Jason would passively apply a seal to his body while engaging in a low sweeping kick that resulted in a current of air being formed into a fast moving wolf that heads directly towards you, aiming to sink its gigantic claws into you as soon as it was able to (lets say it can reach you as soon as it reaches short range)

(Fuuinjutsu: Karada no shinayaka-sa) Sealing Arts: Ease of Body

Description: A body seal that reacts only to certain physical movements of the user, the Ease of Body seal is filled with the user's chakra before battle, which fuels the seal and allows its use. This seal only activates once the user uses non elemental taijutsu. Non Elemental Taijutsu often requires the user to infuse his body with chakra in order to successfully perform the technique he is attempting, which is strange because as shown, taijutsu is usually used to preserve chakra. This seal rectifies this by flooding the user's body with chakra at the exact points it needs to be in order to execute successfully, eliminating the need for the user to input chakra himself for this brand of Tai. By flowing chakra through the body for the user, the user is free to keep his chakra reserves in check, merely performing the actions necessary whilst the seal provides the boost in power needed.
-The user's next 4 Non Elemental Taijutsu moves don't require any chakra input from the user
-Seal can be used twice per battle
-3 Turn Cooldown between activations of this seal
-Seal may be passively applied


(Hachibushu: Asurazu Rāsu ) - Eight Deva Guardians: Asura's Wrath

Description: Asura's Wrath is an Eight Deva Guardians technique, based off of the Naga substyle of the technique. The user will focus chakra into their leg and perform a leg sweep. As their leg cuts through the air , the air around the origin of the kick begins to rotate and is shaped into a wolf. The wolf starts off small (roughly the size of a human) and as it travels forward begins to grow in size as it fully develops. It's full size grows to the size of 8m x8m x 8m size and reaches this size when it reaches mid range, allowing it to be fully formed as it enters long range. The wolf can either claw, bite or ram into the target based on the user's needs before dispersing. The wolf is made up of sharp, rotating air currents that is a trade mark of this style and will cause deep cuts as well as blunt force trauma. This technique can only be used twice per battle with a three turn cool down in between usages.
This wolf would be made with a skill Jason possessed that would give it sentiency and vitality, so that it was able to make it's own adjustments and decisions. Still at the same time as the above actions he would summon the scales of the snake sage along his body

(Yoton: Jigoku ni henkō) - Yang Release: Change into Hell

Description: The user is able to use his Yang nature to embue life into an elemental technique, creating a Yang/Element sentient entity that will stay on the field to aid him. The only limit is the size of the technique originally used as an elemental source as the resulting entity will always be half the size. This entity can be interacted with, can act on its own and is made of the element sourced, with all its properties intact. Its strength is based on the original elemental technique used as a source. This doesn't consume time since its actually a skill applied to a technique used at the same time.
Note: Usable 3 times per battle and up to 6 times per event to create one entity with up to 300 chakra points that is able to use jutsu from the source it was created from.
Note: Yang Release masters can apply this technique to advanced fields and CE and advanced elements.

Senpo: Hebi Sēji Hontai) Sage Art: Snake Sage's Body

Description: Snake Sage Mode users discovered the ability to summon the scales of the White Snake Sage. With summoning the scales, they have the ability to absorb natural energy and transfer the energy to the user. The user would summon the scales along their body. The user doesn't have enhance protection but just summons the scales along their body. These scales attach their selves to the user and gather natural energy and transfer the energy per turn at a 10% rate of the user's chakra for the following four turns. The percentage is based on the user's chakra so if the users has 1000 chakra points 10% of that chakra is converted into senjutsu chakra which is 100 so that is what is transferred to the user that turn and the following turns.
-Only summoned by users of Sage Mode
-This technique last four turns or when the user cancels the technique.
-Can only be used once per battle
-No other Sage Mode jutsu in the same turn as this technique is used in.

