes and coats the user's entire body over a thin layer of chakra. This costs a move and augments the user's touch or physical attacks by +20 damage for a duration of four turns followed by a two-turn cooldown, however the user has control over how much the saliva coats the skin, the area it covers or even command Mesh not to secret it at all. This is automatically cancelled in the same turn as taking/reducing damage.

Reducing damage from a technique takes up a move slot.

Once the chains are fully formed, they will then wrap themselves around the enemy's body within the sphere so that he is unable to escape. The user of this jutsu can perform the ram handseal to proceed to shock the enemy that has become trapped inside if he so chooses to so.

Mesh is a small slug roughly one fourth the size of the summoner. His appearance however is quite different from the generic slugs as he's yellow compared to the white color of Kasuyu and her clones. Upon summoning, Mesh would appear fused with the user as most of his abilities are mutual to a host. He is able to fuse to the user and if it makes contact with any one(allies or opponents), fuse with them too. Mesh is able to communicate telepathically with anyone he is fused with.
Mesh is an expert in chakra control. This gives him the ability to sense chakra and due to to his fusion with the user, this makes him form a symbiotic bond with the summoner's body, coating the user's epidermis with a translucent layer of his own skin. The skin layer allows him to shave little damage(20) from attacks hitting the user's skin. The skin layer can be passively retracted and brought up at will. While damage reduction is very little thus it does not stop the remaining damage from affecting the user accordingly. The advantage of this is that free-form damage due to not having a damage threshold, would be negligible to the user as Mesh would receive the damage instead. Damage reduction can only be done on techniques directly touching the skin. Mental damage would not be affected. Mesh could merge with an opponent and bond with him, while transferring an S-rank damage equivalent in the form of corrosive acid inside the opponent. Lastly, mesh while merged with the user, continually secrets acidic saliva that oozes and coats the user's entire body over a thin layer of chakra. This costs a move and augments the user's touch or physical attacks by +20 damage for a duration of four turns followed by a two-turn cooldown, however the user has control over how much the saliva coats the skin, the area it covers or even command Mesh not to secret it at all. This is automatically cancelled in the same turn as taking/reducing damage.

Description: The Scarborough Fair is a set of four large caliber handguns that act as the user conduits for chakra. These handguns are based upon the Derringer a gun capable of rapid fire, simple, and rugged. These four guns have been crowned with the names Parsley, Sage, Rosemary, and Thyme. Pushing the user's hand to hand ability to its limits, when combined with the user's chakra, the guns' rate of fire and stopping power are incredible. The user will makes use of these four weapons by holding two in their hands and two connected to the back of the user's feet which are fired through the use of chakra. To stay loaded at all times, the guns passively drain up to 40 chakra (10 each) per turn. Each weapon holds up to 40 chakra magazine at which points the weapon will stop draining/accepting additional chakra. During development, Ninja Scientists recognized that some situations may require more immediate offensive output, so chakra can be actively loaded by the user by sacrificing one of their moves to fuel one or more of the handguns with chakra. This chakra can be spread among the weapons to load multiple at a time, but can only distribute up to 40 chakra between the weapons and can be done within the time frame of another technique. This allows the user to quickly stockpile the bullets damage resulting in a more powerful bullets as the need arises. Naturally, as long as the weapons are loaded with chakra they can fire chakra bullets up to S-rank depending on the amount of chakra used. It should be noted, that the user may also not expend more than 40 chakra from Scarborough Fair per turn which may be spread among the handguns as needed. These chakra bullets may be elemental or raw chakra, but this must be stated prior to the release as only a single element may be used in a turn. In the turn the user fires bullets from one of the weapons, they expend one of their moves per turn but may fire multiple simultaneously. This means the user will not be able to fire more than three of the weapons per turn. The main focus however behind these weapons lies in the fact they are held and mounted in such a way, they can be used to aid the user's melee combat. Users can supplement some taijutsu by firing the weapons in a way they act as propulsion for their movements. The propulsion increases the speed of the technique, which in turn increases the damage by half the amount of normally ranked jutsu at the expense of chakra within the weapon and thus a move allowing for more powerful strikes. For example, if the using an A-rank taijutsu, the user can supplement it by firing 10 chakra from the chosen handgun. This translates to +10 extra damage to the technique alongside additional flurries of chakra bullets which may cause collateral damage for those in close-range of the propulsion blast. This happens within the same time frame of the taijutsu when used this way, and one or more weapons may be fired if the technique permits it, each weapon fired counting as a move. There is a maximum to this however, as the user may not exceed a +40 damage threshold (S-rank) added to the taijutsu.
Note:
Bullets respect the elemental strengths and weaknesses but as mentioned the user may not expend more than 40 chakra from this weapon per turn. This can be done in single fire or semi automatic fashion. When fired semi auto, the resulting damage will be spread among the number of bullets fired as mentioned by the user during their turn.
S-rank applications cause Scarborough Fair to go into a cool down sequence, preventing usage for two turns.

