One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.

You will start to see your vision start to blur out until the vision is whiten out making you believe that the flashbomb made you blind.

I'd prefer if you went all out, to be honest. I don't want to tip-toe around certain elements. z_z Also, Roy has his staff attached to his right arm, with the end bit reaching out 30inches past his hand. (CW is in my cj thread but will post if needed/when using it)
As Roy is suddenly blinded, he concentrates on the inherent skills of his clan and uses his energy to sense everything that is going on around him. As he does this, quicker than expected he finds his own chakra pathway surged with foreign chakra. Although small in quantity, he realized this was the work of a genjutsu user.
Quickly, he'd use the staff end strapped to his right arm and use a sharp wooden end to pierce his palm, causing him damage just over that which one one would receive when attempting to summon an animal. This causes more bleeding but the damage done is not something which would affect him during the ongoing battle. Doing this, he'd be released from the genjutsu before it has even taken its full effect.
Sharingan user already using such illusions, I should avoid eye contact, Roy thought as he then began to concentrate on your chin.
By this time you'd have released your snakes underground. Although he hadn't seen them, his ability to sense allows Roy to find out of their existence immediately. Knowing they're travelling to the ground around/below him, he'd wait till they got into short range. As this happens he begins to manipulate his chakra and perform two hand seals.
Suddenly as he notices them travelling upwards, aiming to break out of the ground and attack him he'd leap two meters backwards whilst causing webs of Water to appear everywhere on the battlefield, trapping the snakes in sticky solid like threads of water, greatly resembling that of a spiders web. You too would also be trapped in this, thus become unable to perform your Lightning jutsu.

Description: The user performs two handseals, manipulating the moisture in the air and ground so as to create a gigantic web made of wire thin threads comprised of water. The web envelops the area mid range around the user, being exceptionally inconspicuous due to the thin size of the threads and the translucency of the water. The threads have an exceptionally sticky like quality, as well as being rather elastic and having a solid like property. Should the opponent move, they would find themselves running into one of the threads, when they do so the vibrations of the threads movement would be sent directly back to the user, who is connected to the web via use of a single thread that attaches to the users chest. This effectively allows the user to detect the movement of any objects within the webs range of influence lest they find a way to avoid the webs entirely. This single web attached to the users chest is optional, and is not a requirement, leaving it up to the user whether he/she'd want it, as it'd be more or less useless if the user and his opponent have a clear view of each other. Also, when an object comes in contact with a thread, the web clings to them as it begins to expand and propagate, fully consuming the opponent in a sticky mass of water in an attempt to drown them or fully cease the objects movements. The user is capable of traversing through the web with ease, without being hindered. The user is also capable of removing the webs attachment from their chest, so as to prevent attacks conducting through the web and directly into them. Alternatively the user can perform an extra handseal upon the opponent being ensnared, this causes the web to abruptly snap in on the targeted object, trapping them within its wired embrace as it consumes them in an exceptionally large and exceptionally strong sticky bubble of imprisonment.

The web slowly begins to cover up every inch of your body, strangling you and entering your pores (nose, mouth, ears), not only becoming extremely uncomfortable but also attempts to drown you.
As you're helplessly stuck, Roy performs a single seal and forcefully inserts his chakra into your body. It'd remain dormant inside you, until you attempt to use B-rank or higher techniques. This would happen after the water and after whatever defence you attempt, of course.

As the victim begins to channel their chakra for the technique they use, they will see several spiked chains shoot up and restrain them, wrapping all around their body and dragging them to the ground. The chains will gradually become tighter and tighter and the victim will feel the spikes of the chains sinking deeper into their bodies and also the lack of air from being restricted. Eventually, after so much tension, the victims will fall unconscious.

The downside is that the user cannot mold techniques from other elements a part from earth while sustaining the armor. The armor can be manifested in only specific parts of the body if the user so chooses.
As she is protected against the water she does 3 hand signs and sends chakra inside your clothing. She then changes the structure of it, make it stronger and finally manipulate it to wrap around your shoulders and has the fabric crush your shoulders really fast, break your bones and making it harder for you using your arms.

He can make the clothing to completely wrap around the opponent and crush him, or wrap around in certain parts like arms, legs, upper/lower body, etc. Using either means to crush the opponent, the technique has the same power. It can squeeze and crush the opponent really fast, break his bones and deal internal damage to him. This technique can be used not only on regular clothes, but armors and generally everything that is worn on the body. In addition to the offensive usage, the user can also use this technique to move the clothes through simple hand movements. By doing this, he sacrifices the offensive damage of the technique but gains more usage versatility.