This wolf would be made with a skill Jason possessed that would give it sentiency and vitality, so that it was able to make it's own adjustments and decisions. Still at the same time as the above actions he would summon the scales of the snake sage along his body

T'Challa stood several meters away as Jason initiated a low sweep that prompted the air currents to rise around from the force behind the kick until a wolf was formed and running straight for T'Challa. The wolf grew rapidly as T'Challa looked on waiting for the right moment. Jason proceeded to run after the wolf but T'Challa took notice of the short distance between them. Without warning, as the wolf lunged, T'Challa moved out of the way in the blink of an eye and was upon Jason in the same instance while unleashing devastating and precise knuckle punches directly to Jason's sternum. The attack would completely shatter Jason's chest cavity as the strikes broke through his Mandalorian armor and deal critical damage as his heart was subjected to the full force of the attack. At T'Challa's current speed, this would all happen before Jason could even think about his next move while the sentient entity would have no idea where T'Challa had gone to so quickly. T'Challa would grab Jason by his clothing and swing him into the back left leg of the wolf finishing Jason with his own technique as T'Challa maneuvered mid range away from the gigantic wolf and would now be behind it.

(Raiton Chakura Mōdo) - Lightning Chakra Armor

Description: The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra which, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate their nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses reaction time, and pushes physical prowess to the absolute limit allowing for tremendous raw speed. The technique has different levels of activation each visibly depicted by the users hair which stands up when the technique is activated to the fullest. The higher the level, the higher the speed the user can achieve. This mode, combined with taijutsu, allows the users to utilize nintaijutsu. When using the armor at full power, it causes the tips of A's hair to spike up and his reflexes are said to be comparable to those of Konoha's Yellow Flash, making it difficult even for the Sharingan to keep up with him. Despite the large quantity of chakra it releases and uses up, the armor doesn't damage enemies who touch it, leaving the user able to interact with those around, allies or enemies as well as tools, weapons, etc.
Level One: The base activation of the mode, the user's speed doubles and he gains a x2 speed boost. His Taijutsu increases as well, by +20 damage. This state can last up to 4 turns.
Level Two: The most commonly used state and the one generally referred to, this activation causes the user's hair to slightly raise upwards as his speed increases x3 speed. This likewise increase his strength +10 more than level one. This state can only last 3 turns max each usage.
Level Three: The highest level of the Lightning Chakra Armor, the user uses this state to increase his reactions and speed to the max, gaining a x4 speed boost and a +40 damage boost to Taijutsu. The users speed increases to a point where only the highest Gates, Jinchuriki modes and instant techniques outstrip the user in terms of speed, appearing as a blur to most targets. This state however, only lasts 2 turns, after which the mode in it's entirety cannot be accessed for at least 4 turns.

Note: Level Two can only be used three times max each event and Level Three can only be used twice, during which only Taijutsu and Lightning may be used exclusively.
Note: Can only be used by the 3rd and 4th Raikages.

(Chiratsuki Kaihi/Undō) Flicker Evasion/Movement

Description: Using the amazing abilities of the Lightning Armor technique, both the 3rd and 4th Raikages are able to move at insanely high speeds to dodge or evade incoming attacks, even those that would normally be unavoidable such as Amaterasu. This fast movement can also be used in conjunction with a Taijutsu move, including their own signature Lightning based Nintaijutsu moves, to use the momentum one can gather and add even more damage if the move allows it. The technique also alows the user to move in more elaborate patterns that one would think, although following a more or less linear path. The only weakness of this technique is that, since its purely fast and enhanced movement, you cannot use it in all battle grounds but only those that would otherwise enable its use. Not only that but although the user moves fast, he is still trackable by high Doujutsu users (3T, Byakugan and Rinnegan), Sensors and EIG Masters. This doesn't mean the opponent can react (that depends on his speed, mastery of taijutsu and techniques used) but rather that he can perceive the attack.

Note: Only useable once per turn by Third and Fourth Raikage bios with their Lightning Chakra Armor active.