Senryuu | Whirling Dragon

Description: Senryuu is a firearm ninja tool that was developed with a unique firing mechanism that allows its jutsu bullets to be shot with cannon like force traveling to mid range extremely quickly. By whirling the weapon around, the firing pin is able to rotate the barrel allowing it to fire its next bullet. This whirling motion is how the weapon got its name. The weapon has six loading chambers for the user's chakra. When the weapon is fired, it draws upon additional chakra for the firing mechanism building up the force behind the blast and a ring of kanji propels the bullet forward. Due to the force of the blast, the user is only capable of firing one chakra bullet a turn, counting as a move otherwise they would risk recoil damage. The blast is so powerful it is capable of completely neutralizing up to S-rank jutsu (within reason). Although the bullets are powerful, they have no penetrative force, but can still cause significant blunt force trauma if the target were to take a direct hit. Senryuu is a unique weapon due to the fact it can utilize other bullet ninjutsu that's only possible with a firearm. Senryuu's main ability is also derived from its name. After performing the whirling motion to prepare the technique, the user can shoot their own preexisting basic elemental jutsu or surface (naturally occuring) on the field which fills that medium with the chakra from the user's chakra bullet transferring said chakra into the medium. This then causes a dragon to be created out of that medium with the same elemental properties of the jutsu or area shot and counts towards the user's move count. These dragons are equal to S-rank and will last a maximum of two turns, however they are fully sustained by the injection of chakra during the time they are used. While the dragons are in use, the user may not use any additional elemental technique that is of the same chakra nature as the dragon which would follow the strengths and weakness of the respective element.
Note:
-Only one dragon may be on the field at a time.
-Only one jutsu bullet per turn, which travels at the speed of the average Lightning jutsu, the chakra bullets can only be used to neutralize up to three S-rank techniques per battle.
-The user must wait two turns between using the dragon technique, this ability may only be used three times per battle.
-Senryuu is also capable of using other bullet ninjutsu.

With the appearance of the Lightning, Hotsuma would casually manipulate his wind chakra using it to form a rapidly rotating cocoon of powerful wind gusts, which formed a solid barrier around Hotsuma. The wind would be simultaneously expanded outwards to meet the opponent's technique head on. However, Hotsuma had incorporated the use of his dantian to wrap the technique with Wuji. Using his three dantian in combination with Wuji Dao the wind would be wrapped with what would be a void-like energy that would cause the Lightning to interact with it first. Due to the nature of Wuji Dao, as the opposing Lightning clashed with this layer of energy it would immediately erase 30 chakra from within the Lightning reducing it to a B-rank technique that was easily destroyed as the wind cocoon expanded and continued on uninhibited.

