Here, I will attempt to point out some of the reasons I think Onoki wins an we can have a reasonable discussion. Interestingly enough, I think Onoki has better chances with staying on the ground
-Dealing with Enma: Onoki can deal with Enma/Adamantine Nyoi with relative ease by either dodging it or countering with Lightened Boulder Jutsu and simply tossng Enma aside, immoblizing him with Weighted Boulder and finishing him with a blow to the skull with

-Air + Earth Assault: Onoki can take control of the ground below Hiruzen. Using Moving Earth Core Jutsu

, he can assault from the above with his rock golem (which he can make fly) and have it strategically punch Hiruzen while at the same time shifting the terrain beneath his feet: which traps him and allows the golem to give the finishing blow. The golem can also go underground and scoop Hiruzen with its hand and crush him

-Jinton snipe:While Hiruzen is being pressured by a golem attacking from the sky Hiruzen will be occupied dodging and not have time to evade or dodge a jinton snipe from the sky: If the golem and the underground don't kill him, jinton will
-Dealing with raiton: If Hiruzen stops running to weave hand seals and spit out a lightning jutsu at the rock golem, the earth below catches him in a trap. If he zaps the ground below him, the golem finishes him with a blow. Using shadow clones to make up for that requires even another handseal and sacrifices Hiruzen depletes much of his chakra. If he does destroy the golem, Onoki can throw the giant boulders in the rubble at Hiruzen in an endless assault, using lightened boulder jutsu to pick up the boulders. Hiruzen can't counter with a lightning based technique for ever rock he throws. If Enma is still a problem Onoki can just crush him with rocks.