A flash of lightning would surround his opponent before he vanished before his eyes. Jason could only assume that whatever action the opponent had taken involving the brief flash of lightning, which was known to be able to do things like increase speed and reaction times like in the "Overdrive" technique, was the cause of such a thing. With this in mind, he would quickly make a handseal and release a barrier that was designed to eliminate such techniques that moved at the speed of sound genjutsu, even faster than the speed at which his opponent would be moving. This barrier would of course expand far too fast for the opponent to see, and would be nigh unnoticeable to them due to it being completely see through. The opponent would have no idea of the nature of this technique, but they would know the effects. As both their charge and enhanced speed (through virtue of needing Lightning Armor to perform) would be halted due to the barrier draining the lightning armor away from their body and making it so that it could not be reactivated whilst the opponent moved towards him, short of his goal (lets say you get slightly over halfway to me due to your speed). This immediate and sudden loss of speed, tracking of such speed, and control over such speed, would result in the opponent to tumbling and falling to the ground in a rolling heap a bit more than halfway to Jason This barrier would reach into long range, and would also render any further energy cloaks useless by the opponent for the foreseeable future. The opponent losing control over his speed and tripping would of course make him unable to land or properly use his taijutsu technique

(Fuuinjutsu: Anchisuperu) - Sealing Arts: Anti Spell

Description: Only useable once the opponent has activated a chakra cloak of some sort, the user will make a single handseal and release a barrier from their body that expands at the speed of a standard sound genjutstu. This barrier does no damage, it doesn't block their vision (it's completely see through), and otherwise the opponent won't know it's there unless they have some sort of way to sense it or see the chakra of it. It's completely harmless to the opponent. However, what it does do is cut off the opponents connection to any type of chakra cloak they may be using. It drains any energy based chakra (Raw, Fire, Wind, Lightning, etc) on the outer side of the barrier. Note that it does not drain the opponents chakra from his body. It will drain the chakra cloak only and only until it is completely gone, after which the technique will end. The draining and ending of the cloak is almost immediate. This technique will only work on cloaks that can be classified as Supplementary, and will work on all of them regardless of rank due to the fact that these cloaks carry no inherent damage to them. To stop the opponent from simply reactivation the cloak, the barrier lasts 3 turns

Jason's wolf wouldd of course see this it's strike was missed and would also see this his opponent was nowhere to be found in front of it. Realizing that the target would most likely be going for Jason in order to prematurely end it's existence, he would immediately act. Therefore as he missed he would immediately turn around to locate its target with the thought that he'd be heading towards Jason. As he would do this he would of course see the target fall to the ground and would use it's giant claw to once again slam down onto his fallen opponent in order to deal damage.

(Heishi Piru) Soldier Pills
Type:
Supplementary
Description and Background:Soldier pills are a more combat aimed variation of the military ration pill. Upon ingesting the pill, your chakra supply doubles, but burns at a greatly accelerated rate due to the "pressure" involved. Upon ingesting the pill, any ninjutsu you use gains +15 damage and any taijutsu gains +10 for 4 turns. Upon expiration of the effects you must use an extra 10 chakra for every technique afterwards for 5 turns with no enhanced effects due to the fatigue setting in meaning you have to force your techniques more, and thereby adding to the toll it takes on your body. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use in combat and are essentially black small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach, made off of various ingredients and medicinal herbs as well as stimulants. Can only be given out to up to 4 times, excluding the user's use.
Description of Side Effects:
-Upon using a second pill in a conflict the additional chakra cost after expiry rises to +30 until healed
-Upon taking a third pill, the medical ninja will suffer cardiac arrest upon expiry of the pill.
-Costs a move per turn to use.

Mandalorian Technique: Repulsor Energy | Rorian no Jutsu: Riparusāenerugī

Damage Points: 20-80 (+15 "Soldier Pills") = 95
Description: This is one of the basic but useful attacks of the Mandalore clan, acting as it's only utility based attack. The user holds up one or both of their hands showing a white hole in each palm. The palm releases out a blast of chakra various of damage, size, and power depending on rank of the technique. The palm can either release a blast, beam, or even a wide spread of chakra. Not only with the holes present in the palms, the user also has the capability of releasing the Repulsor Energy from any of his jet pack holes present on his armor's body. Additionally, the user can choose to let the chakra "leak" out of the holes, and with advanced shape manipulation, the chakra could form various objects or tools to protect the user. It costs five chakra per turn to sustain the shapes of these objects, and can only be sustained for one turn.
-The S-rank version can be used three times per battle. Once used, it requires a three turn cool down limit
-This technique is neutral to the basic elemental techniques of the same rank but of course it all depends on size also to be taken into account
D-C Rank can be used up to Short range
C-B Rank can be used up to Mid-range
A-S Rank can be used up to Long-range