Description: Five Agents is a technique where by the user augments their other non-Neidan techniques by combining them with Wuji. The technique mitigates the weakness of a user’s non-Neidan techniques by utilizing the neutral nature of Wuji to erase part of or all a conflicting technique so that the user’s technique becomes neutral or continues with limited inhibition against other techniques. Alternatively, the user can make other techniques more effective against weaker techniques via the same method. This technique is accomplished by combining the user’s non-Neidan technique with Wuji Dao with all three dantian. As a result, this is not an actual augmentation but a collaboration technique between Wuji Dao and a non-Neidan technique. The user will either wrap the layer of Neidan manipulated chakra around their non-Neidan technique or embed it within their non-Neidan technique. The wrapper method causes opposing entities to interact with the Neidan technique before the non-Neidan technique. The embedded method causes the opposing entities to interact with the non-Neidan technique before the Neidan technique comes into play (essentially inverting the process). This technique is learned at chunin rank at B-rank. It can be used within the same timeframe as the user’s non-Neidan technique. At jounin level, the user can enhance the strength of this technique and use it A-rank. Dragon Ninja are capable of using this technique S-rank and using B-rank passively. Head Ninja are capable of using this technique up to A-rank passively but are incapable of using S-rank. Master Ninja can use A-rank passively and use up to S-rank.

But as the wind continued, Hotsuma had already spread his Hellfire chakra into the ground beneath the opponent focusing into four points 3x3 meters apart. It wouldn't wait to spawn several chains of pure Hellfire chakra piercing through the Priest from multiple angles, making avoiding them nearly impossible as they would restrain him crossing each other and anchoring themselves downwards. Next, the fifth spot directly beneath the Priest would then explode into a fiery crucifix wrapped in the same chains. This explosion would be further enhanced by the cocoon of wind which would collide and combine with the hellfire for a true display of fireworks.

Description: The user releases his Hellfire chakra into the ground, which he concentrates on 5 points around the target. First the chakra bursts out of four of these locations around the target (imagine a square with the opponent in the center, the chakra bursts out at each of the corners of the square) as four heavy scorching and blazing chains made out of Hellfire. These chains go straight for the opponent in the center, piercing right through him while crossing each other to finally anchor themselves into the ground a few steps of where the opposing chain was released, creating an X-shape that ties down the opponent in the center.
The piercing alone is enough to cause mortal damage, however just after the chains bursted out of the ground and all of them pierced the target, the Hellfire chakra that was concentrated on the fifth spot, namely the center of the square and thus right below the target, is blasted upwards in the form of a fiery crucifix entangled with chains, making it for an instant look like that the target got crucified before turning to ash as a result of the flames.

Once the seal is formed and is fully filled, the users already impressive chakra control allows them to fully access their chakra and as such produce a greater physical strength or perform techniques without any wasted stamina or chakra. The effort to fuel the chakra into the seal is such that when it finally becomes full, the user can re direct his focus and his chakra to his body once more, taking full advantage of it and its own chakra control. To release the seal, one uses the command Infūin: Kai (White Seal: Release), pumping the stored chakra back into the body, greatly increasing chakra flow. The release command will open the seal and allow the stored chakra to pump back into her body. The seal has two levels of release which enable the use of specific techniques unique to Tsunade:

-Level 1: User partially opens the seal, which makes the markings of the White Seal spread around her face. The Chakra that flows from the Seal (adding 500 chakra points) powers Tsunade's physical abilities, increasing her already chakra enhanced enormous strength to monstrous levels, adding another +15 to her Taijutsu. Her medical techniques are boosted in both speed and effectiveness (heals twice as much, twice as fast). This level enables her the ability to use (Sōzō Saisei) Creation Rebirth on herself or on others through Katsuyu.

-Level 2: After releasing Level 1 of the White Seal, the user forces the seal to open completely. Upon release, the markings of the white seal spread around Tsunade's body. As the oncoming large flames broke through Hotsuma's wind technique, he create a single handseal and his true abilities as a Hayabusa would show as he utilized Taji Dao. Hotsuma would manipulate his Lower Dantian to create a number of appendages that were black and reptilian scaled. Upon his back, two dragon wings were created which immediately propelled Hotsuma towards the sky 15m above (mid-range) out of the way of the flames. The Hayabusa at the same time had also created an additional set of arms which were fully functional thanks to his medical knowledge and they quickly formed another handseal in preparation for another technique, Alongside this, Hotsuma now with 4 arms, simultaneously had gone to grab Senryuu letting off a powerful jutsu bullet towards the opponent.

