True...If Gaara keeps putting pressure it would be hard to settle for Jinton but clones and golem could distract him leaving Onoki to settle down for it.

Then if Onoki gets caught, he can do what I said earlier on making the sand crumble of him or whatever it did to Zetsu. War Arc Gaara may be faster but to the extent where Onoki won't be able to dodge his sand or react to it? Don't think so.

Ohnoki's an oldhead, he gets soloed by his back on the daily. Any Doton technique is turned into Sand adding onto Gaara's firepower. Ohnoki is basically limited to Doton techniques that don't create from his own reserves. This leaves him with little to no arsenal (as I stated vs Icelerate).

What the golem is doing is eating the zetsu absorption shit that has them captive. It wouldn't be able to do that with sand for obvious reason (the properties of sand would simply slip through the golem's hand etc.), but also as I stated above using that technique is suicide. Giving Gaara more firepower = terrible.

Virtually any Doton user is defeated by Gaara.

Fine point but Onoki didn't have any back issues when he battled Madara with the Kages...Even with the alliance I don't think he did when SM Naruto was with them.

No that's Akatsuchi's golem eating not Onoki's technique...Look at the bottom panel. Onoki used it and it dropped as soon as he did it..Even from the way it was released despite how it gummed to him.

He can also use the light technique to counter its effect as well...That would make it ineffective and easy to break through.

Virtually any Doton user is defeated by Gaara.

Mu might not though but let's see about Onoki...I know very little when it comes to him.