T'Challa was no stranger to these tactics. People had heard the legend of the Black Panther and had developed abilities to try and thwart him. But, as T'Challa fell from the sudden loss of speed, something peculiar and subtle happened at the same moment. Jason was immediately subjected to a genjutsu where T'Challa had regained his footing and leaped into the air above Jason preparing to come down upon him with a dropping kick. This short diversion was all T'Challa needed however as he used the forward momentum to fall into the already initiated roll. As T'Challa rolled he supplemented his movement with the usage of his Scarborough Fair. The handguns were perfect for situations such as this, as Parsley and Sage were withdrawn during the roll, Rosemary and Thyme already connected to his ankles. Meanwhile the wolf would be turning around, seeing T'Challa and initiating his claw strike.

To stay loaded at all times, the guns passively drain up to 40 chakra (10 each) per turn. Each weapon holds up to 40 chakra magazine at which points the weapon will stop draining/accepting additional chakra. During development, Ninja Scientists recognized that some situations may require more immediate offensive output, so chakra can be actively loaded by the user by sacrificing one of their moves to fuel one or more of the handguns with chakra. This chakra can be spread among the weapons to load multiple at a time, but can only distribute up to 40 chakra between the weapons and can be done within the time frame of another technique. This allows the user to quickly stockpile the bullets damage resulting in a more powerful bullets as the need arises. Naturally, as long as the weapons are loaded with chakra they can fire chakra bullets up to S-rank depending on the amount of chakra used. It should be noted, that the user may also not expend more than 40 chakra from Scarborough Fair per turn which may be spread among the handguns as needed. These chakra bullets may be elemental or raw chakra, but this must be stated prior to the release as only a single element may be used in a turn. T'Challa was no stranger to these tactics. People had heard the legend of the Black Panther and had developed abilities to try and thwart him. But, as T'Challa fell from the sudden loss of speed, something peculiar and subtle happened at the same moment. Jason was immediately subjected to a genjutsu where T'Challa had regained his footing and leaped into the air above Jason preparing to come down upon him with a dropping kick. This short diversion was all T'Challa needed however as he used the forward momentum to fall into the already initiated roll. As T'Challa rolled he supplemented his movement with the usage of his Scarborough Fair. The handguns were perfect for situations such as this, as Parsley and Sage were withdrawn during the roll, Rosemary and Thyme already connected to his ankles. Meanwhile the wolf would be turning around, seeing T'Challa and initiating his claw strike.

The wolf was stated to be turning around as his claw strike missed and in the same TF as Jason's seal. This would be in the tf right after you activated lightning armor/dashed and thus would *not* be turning around as you rolled for your genjutsu that would be happening AFTER Jason's seal

The moment the genjutsu was put on Jason, Autodoc would alert him of his chakra levels being influenced and otherwise affected by foreign chakra and Jason would passively activate Sage mode, releasing him from the genjutsu the moment before/as you initiated your roll

Description: Hunter/Killer is a variant of the basic Mandalorian Armor, working in the exact same regard as the old armor, upgraded and outfitted with several new abilities for the higher ranks of Jason Todd. The helmet of the suit is built in with a place holder to interface with the canon medical gas mask. This suit is synthetically linked to the user's body and chakra system through its technology and is capable of mirroring the user's ability to harness Sage Mode for its benefit. For this reason it is able to safely produce and project all techniques as if it was the user's very own skin, and only takes damage when the user does. It has been built with multiple abilities to aid Jason in battle. The suit is skintight but thick and strong. When doing this it is able to use its medical gas mask attachment for the user to breathe. The looks of the suit are within the spoiler.