Description: Taiji Dao is the sister technique to Wuji Dao and its polar opposite. Where the latter returns existence to nothigness, Taiji Dao brings existence from nothingness. Fundamentally, the user creates physical, vital, and/or spiritual entities through the use of their Dantian. The user is also capable of returning enties they've erased with Wuji Dao back into existence in the condition they were erased. The constructs and creations that a user can conjure are limited to their imagination. These constructs, if appropriate, are capable of using Neidan techniques that coincide with the dantian used to create them (e.g physical constructs can use techniques with the lower dantian) ( the entities can, not constructs ). Like other techniques that possess the Chakra of the Dragon, the user is capable of keeping track of anything created with this technique via their Taijin ability. The basic application of this technique sees the use of one of the three dantian to create an entity. However, advanced users are capable of combining two or all three dantian to create entities with qualities of multiple dantian. Combining all three of the dantian is the equivalent to creating a sentient familiar. This technique is learned at genin rank and requires 5 hand signs for external uses. Each rank reduces the requirements for hand signs by 2. The upper echleon (Dragon, Head, Master) may use this technique B-rank and below without hand signs.
Lower Dantian: This application sees the creation of physical entities from Wuji (Nothingness). Entities created with this dantian may possess properties of any material state of matter (solids and liquids primarily) and can be created internal or external of the Hayabusa. Hayabusa are also capable of replacing or adding body parts to themselves (or others through direct contact A-rank usage) such as lost or additional limbs, appendages, or wings. Those with medical knowledge can even replace vital organs, tissues, and cells. The limitations of this technique are that: entities created must be 5 meters away from adversaries unless the user is within close range. Entities such as poisons, diseases, or composites of actual elemental natures cannot be created. Familiars created with this dantian alone are non-sentient. All created constructs possess a black reptilian scale like aesthetic pattern, representing Sokotsu.
Middle Dantian: This application sees the creation of vital/etheral entities from Wuji. Entities created with this dantian possess plasma like forms similar to lightning and fire and appear as translucent black energy. The versatility of this application is less than the lower dantian's application as it possesses no such maluable ability to be formed into multiple different states of matter. Entities created with this application is incredibly high energy giving them the capability to burn on touch or even ignite objects and beings within close proximity (ignition at A-rank and above must be within 2 meters of the entity). The user is immune to their own energy's burning effects. Like the previous application, familiars created with this dantian alone are non-sentient. Entities cannot be created within 5 meters of adversaries unless close range is already established between the user and opponent(s).
Upper Dantian: This application sees the creation of spiritual entities from Wuji. This application allows the user to create a seperate sentience within themselves, or others. This spiritual creation may appear however the user deems fit as it is only a mental representation of the consciousness. Unless created within the consciousness of another, these spiritual beings are only concievable, and communicable to the Hayabusa who created it. Unlike the previous two applications, the user may create this spiritual sentience within another as long as they are within appropriate range. However, their only function is to prevent opponents from using mental/spiritual techniques of certain levels (B-rank prevents enemies from using S-rank and above spiritual/mental techniques. Every rank above that decreases the enemy's use by 1-rank). If created inside the user, the entity acts as a partner capable of using upper dantian techniques without the need for the user's input and is unaffected by spiritual/mental techniques directed at the user. Likewise it can block spiritual techniques on the user's behalf as well (A-rank and below starting at B-rank creations and increasing by 1 rank for every rank above B). This application requires one to be chunin rank and is B-rank at minimum. B and A-rank uses require the user to be within mid-range to use against targets. S-rank requires short range and Forbidden rank requires direct physical contact.
Multi-Dantian: This sees the application of more than one of the dantian being used in one specific use. There are only 3 combinations that may arise from this; lower+upper, middle+upper, and all three combined. The former two applications are a minimum of A-rank. Creating an entity with all 3 dantian is S-rank at minimum and acts as an entirely independent existence.
Note: Genin may use this technique up to C-rank every two turns. Chunin may use this every other turn up to B-rank. Jounin may use this technique up to S-rank (A-rank for upper dantian), however S-rank usage requires a one turn cool down before re-use. Jounin are also capable of using Multi-Dantian.
Note: Dragon/Head Ninja/Master Ninja may use this technique up to Forbidden Rank but only Masters can use Forbidden Rank multi-dantian.
Note: Forbidden usage of any kind can only be used twice per battle and renders the user incapable of using any Neidan technique for two turns after use.

