Orochimaru, just because he is badass and besides edo tensei he has a lot of jutsu's and he is very smart.

Oro maybe smart but in battles he doesnt act smart, hes overconfident and plays with enemies, thats the reason what took hes arms two times.

Oonoki wins with high difficulty though Orochimaru is quite powerful.

Oonoki got dust release = 1 hit KO, he got very powerful earth release surpassing pretty much everyone and he can freaking fly!