Predator: Hunter/Killer activates a powerful cloaking device infused within the suit that is capable of being charged to a different level through absorbing the user's sage chakra to increase it's ability. Under normal means, with the user out of sage mode, the device projects Natural Energy in a makeup similar to the "Hiding with Camoflauge Technique" . The effect of this is that the user is cloaked in such a way that he appears to blend in with the Natural Energy that naturally circulates the area, only being able to be sensed by those capable of perceiving Natural Energy. This effect lasts 3 turns and may be used twice per battle with a cooldown of 3 turns in between uses.

When the user is in Sage Mode, the users Sage chakra supercharges the Predator ability. Now the chakra projected by the device adds a secondary flow of chakra, similar to that found in "(Muon Satsujin Jutsu) - Silent Homicide Technique" making it so that in addition to the previous effects, all sound will be removed from the user's physical actions including from use of weapons and ninja tools in short range of himself. The cost for this is that the chakra cost for maintaining Sage Mode doubles to 20 Chakra per turn due to the extra drain on the technique. This lasts for up to 4 turns each use.


SuperHuman: Hunter/Killer injects Jason with a cocktail of chemicals that increase his physical prowess allows him to use his physical abilities (such as running, jumping, sliding, etc) to avoid techniques up to 10 meters height and width. He may do this once per turn for the next 3 turns, but may only accompany this ability or use his chakra for another Tai/Ken Related technique or use a Weapon/Ninja Tool directly after using this ability granted by SuperHuman. He may reactivate Superhuman once every 2 turns, up to twice per battle. Using this ability takes up a moveslot.

AutoDoc: AutoDoc provides the user with a system known only to him that utilizes its own version of the passive "Diagnosis" medical skill. Due to this, the user is provided with a constant update of his chakra levels, health, and body in general, all on the level of the actual skill. This ability is passive

Mystic Touch: Hunter/Killer seems to simply be painted black, it is actually simply covered in various kanji that are so merged that they appear as black paint. By paying a moveslot and the chakra cost for the seal, the user may call forth the kanji and combine them so that they match the sealing script that any contact based sealing tag/scroll/Kanji based seal has onto any point on his limbs. He may also cause the kanji to appear upon any weapon he is holding by having the Kanji move up to the weapon. . This ability makes it so that the user has a much easier method of applying sealing tags and scripts to his targets, making it so that he may form these tags simultaneously with any Tai/Ken Related technique or Weapon/Ninja Tool usage. These seals (or the by products they produce in cases such of seals which release a substance that contacts its target) must still make contact with its target as normal to achieve their effect and the user must post the seal that is being formed.

Description: An empowered state of body achieved by blending natural energy with one’s physical and spiritual energy. The mode heightens performance on all levels by adding a new dimension of power to the user’s chakra. The state is a direct result of Senjutsu chakra circulating through the body. To enter this form, a minimum of 10% of the user’s maximum chakra reserve must be moulded into Senjutsu chakra, all subsequent technique employ Senjutsu chakra until the minimum cost (-10/turn) cannot be paid to sustain the mode. The user is resistant to damage, reducing 30 damage from all techniques and can heal (for 10 damage per turn) for the duration of this technique. The user is able to passively sense chakra and his/her perception and reflexes are enhanced. Their ninjutsu and strength increases, empowering taijutsu and other close range physical combat techniques by +30. Additionally, the user is able to break out of Genjutsu, using Genjutsu release technique one rank lower than what he would normally be required to. And similarly, the requirement to break out of user’s Genjutsu using Release or Chakra surge is one rank higher than required. Lastly, the user gains access to snake anatomy, Sage Art: Inorganic Reincarnation and other physical feats granted by Sage mode.

The earth shaking would make it so that as you would attempt to push yourself up with your hands in the next moment, you would find no stable ground and would fall flat onto it on your stomach. This shaking would only affect the range of earth you were in and would in no way affect his Wolf. The kick to the ground that also occurred would at the same time cause a vortex of chakra to release upwards into your body which would end up interrupting your push up and thus the rest of your move either way. This vortex would come out as a pillar of chakra that cover a 3.5 meter area around you that would violently crash into your body and raise you upwards into the air

As their leg cuts through the air , the air around the origin of the kick begins to rotate and is shaped into a wolf. The wolf starts off small (roughly the size of a human) and as it travels forward begins to grow in size as it fully develops. It's full size grows to the size of 8m x8m x 8m size and reaches this size when it reaches mid range, allowing it to be fully formed as it enters long range. The wolf can either claw, bite or ram into the target based on the user's needs before dispersing. The wolf is made up of sharp, rotating air currents that is a trade mark of this style and will cause deep cuts as well as blunt force trauma. This technique can only be used twice per battle with a three turn cool down in between usages.