Senryuu | Whirling Dragon

Description: Senryuu is a firearm ninja tool that was developed with a unique firing mechanism that allows its jutsu bullets to be shot with cannon like force traveling to mid range extremely quickly. By whirling the weapon around, the firing pin is able to rotate the barrel allowing it to fire its next bullet. This whirling motion is how the weapon got its name. The weapon has six loading chambers for the user's chakra. When the weapon is fired, it draws upon additional chakra for the firing mechanism building up the force behind the blast and a ring of kanji propels the bullet forward. Due to the force of the blast, the user is only capable of firing one chakra bullet a turn, counting as a move otherwise they would risk recoil damage. The blast is so powerful it is capable of completely neutralizing up to S-rank jutsu (within reason). Although the bullets are powerful, they have no penetrative force, but can still cause significant blunt force trauma if the target were to take a direct hit. Senryuu is a unique weapon due to the fact it can utilize other bullet ninjutsu that's only possible with a firearm. Senryuu's main ability is also derived from its name. After performing the whirling motion to prepare the technique, the user can shoot their own preexisting basic elemental jutsu or surface (naturally occuring) on the field which fills that medium with the chakra from the user's chakra bullet transferring said chakra into the medium. This then causes a dragon to be created out of that medium with the same elemental properties of the jutsu or area shot and counts towards the user's move count. These dragons are equal to S-rank and will last a maximum of two turns, however they are fully sustained by the injection of chakra during the time they are used. While the dragons are in use, the user may not use any additional elemental technique that is of the same chakra nature as the dragon which would follow the strengths and weakness of the respective element.
Note:
-Only one dragon may be on the field at a time.
-Only one jutsu bullet per turn, which travels at the speed of the average Lightning jutsu, the chakra bullets can only be used to neutralize up to three S-rank techniques per battle.
-The user must wait two turns between using the dragon technique, this ability may only be used three times per battle.
-Senryuu is also capable of using other bullet ninjutsu.
This second handseal was for another technique in which the Hayabusa used to manipulate his Upper Dantian, this allowed Hotsuma to began to exude a spiritual pressure upon his opponent which caused the Priest to begin feeling fatigued and unfocused. Unlike a genjutsu, this was spiritual in nature and slowly began to 'erase' the opponent's spiritual energy preventing him from using S-rank and above techniques as long as he was in Mid-range of Hotsuma, a condition he would be unaware of.
(Neidan: Wuji Dao) Internal Alchemy: Way of Nothingness

