'Is that a challenge?' Kazuto grins slightly and reached for one of his swords, the Dark Repulser which has a slight green color to it and wields it with his left hand. Kazuto then slides his left foot forward while lowering his left hand so that it's alligned to the height of his hip with the tip of the Dark Repulser pointing towards Rairen at a slight downward angle. 'I must say I've been curious about the same thing-.. come!' Veins pop up around Kazuto's eyes as he mutters the word 'Byakugan' in a low tone and observes the movements of the individual infront of him.
Rairen dashes towards Kazuto, quickly shifting the sword behind him, at the same time he channels good about of chakra in his body flourishing it up, his speed boost in a split second he was able to move at amazing speed, almost invisible to a naked eye. When close enough (still midrange), he swings his leg releasing an amazing projectile of chakra.

Description: The user focuses chakra into his leg and compresses it , then the user delivers a kick through the air and releases the compressed chakra in the shape of a bird which follows the trajectory of the kick . However , the user can make it change it's course by performing another hand seal by infusing chakra .

After Rairen releases the bird of compressed chakra Kazuto is momentarily surprised by it's sheer force but doesn't hesistate and reaches out with his right hand, the palm facing upward as he gathers both raw and wind natured chakra atop of his palm creating a rotating sphere of chakra, empowered by wind chakra and then Kazuto pushes the sphere forward having it collide with the approaching compressed chakra, causing both techniques to cancel eachother out with Kazuto suffering minor damage as a result from the technique he used.

Finally, Kazuto forms a body of water below his feet to travel straight towards the approaching Rairen at a great speed, observing Rairen's every move with his Byakugan. While moving Kazuto brings the sword he is holding firmly within his left hand down towards the right side of his waist, with the tip pointing backward.

As Kazuto heads towards Rairen, he slams his hand on the ground making the ground sink 20 meters down, the majestic earth chakra, takes the shape in rectangle and goes down with a sudden thrust.

Description: The user lowers or raises the ground in the surrounding area at high speeds, allowing them to create giant holes in the ground or avoid attacks. The size of the affected area as well as the depths that it is lowered to is up to the user and rasing earth can be done up to 20 meters tall creating a small cliff or they can create trenches that can be as deep as 20 meters. Other than being moved below ground relative to the surrounding surface the terrain is not altered, plant life and people retaining their same positions.
As soon as Kazuto is sunk down, a boiling water erupts from the base, filling it all up with high pressure.

Description:The user sends their suiton chakra into the ground, resulting in a large amount of water erupting from the ground bursting upwards into a large wall of water meters across meters thick and meters tall. The water being from deep within the ground, and thus being extremely hot, capable of causing burns, the water then begins to cascade forwards and downwards upon command, crashing down onto the opponent much like a huge wave. The size of this technique depends completely on how much chakra is used, but can be large enough to buffet a large summoning such as Gamabunta.
Note:
Can only be used twice No Suiton jutsu for the rest of the turn. Can only defend jutsu up to A-rank and up to B-rank earth.As the ground below Kazuto begins dropping at a rapid pace he tenses the muscles in his feet in attempt to stand straight but that is to no avail, the speed of the drop leaves Kazuto to temporary lose contact with the ground as he ends up in a 20 meter deep pit. Then he feels the ground shaking and sees a tremendous amount of chakra coming from below with his Byakugan. Just as the water is about to erupt Kazuto molds earth chakra throughout his body and covers his entire body in rocks, his head included which then protects him as the boiling water violently gushes upward, shooting Kazuto out of the hole.
Kazuto then focuses on regaining his balance and while he's falling towards the pit, now filled with boiling water he 'detaches' the rocks that are covering him and shifts his head towards Rairen's direction, exhaling a quick stream of wind from his mouth which propels him backward, to the far side of the filled pit, leaving it inbetween Kazuto and Rairen, with a total distance of roughly mid-range between the two.
Finally, Kazuto looks towards his opponent who remains completely unscathed while Kazuto has already suffered little damage and then forms a single handseal(water affinity) and gathers a large amount of boiling water from the pit infront of him which rises up meters high and then cascades downward towards Rairen with tremendous force.
As soon as Rairen releases chakra for the scald, he uses the same element to fill the clouds with humongous water chakra, creating a mighty phoenix in the sky, as soon as he witnesses his prey coming out of the pit blown up by the water the phoenix dives down bursting into several smaller water phoenix, which are strong enough to penetrate any earth, and with the armor already weakened the direct hit from one of the strongest water moves ends the game for Kazuto, sending him down with immense pressure blows back into the boiling water, exposed this time.

Description: A more advance version of Johninto's original water phoenix the user will focus all their suiton chakra into the sky. When they have enough chakra in the sky they start to crate a giant phoenix that is the half the size of Gamabunta. When the phoenix is form it will explode into a large barrage of mini phoenixes that are the size of Abumanre bugs and will come down onto the opponent with such great force that even if they were underground up to 3 meters underground the phoenixes would still break through and do minor damage like breaking a little into the skin but not do faultily damage. Since the phoenixes are made up of the user chakra they will remain unharmed.
Note:
Can only be used once in a battle
Cannot use any water jutsus for the next turn
It takes a jutsu move to form unless its already raining
Has to be taught by Johninto Uchiha
To sizes his victory, he announces; "Have you heard my name? Its Rairen, as in Lightning, I can bend the power of lightning to my will, I say my byes young fellow, and this is a farewell gift. AHHHHHHHHHH!"He drops his hand, bringing forth a mighty thunder roar which strikes down into the pit.