Along with his world shaking and kick, Jason would be monitoring your movements via his sensing and would bombard you with a constant rain of bullets from his Vital Pistols, aiming bullets into your skull and other vital areas with his pinpoint tracking and sensing in order to deal critical damage.

(Jūyōna pisutoru) Vital Pistols

Description:These pistols are engineered to be completely symbiotic with the user by using the user's technological knowledge, to the point where they are strengthen by the vitality of the user. These weapons are deeply connected to the user through the power of advanced biomechanical and genetic sciences. The user may fire freeform chakra bullets that move as fast as the average lightning jutsu. These bullets only do the damage of a normal kunai however, and these freeform bullets act to replace the use of the user's Kunai completely. The User may also release an S rank (80 Damage) Barrage of chakra bullets that cover a 6 meter span in width and height. This costs a move and can only used once per turn, 4 times per battle.

Vital Pistols can merge to form a single scoped rifle as well. This rifle can scope in up to 2 landmarks away (Long Range in battle). The user may shoot and fire a chakra bullet (S Rank/80 Damage) at the cost of a move up to 4 times a battle. By expending an additional moveslot when firing the rifle, the user can apply a seal onto the bullet via its Compensator ability that creates a barrier with the ability to prevent the detection of the bullets chakra by sensors and dojutsu users by disrupting its chakra signature and deflecting chakra away. This can be used twice with a 2 turn cooldown in between each shot. The user may use a supplementary ability/technique alongside the firing of the rifle.


Compensator: This gun bears a seal that makes it so that any effects applied to the gun via sealing script are also applied to bullets fired from it so long as they cost a move. Placing a seal upon the gun will cause the bullet that comes out it to carry the same effects of the seal. This would be split across the bullets, meaning an A rank seal will its strength split up to 4 times. This ability is active and may be used simultaneously with another technique as this ability is supplementary. Up to 2 seals can be applied at one time with their effects applied to alternating bullets. Compensator can be used up to 3 times with a break of 2 turns in between use.

T'Challa's felt the vibrations in the earth and flooded his entire body with chakra in an instinctive response realizing an attack from below was on its way as he lost his balance. This promptly turned his skin black and as hard as diamond as he was suddenly blasted upwards by the raw chakra of Jason's nintaijutsu. But, with his skin now being bolstered by his earth chakra it made T'Challa's already impressive body that much stronger and resilient. T'Challa was completely unaffected by the nintaijutsu and the bombardment of chakra bullets which did nothing but push him further into the air as he saw the wolf fade from existence. His body was so strong he was completely unfazed by the harmful effects of the technique he had just used. At the same time he was knocked upwards however, a bright light and blaring sound flashed from below T'Challa. Under the cover of the explosion with the King now in the air above Jason, T'Challa was now preparing to completely overwhelm the man as he threw a lighting infused kunai towards Jason's skull. This kunai would rip directly through his helmet as it piercing power was increased several fold by T'Challa's Super Vibrating Lightning to deal critical damage. Of course, with Jason's sight, hearing, and chakra sensing left useless due to the explosion of T'Challa's smoke flash bomb, Jason would be unaware of the oncoming attack.

T'Challa's felt the vibrations in the earth and flooded his entire body with chakra in an instinctive response realizing an attack from below was on its way as he lost his balance. This promptly turned his skin black and as hard as diamond as he was suddenly blasted upwards by the raw chakra of Jason's nintaijutsu. But, with his skin now being bolstered by his earth chakra it made T'Challa's already impressive body that much stronger and resilient. T'Challa was completely unaffected by the nintaijutsu and the bombardment of chakra bullets which did nothing but push him further into the air as he saw the wolf fade from existence. His body was so strong he was completely unfazed by the harmful effects of the technique he had just used.