Description: This is one of the fundamental Neidan techniques within the Hayabusa clan and the first one learned. This technique returns existence to nothingness/erases from existence. Using one of the three Dantian Hayabusa ninja render existence to nothingness. Depending on the Dantian that is used the user can manipulate physical, vital, or spiritual existence. Regardless of which application is used there are two components that can be utilized: internal or external. These two components describe the technique’s application to one’s self and outside themselves respectively. A Hayabusa ninja who utilizes the internal component with this technique manipulates their own physical, vital, and/or spiritual existence. One who utilizes external component does the same but with any entity other than themselves. Only one of the components can be used for any given application of this technique. As for the applications, only one can be used at a given time. Upon reaching higher jounin ranks (Dragon/Head Ninja and Master Ninja), Hayabusa ninja can utilize all three of the Dantian simultaneously to completely erase their own existence (internal) or that of another entity (external). When erasing one’s own existence with this technique the user can only maintain a state of non-existence for no more than one turn with and must re-appear within 10 meters of their original point. Once the user has gone to nothingness they cannot use any techniques until after they return to reality. Through the external component the user can erase the existence of another life such as summons or other shinobi though it requires prolonged contact with the target (3 turns). After contact is made the victim will begin to vanish from the ground up.
Lower Dantian: The Lower Dantian deals with physical existence. Entities such as solids and liquids, physical entities, and corporeal matter are within this Dantian’s scope. When using the internal component of this application the user is capable of erasing parts of their body as small as: bits of flesh and bone to whole limbs, organs, etc. This ability extends to physical afflictions such as poisons, toxins, pathogens and generally any other thing that integrates itself within the user’s physical being. When using this technique on the body to take off flesh and bone the user will feel as though their flesh and bone have been ripped apart and their body will suffer accordingly. For example: if the user erases their right index finger, they will feel their finger ripped off their body and will bleed profusely until stopped. The external component of this technique takes the form of transparent visual distortions similar in nature and appearance to the voids of kamui though with the ability to vary in shape and size. The shape and size are dependent on the rank of the technique. As well as the amount of matter in which one can erase is also dependent on the rank. Lower ranks means smaller areas of effect and less matter that can be erased. This technique has the ability to combat against techniques of equivalent rank or chakra input. With the external component, if anybody other than the user makes contact with the technique, they will suffer just as the user would if they used the internal component of this application. The external component of this application can be made within short range of the user but not the target unless both parties are in close range. Even then, the user cannot manifest this technique directly on their opponent without
physical contact.
Middle Dantian: The Middle Dantian deals with vital existence; the existence of energy. Non-solid/liquid entities like plasmas, fire, lightning, raw chakra forms, and otherwise ethereal entities fall within this Dantian’s scope. The internal component of this application is rather simple, the user erases chakra/energy that exists within them either their own or that of another’s that is connected to the user. The amount of chakra the user can erase is proportional to the rank they use for this application. As for the external component, similar to the Lower Dantian, voids of various shapes are created which erase the chakra/energy, ethereal, and/or vital nature of entities. Again, like with the Lower Dantian, the user cannot directly manifest a chakra erasing void upon their opponents; contact with the void or between the user and the target must be established to directly affect the target.
Upper Dantian: The Upper Dantian deals with the spiritual existence of an entity. Spiritual techniques, consciousness, mental capability, and spirits are all within this Dantian’s control. The internal component of this application controls the existence of illusions, consciousness, sentience, within the user. Enemy techniques that deal with mind control or that inject their consciousness within the Hayabusa can be defended against with the internal component. Likewise, the stability and power of illusions and other spiritual techniques attached to the user can be cut down according to the rank/chakra of this technique. The external component of this application is a little different than the others. Unlike the Lower and Middle Dantian which cannot effect an opponent directly, this Dantian’s application can. With the external component the user can cause the spiritual energy of a sentient being dwindle to nothingness as long as the user has sensory perception of their target and is within range. The result of erasing the spiritual being comes in the form of fatigue and a lack of focus which prevents the target from using higher ranked techniques and progressively dims their consciousness. For example: C-ranked usage will prevent use of Forbidden rank techniques and B-rank usage would prevent S-rank and above and so on. The constraints are as follows: Only chunin level Hayabusa and above can use this technique (as it starts at C-rank) and the user must be within and maintain mid-range of the target to use C and B-rank. A-rank requires short range and S-rank direct physical contact. While using this application only two techniques can be used per turn. If the victim gets out of range of the user they will become capable of using their full power in the following turn.
Note: This technique is learned at genin level and follows similar rules for each rank. Genin can only use D-rank applications, chunin = C-rank, jounin = B-rank (upper) A-rank (lower and middle), Dragon/Head Ninja = A-rank (upper) S-rank (lower and middle), Master Ninja = All ranks.
Note: Genin and Chunin are required to use 5 to 3 hand seals respectively for any application’s external component. Jounin require one hand seal, Dragon/Head, and Master Ninja can use up to B-rank with no hand seals. Contact between user and opponent requires no hand seals.
Note: When using the external component of the Upper Dantian, using the A-ranked and above will render an opponent comatose after two turns. Note: To erase completely the existence of oneself or of another the user must use 70 chakra. Kirie seeing the man evade his technique by taking flight, would change his plan. Instead of moving towards the man and activating white seal, he would cause a prison of chloroform to form around his opponent. The prison is a sphere with large inward spikes. The sphere would shrink at immense speed, impaling, crushing and drowning Hotsuma in the process.

