lol I disagree He seems quite arrogant and stupid... Also he cant get Onoki when Onoki is flying way up high in the air unlike Onoki who could just keep attacking Kisame and not worry about defense xd

Oonoki would win this fight, in a heartbeat I think.
He can fly, vaporize a person, and make his enemies body turn into rock by using Weighted Boulder. Despite Kisame's transformation, I don't think Oonoki would be trapped easily in that water dome.

No idea. Whether samahada can absorb dust release is debatable.
I do agree that it would be hard for kisame to reach onoki if he decides to fly. The fight is in onoki's favour but he hasnt shown me anything which leads me to believe that he can beat kisame.

Another way to counter dust release is to use the daikoton no jutsu.

Oonki should win. Flying gives a huge advantage, plus adding in Dust release gives him a ton of points. The only way I see Kisame winning is if he pulls of his Giant shark move that absorbs chakra.

Oonoki takes this. Kisame has no way to hit him considering he can't fly and Oonoki's jinton would be a huge problem for Kisame. Not to mention all of his earth jutsu.
