everyone, but danzo's techniques are the closest thing to unbeatable .

It was said that Hiruzen was able to perform every technique within the village (it's a shame the Sannin weren't in the village to teach him) but he wasn't particularly impressive against Orochimaru (albeit part1 powers were drastically lower then part 2). But Danzo is impressive enough so I say the 3rd and the Interim

Yea, poor hiruzen died before all of the free powerup handouts in shippuden. Watching him poke Kurama out of the village with a stick in the recent episode was pretty funny tho.