After the chloroform prison's assault, Kirie would cause a large dragon with wings to emerge from the ground and lunge flying towards hotsuma in order to devour him. The dragon being sentient, would follow hotsuma everywhere he goes.

The creatures have a level of sentiency that makes them able to move about the terrain and attack or even come to their creator's aid in order to defend him. Due to the composition of the creatures entirely made of soapstone except for the sole of their feet which is necessary for movement or any part of their body they will, any tangible/physical attacks would simply slip across their body. This is with the exception of elements they are weak to, if the power of the element in question overpowers
theirs. The creatures are able to merge with the ground with ease. Merging with the ground makes the creatures become one with earth or perhaps are now in harmony with earth. They only exist as soapstone chakra thus they can not be harmed while in this state since destroying the earth itself would not destroy the living chakra within it and they would form again from any existing earth even if it is just rubble or debris. However, Hotsuma wouldn't let him get the chance to complete the technique as he quickly withdrew his sword and performed a technique only learnable by those whose knowledge of the sword was as advanced as Hotsuma's own. With near blinding speed the Shinobi withdrew his katana, performing a condensed slash that would reach the Priest in the middle of his hand seals preventing the creation of the Chloroform prison and subsequently dealing damage to him in the process. The slash severing the opponent's left hand from his wrist and preventing use of subsequent handseals.

These chains go straight for the opponent in the center, piercing right through him while crossing each other to finally anchor themselves into the ground a few steps of where the opposing chain was released, creating an X-shape that ties down the opponent in the center.
The piercing alone is enough to cause mortal damage, however just after the chains bursted out of the ground and all of them pierced the target, the Hellfire chakra that was concentrated on the fifth spot, namely the center of the square and thus right below the target, is blasted upwards in the form of a fiery crucifix entangled with chains, making it for an instant look like that the target got crucified before turning to ash as a result of the flames.

Description: Five Agents is a technique where by the user augments their other non-Neidan techniques by combining them with Wuji. The technique mitigates the weakness of a user’s non-Neidan techniques by utilizing the neutral nature of Wuji to erase part of or all a conflicting technique so that the user’s technique becomes neutral or continues with limited inhibition against other techniques. Alternatively, the user can make other techniques more effective against weaker techniques via the same method. This technique is accomplished by combining the user’s non-Neidan technique with Wuji Dao with all three dantian. As a result, this is not an actual augmentation but a collaboration technique between Wuji Dao and a non-Neidan technique. The user will either wrap the layer of Neidan manipulated chakra around their non-Neidan technique or embed it within their non-Neidan technique. The wrapper method causes opposing entities to interact with the Neidan technique before the non-Neidan technique. The embedded method causes the opposing entities to interact with the non-Neidan technique before the Neidan technique comes into play (essentially inverting the process). This technique is learned at chunin rank at B-rank. It can be used within the same timeframe as the user’s non-Neidan technique. At jounin level, the user can enhance the strength of this technique and use it A-rank. Dragon Ninja are capable of using this technique S-rank and using B-rank passively. Head Ninja are capable of using this technique up to A-rank passively but are incapable of using S-rank. Master Ninja can use A-rank passively and use up to S-rank.