As you channel chakra into his clothing, Roy could quickly sense the sudden influx of foreign chakra into the very garments he was wearing. At first he was surprised, knowing he had a similar sort of ability but nothing which allowed him to do it on the clothing of others.
Quickly reacting, Roy focus his energy and uses it to coat his whole body with a thin layer which gives off a silver hue. The energy would protect Roy's body from being crushed by his own clothing, whilst it moves outwards, going through the clothing and neutralizing the chakra within it, allowing him to be safe of the attack whilst the energy itself also disappears.

Roy was somewhat curious, but not shaken. He knew of his own abilities and this was nothing he couldn't handle.

As he talked, Roy grabbed a piece of cloth and infused it with Wind chakra, making it extremely streamlined and sharp. Following up, he'd throw the piece of cloth in the air just in front of him.
Suddenly, the cloth would appear to explode, turning into a hummingbird which has a 5 meter girth and 10 meter length, making it extremely big compared to it's natural size which consists of it being 5-10 inches. Hummingbirds are known for being quick and agile when it comes to flight, and this creation would be no different.
The bird would instantly flap its wings, releasing B-rank wind infused (and empowered by +20) sharpened stitching towards you, covering a short range diameter. As it does this, flapping its wings would cause it to get a higher position, it'd go upwards, roughly 10 meters in the sky above, and fly around us, keeping its distance and waiting for a chance to strike.

Description: This technique simply allows the user to infuse a cloth of choice with an elemental chakra. There are two distinct types of infusions, the first which entails the utilisation of pure elemental chakra, whereas the second utilised a manifestation of an element so as to provide more corporeal physical affects. In the first, the user will simply infuse the cloth with an element of choice via chakra flow, resulting in it undertaking an empowering elemental coating that will grant rudimentary manifestations of the respective element - i.e Fire infused cloth will become sterile and hot, Lightning/Wind infused will be sharper or faster, Earth more resilient/rigid, and water becoming ignition-resistant. The second version will result in a more distinct change, for instance, the infusion of fire will set the cloth alight, the infusion of Wind/Lightning will surround it in empowering currents of Wind or Lightning, the infusion of Earth will turn the cloth rock like, while the infusion of Water will utterly drench the cloth, with the added option of the cloth also becoming sticky so as to cling to a target. While the technique itself does not do damage, it does empower the cloth in question, allowing it to be tossed as a projectile, or more importantly, allowing for the pre-infusion of an element into a cloth so as to give an Oversoul Techniques of choice added power.

Description: Gift of Creation, a technique which allows the user to make simple ‘toys’ turn into savage beasts of death. This jutsu requires the user to channel his chakra into a stuffed toy, animating the toy and giving it a basic sentience required for attacking or perhaps defending purposes. Upon animation, the toy may expand, depending on the users wishes of course, their expansion allowing them reach a size of up to 15 meters. These stuffed toys are capable of attacking with their basic attributes, whether it be unleashing strings to bind the opponent, firing balls of filling, launching stitching towards the opponent either by dispatching it through their mouths/noses and bodily pores in general or through bodily movements such as swinging their arms/legs/wings and other limbs in general, depending on the animal, with each of these strings/fillings launches considered to be B-ranked, or attacking with their physical traits. The type of stuffed toy may have an effect on its usefulness, for instance cheetah shaped stuffed animals would be rather fast, birds would be capable of flight, moles for digging and aquatic animals for swimming, meanwhile Gorilla shaped animals would possess uncanny brute strength. Hybrids are also creatable through utilisation of this technique, or even legendary creatures. Teddies can also undergo delayed expansion, allowing them to be thrown or launched to a desired spot before in preparation for their expansion. Once activated, the animal animated would become sentient, fighting alongside the user as an ally.

Roy meanwhile would hurl towards you non-chakra infused Kunais, sending three towards your chest area, aiming to hit you whilst you're distracted.
Turn two for the Genjutsu being dormant inside you.
As you channel chakra into his clothing, Roy could quickly sense the sudden influx of foreign chakra into the very garments he was wearing. At first he was surprised, knowing he had a similar sort of ability but nothing which allowed him to do it on the clothing of others.
Quickly reacting, Roy focus his energy and uses it to coat his whole body with a thin layer which gives off a silver hue. The energy would protect Roy's body from being crushed by his own clothing, whilst it moves outwards, going through the clothing and neutralizing the chakra within it, allowing him to be safe of the attack whilst the energy itself also disappears.

Roy was somewhat curious, but not shaken. He knew of his own abilities and this was nothing he couldn't handle.

As Asami watches you protect from her cloth jutsu, she looks at her body and sees that your chakra has messed with her chakra system and has trapped her in a genjutsu. Using her sharingan, Asami takes control over your illusionary technique and reverse it back into you by taking control of it and releasing herself at the same time.