Description: Five Agents is a technique where by the user augments their other non-Neidan techniques by combining them with Wuji. The technique mitigates the weakness of a user’s non-Neidan techniques by utilizing the neutral nature of Wuji to erase part of or all a conflicting technique so that the user’s technique becomes neutral or continues with limited inhibition against other techniques. Alternatively, the user can make other techniques more effective against weaker techniques via the same method. This technique is accomplished by combining the user’s non-Neidan technique with Wuji Dao with all three dantian. As a result, this is not an actual augmentation but a collaboration technique between Wuji Dao and a non-Neidan technique. The user will either wrap the layer of Neidan manipulated chakra around their non-Neidan technique or embed it within their non-Neidan technique. The wrapper method causes opposing entities to interact with the Neidan technique before the non-Neidan technique. The embedded method causes the opposing entities to interact with the non-Neidan technique before the Neidan technique comes into play (essentially inverting the process). This technique is learned at chunin rank at B-rank. It can be used within the same timeframe as the user’s non-Neidan technique. At jounin level, the user can enhance the strength of this technique and use it A-rank. Dragon Ninja are capable of using this technique S-rank and using B-rank passively. Head Ninja are capable of using this technique up to A-rank passively but are incapable of using S-rank. Master Ninja can use A-rank passively and use up to S-rank.
Note: chunin can only use this technique every three turns. Jounin can use the technique once every two turns. Dragon/Head Ninja can use this technique once every other turn, and master ninja can use this once per turn.
Note: Passive use of this technique at any rank increases the cool down duration per use by one turn and can only be utilized 4 times per battle.
Note: S-rank version of this technique can only be used once every three turns.
Note: chunin and jounin will be required to use an additional 2 hand signs with whatever technique they are collaborating with to use this technique. The higher echelon will only require 1 additional seal unless the application is S-rank.

Okay so I was asked to check this.

Priest has three issues with Kirabi's move if I'm not mistaken.

The first issue being that Kirabi is out of range and cannot use the technique.
The second issue being that Priest says that Kirabi has to physically move to attack him.
The Third issue being that Kirabi would not be able to use the slash at all since Priest is a higher rank.

So I will start with the first issue.

From what I see, the battle started at Mid-range, and Mid-range by default is 15 meters. Next, Kirabi says he propels himself 15 meters in the sky. Now, I already did the math, but Priest is right when he says that the hypotenuse between the two of you is around 21.2 meters which puts Kirabi out of Mid-range.

Now Kirabi says "As I said, your take on the distance is irrelevant. The fact of the matter is, I clearly state I am in Mid-Range. The numbers of it truly don't matter and are superficial to say the least and simply provide context for RP scenarios. Everything that is done is reliant on short, mid and long range distances. So nothing you say can place me in long-range when I've already stated I'm in mid."

But this does not make sense because just since you state your in Mid-range does not mean you cannot leave mid-range. I also do not agree when he says that the numbers don't matter and are superficial. Jutsus are based on meters and things of that nature matter for a reason. You cannot simply disregard ranges because you feel like it.

So I agree that Kirabi would be in long range.

Next, there is the second issue.

It appears that Kirabi thinks that he can use Iaido while he is in Mid-air and without movement. This appears to be a misunderstanding of the jutsu on his part. Iaido is not a projectile type of slash and it never has been one. Iaido is a technique that allows the user to charge towards an opponent and strike them. Since this technique has a boosted range that does not mean this technique can be used a slash. It simply means that the user can run towards an opponent that is farther away than normal compared to only being able to hit opponents who are in short-range.

So that part of his move is invalid as well.

Next, there is the third issue.

Priest thinks that Iaido would not work on him since he is a Sage. The Samurai rules specifically state, "The Samurai is capable of using Iaidō to stop ninja from performing hand seals only if the Ninja is of the same rank and below but cannot stop higher ranked ninja. This may only be performed within close combat and cannot be used from mid range to jump in and stop hand seals. " So, since Priest is a sage the technique would not work on him.

Kirabi's argument is that this rule was made specifically made for Samurai, but I believe that is a reach.

All in all, Kirabi's move would fail for one reason or another causing him to get hit by Priest's attacks.

I disagree with all this completely. Ill be seeking a secondary check. Clearly for the simple fact I was told differently when it came to these specialties. Samurai as well as the Iaido restrictions were for Samurai specifically because of the additional techniques they have access to. Kenjutsu range also meant your sword slashes were extended by one range. This did not mean anything in regards to running in from mid range as you stated.

Third, I stated I was mid range and said would flying until I reached 15m up. The reason I said this was superficial is because If my opponent waited to use his technique until I meet my peak at upwards of 15meters he would be hit by my Jutsu bullet from Senryuu before he reacted as I stated I shot the jutsu bullet as I flew upwards.

Edit: Not to mention mid range default has always been 10 meters if not stated. Ive never heard of mid being 15 meters default until this post.