Description:This is a illusion counter were, through the use of their sharingan, an Uchiha can take control over an enemy illusionary techniques and reverse it back into the opponent by taking control of it and releasing oneself at the same time. With 1 Tomoe, it can affect C-Rank and below illusions. With 2 Tomoe it can affect B-Rank and bellow illusions. With a 3 Tomoe, it can affect A-Rank and below illusions. With MS/EMS it can affect S-Rank and bellow illusions. Can only be used once every two turns.

Asami has a T-Rex like creature (same size of great stone golem) made out of red sand rise from the ground. The creature blocks the wind stitches from Asami with no problem. Asami has the creature grab the bird and destroy it while Asami throws shuriken to block your kunais. Asami than has the create release a blast of red sand directly at you hitting you with sand that would cause 3rd degree burn.

The creature will be completely made out of red sand and is able to protect the user from incoming attack while also being able to attack. The creature is able to release blast of red sand (which are A rank in power, Mid range and counts as a move of the user) or even grab and crush the opponent while also being able to cause third degree burns to the opponent. If their is a red sand source available the creature can use it to reform its self from damage it could have taken while being used but it counts as a turn of the user. After the creature is done it will just disperse into red sand leaving red sand all over the battle field up to long range allowing the user a more range of access to red sand.
Note: Usable twice a battle and needs a 2 turn cool down while no other Red Sand jutsus can be used during the cool down.

Time frame got confusing because when you reversed the jutsu on me, I wouldn't go on to use my Oversoul technique, but you've defended from it, so I'm just going to continue from that point so that things are less confusing.
Roy senses his chakra system had been fiddled with and simply wills his body to partially open a seal which surges into his body chakra which isn't originally his. This chakra allows him more strength in terms of damage points, whilst giving him a distinct look.
'When activating his Curse Mark level 1, Roy gets black dotted lines all over his skin as well as darkened eyes. Veins on his arms and forehead are pushed towards his outer skin and Roy gains a darker and completely different personality.' (I so need to change this, but it's what's stated on my bio for the moment lol).

Description: The user wills the opening of the cursed seal partially, giving him more chakra and more strength, as the Senjutsu Chakra contained within the seal is unleashed upon the users body in a reduced amount. Patterned red lines that extend from the Cursed Seal on the body of the user course through the user's body, covering it in a repetitive pattern as their body surges with chakra. When the state it done, the lines will become a solid black. While active, the seal actively consumes the users chakra in order to produce and fuel Senjutsu Chakra into his body. While in this stage the user gains +10 damage to his elemental Ninjutsu and +5 to his Taijutsu. His physical strength is slightly improved as is his speed.

Following up, your weakened beast comes towards Roy, but without wasting a second, Roy would send his Fire chakra into the ground below and have it emerge directly in front of the beast.
Suddenly, Roy would thrust his hands forward, punching multiple times, straight punches, side punches, continuously with both hands. The fists made of Fire would copy his exact moves and with speed, utterly destroying the beast. After this, Roy releases the jutsu, allowing the fists to continue towards you as projectiles which are a weakened S-rank/strong A-rank. You decide.

Description: The user releases his Fire chakra through his body and either into areas short range around him, or allow the chakra to travel through the ground, allowing it to travel further and emerge at a further distance. The Fire is compressed and through chakra manipulation made to be in the shape of two hands up until the forearm, with both ends forming a fist which is dense and able to deal extreme physical, as well as burning damage. The length of each arm is roughly 3 meters, and the girth of the wrist area 2, giving it quite a wide diameter, allowing them to strike multiple people at once if they are all within the same area. This jutsu is used by the user as if the opponent was standing directly in front of him, with the users own hands performing punching motions which are then instantly and directly mimicked by the fiery fists. The user can use these hands made of Fire to perform other tasks such as open palmed attacks, grabbing of objects/people (whilst keeping in mind the burning characteristic), and anything else which can be done with normal hands. A secondary use of this jutsu allows the user to simply release his chakra and pin point the opponent but then no longer have the ability to control them, but instead leaving the two fists to act as projectiles which once released simply travel towards the opponent leaving the user to perform other techniques. The fists do this by tracking other bodies of heat from the surrounding area which does not belong to the user.
~ Can only be taught by Erzo. Used 3 times per battle, only lasts until defended from, or until deactivated. However, if manipulated to mimic the users own fists, the user can't use jutsus of other elemental nature until the jutsu has stopped. After usage, must wait 2 turns before using again, and no other Fire jutsu above S-rank can be used within the same and the next turn.
